Getting To Know The North Koreans

Notice to readers.  So that I may take my annual sabbatical in the Canadian wilderness, the next several reports will be pre-written.  They will focus on the history of how I got involved in fighting the Khazarian Mafia.  Hopefully, this will help readers get a better understanding of what is happening now. Of course, if something really big happens, we will issue an emergency report.
 
The assassination attempts against me and the murder of many of my colleagues were part of a Nazi coup d’etat that took place in the U.S. after 9.11.2001.  This Nazi faction, led by Fuhrer George Bush Sr., was a sub-group of the Khazarian Mafia.  They were killing journalists as a part of an attempt to control the narrative, the story by which Western society was led.  However, I did not figure that out until a North Korean princess showed me the evidence.
Here is how it happened.  I was running into serious censorship at Forbes.  This started after I had run the story about the murder of the banker, that I detailed in last week’s report, brought me to the attention of the people who gave orders to the Forbes family.
For example, a story about Citibank (a Rockefeller company) being kicked out of Japan because it was money laundering for gangsters was killed even though my source was the Japanese Finance Ministry speaking on the record.  The last straw for me came when I found out that an anti-virus software company was making viruses.  Forbes killed the story, telling me I was “unreliable,” when in fact the story was killed because Steve Forbes had been given $500,000 by the anti-virus company, according to a Forbes whistleblower.
In any case, I was sick of writing business pornography and decided my next career move was to shift to writing books.  The hope was to have them made into Hollywood movies.  So, I sent two chapters and an outline of a planned book to my agent in the U.S.  The book would have described a systematic pattern of the murder of politicians, journalists, industrialists, etc. by politicians and gangsters who were part of the corrupt secret government that really ran Japan.
The day after I sent the book proposal, I got a call from Kaoru Nakamaru, who said she was a princess and a first cousin of Emperor Hirohito.  She told me it would be a bad idea to publish the book.  Obviously she was connected to people who were reading my mail, so I decided to meet her.  When I asked her how she knew what was in my book proposal she said, “A Goddess told me.”  (That Goddess would be Amaterasu the reigning deity of the Japanese security police).
When I met Nakamaru she said, “You understand all about the corruption in Japan but you know nothing about the real source, which is in the West.”  She then gave me a 9.11 truth video.  At the time, I thought “Oh my God, this is one of those anti-Semitic movies about 9.11 that I read about in the New York Times.”  I had no intention of watching it but she kept pestering me until I did.  That was the real red pill for me.  It did not take a lot of fact-checking to realize 9.11 was an inside job.  From a missile hitting the Pentagon without breaking the second-floor windows and leaving no plane debris, to a BBC reporter with Building #7 visible in the background saying it had already collapsed, 20 minutes before it actually did at freefall speed, the evidence was undeniable.
The real problem was wrapping my mind around how incredibly large a group would be needed to carry out a campaign like this.  The implications were truly mind-boggling.  It was only by looking at historical events that I realized such false flags were being commonly used as excuses to start wars.
For example, the sinking of the “innocent passenger vessel” Lusitania in 1914 was used as an excuse to demonize the Germans and get the Americans to join the British in World War I.  It was not until a hundred years later in 2014 that the British admitted publicly the Lusitania was transporting arms and was, therefore, a legitimate military target.  Historians note that ads in newspapers warned passengers prior to the ship being sent into the vicinity of German U-boats as a sacrifice.
In 2001, the people who controlled the U.S. were using 9.11 as an excuse to invade the Middle East (yet again).
In my still naïve worldview I figured that if people found out the truth, there would be a revolution.  After I published front-page articles for major Japanese magazines listing evidence that 9.11 was an inside job, I held a press conference at the Foreign Correspondent’s Club of Japan to present the evidence to the international media.
It was only when none of them (with a few minor exceptions like rural Australian newspapers) reported the evidence did I realize that freedom of the press had been extinguished from the Western media.
Nobody at the FCCJ or in the Western press debated me or presented evidence showing I was wrong.  Instead, all sorts of people I never knew suddenly started a systematic campaign of character assassination against me.  The general story was that I was taking drugs, believed in UFOs, and had lost my mind.  I was put on a black list and nobody in the English language press would work with me.  Many editors told me they had been ordered by their bosses not to publish my stories.
Fortunately, I had published books in Japanese that sold well and provided me with an income.  I was also introduced to a Japanese author by the name of Ohta Ryu.  He explained to me that he had been approached by a group of Japanese who had studied Western power structures before and during World War II.  He used the material they had provided to publish his books.
What Ohta said was mind-boggling at the time.  It was talking about how the West had a secret government run by families like the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers.  This may be common knowledge now but, at the time (around 2005-6) when I did an internet search about the Rothschilds, I found exactly one sentence about them on the entire web.  It was from an Israeli chat room where one participant mentioned a rumor that the Rothschilds were involved in the formation of Israel.
As far as our reputed overlord David Rockefeller was concerned, he was number 300 or so on the Forbes richest list and considered to be a person of the past.  I had to go back to the 1918 edition of Forbes to find out the real story.  It turns out John Rockefeller the first had suddenly become poor overnight by donating all of his fortune (around $300 billion in today’s money) to a foundation.  Once the money was in a foundation, the owners did not pay inheritance tax and did not have to disclose much information.
A paper trail led to over 200 foundations controlled by the Rockefellers that in turn controlled most of the Fortune 500 companies.
What I started to realize was that all the murders of Japanese politicians etc. were part of a Rockefeller & Co. hostile take-over of Japan Inc.  One key man they used to carry out this operation was Heizo Takenaka, who was the Finance and Economy Minister from 2002-2005.  While he was in this job, he dismantled the system of cross-shareholding where banks and companies owned each others’ shares.  Takenaka forced all the banks to sell off their shares in Japan’s listed companies to foreign funds such as Vanguard, Blackrock, and State Street & Banking.  When I confronted him about handing over all of Japan’s listed companies to the Rockefellers etc., he squirmed visibly in his chair and was evasive.
However, the day after the interview, I got a phone call from an official at the Japan development bank who told me there was someone Heizo Takenaka wanted me to meet.  So, I went to a downtown Tokyo hotel room where I met a person by the name of Shiramine who called himself a Ninja.
I recorded with his permission a conversation in which he offered me the job of Finance Minister of Japan as long as I went along with a plan to kill 90% of humanity.  He said it was necessary in order to “save the environment.”  Since war did not kill enough people the plan was to use disease and starvation to kill everyone off, he said.  Shiramine added that if I refused the offer I would be killed.
To his credit when Shiramine met me and gave me this proposal, he also handed me a tape and told me to listen to it somewhere private.  In this tape, he said the problem was the “elders of Zion.”  I was also told by another Takenaka envoy that he handed over control of all the country’s corporations because Japan had been “threatened with an earthquake machine.”
The next day another person called me and said he wanted to meet me.  Again, the meeting took place inside a downtown hotel room.  This time it was someone from an Asian secret society known as The Red and The Green.  He said they had 8 million members including 200,000 assassins who could help.  This group also knew about the plan to kill 90% of humanity because they had secretly recorded a meeting at the Bohemian Grove where they discussed all of this.
Members of this group had long worked with Western secret societies, for example by supplying them with heroin from the golden triangle.  However, it was the attempt to kill them off with SARS, a bio-weapon designed to kill Asians, that finally put them on a war footing.
You can imagine my shock and disorientation in running into all of this over the space of just a week.  As someone who had lived his whole life in the official open world as seen in the public record, this was mind-boggling, to say the least.  In any case, since I could not agree with a plan to kill 90% of humanity, I decided to go along with the Asian secret society.
At first, being a peace-loving journalist, I thought of ideas like maybe the Asian secret society could show 9.11 truth movies in Chinatown movie theaters.  However, eventually, I had what I call my “Kill Bill” moment.  In the movie Kill Bill, there is a scene where a female assassin (played by Uma Thurman) is in a desperate fight for her life with a one-eyed opponent.  When Thurman plucks out her opponent’s eye, suddenly the fight is over.
What I realized was that most Westerners (like me) had no idea what their secret leaders were up to and would be appalled if they found out.  The flaw of the secret Western government was that it was highly centralized.  So, I advised the Asian secret society to “pluck out the eye.”  I gave them a list of all the people who were members of the Bilderberg, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Trilateral Commission.  I said if you target them, you can stop the planned genocide.
Later when the earthquake machine threat was made directly to me I responded that “you can’t stop assassinations with an earthquake machine.”
The other thing I suggested to the Asian Secret Society was that buying U.S. government bonds was worse than buying opium. “At least opium gives you pleasure but now you are paying them to kill you,” is what I told a top adviser to the Chinese Politburo.
In any case, the Asian Secret Society became mobilized.  They threatened to kill the Western elite and also stopped buying U.S. government bonds.  Thus the attempt to kill off 90% of humanity was stalled.  This was the real background to the so-called “Lehman shock,” financial crisis of 2008, and the birth of the Obama administration.
However, the secret war had only begun.  A lot of new players emerged from the shadows following these events.

Also on this Mon. 4 May at 3:02 pm EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact reported that the rest of the $1200 Economic Impact Payments would go out this week and Redemption/ Exchange appointments would also happen the first of this week. 

POTUS has done everything by the book to make all legally unassailable so that post-RV Deep State operatives could not unravel ZIM redemptions for us, or for the Restored Republic, or for any other GCR/RV GESARA / NESARA protocol. 

Timelines were not off by far, only hours. They had a hold up Mon. 4 May at the World Court in the Hague making modifications to contracts and agreements to get this out this week and were signed and received this sameMon 4 May. Audits passed today Mon. 4 May about 1-2 pm EDT and release given by the Department of Defense to proceed at 4pm EDT. 

Timing of the 800#s release was fluid and subject to a release algorithm, developments like a World Court response, progress of regular audits and modification by the Elders and POTUS (DoD security, UST, State Dept and White House teams) changing the timing for safety and security reasons. 

All was proceeding toward T4a,b 800# notifications and shotgun start release via 800#s from any moment to over the next 72 hours (intentionally vague for security reasons). 

The Admiral would be releasing liquidity from tomorrow Tues. 5 May onward. The expectation was for full payouts in Honk Kong & other centers tomorrow afternoon/evening Tues. 5 May for the historic bonds, including Yellow Dragon Bonds, Chinese Railroad Super Petchili Bonds, Mexican Gold Bonds and high valued (exotic) Treasuries. 

The banks were finalizing getting enough staff in the Redemption Centers and overcoming some hiccups from exchange staff reticent to serve because of potential Covid-19 infection (due to irrational Scamdemic fear mongering, though had enough alternate staff in place in the coming hours to be ready to start any time this week. 

On Mon. 4 May MarkZ’s Hong Kong Contact reported that he was expecting bond payouts on Tues. evening 5 May (Tues. morning EDT). Unless significant problems arose the 800s# release for Tier 4b was expected to begin by Tues. 5 May. 

The Department of Defense through the US Treasury, told HSBC and Wells Fargo that Wells Fargo was to send out the 500,000+ 800# notification emails by Tues. 5 May – the timing dependent upon agencies cooperating and barring unseen obstacles. 

There would be around twelve days of Tier 4b redemption-exchanges for Contract Rates in appointments at special Exchange Center locations obtained by calling the 800s#. 

According to Fleming’s Military Intel Contact they had to get the shotgun start done, including the bulk of Tier 4b redemptions, by Fri. 15 May so that the IMF could start General Public exchanging foreign currencies at the new international rates at local banks around 1 June. 

Tier 4a,b would go approximately at the same time (within hours). 

Department of Defense security teams determined that Iran and Saudi Arabia should still be in the redemption-exchange offering (1st basket) because Deep State control has been weakened enough in those countries. 

Restored Republic: As of 1 May, 2020 the US returned to Constitutional Law.

According to Fleming’s Military Intel Contact, over the past two months thousands of Deep State operatives have been arrested globally behind the scenes. The last thing Department of Defense and the security teams wanted was to make public some of the names of former Obama administration arrestees prematurely for Intel providers to put out to hundreds of thousands of listeners/readers, and thereby cause a public unrest firestorm. The evidence would be released shortly by the Department of Defense Security Teams working with the Department of Justice. 

Sealed indictments were unsealed and executed in behind-the-scenes arrests for Comey on Sun 3 May, Strzok & Page on Mon. 4 May, Lynch, Yates, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe, Ohr, Rice, Baker and Ciaramella (the anonymous "whistleblower" against POTUS in Ukraine call). The Department of Defense Security Teams were determining which of these should be made public this week and when. As of Mon. 4 May Attorney General William Barr appeared to have enough evidence to bring traitor charges against leaders of the Obama Administration including Obama and Biden.

[size=18]F. Recent History of the GCR/RV Rollout:[/size]

The White Dragon and Chinese Elders would not tolerate any more delays. President Trump, the Alliance and their teams of about 40 (DoD, UST, WH, State Dept) were trying to expedite and speed up the release sequence tasks from the security, legal, administrative and political sides that would stop or delay the release timing. All were pressing for start by first half of next week so that contract dates did not have to be changed again. An attorney who works with the Admiral said: “The RV is done. The final release starts with Yellow Dragon Bond Notes, then Petchilli Bonds, then ZIM.” 

By Wed. 22 April Iraq, Zimbabwe, China and Vietnam were using their own asset/gold backed currencies and no longer accepting the fiat US dollar and using their own asset/gold backed currencies. 

