He confirmed Mr. Fleming's sources saying that the start of NESARA by the military was moved up to Sat 1 May--so he said do the math--for the 10-14 days required by the World Court for the US to access RV funds, since they need to start NESARA on Sat 1 May, this MEANS THEY MUST START T4B