On Thurs. 30 April Trump entered authorization codes for the RV/GCR release, which gave the Admiral a green light to process the new asset-backed US Note – now accepted for exchange internationally – and Paymasters became liquid. 

As of Fri. 1 May the new asset-backed digital dollar was on all trading platforms – that was highly important as all other countries would peg their RV rates to the USN rate. Intermediate accounts such as CMKX, Farm Claims, Native American settlements and sovereign accounts, were being paid out and Trump started formally reopening the country. The Department of Defense security teams confirmed that payouts began but there were some issues (among other things freezing and reversing Deep State currency holder funds transfers), but they said the problems were not major so all things should stay on schedule. 

Over the past week funds have been transferred by the Elders into the master accounts for disbursement. As of Fri. 1 May the financial, legal and political framework of the GCR/RV release had been established globally and the reset preparations were done. It would roll out slowly so that they could catch the bad guys. There would be a lot of disinformation to throw the bad guys off track. 

Over last weekend there were a series of audits and reviews moving forward. On Sat. at 12:30 pm 2 May security and other audits passed, allowing all to move forward. Historical Bonds were being paid out, creating liquidity for down line disbursement. 

Over last weekend they were trying to get all priority payments to intermediate accounts so by Mon. 4 May it could be firmly established when Tier 4b would start redemptions-exchanges and the shotgun start funds sequence initiated. 

Overnight Sun. night 3 May there was a RV rate lock-in. The current UST schedule called for 800# notification release as soon as the Intermediate Accounts priority payments were made.

By Sun. 26 April Trump’s podium no longer contained the Presidential Seal and he stood in front of seven US Flags with no gold trim on them – meaning the US Corporation was no longer in charge and we were back to functioning under the original Constitution. 

Those seven flags were believed to represent 7 trumpets, or the 7 broadcasts that would lay out information on the New Restored Republic. The first trumpet sounded with release of Wikileaks documents on the Internet. The second trumpet sounded with Trump’s announcement of the exoneration of General Flynn. Flynn had been falsely accused, tried and imprisoned by the Deep State it was believed, because he knew where all the bodies were buried. 

The Department of Defense security team had flagged over 1,000 Deep State Operatives currency and Zim holder accounts which were found to be money-laundering RV/GCR funds into Deep State front companies, or the personal accounts of Deep State bad actors like Soros, Pelosi, Obama, Holder, Dorsey (Twitter CEO), Zuckerberg (Facebook CEO), Bezos (Amazon CEO) or Brennan etc. 

The operatives were arrested, accounts frozen and fund transfers reversed. This past week behind the scenes, there were a series of high level arrests tied to both military courts and civilian Common Law courts. The Department of Defense security teams wanted to carefully choose which arrests would be made public this next week, but it would be on the level of Brennan, Comey, McCabe, Mueller, etc. The Department of Defense security teams, military and NSA Intel have been arresting over 12,000 of these types over the past couple of months, while over 184,000 federal indictments on global and political elites were being unsealed and served. 

On Thurs. 30 April President Trump signed an Executive order instigating Martial Law, and the next day on Fri. 1 May activated the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and the National Emergencies Act, and then left for Camp David. 

Globally GESARA was established and started legally & financially through debt forgiveness to African nations and other countries. GESARA / NESARA would be fully implemented over the next 3-6 months, through about Nov 2020.

H. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Please treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon RV liquidity and 800# release.

Anyone could exchange and redeem their own currencies and would have the same ability to obtain the higher Contract Rates as anyone else, as long as they did it at a licensed Exchange Center as per appointment through the 800#s. 

I am not aware of how someone outside the US could redeem Zim Bonds. That question should be asked to the person who set your appointment. 

An hour or so prior to 800# release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would send out over 508,000 emails to currency and Zim Bond holders worldwide, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem within your own country. Those emails would include links to a secured website. Clicking on that website with your computer or phone would automatically generate a code that identified your individual exchange/redemption as you set your appointment.

I. Currency and Zim Bond Redemption: This information applied to redeemers in the US. Different countries would have their own regulations and rules. Please treat as my opinion only: 

Fleming: They wanted currency holders, especially ZIM holders, to go in as quickly as possible to the first appointment that would last 20-25 minutes. 

The Elders wanted currency and Zim holders to get the highest rates for doing humanitarian projects. Every currency holder would get an equal chance at the highest Contract Rates for their project presentations. It would be a level playing field. 

First Appointment: You would receive a debit/credit card with millions on it to draw on between the first and second appointments. Over the first ten days after your first appointment your assigned Wealth Manager would help you choose one of the six vetted US Treasury-sanctioned trust companies (Abbott Downing & equivalent trust companies). 

Second Appointment: The Wealth Manager and private banking team you choose would assist you going forward with your humanitarian and job creation project outlines. They would be happy to take your project presentation to the US Treasury to get the higher rates for your ZIM and/or the highest Contract Rates for your currencies. They would have six months (180 days) after redeeming / exchanging to seek the higher rates for your project outlines from the US Treasury. 

MarkZ: The redemption process would be done in two parts. The banks already had one part of your package. The second part would be delivered to you. You then go to the bank to finish your redemption process. I have spoken to bankers that claim they have physically seen the banking part of the packages. 

On your first appointment at a Redemption Center you would exchange currencies at Contract Rates and redeem Zim at the default rate. Those monies would be put in your account. If you wanted higher rates than offered on your currency and/or Zim, you could ask for such at your second appointment with your Wealth Manager and banking team. 

We have been told that the default ZIM rate of $11 million per 100 T Zim Note would be offered at that first appointment. 

President Trump has given US banks a list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects to invest in. Your Wealth Manager and banking team could explain the details at your second appointment. They would explain the international humanitarian projects you could invest in and you could present a Humanitarian Project. It was recommended that you go for those higher rates at your second appointment so you could help those in need. 

If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes, didn’t have a Humanitarian Project and wanted a higher than default rate, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would be happy to show you the list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects to invest in for higher-than-default rates on the ZIM. 

If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes and had a humanitarian project, and/or if you wanted to invest in the sanctioned international projects, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would help you obtain a higher Zim rate. 

Many ZIM holders had 10 or more 100T ZIM Notes, so the default rate would be considered adequate without being awarded higher Contract or Zim rates.

Iraqi Dinar Investment: Fact or Fiction?

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - Across the country and in the Tennessee Valley, people are buying Iraqi dinar.  They’ve been told it will one day rise sharply in value against the U.S. dollar, leading to a financial windfall for them.

Albertville resident Tim Jones is one of those who bought in, along with his pastor and several church members.

Years later, the payoff still hasn't come.  A WHNT News 19 investigation also uncovered warnings from state regulators, the Better Business Bureau and financial experts calling dinar investment a scam.

Despite the warnings, many people remain invested.  They continue to hold the physical currency - often purchased through private dealers at a markup - and point to specific claims as justification for buying in.

So are those claims, used to promote dinar as a good investment, fact or fiction?

WHNT News 19 took action to find out.  Here's what our investigation found:


[b]Claim #1: There will be a "revaluation" or "RV" of Iraqi dinar, raising its value against the U.S. dollar and leading to a payoff for the investor[/b]

Currency expert John Jagerson, of LearningMarkets.com, tells WHNT News 19 a "revaluation" of Iraqi dinar "could not happen" and "is not planned to happen."

Jagerson, who spent years researching the subject and authored an e-book called [i]The Iraqi Dinar Scam: Why Buying the Dinar is for Dummies[/i], adds that many of the "facts" dinar investors believe are actually false.

Jagerson thinks many dinar promoters are "perpetrating falsehoods" to increase the attractiveness of dinar; perhaps profiting off connections to dinar dealers, or exclusive website memberships and online advertising.  State regulators agree, warning dinar promoters will "misrepresent history" to try to prove profits are possible.

As Jagerson explains, it's not in Iraq's interest to allow the dinar's value to rise - even through a small appreciation - since it would make it harder for the country to pay off debts, more expensive for foreign companies to do business and limit Iraq's post-war growth.

"Why would Iraq want to do to their currency what no other country wants to do?" Jagerson emphasized.  "It would be like standing on your economic brakes with both feet.  No one does it because it makes no sense."

He points out that dinar speculators also often confuse the economic terms [i]revaluation[/i]and [i]redenomination.[/i]

In a redenomination, often done when inflation has reached untenable levels in a country, old bills of larger denominations are swapped for new bills of smaller denominations.  An old 25,000 dinar note could, for example, be exchanged for a new 25 dinar note.  Under this "dropping the zeros" scenario, the purchasing power (or value) of the new note is the same as the old note.  Nobody makes any money.

As Reuters reports, Iraq is on record as saying it eventually intends "to redenominate the Iraqi dinar to simplify financial transactions in an economy that is still heavily centralised."  WHNT News 19 could find no credible reports of a stated intent to "revalue."

The U.S. State Department was also quite clear on the possibility of a "revaluation" in Iraq when contacted for comment.  The State Department is sometimes blamed for holding up Iraq's "RV" along with various international bodies.  Spokesperson Noel Clay however, gave WHNT News 19 the following statement:

[i]"We are unaware of any plans by the Iraqi government to revalue the Iraqi Dinar.  Iraq is a sovereign nation and the U.S. government plays no role in determining Iraq's [/i][i]foreign exchange policies."[/i]
 

[b]Claim #2: There was a "revaluation" in Kuwait that shows something similar is possible in Iraq[/b]

Banking and financial experts confirm to WHNT News 19 that while market forces did cause Kuwait's currency to fluctuate in value during and after the 1990 Iraqi invasion, there was never a revaluation like many describe.

"Historically, a revaluation where your currency suddenly becomes worth many times what it used to be in the foreign exchange, that's never happened. Ever," Jagerson said firmly.

When Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990, the Iraqi dinar replaced the Kuwaiti dinar as currency.  Kuwaiti dinar was essentially relegated to black market status.  As explained on the Kuwaiti government's own website, banking stopped inside the country and invading Iraqis stole huge amounts of Kuwaiti dinar and riches.

After liberation, Kuwait's dinar was restored as that country's official currency and new banknotes were issued to keep all the stolen monies from being used.  During this issuing, the pre-invasion rate was simply reestablished.

Iraq's history and circumstances are also very different from Kuwait.

A top executive at one of the nation's largest banks spoke on background to WHNT News 19.  The executive explained that while it's possible some people may have profited from holding Kuwaiti dinar during a market-led appreciation post-liberation, expecting anything similar in Iraq is totally unrealistic.

A March 2014 Wells Fargo "International Strategy" memo explains further.  It describes, in detail, why both 1960s West Germany and Kuwait are "poor precedent for Iraq."  The memo also warns of elevated risks of illiquidity and fraud for dinar buyers.


[b]Claim #3: President George W. Bush's Executive Order 13303 gives Americans special legal rights to hold or invest in Iraqi dinar[/b]


As you can see here, 13303 specifically protects the Development Fund for Iraq, as well as Iraqi oil products and interests - including ownership by U.S. persons - from any legal attachments or liens.  It does [i]not[/i] mention dinar, or investment in dinar, at all.

In this 2012 federal indictment against "BH Group" for fraud in the marketing and selling of Iraqi dinars, a grand jury also charges: "Any assertion that Executive Order 13303 promotes, protects, or regulates the sale of or investment in, Iraqi dinar is false." See page 5, charge 14.


[b]Claim #4: The U.S. Treasury holds a large position in Iraqi dinars[/b]


The same federal indictment against "BH Group" states that, in fact, the "U.S. Department of the Treasury does not hold any Iraqi dinar for investment purposes and holds only a nominal amount for use."


[b]Claim #5: I bought my dinar at a bank and it's a real currency, so it's clearly not a scam[/b]

Different U.S. banks appear to have purchased and sold dinar at various times in recent years.  At time of broadcast, WHNT News 19 could find no banks currently exchanging the currency, although they may exist.

Those with knowledge of the banking industry tell WHNT News 19 banks are under no "official" restriction when it comes to buying or selling Iraqi dinar and that some may have stopped due to concerns over dinar speculation.

Jay Lawrence, Southeast Communications Manager for Wells Fargo, provided the following statement to WHNT News 19, explaining why the bank does not deal in dinar:

[i]"Wells Fargo does not offer any consumer exchange for Iraqi dinar.  Wells Fargo provides a wide range of foreign currency banknote services, generally for travel-related purposes to meet the needs of our customers traveling abroad.  [/i][i]We do not, however, expect a high number of customers traveling to Iraq for business or leisure purposes in the near future.[/i]
[i]As a result, we do not trade Iraqi dinar and we have no plans to change this policy in the future.  [/i][i]We are aware that some websites or blogs promote the purchase of Iraqi dinar as an investment strategy.  We disagree with the view that holding Iraqi dinar banknotes is a sound investment strategy."[/i]

The statement directly contradicts claims from dinar promoters that "1-800" numbers are, or will be set up at Wells Fargo, to exchange dinar for customers.

Jagerson, along with state regulators, emphasize that it's not Iraqi dinar itself that's the problem.

 "It's the investment in the currency as a way to make profits that’s the scam," Jagerson said.


[b]Claim #6: There's a "Global Currency Reset" that banks, governments and global players like the World Bank or IMF are secretly coordinating and/or holding up[/b]

"That's probably one of the biggest fantasies in the scam - that there is some kind of government conspiracy behind it," Jagerson said.

A high-level executive at one of the nation's largest banks also laughed off the idea of a currency reset.  The executive told WHNT News 19 private banks do not play a role in sovereign countries' exchange rate management.

The creation of any new global economic framework would also almost certainly have coverage in the respected financial media.

The International Monetary Fund's mission chief for Iraq, Carlo Sdralevich, was even more blunt, sending WHNT News 19 the following statement:

[i]"No such a thing as a 'Global Currency Reset' exists. [/i][i]The IMF has no role in managing the Iraqi dinar or Iraq's exchange rate system.[/i]
 
[i]We work with the Iraqi government and central bank to provide policy advice and technical assistance as part of our ongoing dialogue with them. Decisions on the exchange rate are taken by the country authorities in full independence and sovereignty.[/i]
 
[i]There is no external constraint imposed preventing the Iraqi dinar's revaluation or devaluation. The stability of the dinar is the result of Iraq's own monetary and exchange rate policies."[/i]
 

Representatives from both the World Bank and U.S. State Department said the same, when asked by WHNT News 19 to clarify what operational powers they have in Iraq.

The State Department [url=http://www2.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB198/FOI Economy and Infrastructure.pdf]also addressed this document[/url] specifically, which some dinar supporters argue shows an official goal of a 1:1 exchange ratio of Iraqi dinar to U.S. dollars.

State Department spokesperson Noel Clay said of the document, "I am not familiar with it and cannot vouch for its validity.  Regardless, it is from June 2005 and Iraq has undergone significant change since then.  I would suggest that the document would hold little relevance to Iraq today."


[b]Claim #7: Iraqi dinar is still a good buy, even without a "revaluation"[/b]

Even without an "RV" or "Global Currency Reset," some investors believe Iraq's oil reserves and development potential make dinar a good purchase.  Some investors argue the market could drive a strong appreciation in the future.

In 2009, CNBC financial host Jim Cramer appeared to give dinar investment a green light, commenting on the nation's potential for growth post-war, especially with regard to oil companies.  "I'm always in favor of owning the currency as a play," Cramer said.  Click here to watch the clip.
Currencies don't behave like stocks though and as Jagerson points out, a rising GDP doesn't guarantee gains.  In fact, history shows that for countries like Iraq, "Having a growing economy and growing oil exports does not equal a growing currency.  Generally, it's exactly the opposite," Jagerson explained.

Jagerson started researching Iraqi dinar after a close friend invested, then turned to him for expert insight.  Jagerson said he spotted the red flags immediately and wants to use his currency acumen to keep others from falling victim.  He's produced several online videos to explain, in simple terms, why the arguments in favor of dinar investment don't add up. Click here to watch them.

After reading the findings above, some dinar investors may be feeling misled.  Concerned individuals can contact the Alabama Securities Commission, which recently issued a statewide "Investor Alert" addressing dinar.

My brother reconnected with a female friend from grade school about 9 months ago and they are going to get married in May 2018. She is a nice girl with a good heart. However, she is really excited about the Iraqi Dinar RV (re-evaluation) that is going to happen within the next 3-6 months (according to her). 

She pretty much brain washed my brother into buying into this idea. My brother has a 4 year degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He is all about the high risk and high reward type of thing. He tried and failed a few MLM businesses over the last 5-10 years. She graduated high school. They are both 36. 

However, this type of business scheme is a little bit of a stretch for my brother, but not entirely uncommon. 

My brother bought me Iraqi Dinar for my birthday last June and for Christmas. He also bought it for my wife and 1 year old son. We have about 400,000 of Iraqi Dinar, which I think is about 325 US dollars. He is giving me a hard sell to buy some for myself or I could miss out on some big profits of 100 to 1, when it re-evaluates.

As for converting them to US dollars, ask your bank/credit union. There is usually one bank in the area that specializes in currency. In my area (Salt Lake City) it is Zion’s Bank. Call first.

That not being the case, here's my thinking, for what it's worth (which should be very little, since, as admitted above, I have zero familiarity with the topic): If there's even a small chance of the "100 to 1" valuation, why not hold onto the stuff for now, just for fun?

1) Good luck with that. Forbes is well-known and as far as I know has a good reputation; could you send him that article?

So when the Iraqis lop off a couple of zeroes off the currency, you'll basically be left with monopoly money.

The old banknotes obviously cease to be legal tender, with new ones issued in replacement.

People are still falling for Zimbabwe money scams. Looks like the scammers are expanding their repertoire...

Of course you can tell him, but why rain on his parade?  He is not going to learn from you, only from experience, if at all.  He will, however, feel the love or disdain in your response.  Tell him you admire his bold spirit, and ask him if he's going to take you to Acapulco or Dubai when his dinars revalue.

3. I was wondering that myself.  I can only assume they sell above the exchange rate, or sell counterfeits, or sell the old notes that have been replaced by new ones when the Iraqi government lopped three zeroes off a few years ago (I read that Forbes article).  Best guess: selling the valueless old notes at the price of the new notes.  Great margins, plus they can appear to be giving zero markup.

4. Exchange it for Bitcoin!  Bwahaha, my whole response was just to make this one brief joke.  

Quiet times here, hope this offered a shred of amusement.  In all seriousness, I once had a friend whose financial schemes ranged from wild failure to just being broke on a regular basis.  The choice was to enjoy to his merry ways at the price of observing his failures, or block him off and wonder what was happening.  I chose to enjoy his merry ways.  Even more so, a relative is someone you don't want to block off unless staying connected is actively harmful.  Good luck getting rid of the bills or coins.  And having lost a relative or two in recent year, treasure your brother for who he is, even if it's not (fortunately!!) who you are.   Cheers.

Explain that although you support him, you're a much more conservative investor and would prefer index funds instead... or traditional gifts such as clothes, gift cards, gadgets (even if you don't like them/need them it would still be preferable to his MLM stuff).

How does everyone NOT know this scam.  This is older than the Nigerian prince scam.  Go convert all that junk into real money.  Tell your brother that's what you did and if he gives you any more, you'll do it again.  Your brother should sell Amway.  Way better chance of making money than with this scam.

I had some left over from Iraq deployments and eventually sold it all on Ebay. 

Ask your brother this... how can he explain the 100 to 1 value increase?  So you're saying an Iraqi could take his dinar and suddenly be 100x richer if he changes it to dollars (after the valuation)?  We're about to be flooded with Iraqi millionaires then. 

Secondly, if it was a real 'investment', then real rich folks would be buying every single dinar they could get their hands on.

If your brother is anything like mine, tell him this is the best idea he’s ever had and you wished you thought of it. Tell him you support him 100% and you’d invest everything you have except you can’t but that he should right away. Cause if your brother is anything like mine, he’ll do the opposite of whatever you tell him and reject all of your advice.

It's ironic that this is getting posted today. I was listening to NPR this morning and they had a segment on the Iraqi government's estimate on the cost to rebuild the destruction caused by ISIS. Unfortunately, no one is willing to help them finance the reconstruction effort and I imagine the Iraqi dinar will take a bigger hit when the government starts printing more money to rebuild. 

Zimbabwe Dollars though...those have value. I keep a few of those notes around around my MegaCorp office just in case we have a bad quarter in terms of revenue. For some reason my bosses don't seem to derive much comfort from the fact that if we're behind I can give them 10 BILLION DOLLARS!!!1!

I bought some when I was deployed in 2004-2005. About $200 worth (250,000 dinar). Last time I checked it's gone up in value to about $210. I suppose that's better than if I had left it in a savings account but had it been in an index fund it would have doubled or tripled since then. I can't recall what the rate of return has been but it's something like 1-2% over 12-13 years.

It was neat to pull it out and show my kids as I had a mix of various bills. That's about it though. It's just a souvenir at this point. Maybe I should sell some of it to your brother?

Thank you for the help. I will continue to support my brother with his business adventures, but not contribute any of my own money. 
 
I'm going to try to exchange it within the next 2-3 days. Not all currency exchange businesses will exchange the Dinar. I'm guessing there is a higher risk of counterfeit. Hopefully my Dinar is not counterfeit.  I will find out soon.

I exchanged the Iraqi Dinar currency today for US dollars. An internet search today claims that $400,000 Iraqi Dinar is worth $337 US dollars. I went to the currency exchange in Denver at the Cherry Creek mall. They gave me $230 US dollars, minus a $5 fee for a total of $225. I have heard that a currency exchange will change 20%. However, this was a 33% fee. 

Maybe the fee is higher because of a higher level chance of fraud? When I looked at their board of exchange rates it looks like they charged only 15% for more legitimate currencies.

They'll just be profiting on the currency spread. They might sell that 400,000 dinar to someone for $400 later on. The more common currencies that'll be easier for them to on-sell (and potentially less volatile) will probably have more competitive rates.

I've got some Sri Lankan rupees I've been meaning to sell from when I was there last year. They're valued at 120LKR to the Australian dollar at present (based on xe.com rates), but the currency conversion place will buy them at 140LKR to the AUD. I paid about 105-110 when I bought them

Wowza, the spread on Polish Zlote (PLN) is about .02-.03PLN per dollar, or about one cent. 

33% sounds insane, so does 15%.

I came across an ad in the newspaper today, a website sells Iraq dinars 1M Iraq dinar is around $1.5k. I tried to investigate more, I found many sites that sell the dinar and actually the price varies. Some other sites warn about old and new currency or fake dinars. They compare the situation to Kuwait although very different. I think 1 dinar = 1 USD is impossible!!! 
That is fishy.

Scam or not, even if it's a real dinar it won't be worth much anyway. And yes, you should be able to buy from any respectable forex place. Try bank or even Money Mart.

This thread made me do some wiki research.

Iraq of the 70's and early 80's is quite a different place than today. In the early 90's the value was much lower, like 4000 dinar to 1 USD.

But hey, its your money.

You should also consider the Zimbabwean Dollar. If you buy it and it recovers you'll make even more money. Don't forget they already did a 10,000,000,000:1 reverse split so when you compare it to the historic exchange rate, you need to multiply your predicted gains by 10,000,000,000. That means if the currencey returns back to where it was, you will make $10 billion by buying just $1 worth of Zimbabwean Dollars. Heck, even if it only went to 1/1000th of it's original value, you'd still have made a million dollars from your $1 investment.

45 SECURITY TIPS: ARE YOUR ASSETS & FAMILY SAFE



The last few years have witnessed an all-out assault on your personal and financial privacy. Credit-reporting agencies, schools, Internet marketers, medical clearing-houses, and dozens of other private organizations, Government all now maintain detailed records on us. The worst offender has been the U.S. government.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS PERSONALLY! THIS IS STRICTLY PROTECTION MEASURES AND BUSINESS FOR ONE TO TAKE CARE OF NOW.

Herein are Great Ways To Protect Your Privacy:

#1. The first law of privacy is: TO STAY QUIET, particularly when one is in public, on the phone, or sending faxes or e-mail. DO NOT TAKE THIS PERSONAL; IT'S ALL ABOUT BUSINESS AND YOUR SECURITY! IT ONLY TAKES ONE PERSON TO 'UPSET YOUR APPLECART".

In fact, electronic communications are now so vulnerable to interception by government agencies, private investigators, and other snoops, that one shouldn't say anything in these communications you wouldn't want published on the front page of the New York Times or recorded by the IRS.

One can now get hacked into from your printer. Use separate computers and printers. One for on-line and one for off-line, IMHO.

# 2. Don't flaunt one's wealth, particularly if you have a lot of money. If you own a fancy home, make sure it looks as modest as possible from the outside. suggestion to buy cars under $75,000; Keep new homes/apartments/condo under 1 million. There is no need to advertise wealth.

The IRS regularly searches car-purchase and property records. If they suspect tax evasion – real or imagined – they can freeze your assets, and seize your car and home. When traveling overseas, you have to be even more careful.

Driving a fancy car or dressing like a "rich" American – i.e., the way you normally dress – can make you a target for robbers, kidnappers and anti-American terrorists. Also limit your credit card use. Every time you use your credit card, thieves could steal the number and rack up huge charges.

It could take months or even years to get it all sorted out. stick with a car no higher than a LEXUS, to 75k, or one's draws serious attention.

# 3. Shred or burn important documents. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that it's 100% legal for snoops to rummage through your curbside trash and keep any papers they find.

So never throw any important papers in the trash without shredding them – including bank and credit-card statements, utility bills, letters from Social Security or other government agencies, information from your stock broker, etc.

Make sure and use a cross-cut shredder ($100-$150) which reduces documents to confetti, rather than a less-expensive shredder that cuts paper into strips which can be pasted back together. For ultra-sensitive documents, nothing beats burning them.

# 4. Isolate sensitive computer files from snoops. As we use our computers more and more to keep sensitive records and correspondence, it becomes more important to protect them from snoops. The #1 threat to your sensitive files is your modem, fax, or DSL Internet connection – anything that electronically connects your computer to the outside world.

Thanks to cookies, e-mail wiretaps, and other techniques, when you're browsing the web or reading your e-mail, snoops at the other end can download files from your computer hard drive.

The only sure way to protect yourself is by keeping all sensitive information on a different computer (or at least a different hard drive with its own, separate operating system) than the computer you use for web browsing.

In other words, you use Computer #1 to browse the web and send e-mail; and you use Computer #2 for word processing, accounting, and storing important information. Computer #1 has no important files or sensitive information.

Computer #2 has no electronic connection to the outside world. To minimize expenses, your two computers can share the same keyboard and monitor, by the addition of a network hub (about $100). Warning; Now as of 11/11 printers can now be hacked into.!!

# 5. Keep your web browsing and e-mail private. Whenever you contact a company or organization on the Internet, the computer at the other end will often insert a "cookie" into your computer – enabling merchants and government agencies to keep track of your web browsing.

The information that can be collected about you in this way is absolutely mind-boggling and includes your name, address, phone number, detailed information on the type of computer you are using, your Social Security number, credit-card numbers, a list of your friends and business contacts, and much more.

To keep your web browsing private, use an anonymous connection service,

# 6. KEEP YOUR HOME ADDRESS & PHONE# PRIVATE! This is the single MOST IMPORTANT step you can take to protect your privacy though all items within this POST are urgent for your welfare. Government snoops can't nose around your home, bug your computer, or listen in on your calls, if they don't know where you live or your phone number..

To keep your home address private, rent or buy your home in the name of an out-of-state corporation (Delaware and Nevada corporations are best). Also put your utilities in the name of the corporation, as well as your phone, and magazine and newspaper subscriptions.

This is precisely what TV personalities, professional athletes, and film stars do to protect their privacy. And it's not expensive. A Delaware corporation can be set up for as little as $150 and maintained for $50 a year!

Take your names off your local country tax rolls and replace your name with "property Owner". this is crucial!!!

# 6 B: Receive all MAIL personally addressed to you at a nearby mail drop, such as Mail Boxes, Etc. (about $15 a month), or an Executive Office Service ($50 to $150 a month), or at the address of a friend who owns a nearby business (free). Then use this address for your driver's license and car registration.

Naturally, your car will also be registered in the name of your corporation. Properly set up, a Delaware or Nevada corporation can also dramatically lower your taxes, if you're an independent contractor. (Please consult your attorney.)

For a private home phone, use a company name when setting up a new phone account, rather than your own, and make sure and get caller ID, complete blocking. To add a further level of phone privacy, purchase a prepaid cell phone – such as those offered by Trac Fone through Blockbuster, WalMart, and Staples.

No name, address, credit check, etc. is required to set up an account, and you can buy phone cards for cash to add more time. As of 11/11 Wal-Mart sells i-phones for less than $100 and Unlimited internet, text and talk for $55 per month. This is a fabulous rate!!!

#7 A.) (TWO PARTS) . Keep your medical records more private. Information in your medical files can be used to deny you insurance, jobs, and legal benefits. It could be even used by a government just slightly more authoritarian than the one we now have, to take away your children or commit one elsewhere.

Unfortunately, each time you see a doctor or check into a hospital or clinic, they will usually demand your Social Security Number, which in turn will be used to file and locate your medical records.

Here we sit just less than 1 week prior to the target date of June 30th for the formation of the newly elected Iraqi government. This could prove to be a pivotal week for us in that they must complete the recounting effort prior to July 1st . Based on everything else we are now hearing, as I present the news today to you, I am afraid to say this probably will not happen. Some Iraqi electoral commission representatives tell us it should take 3 days, others say 10 days and then others months. Who knows?

We will also explore today then more realistic window when we can maybe expect the votes from the may12th election to be validated and the new prime minister announced. As you probably already know when this happens we are at the best time to see the CBI go forward again with the “project to delete the zeros” and we head for the bank.

I do not have a crystal ball nor do I profess to know it all. All we can go on now is what they (Iraq) are telling us. Many of you are beginning to WORRY and get ANXIOUS to exchange your dinar at the banks. So, today’s news is also to enlighten you and assure you that this reinstatement of the dinar will occur and very shortly but not this week. We just have to be patient and let it all play out. I know, I know I have said this a hundred times already and so I am saying it again. Sorry…..

TO EXTEND THEIR WORK IN THE CURRENT PARLIAMENTARY SESSION, WHICH ENDS CONSTITUTIONALLY ON JUNE 30

{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} The agency publishes the names of deputies signatories to extend their work in the current parliamentary session, which ends constitutionally on June 30.

Article (56) of the Constitution stipulates they can not do this. They can drag this on and on with more shenanigans to hold up the counting process or mess up the votes again. This is more tactics to stall the final verdict of getting the election results finalized. In my opinion this is a “soft’ coupe to try to remain in power. It is an over extension of their legal authority. Yet more chaos. Remember what I said about these Maliki goons? They need time and chaos or a crisis to stay in power…..go figure. But they know this is it for them and many of them are going to jail when this is finally over. Take a look at the list of 9 points agreed to by the two super blocs Sadr has put together (see list below). Does it look like they are going to let this corruption do unanswered any longer? Look at item #2 and #7 on the list. So, there are 2 out 9 of the items dealing with corruption and cleaning this up. So is this important for Sadr and his new government? (I also want to add that the USA too is in this same position. Soon you will see a more open “war on corruption” for the US government too brought on by president Trump). This corruption is ruining these countries and the cause of bringing them down. You can’t have prosperity and abundance when these forces of evil keep knocking you down.

So waiting longer for this Iraqi government to be formed of course is NOT good for us but it may all be constitutional. What will the courts rule on this new matter of extending parliament beyond June 30th ?

So here is the legal standing for allowing parliament to be extended beyond June 30th. Any questions?

Fourth Amendment Law to the Law of Elections of the House of Representatives No. (45) for the year 2013 clearly states in Article -1 – “The House of Representatives continues to work until the ratification of the Federal Supreme Court on the results of the elections”

SO WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN THIS ELECTION SAGA?

ON SATURDAY, THE START OF THE PROCEDURES FOR COUNTING

Baghdad today - Baghdad An informed source revealed on Sunday the date of the start of the partial counting and .counting of the results of the legislative elections held on 12 May The source said, in an exclusive interview (Baghdad today), "THE NEXT WEDNESDAY (JUNE 27, 2018), WILL BEGIN COUNTING AND MANUAL COUNTING OF THE RESULTS OF THE ELECTIONS and not in September, in the halls of Baghdad International Fair," pointing out that "the funds will be transferred from other " provinces to the capital During the next two days.

They talked about concerns over waiting until September to begin the recounting and the file of the formation of the next Iraqi government, and the impact and role of the Kurds in this process.

So, go figure what really happened!

So that was the bad news. Here is some good news.

The source said that the counting and manual sorting WILL BE PARTIALLY AND ONLY TO THE STATIONS THAT RECEIVED COMPLAINTS, WHICH AMOUNTED TO ABOUT THREE THOUSAND STATIONS ONLY. (This is VERY good news and means they are only going to recount only the stations that had complaints filed that were suspected of voting fraud or manipulation, NOT the entire country.

The judges are supervising the work of the Commission, but office officials have not left their jobs. We are now seeing progress with the panel of 9 judges working through the details as to how they are going to recount so many votes, the personnel needed and the written procedures to perform this task.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FORM THE NEXT IRAQI GOVERNMENT?

Thursday’s ruling by the Federal Supreme Court to partially uphold parliament’s move to amend the electoral law has raised the specter of extended delays to the government formation process.

Just how long it will take before a new government is approved by parliament depends on several factors that will determine the ability of Iraq’s competing coalitions to achieve a series of crucial milestones in a timely manner.
While some are predicting THAT NEGOTIATIONS COULD DRAG ON INTO THE NEW YEAR, a realistic timeline should outline the key milestones that need to be achieved – as stipulated by the constitution – and the potential impediments along the way.

FIRST: The Federal Supreme Court must ratify the final election results after taking into consideration all the appeals. This process is particularly complicated this year because of widespread allegations of voter fraud and irregularities.

Parliament’s decision to dismiss the electoral commissioners and replace them with judges, in addition to amending the electoral law to force a full manual recount, means that five weeks after the elections, we are effectively back to square one.

SECOND: Once the results are ratified, the new parliament has 15 days to convene its first session, where it must elect the new Speaker and his/her two deputies. The next milestone involves electing the new President, who will then be tasked with calling on the largest bloc in parliament to designate its nominee for the premiership before submitting his/her cabinet for parliamentary approval. This entire process must take no longer than 90 days, as per the constitutional deadlines.

THIRD: Among the most critical aspects of the negotiations is determining the largest bloc in parliament. In terms of sequencing, it is theoretically possible for this to happen after the election of the new President, but in practical terms, it needs to be resolved before parliament convenes its first session so that the positions of Speaker and President can be agreed on as part of a broader deal among the competing coalitions.

FOURTH: The final piece to the puzzle requires the largest parliamentary bloc to agree on its nominee for prime minister, who will have 30 days to submit his/her cabinet to parliament for approval.

Having outlined the core components of the government formation process, it is necessary to look at which potential obstacles could cause extended delays to the process.

The first and most unpredictable aspect is HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE NEWLY-APPOINTED JUDGES IN THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION TO COMPLETE THE MANUAL RECOUNT AND RESOLVE ALL ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD AND IRREGULARITIES.

Based on previous elections, it typically takes about four weeks to complete the manual count, but this year’s elections have been complicated by widespread allegations of fraud in the Sunni and Kurdish provinces, as well as in out-of-country voting. Additionally, the commission will need to account for an unknown number of ballot boxes that were destroyed in the warehouse fire in Baghdad earlier this month. Furthermore, if the recount yields a significantly different outcome to the electronic count, we could see further delays in the Supreme Court’s final verdict. JUST HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION TO COMPLETE ITS WORK IS ANYONE’S GUESS AT THE MOMENT, BUT EVEN AN OPTIMISTIC OUTLOOK WOULD SUGGEST THAT FINAL RESULTS WILL NOT BE DECLARED BEFORE THE END OF JULY.

The second major challenge is for the rival political coalitions to agree on an alliance that will be designated as the biggest parliamentary bloc. Initial efforts by Moqtada Al-Sadr’s Sa’iroon coalition to form a majoritarian government with Hikma, Nasr and Wataniya eventually ran out of steam, leading Sadr to announce a de facto alliance with his arch-rival Hadi Al-Ameri and the Fateh coalition. Given the current trajectory, THE MOST LIKELY OUTCOME APPEARS TO BE AN ALLIANCE BETWEEN THE FIVE LARGEST ELECTION COALITIONS, NAMELY SA’IROON, FATEH, NASR, STATE OF LAW AND HIKMA. Although both Sa’iroon and Nasr are reticent about allying with State of Law, IT IS UNLIKELY THAT NOURI AL-MALIKI WILL BE LEFT OUT OF A GRAND COALITION in some way.

Integral to the formation of this potential alliance will be the negotiations over who will be nominated to lead the next government. While Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi continues to be the frontrunner, it is still possible for an alternative candidate to emerge, particularly given the fact that State of Law, and to lesser degrees Fateh and Hikma, will be keen to prevent Al-Abadi from securing a second term. Nevertheless, of the five competing coalitions, Nasr’s chances of securing the premiership appear to be strongest by virtue of its acceptability both domestically and internationally.

Given the dynamics outlined above, is it possible to predict how long it will take to form the next government? A new government could be voted into office by November, assuming that the Supreme Court ratifies the results around the beginning of August. There would also be added pressure for Iraq’s political elite to arrive at a grand bargain before the end of the year, given the country’s commitments to international financiers and donors, namely the imperative to pass a 2019 federal budget in a timely manner.

WHILE THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT CAN CONTINUE TO FUNCTION RELATIVELY UNINHIBITED OVER THE SUMMER, the monumental task of rebuilding and reforming the country requires political stability that can only be attained through a comprehensive agenda that enjoys the backing of a newly elected parliament.

A fundamental success factor of any sports franchise is the four-syllable fun word dubbed "togatherness​".
​
The word conveys several messages in it various definitions, all of which speak to building overall team spirit.

"Togatherness" is an adverb indicating that people are physically gathering with common purpose​.

Other meanings include being and interacting with one another, by joint effort, becoming in contact, integrated coherent structure.

Simply put, "togetherness" means setting and unifying a mission to gather or attract people for a movement.

Think about it, a sports team may have any number of persons associated in their work or activity, but a successful and efficient team always demands that everyone be in harmony with the larger agenda of winning a championship.

Whereas the prime requirement of a productive philanthropic team is fostering a sense of family to gather enough service motivated Human Angels to accomplish a common purpose or mission for a specific humanitarian agenda.

By gathering in small groups or larger​ teams, we strengthen our individual and collective desire to safely co-exist in numbers as well as elevate our collaborative skills which will ultimately solve the most difficult problems facing humanity.

In nature, for instance, such collaboration is not always obvious (e.g., how the eagles need mountains to plant their nests and bees need the nectar of plants to make honey)... but in the something like the sporting or a philanthropic community, all team members function in a unique yet collaborative ecosystem.

One cannot exist therefore without another, and that shared truth is what protects and strengthens the tribe over generations.

When professional athletes gather to accomplish a common mission (win a championship), they do so with the expectation of payment… hence a bottom up approach.

However, when a group of philanthropists gather, each is compelled ​as a volunteer​ of their skills due to the greater good cause in service of a common objective.

That's a top down way of thinking.

Ex-athletes will tell you they cannot simulate this team "togatherness" in regular life, the corporate world or even in bottom up volunteer communities because money is always the key motivator--not the pure service of others.

But there are no ex-philantropists… once you join this team, you never go back to anything else because you understand lives are at stake.

And because we are an infinitely affluent top down philanthropic community, money is of no concern… only mission.

So how must we as new global top down philanthropists adapt just as professional athletes must adjust as the rules and conditions of the game change overnight?

As a philanthropic leader, you must constantly​ be ​s​eeking innovative ways to share your mission, build confidence, train ​a mercy ​staff, plan celebrations and apply new delivery techniques.

Committing to developing your own team's sense of "togetherness" is critical to building a successful philanthropy, just as it would be a successful sports team.

Thus, to use proven methods of how and why successful sports teams and franchises build for success year after year is worth your time.

Below are 7 activities which help said sports teams and franchises foster such "togatherness." It's wise we learn from ​sport's successes and failures, and apply all meaningful lessons to ​your own philanthropic team, mission or in some cases ministry.

#1 - Traveling Togather

Sports teams are required to travel to away venues to compete. In such times, the teams go togather in a coach or an airplane.

They meet at a single location and travel togather. It doesn’t matter if you’re a big star or a small star.

Everybody gets on the same bus!

This removes emotional fences that usual separate teams, as only a united philanthropic team can earn consistent victories in their respective causes.

Philanthropies need to travel frequently together on an equal emotional, physical and mental journey.

#2 - Rooming Togather

Team spirit is strengthened as individuals become personally and physically exposed to each other when traveling and sharing the same space.

Their vulnerabilities and physiques are known to each other which translate to covering for one another in the field of play especially if some are playing with injuries.

Although some philanthropies attempt to simulate rooming togather with open offices, it still does not have the same intimacy as sports players sharing hotel rooms.

#3 - Sharing Victory Togather

A point earned, a touchdown, a home run, a goal scored, a ball placed in the basketball net are all points of victory which members of the team share.

Which player earns the point matters less to the team members because victory and its benefits are shared experiences.

This might explain the joint celebration with a team mate who does the final act.

Philanthropies should learn how to share and reward victory across the board, more frequently and innovatively.

This will help eliminate the "ME" mentality and drive home the principal that "WE" rise and fall togather as a team.

#4 - Training Togather

No matter how good a player is, he or she cannot be isolated from the rest of the team while training.

Some players might need extra exercises to focus on particular objectives, but these will mostly be done in the presence of other players.

Philanthropic teams may not have the advantage of training togather, but they can engineer activities which give the semblance of training in a group be it web seminars, video conferring or group telephone/internet calls like this one.

Training courses, retreats, away-days, productive meetings and similar assemblies can be valuable tools for philanthropies that desire to replicate the closeness of successful sports teams.

#5 - Dressing Togather

Wearing uniforms is a non-negotiable part of being in sports teams. Even top players are never so good that they will be excluded from wearing team jerseys.

Jerseys are always the same colour for each person even though numbers and names may provide identification.

Dressing in similar fashions creates a sense of sameness which tears off many layers of human ego and infirm erodes bogus emotional barriers that keep man from helping man.

In the curate world they call this "swag," but in top down philanthropic world wearing similar shirts, hats, buttons or even using a common writing instrument reinforces to all that we're all on the same mission to serve.

#6 - Celebrating Togather

All sports teams celebrate togather.

They never exclude any member of the team from celebrations, even those that are not directly involved in games are invited to participate.

Celebrations reinforce performance as well as desired behaviour. Lack of celebration delivers the impression that all events are of equal significance.

Celebration doesn’t have to be ‘big bang," in fact most sports teams understand that celebration is not only about absolute victories but incremental progress or many small victories accumulated.

#7 - Losing Togather

Even the best sports teams lose games they are expected to win.

Sports people realise that although losing is painful, it does not bring an end to the team. Instead, it serves as a learning tool.

While emotions may run high and tears may drop from sporting eyes, the back pats and embraces convey messages of hope for future victories.

As in sports, philanthropic reality is that winning is not an everyday affair.

There will be down times, heartbreaking defeats, but they should be shared similarly to the victories.

Summary

These lessons from sports teams are more than just a list for top down philanthropers--they are historical facts of what motivates human beings to unite successfully for the achievement of a common cause.

They are actionable ideas which all greater good philanthropies can adapt to their internal operating mechanisms and culture.

The closer philanthropies mirror the traits of successful sports franchises, the more collaborative and productive their own Human Angels will become... and more importantly... the greater number of people in dire need that will be mercifully served.

Lord let's us dare to heal the soul of the world ... one soul at a time!

10 GCR Points To Remember

This post is a refresher of what to expect in the coming GCR.  There is a lot upon us and sometimes it gets confusing.

GCR

#1) First Basket Currencies will All Revalue at the same time.  When one revalues, they all revalue as well.  There will be no opportunity to exchange one and then buy more of the other.

#2) All Denominations of the first Basket Currencies will be Honored.  This means every size bill, will be exchangeable.  This is especially important to know for the ZIM.  Importantly, no zeros will be loped of any notes.  They will be accepted at face value for exchange, at the rate you agree on.

#3) The Zim "Bearer Checks" will be honored and exchanged even though they have expired.

#4) If you have Zim, you will have a DIFFERENT exchange Procedure that includes exchanging at offsite locations, Including military bases, but not limited to them.

#5) Yes, the zim has a special phone number/ account relationship, but don’t worry, your money is actually in Trusts for added protection and "Trusts" have names and not numbers.  The phone number you call to set the appointment, is part of your account info with the bank, but not directly associated with any particular money account.  In short it identifies you, like your name identifies you to the bank when you call.


#6) You will not be allowed to bring any electronic items into the exchange such as phone, tablet, computers, calculators, etc.  Therefore, have a sheet of paper (Master Sheet)  that has all your important information written on it, such as Trust names, address, questions you want to ask, etc.,  for easy reference.

#7)  Bring whatever ID you have, bills, passports, DL, ss card, Birth Certificate, photo IDs etc.  Some people will have all the IDs they need, and others may not, but all will be helped anyway.  Remember that this is a benevolent plan and they realize that some may not have the IDs they need.  The bank will work with you on that.

#8)  All countries will have exchanges and will have the "Privately Negotiated Rates" available as well, especially for humanitarian projects.

#9)  Banks are NOW the safest place in the World to keep your money.  Trust the banks, and trust the plan.

#10)  HSBC is the main GCR Bank and will eventually have retail branches everywhere.  Just because there is no branch near you now, doesn't mean you can't exchange with them and get an account with them.  They will be represented at the Exchange centers, especially for the ZIM.

Bonus:

#11) You should call as soon as possible for your appointment, but once you call, you can set an appointment at a time that works for you. You might have a delay due to travel, work, medical, etc.  Set the time to go IN for your appointment.  I expect that there will be several days or more to call the first number.

#12) Historical Bonds can be redeemed.  Tell the operator what you have (Not amount) when you call the first appointment contact number.

Dear Ms. Jessup (Linda),

Thank you for your email regarding the CMKX issue. Although I am NOT a shareholder, the circumstance regarding the confusion over my role, the payment of the FINES, INTEREST, AND PENALTIES (FIPs), and the remittance of the CMKX funds from the "Mahue Trust", per Al Hodges, Attorney-at-Law.

My involvement with Al Hodges began as the result of Chris Story, FRSA, contacting me for permission to release an article to Al Hodges regarding the CMKX $12.5 Billion dollar theft, by Bush Sr.. After several conversations, between the three of us, Chris and I decided that we needed an alternative method of evidencing my Affidavits (of 2008, etal.), to Her Majesty the Queen of the United Kingdom. We had reason to believe the previous method had been re-routed to 10 DOWNING STREET without our knowledge. Al Hodges provided a successful method to deliver the packages to Her Majesty, without problems.

Per the above Referenced items, on 21 March 2013, approximately 200+ countries signed a "Gold Treaty" that designated a loan, enmass, that would satisfy the BASEL III LIST, of which I was a named participant. This Treaty will eliminate the Fiat monies and derivative system once and for all.

Within the GOLD TREATY I am named as the Primary Designee to receive the CODES that will FUND THE NEW REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TREASURY, and release the GOLD-BACKED UNITED STATES NOTES (USNs) ---- WHICH INCLUDES THE GOLD-BACKED FUNDS FOR CMKX.

That is the extent of my involvement with CMKX.

Now, as to when this will happen.....I DO NOT KNOW. It is determined by "THE GOLDEN DRAGON" who signed for the massive Gold amounts which will be distributed via the GOLD TREATY. I am in the dark as much as all of the CMKX shareholders.

Dear Ms. Jessup (Linda),

I appreciate your inquiry regarding the payment of the CMKX funds; however, as far as I have been advised --- thus far, I will have NO FURTHER involvement with the payment or the payment process --- once I have entered the CODES into the NEW REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES TREASURY that will unlock the Gold-Backed USNs.

The question of the payment process should be directed to Al Hodges. Since I am not a shareholder of CMKX and have no standing in the matter, I do not have any information relating to how or what process has been setup.

This response and the earlier reply may be posted at your convenience. However, upon advice from the International Authorities, I am not permitted to access any "boards" (Ref: Michael C. Cottrell Affirmation dated 20 December 2014).

Gary Larrabee Health Update 3/7/17

#7 (8 hours ago)  Had a chance to talk to Gary. He is doing ok. Has been eating and feels better. The heart cath was ok but there is a concern about irregular heart beat. He thinks they may put a pacemaker in tomorrow. Pray for him on that one!!! will try to see him in the AM and will keep you posted.

The IMF doesn’t want them to float...but IMO...I think they are going to float.

 There is a compression of a lot of DEAL going on as the fat lady gets out of the way to show the liberation of Mosul.

  Once you have Mosul...you’ll see the reason for the negotiations...which you wouldn’t see happening with a program rate.

 The DEALS are across the board...creating fairness in trade and currencies.  This is VERY historical.  I like how Abadi told everyone at the meeting in Germany...“we’re open for business...come on in!”  Germany did tell Abadi...“ok”...and they did...quickly. 

 Abadi received today a German delegation...Merkel says they are there to help with the economic reforms. Didn’t take them long to show up.

No country is in this for an 1186 program rate!

 The reason why we don’t see the exchange rate of the IQD released yet...because there are a LOT of DEALS being made...   IMO…(about 2 weeks ago)…we have enough of Mosul to have the RV of the currency of Iraq now...that was MY OPINION…but apparently that is not President Trump’s opinion.  He wants to extinguish ISIS...That’s why many DEALS…IMO…are being born…combination of removing ISIS…“give me Mosul” and you’ll see the MR.  We’ve got like 30 articles now... evidence of what they are going to do.  It’s not that we want fully security by removing all of ISIS...while that is happening, Trump is making a lot of DEALS with Abadi. 

IMO…Iraq is being used as LEVERAGE to do a lot of DEALS around the world.  Has Abadi seen Trump yet? No…not until Abadi is done with this and that…but Trump has Abadi’s back!   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]  Dr. Shabibi…anything to say?  

Dr. Shabibi came out…and said that Maliki stopped everything.  Abadi asked…“Why did Maliki give up Mosul?”   Why did he remove 3 units of protection? Why Maliki? Obviously he was in coo hoots with ISIS.  They are now calling for high-treason… in Iraq and INTERNATIONAL COURTS!  TIME IS UP! 10 Reasons The GCR Should Happen Today

From everything I have learned from the intel providers that I trust, we are IN THE WINDOW NOW. We have had a good "Report" from Yosef, From Bruce at the Big Call, From Zorra of Hollow Earth, and even have heard from Fisher of The Real Truth Call/Chatter. Those are all my favorite Intel Providers and they all concur that the time is now.

But Is It?

Who knows for sure? Frankly this is the "Disclaimer" for all those who live to criticize and blame. Yes, we can't be sure and for those who NEED Certainty, stop reading this post right now. For the rest who want to be inspired to believe our time is now, I will list a few things that have come to my mind on this wonderful Saturday, January the 14th of 2017.

#1) Saturday is the ONLY day of the week that is a weekend day for every country in the World. Importantly, that means that the markets are closed and the Banks are closed, though some are open, but not doing official transactions. When they change over the rates, they will want to do it when everything is shut down at the same time. By the way, even the Banks that open on Saturday will all be closed for sure in Hawaii, by 11pm EST tonight .

#2) Today is the PEEK of the current energy wave that is hitting the Earth at this time. It is supposed to be very strong today and helping to bring about even higher consciousness. Zorra recommends that you meditate today to raise your vibration and utilize these extra strong energy waves. Also recommended is to go out in nature. Of course for many that means "Go out in the snow."

#3) Interestingly, the SITREP that came out yesterday, (Yosef?) mentioned the new $100 Gold coin that was dated 2017. He suggested that it was created by the Republic and was evidence of the new Gold backed money. Frankly, that Gold coin is "Gold Backed" and issued in 2017, when only the Republic is in charge of our money supply. Hmmmm? I am inclined to agree that this is "Evidence" of gold backed money in coin form. With that subtle announcement, only we who are informed would be able to make the connection to the Restored Republic. Could that be the "Sneaky" announcement we have been waiting for?

Intel SITREP - Saturday - 00:00 EST - January 13, 2017

#4) In more "Far Out" type information, this is the time that all the planets are "Going direct" whatever that means. I guess they are all lined up and going the same direction? I am not sure but it sounds like something that the Elders would be interested in.

#5) I also have noticed that our "Exchange window" has decreased over the years down to 6 days to get us all through the process. With that said, starting today, we have 6 days until the presidential inauguration day on January 20th. Interesting....

#6) While this doesn't count for the rest of the World, we in the US have a 3 day weekend with Monday being Martin Luther King day. This may be important because, we have a complicated situation here in the US as we need to do this process as quickly and quietly as possible as not to wake up the sleeping public. The 3 day week end may be important for that reason.

#7) Several top intel providers have mentioned specifically that the SKRs would be made liquid by the end of the week. The end of the week is Saturday night. The week actually starts on Sunday as the first day, even though for us in the US, it is a religious day.

#8) We, the informed, know that the Republic will have to make an appearance VERY SOON, and most likely by or on the presidential inauguration day, January 20th, 2017. If we, the internet group, get processed by then, the Republic will have more funds and an "Army" of Humanitarian agents ready to get started helping the World. More importantly, we will have funds already in our hands and as Light Workers, can help calm down the masses with our financial help, and our knowledge of the plan and what is going on. Frankly, I don’t see the Republic being announced first, and then during that mass public confusion, we go exchange. Remember, we are part of the plan as Light Workers. We will be answering questions 24 hours a day, once the Republic is announced. It will be a bit crazy for most, but not us, who are highly informed. To recap: I think we will get our money first and be in place to help when the Republic is announced.

#9) Also we should consider that there are some very big "Events" coming in rapid succession. #a) The Gold Backed Monetary system gets quietly announced (GCR), #b) Instantly and simultaneously we will be exchanging at the offsite exchange locations. #c) NESARA gets announced and begins implementation, #d) The New Republic is announced and begins public Cabal disclosure, #e) Mass arrests and trials become very public, #f) Some time later, but not too much later, comes Disclosure of the Galactic presence and then the healing ships arrive.

What is the point of this list of "Events?" Simple, it all starts with us, and so the strong need to get this (Our Exchanges) started ASAP! All those other things happen AFTER we go exchange, which means we are going to be exchanging very soon!!!!

#10) Many of the intel providers have stated that this is our week and that it must start before the 15th. SKRs are supposed to be liquid before the 15th. Which brings up what is so important about the 15th? It is the day that the IMF discloses the new currency rates of the World, in case they have changed. So if this starts before the 15, then the new public rates can be listed on the IMF website on the 15th right on schedule!

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is that this is ALL SPECULATION because we have no proof and will not have proof until AFTER it has happened. In the case of the GCR, Proof kills, as we saw on 9/11. So all we can do is guess. However, that being said, the closer we get to go time, the easier it is to see that this is all true, and that we really are about to exchange.

For many very good reasons (not Proof), it looks like this is our day. This post is meant to offer encouragement and inspiration to those who are interested. To all the others who demand proof, you will still have to wait, just like the rest of us. Interestingly, when the proof comes, it will no longer be needed or wanted. Go figure!!!

Here Is The EXACT Plan:

There seems to be so much worry about who will be President or not, when the CGR will happen, who are the Good Guys and who are not, etc. However, with all that being said, I know the EXACT Plan, and I am going to detail it for you in this post. But, before I reveal the EXACT Plan, I want to cover some important points.

The Players And Their Places

First thing to know is the "Players" in this epic transformation of our World, and the Universe. This would be a good time to note that not only are the Dark Forces "Turning To The Light" here on Earth, but, it is also happening throughout the rest of the Universe as well. Since this is a change of the entire Universe, then the players are more Universal in nature.

At the Highest Level of the Game or plan, it is a bringing of all the Universe into one "Accord," one vibration in unity, in the frequency of Love. Since all the Universe is one, the seeming fight is one against self. It is just an "Alignment" bringing all of self, into congruency of the whole. Thus the Uni-Verse which translates to the One-Verse.

However, at a lower level it looks like a battle or fight between the Light and the Dark. But you have to realize that the Light does not hate, or harm, or destroy, it only Loves and overcomes and encourages that which vibrates less than Love, to come up to love.

If this were a true fight against a "Separate" enemy, they would have been wiped out and vaporized where they stand, no questions asked. But it is not that easy to fight yourself without harming the whole. Thus the dark side has been given opportunity after opportunity again and again to give up and turn to the light. During this time many have come over to the light, which is a huge success. If you were to use a medical example it would be like saving the leg from having to be cut off. For every soul who returned to the light, a part of the whole was healed of its misalignment.

However, there are still parts that are so far out of alignment with the Light, that they are finally being cut off (Killed) as they are unable to be saved. In the big picture it hurts the whole, but in the end saves the rest from further harm.

In Summation, the transformation is about saving (Curing) as many souls as possible before killing (Amputation) is required. We are now in the final stages where all who could be saved were, and the rest must be cut away (Killed Off), to save us.

The Place Of No Time

Time is a creation of experience. I have read in many places that time is like a page in a book. If you turn to that page, (Focus There) then you are experiencing that time and all it entails. However, if you realize that is how time is, then you realize that there is an outcome from this page, already "Written" on the next page. At the place where time no longer exists, this matter is long over. The World is a paradise and being Human on Earth is the most beautiful experience to be had.

Your Life Was Your Choice

You chose to be here on Earth at this time in history to user in the change we are now seeing. If you think about it, this time for us now, IS, the most exciting time in the History of Earth. Before now, the lifetime experience for a person would be: Get Born, live a rough life of fear and lack, then die of war, disease, or feeble old age. I am sure we have all lived that experience many times.

Now, before I talk about our experience in this NOW time in history, let me brief you on the future experience on Earth. You get born, are loved and nurtured, have a great life of doing what you want being loved by all as you are expressing love to all, live a long time, may be 1000 years or more, then finally at some point transition out of the Human experience. Yes, I know that sounds great and it is. However these two life experiences have one thing in common, they are "Ordinary" experiences from beginning to end. One an ordinary stressed life experience, and the other an ordinary great life experience.

This Life, Right Now, Was Your Choice

This is the most exciting time to ever be alive on Planet Earth. This is the acceleration phase. The part where we go from lack and pain, to abundance and peace so fast that you can hardly keep up. Not only do we get to see and witness this great change in the World, and the Universe, but you are one of the main participants in the game!!!!! Before you got here you said "Put Me In Coach!!!!, I want to play in this game!!!!"

You will go from traveling around your town, to traveling around the Solar System, and into Hollow Earth. You will have hover cars, that get from one place to the other at thousands of miles an hour, if you are taking it slow. You will have a Star Trek replicators that manifests whatever you ask for. You will go from unhealthy to perfect health in a 20 year old body that will last for a thousand years. You will be living in the time in which you helped the World turn to the light, and get back on its feet, and then usher in the new age of space travel and meeting others from all over the Universe. It is easy to see this is going to get very exciting!!!! It is an exciting time of transformation, the great change, and you are right smack dab in the middle of it.

Here Is The EXACT Plan:

O.K. all that being said here is the exact plan so that you know what is going to be happening. I am going to lay it out in a certain order, even though many things are happening at the same time at various stages:

#1) Convert as many of the Dark Souls to the Light as possible and then, instruct the rest to Exit (Die) in a way of their own choosing.

#2) Supply the World with an abundance of Money so that the people of the suffice population of Earth may participate in helping themselves, and at the same time healing the Earth as well.

#3) Change out corrupt governments with a new governmental structures more in line with the principals of the light and love.

#4) Offer healing assistance to the surface population to heal every disease and regrow every limb until all have been returned to perfect health.

#5) Leverage this new planetary wealth coupled with the new benevolent governments to raise the consciousness of the planet up to the 5d level.

(Over Time)

#6) Improve technology and Human experience to the point where money becomes so unimportant that it no longer plays a part in life on Earth.

(Much Later)

#7) Remove everyone from the Planet (The "Gathering") so that she can expand in size by 1/3. After Earth goes through her growth spurt, and it is safe to live there again, we will be allowed to return to live in the Hollow Earth area or we can choose to move to another planet, in another Solar system or Galaxy.

(Much Later)

#8) All Earth souls who have gone through this amazing growing experience living on Earth, will be dispersed through the Universe as teachers, and mentors. We have learned compassion as we were oppressed, and learned love in spite of all that we endured, and finally, we all raised up to the higher frequency by our own choice. Only those who have experienced what we have experienced here on Earth, can teach what we have learned in the process. There is a HUGE difference between knowing and experiencing. We have experienced it all.

Your View Point

If you are the public at large, you don’t even know that anything is going on. However at our point of view, we know that there is a big change coming. We are to have huge amounts of money and go forth and help the World. We are to have a new Restored Republic that will act as the model for other governments around the World. It is so easy to think that we know so much when compared to the sleeping public. However, as much as we think we know, we really don’t know squat about what is really going on, and what the real game moves are.

Do you really think you know everything there is to know about Trump or Ryan? Where did you learn what you think you know? Cabal School, or was it from the Cabal Media? Or was it from some hip "alt right" information source on the Web? Do you really think that you know enough from these sources to determine what the best choice is or is not? I've got news for you.... No matter what you know, or think you know, you don’t know everything that you need to know to decide the matter.

Maybe they were Cabal.... So what... People change and go the right way. Maybe they will or won’t be President.... Again it doesn't matter. All that matters, is that whomever becomes President in the end, will be the most qualified, and most capable person, and the very best choice to take us through this World Change. THAT IS A GIVEN. Frankly, I can guarantee you, that if you knew everything about this that you would need to know, you would make the same choice for the same reasons. Suffice to say, that the best person, the right person, will be the one who gets the job, and they will do exactly what needs to be done, for the best outcome. THAT IS A GIVEN.

Your/Our Perfect Logic

How can logic go wrong? Easy! We think that we are so logical and are so well equipped to decide a point one way or the other. But, ironically, Logic has one huge flaw, You have to know all the facts before you can logically decide anything. You can't debate the logic of our Bases on Mars, if you don't know we have a secret space program. You can't talk about the gravity of Earth, and the nature of its design, if you think that it is solid with a molten core. Science and physics? Forget about it. You don’t even have a chance because the real science is so far advanced beyond what you were permitted to know.

Do you think that you have a better chance in debating politics? No matter how much you think you know, unless you are blood line, you don’t know a thing. Just to show you how clueless we really are, consider a recent post about the secret space program. It turns out that we have several secret space programs and each of them has no idea about the others. Even the people who think they have the highest secret clearances and are in what they think is the most secret program there is, are dumbfounded to find out there are even more secret things they don't know. So I don't care how logical you are, and how much your arguments make sense, they are instantly flawed due to lack of information that you don’t have or have wrong.

So, Who Will It Be?

We can guess all we want about who will be president of some other matters as a sort of game to see who is right. BUT, there is NOTHING to be upset about, because the EXACT right person will get the job, FOR VERY GOOD REASONS, which you may or may not ever know. So guess all you want. Post daily if you like. BUT, don’t get mad about it one way or the other. It works out in the end, just as it needs to be, just as it should be, just as it will be. Whoever it ends up being, and how ever that process happens, it will be the best choice made by the people who know EVERYTHING there is to know on the matter. No more and no less.

It Is Like A Chess Game

The Turning of the Dark into the light is just one strategic move after another. No matter what moves the Dark make, there is a counter move of love beckoning them to turn to the light. However, here is a spoiler alert, the Light winds in the end. All darkness is turned to the light. Some pieces on the chess board change from dark to the light and now assist, and others must be removed from the game altogether. But no matter the moves by the dark, the light wins.

Sometimes we get caught up in the "Game Play" as it is still in progress. We think that Hillary will not debate Trump, but she does instead. Then we think that Obama will resign and the Republic be announced before the election even takes place, but again the game went in a different direction. That is the nature of the game. From the moment the game began, the end was already certain, but between the start and the end it is so fluid and exciting to say the least.

Some said that there was no way that the election would be cancelled by an Obama Resignation. They were right. But was it because that was the plan all along, or were they right because that is how the game happened to go? We may never know. However, there will be lots of people who were right about one thing or another and wrong about others because the game is fluid and changing all the time. However, we know all we need to know and that is "It works out in the end, just as planned."

The Bottom Line

The bottom line, is that debating who will be president or any aspect of this whole plan is an exercise in futility. Even if you are exactly right, it most likely has already changed due to some new situation. To be clear, it is fun to try to figure it all out, while we are waiting, but it is nothing to fight about, since we don’t actually know anyway.

All you have to know about the plan, is that it works out perfectly in the end. In the place where time no longer exists, it has already happened perfectly. Whomever is president, is perfect for reasons you may never know. Don't worry about that because it is already handled by those who do know everything that needs to be known on the matter. What is to happen has already been written in history and is just now playing out before our eyes.

Your part is also already written, but yet to play out and unfold into reality. You get lots of money, and in some way contribute to Humanity and the Earth. That we know. However, your part is also fluid and can go in many different directions from here. It is written that it has happened magnificently in the end, but exactly how, is yet to be seen or experienced by you. That is your part now. Don’t be upset about the parts of the game that are not your parts to play. Instead, concentrate on your part of the World Change, your moves, your game play.

In this article, I’ll break down the top ten most valuable currencies in the world, discussing how they compare to the American dollar and how their given economies allow them to be so strong.

#10 – Brunei Dollar

The Brunei dollar has been in use since 1967 by the Nation of Burnei, as well as Singapore. The bill comes in denominations similar to that of the American dollar: B$1, B$5, B$10, B$50, and B$100. Although this currency is also spent in Singapore, it is predominantly used in the country of Brunei. Brunei is a sovereign state in Southeast Asia, and although it may be small, it has a fairly wealthy economy. The majority of their GDP comes from crude oil and natural gas production, and Brunei is actually the fourth largest producer of oil in Southeast Asia. Not only that, but the country has also recently tried to make itself a small hub for international travel, with Royal Brunei Airlines being founded during the mid-1970s. One Bruneian dollar is worth approximately .73 American dollar.

#9 – Australian Dollar

This next currency is a little less obscure. One Australian dollar is worth .76 American dollar. Although the Australian dollar is obviously used primarily in Australia, it is also used in Nauru, Tuvalu, and Kiribati. (It is also used unofficial in Zimbabwe.) Australia’s economy is as strong as you would expect from one of the wealthiest countries in the world, relying primarily upon the country’s banking, manufacturing, and mining. Australian notes come in denominations of A$5, A$10, A$20, A$50, and A$100. The notes themselves are pretty interesting, too. Australia was actually the first country in the world to implement a system of bank notes that were made of polymer. This unique note material means that Australian money is cleaner and easier to recycle than traditional paper money.

#8 – Canadian Dollar

Next on our list is the Canadian dollar, which is officially used by Canada and unofficially used by Saint Pierre and Miquelon. One Canadian dollar equals around .77 American dollar. The most commonly used denominations of the Canadian dollar are C$5, C$10, C$20, and C$50. (Canada has a $100 note, but it isn’t used as often as the other notes are.) Starting in 2011, Canada has put a polymer versions of these notes into circulation. The Canadian dollar is actually one of the most held reserve currencies in the world. Its popularity can be owed to Canada’s general economic and political stability. Although the value of the Canadian dollar has definitely decreased over time, Canada’s strong scientific and energy-based economy should keep the value of the currency stable for the foreseeable future.

#7 – Swiss Franc

Is there anything that the Swiss can’t do? The Swiss franc is the next valuable currency on our list, with a value of 1 Swiss franc per 1.03 American dollar. Swiss franc banknotes come in 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 1,000 denominations. The Swiss franc is characterized by its use of different colors in its banknotes, which are yellow, red, green, blue, brown, and purple. They’re obviously used in Switzerland, but they can also be found in Liechtenstein and Campione d’Italia as an official currency. The strength of the Swiss franc is almost a no-brainer. Switzerland is one of the wealthiest countries in the entire world, being home to a massive technology sector and a host of different major corporations, like The Swatch Group and Nestle.

#6 – Euro

Of course, you can’t have an article about currency without talking about the euro. The euro’s banknotes come in denominations of €5, €10, €20, €50, €100, €200, and €500. Although it may not be the most valuable currency on this list, the euro is definitely one of the biggest currencies on this list. The euro is used throughout the entire Eurozone, which contains over a dozen countries, including Austria, France, Germany, and Italy. For hundreds of millions of people across several different countries, the euro is the golden standard, so to speak. In terms of value, one euro is worth around 1.12 American dollar. The reach of the euro is its greatest strength, but it also serves as its greatest weakness. In 2012, the euro’s value dropped pretty significantly due to economic trouble in Greece and Spain.

#5 – British Pound

Finally, we are brought to the British pound sterling. Like the Canadian dollar and the euro, the pound is one of the world’s most frequently traded currencies. One pound is worth approximately 1.32 American dollars. Not only that, but the pound also holds the honor of being the oldest currency in the world that is still currently in use. Its use can be traced back as far as Anglo-Saxon Britain, which would make the pound around 1200 years old. The pound is used most frequently in the United Kingdom, as well as Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Jersey. British pound banknotes come in a variety of different denominations, with the most commonly used notes being £5, £10, £20, and £50. Like the euro, the British pound has lost a great deal of buying power over the years. However, it is still a global superpower as far as currencies go.

#4 – Latvian Lats

So, it may sort of be cheating to place the Latvian lats on this list. Why is that? Starting in 2013, Latvia has begun to phase the lats out in place of the euro. Today, it is technically not in use by any country. However, the lats still has value in both world and local exchange. Today, one lats is worth approximately 1.61 American dollars. Prior to being taken out of circulation, the lats came in banknote denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 latu. As far as currency goes, the lats was pretty young — the first lats were introduced into Latvia in 1922. Originally, they were implemented as a replacement of the Latvian rublis, which was the currency used by Latvia immediately after they had won their independence from Russia. Although the lats will be dead within a few years, it still holds a great deal of value.

#3 – Omani Rial

This next currency is the first currency on the list to only be used by a single country. (I don’t think the lats really counts, considering the fact that it isn’t actually used by any country anymore.) The rial is only used in the country of Oman. One rial is equivalent to around 2.60 American dollars today. Its banknotes come in denominations of 100 and 200 baisa (which are like the cents to the Omani “dollar”) as well as 1/2, 1, 5, 10, 20, and 50 rials. Before the rial was implemented in Oman in 1970, the country had primarily used the Gulf rupee and the Indian rupee. Oman started to roll out coins in 1940, and it took a few decades for the new currency to fully take hold. The value of the rial is fairly stable, supported by Oman’s powerful oil and gas-based economy.

#2 – Bahraini Dinar

You may have noticed that a common theme among valuable currencies is an economy backed by the oil industry. The Bahraini dinar is sort of unique among the other elite currencies in that it doesn’t rely upon oil exports. The Bahraini dinar is only used in Bahrain, and it is valued at around 1 Bahraini dinar per 2.65 American dollars. The dinar comes in banknote denominations of BD 1/2, BD 1, BD 5, BD 10, and BD 20. Until 1965, however, Bahrain’s currency consisted entirely of coins, broken up into different denominations of “fils”. The Bahraini economy was the first post-oil economy to exist in the Persian Gulf. The bulk of its economy relies upon banking, financial services, and tourism. In 2006, reports showed that Bahrain actually had the fastest growing economy in the Arab world. The value of the dinar has benefited from this stable, diversified economy.

#1 – Kuwaiti Dinar

Finally, we are brought to the most valuable currency in the world: the Kuwaiti dinar. The Kuwaiti dinar is solely used by the people of Kuwait, and one dinar is worth a whopping 3.31 American dollars. Like the Bahraini dinar, the Kuwaiti dinar is broken up into different denominations of “fils”. Currently, Kuwaiti dinars can be found in banknotes of 1/4, 1/2, 1, 5, 10, and 20 dinars. During Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait in the 1990s, the Kuwaiti dinar was replaced by the Kuwaiti dinar, It has since been re-implemented, however. How is this dinar so strong? Kuwait actually possesses the fourth highest per capita income in the world, largely thanks to the country’s massive oil reserves. The mass majority of Kuwait’s exports consist of both crude and refined petroleum oils.

There are things occurring behind the scenes with the Monetary Reform.  There is movement of “stuff” that Iraqi citizens need … hammers, computer, rice & beans.
 
IMO … countries are interested in doing business with Iraq … and Iraq is paying them … maybe the IMF is paying them … the international world is doing business with Iraq … and they are paying for their goods.  WHOA!  Do you understand that?  Are you with me?  Are you listening?  IMO -- if that is true … if the international world is gaining confidence with Iraq and the new ministers working with Abadi.  Do you think the WTO and World Bank is watching?  Are they impressed?  Can they pay their own bills? Humm.
 
A week ago, Sunday at 3:03 am Iraqi time … there was the “start” of the operations of Mosul … but I would say it was also the start of international business because they were put on a WHITE LIST.
 
I believe that this TRANSITIONAL RATE that is being used … (not in front of our eyes, nor the CBI … because by law, they would have to tell you they are) … is being used … to bring in these goods.
 
Remember … within 10 business … (normally 30) … there would be some needed info passed to the IMF or in increase in the rate to qualify with what they are doing within their budget.
 
May I suggest … there may be a SWAP … not of currency … but of an EXCHANGE RATE … within the SwiftNet system.
 
IMO -- the SwiftNet is a using a derivative … (we think) … within the next 10 days … to do a CURRENCY SWAP with the rate of the IQD against … (possibly) a basket of currencies.

We (non-Iraqi citizens) will probably never see a 1 to 1 rate … because a Transitional Rate (TR) may take it well past it!!!
 
The CBI and our CC Notes … are finding commonality.
 
Please remember … the CBI … does NOT have to tell you anything.  They do NOT owe you an explanation whatsoever.  It should be so.
 
Delta sends his regards and love.  He sends his patience.  He studies the CBI website for us … reads every article … interrupts them.  He pays attention to the spreadsheet … shows key numbers … projected rates … but some fields are blank.  Projected rates show 14 to 15 cents … but the 2016 is blank.  Now, some are no longer variables … they are now derivatives.  So many things … and all before November.
 
We believe the Abadi and Saleh are sending confirmations/documentations to the IMF within the 10 days that we talked about --- which are coming to a close … all BEFORE November.  IMO --- all an indication of their financial reform.

IMO -- each member of the IMF needs verification … before any change in rate … to be completed before November.

IMO – that includes a rate change … that deals with contract goods.

The letter to the IMF lets each member within the IMF knows of the rate.  The IMF cannot finalize the agreement with Iraq until they see documentation.

I told you, I don’t think we’ll ever see 1 to 1.  They might surprise us all with the international rate when it does come out.  In the ‘70’s and ‘80’s, it used to be around $2.80.  When Saddam took over, it was over $3 … and the Gulf Currency is launching around $2.60 to $2.70 … which is a fair number to start at.

We believe that the IMF may meet on the 7th of November to see if Iraq completed all they needed to do … but IMO … meetings are ongoing now.   The CBI will not be involved in any of this because they can keep a secret.

Please understand derivatives I’m not going to be your math teacher.  IMO -- variables that are now derivatives.

Mosul is still with/without the liberation … but the IMF does not care about Mosul. 

The IMF is in business to make money with Iraq.  There is no profit at a program rate.
 
The IMF does not care about 2017. 

IMO – the MR consists of the RI … and that is for the IMF.

The international world which consists of the Economic Reforms … which is the RV --- (which is not a part of the IMF).

I believe that the RI is for the IMF which is part of the MR. 

The RV is for the international investors.

This will be the FINAL letter to the IMF within these 10 days. 

It will give the IMF a good idea of when Iraq will raise the value of their currency.

Give us Fallujah … and you have the ECONOMIC REFORMS.

Give us Mosul … and you have the MONETARY REFORMS.

IMO -- I believe that we are within 1 to 2 clicks outside of Mosul. 

Therefore, we are very close to the center. 

Right now it is the Kurds Army that surrounds Mosul … that is exactly the way it should be.

The most important thing about Mosul right now is … the “CENTER.”

The CENTER … if all of Iraq was like a bulls-eye … I believe that the center of Mosul is the bulls-eye itself.

The bulls-eye of Mosul … contains the MR and the ER.  (Monetary Reform and the Economic Reform).

Do you remember that the CBI website told ALL of the banks in Iraq to prepare themselves – to stop using the USD in the first part of next year (2017) … remember that?
 
The CBI doesn’t talk that often … but when they do … especially now … they are passing along some amazing information … IMO.

The Rasheed Bank stated last week that they are adopting a new system to transfer money inside and outside of Iraq. 

Well … a country that is slapped with charters that restricts them … does not have the privileged to send their worthless money into an international environment – that’s why they are in sanctions. 

Chapter VII … has been a slow evolution.

Now the Rasheed says they are going to adopt a new system. 

Do you know what that system is? 

It’s called the IBAN (IBN) International Banking Network … which are codes … that you can’t read … codes that are necessary for Iraq’s currency to go into the international theatre. 

These are codes/routing numbers … will be used by Iraqi banks … works hand in hand with the SwiftNet system. 

Do you think Iraq qualifies for something this? 

Well, behind closed doors … I guess they do.  

They haven’t done it yet, but they have been telling the citizens this in the news. 
   
The Transitional Rate is bringing in the number … the variables … the derivatives … of their budget … IMO.

Iraq asked for the budget, didn’t they?

Mosul is about 80-90% done.
 
There is NO STOPPING the Monetary Reform.  

The timing may frustrate you, but I think the timing is brilliant.

I believe that you know that the IMF is going to give them the 2nd loan … and IMO … there is something that is coming with it.   And all before November, huh?

I believe that the evidence of this documentation, along with the derivatives … along with the currency swap … along with the SDR … have all been delivered … and all on time.

IMO – they are doing everything on time.

IMO – the IMF has received the letters from Iraq, and now the IMF knows what Iraq is going to do with their Transitional Rate.  I believe we will need this final week to be introduced to Mosul. 

The CENTER of Mosul … to me … is like the bulls-eye target!

In effect … pushing the terrorists into the center.

The Citizens have been an amazing help … flags on homes … flyers … scared ISIS.

ISIS is killing their own commanders … and these “squeeze plays” were used on them in the center of Mosul.

We believe that this “pattern” … which will back-up what I’m trying to tell you about the center of Mosul.

IMO … the CENTER of MOSUL is the MONETARY REFORM!

#5 – “Abadi … only Iraqi Army will be allowed to step into the CENTRAL part of Mosul.”

All of these articles from TODAY … is not a coincidence family.  It’s a pattern.

#7 – “Coinciding the victories of the CENTRAL area of Mosul.”  -- (this is the article that was running around the Internet).

#8 – “… Chairman announced an ENCIRCLEMENT of Mosul.”

#9 – “… advance to the city CENTER.”

#10 – “the intelligent grounds on the bridges and streets are saying the organization withdrew … approached the liberation of the CENTER of the city of Mosul.”

Who talks like this?  Your conference calls.

It’s important that we (USA) doesn’t go in there (Mosul).

With ISIS killing itself … this last week of October … is going to be very interesting.

IMO – planting the Iraqi flag in the CENTER of Mosul … would coincide with the monetary reform.

Meanwhile, parliament finance says they have read the budget.

What is he talking about?  The article that came out … a lot of us were shocked … but the words were just what we wanted to hear.

May I suggest that we have been expecting this, haven’t we family?

Delta … I called him … told him about the article … and WS and I saw it late last night … but WS said “no.”

We had Delta investigate it … Delta found it in Arabic … and said it’s was a legit source.  It was actually from a newspaper that a lot of journalists that live outside of Iraq send their articles too.  They don’t really live inside of Iraq.  They live in the US and throughout Europe.  The site itself is legit according to Delta. 

The article had been put together … kinda like Frankenstein (one piece at a time) … but it contains 2 separate things – that were not Frankenstein.  If you go back to 2003, you will see some of the words that were used in articles – you know, like they were getting ready to raise the value of the IQD. 

#1 – the articles is saying there is an independent source in the CBI that is telling them this.  (info leaked).  Can you keep a secret family?  Sometimes it’s hard.  Perhaps the CBI talked to this journalist .  The article also talked about Chapter VII.  We continued to study it.  It basically what Dr. Shabibi said before he was kicked out by Maliki and Obama.  Just because it has parts from 2003, does NOT make it any less viable.

The RECENT LIFTING?  (That’s what the IMF wanted them to do with the auctions, etc.)

WS and I didn’t want to put this article out because it was being abused by other guru’s.  We wanted to study it further … and it was treated well on our forum in thought/opinions.

  IMO … I believe we are going to see a budget...by the 3rd week of this month...and see a change in their monetary policy and a change in their currency...THIS YEAR! I’m not giving you a date...but before the end of this year...we are going to see a change.

BONDS...in my opinion, it does appear that the USA will not back up the BONDS that the GOI wants to sell. Remember, back in December, the IMF told the GOI that they were going to help them – if they raised the value of their currency.  Well, here we are...upon the prepuces of the monetary reform...and Abadi saying they have done everything...well...IF... you have done everything...they get LOANS don’t they?

 I have not seen the CBI website show me a new rate for the IQD.  They have not changed it officially.  DO THEY WANT THE LOANS...the 640 Million Dollar Loan.

 They will get that WHEN they raise the value of their currency...and if they don’t...they won’t get the BONDS.  This is not bad news.

Guru Adam Montana:   The HCL (Hydro Carbon Law) is centered around the Kurdish people, their territory, and the rights to the oil, it accounts for a LOT of the resources, and they are fighting for power over it,  power = money.  they are blocking things because they don't want to lose that wealth.  We need to see the HCL resolved or Chapter 7 released before the "trigger" is pulled.  they are making progress, though - I don't see it lasting too much longer.

I don't tie this [an order for fighter jets] specifically to the RV, or even Chapter 7, but we know they would not waste money on something they could never use! The fact that they are investing in their own defenses tells us that they are also confident that they will not be under Chapter 7 sanctions forever.  Erbil is still exactly where it was 10 days ago. We have agreements in place, everyone seems to be on board, but it is not "done", soon, though!

I think inflation is our FRIEND right now!   if inflation is allowed to get out of control, then the value of the Dinar will also get out of control,  the only way to raise the value is to completely control it so with inflation threatening, I think they have more reason than ever to act quickly this is one of the main reasons I believe we should see the value raise soon, as in pre-Thanksgiving .

As honestly as I can say...It truly could be tomorrow but our very connected sources are not looking for it in the next few days. When I said there are things going on behind the scenes in Iraq...They really are. These things need to be resolved. Guru BGG:   the real and important meetings were going on today - NOT yesterday.  Talibani didn't have the press conference and didn't have anything meaningful to say yesterday evening...I told you this was the case... because the real juice happens today.  The NCSP measure is in parliament and being discussed ahead of the next meeting of the leaders today -  if they vote this in without any Maliki involvement - that is very bad for him and very good for us??  What this means is, the Erbil agreement is being implemented - like it or not...Once this happens and Allawi is the NCSP chairman (which seems inevitable), Maliki will have been effectively neutralized...as far as the CBI is concerned.

Guru Kaperoni:   it is of my opinion that this is a critical time.  I am not optimistic that Maliki will agree to the power sharing he promised with the Strategic Council of Policies position for Allawi.  That being said, I don’t think they will let him hold the world, in essence, “hostage” but holding up the RV.  the CBI is ready, or near ready, to offer up a rate to the Iraqi people making their dinar international. This rate may very well be less than expected due to these continuing political issues.  The issues with the GOI may have to take a backseat and be resolved at a later point. If I am wrong, we will continue to wait until there is a resolution with the GOI.

Even though we in Dinarland think we are helping the RV go, we are being Played by CABAL tricks to keep it from going. You are being used and you don’t even know it. Here is how they are “Playing You” to keep the RV from happening. There are two main groups that are being manipulated, the Un-Aware General Public, and the Aware Dinarland.

How Negative or Positive Vibration Influence Events

The whole point is that there has to be a high Vibration of Working Out, to support and Cause the High Vibration Working Out RV Event. Simply stated: High Working Out Vibrations Create Working Out Events. On the other hand, increased NOT Working Out Vibrations prevent good things from happening (Not Supported) and instead create/cause bad (not working out) things to happen.

How “They” Play The Un-Aware General Public

Of course, the General Public has no Idea about the RV/NESARA that will change their lives for the better. This is a GREAT (Working Out) event that is “Pending” in their future. When will it happen for them? Simple, when the vibration of working out is strong enough to tip the scales toward starting the (Working Out) RV/NESARA event.
So, what do the CABAL do to keep the General Public’s Vibrations low? They have shootings which scare people into worrying. They bring in immigrants to take their jobs so that the general public stress over that issue. They put lead in their water, pollute the environment, threaten Martial Law, offer unsuitable candidates for president. They do everything they can to scare people into worry and fear to keep the vibration low preventing “Good – Working Out” things from happening.
The Un-Aware General Public is being played just like a fiddle. Pluck this string and they are mad, pluck another string and they are afraid, and pluck another string and they worry that there will be war, or martial law or some other catastrophe.
However, there is a VERY HUGE benefit of all this manipulation of the General Public, for every pain, worry and sorrow, they wish for and hope for things to get better. This is creating a HUGE “Potential” working out vibration waiting to be activated. That is, when the RV/NESARA does happen, and they will realize that everything they ever hoped for is coming true, they will swing their vibrations to the working outside so fast and hard that everything good can start happening all at once. At that point, when you have the entire General Public move their vibration to the Working out, high vibration side, the CABAL are finished. there will be NO vibration support for their agenda.

How “They” Play Dinarland

It is easy to Play the General Public because they have no idea they are being played. They think that all these false flag events are real and everything on TV and in the news is real. But we in Dinarland know better. We know the game the CABAL plays with the sleeping Public, but, we are being played in a different way, and don’t even know it. Here is how.
Remember that the “Dividing Line” is between Working Out and NOT Working Out. They Play the sleeping public by using false flag events, for example, to get the General Public to believe things are not working out (Low Vibration). However, we think that we are smarter than that because we know that those events are staged and so we are not tricked or influenced to the Not Working Out Vibrations side.
Guess What? They know that play doesn’t work on you, so they use one that does. They infiltrate Dinarland with fake Dinarland members and they get you to think that things are not working out for you. They keep telling you that the RV/NESARA will not happen, or that it will be much later, or that the rates will be very low. That has kept you worried and stressed for a long time…. But times are changing.
While these “Plays” have been effective for a long time to keep Dinarland down in a not working out state of mind, their effectiveness is now dropping. We know the RV/NESARA is going to happen, and now we can tell that it will be happening very soon, and Dinarland knows to ask for the higher rates no matter what they have been told. This is causing the Working Out Vibration to rise up and get stronger and stronger. Frankly it is just about to go…. But, it hasn’t. Why not?

The “Plays” That No Longer Work In Dinarland

They lost the “It will never RV” play because everyone knows it will. They lost the “You have to be in a group” play because everyone knows that it not true, in fact you are probably better off exchanging individually. They lost the “no such thing as NESARA” play because clearly there is, and it is way bigger and way better than we ever knew. They lost the “ZIM won’t revalue or is worthless” play because as it turns out, it is the most valuable currency on the Planet. What does this mean? It means that you aren’t going to feel bad about the RV, NESARA, Exchanging Individually, or the Value on ZIM and the other currencies. In short you feel strongly that it is working out, and you should, which means you are bringing in RV/NESARA even Faster!!!!

The Newest “Play” Being Used Against Dinarland

They have a new way to make you mad, feel like things are not working out and to keep you upset generally. That play is the “Blame The GURUs” Play. This is a genius Play by the CABAL. The way it works is if they can get you to distrust and be upset with the very people who are bringing you the most information, they not only keep you upset, but they can also keep the truth from you.
Think about it for a minute. Who are the GURUs that are getting the most heat? That’s right, the ones who are bringing you the most behind the scenes info on the defeat of the CABAL. How they are being arrested, and all the other things that are being done to them and what they are losing etc. Don’t you know that is PSY-OPS 101? Infiltrate their group and get people in that group to distrust and hate the very people who are helping them. STOP IT WITH THIS GURU HATING ALREADY!!

We Are The Key That Unlocks The RV/NESARA Event

People who are “Un-Aware” have very little influence on the World. They just go with the flow no matter which way it is going. It is not to say that their vibration doesn’t count, because it does, but, they are not voting for themselves, but we are. Since we know and are Aware, we DECIDE our thoughts and that makes us thousands of times more powerful than those who do not. So, how do we get the General Public to change their mind about how bad the World is, and get them on our side of “Working out?”
VERY SIMPLY BY HOLDING OUR OWN VIBRATION ON WORKING OUT. How can we expect the public, who has nothing to believe in, to think that things are working out, when we, holding Millions, Billions and Trillions of dollars worth of currency in our hands, knowing we are about to be living the life of our dreams, can’t think that it is working out?
If this were a corporation, we would be the voting members and the general public votes would be decided for them by us. WE MUST VOTE WORKING OUT AT ALL TIMES BECAUSE OUR VOTES COUNT!!!!!
Re-Think Where You Are (Right Now)
I mean RIGHT NOW, throw everything out the window and reset your mind.

#1) You are holding currencies that are worth at least Millions of Dollars, if not Billions and even Trillions. Think about that…
#2) You know that means that for the first time in your life you will really be able to do what you want to do and live your dream life. Think about that…
#3) You know that good times are coming which allows you to feel confident in the future which most of the world doesn’t get to feel. Think about that…
#4) You know that the Bad guys in the World are being eliminated and that this World will be at peace and you will be SAFE forever more. Think about that…
#5) You know that there will be a change in our government and governments around the World that will benefit mankind for once. Think about that…
#6) Speaking for the U.S., IRS and the Fed will be abolished forever and a much better and safer financial system will soon take its place. Think about that…
#7) You know that this is an unstoppable World event that is just about to happen. Think about that…
Now, take a moment and reflect on just how good things really are for you and for the World. Are you feeling just how good it is for you? Would you say that things are REALLY WORKING OUT FOR YOU? Good! Now stay there.
Does it really matter, in the big picture, if a GURU gets the date right or not? Will that stop you from getting everything that is coming to you or change all the good that is happening in the World? No! You know the answer is no. You cannot make a case for hating the very people who are trying their best to bring you all the info they can, at their own expense of time, and criticism they suffer.
How Pathetic of Us
How pathetic of us to be talked into hating our own? You know that other people are working and dying to bring this magnificent change to the World for our Benefit. Are we really going to let the infiltrators keep our hopes down and talk us into turning on our OWN INTEL PROVIDERS? That is a SICK CABAL PLAY.
I can easily imagine the CABAL Planning session, One evil doer says to the others:
“Those people in Dinarland are finding out to much about what is going on. Their Intel Providers are saying to much about us and the RV!!!! They are feeling great about the RV/NESARA no matter what we do!!!!”
Then they complain “What can we do about it?”
Then they hatch a their evil plan: “Let’s get them to turn against their own Intel providers, that way they will distrust everything they are bringing into Dinarland!!!”
Then they complain “How can we do that when everything they are saying is true?”
They figure out the way: “That is simple. Since most of what they are telling can’t be proved yet, we can say that it is all lies, and we can also say that they never get the dates right!!!! If we can get them to distrust their own Intel providers, they will fight among themselves and lower their own vibrations.”
Did this meeting actually happen? Maybe. We know that there are Trolls, moles, and nay-sayers in our midst. They all want to bring us down. Will they succeed? That is up to you.

The bottom line is that “You Already Have It Made.” Nothing else matters. The only question now is will it happen sooner or later? That my friend, lies in your hands. Will you stay in the hopeful, working out place of a high Vibration making it happen NOW, or will you fall for the Not working out tricks of the CABAL, causing your vibration to be very low forcing the RV/NESARA to wait a bit longer?
In Short: High Vibration of Happy, Working Out states of mind Speeds it up, while the Low Vibration of being unhappy, not working out, slows it way down.
As for me, I am staying very excited, expectant, and happy for whatever information I am offered. I know that it doesn’t matter whether it is accurate or not, so what! I am still holding valuable currency in a World changing for the good, meaning I already have it made. That is my Vibration and I am sticking with it no matter what!!!!!!
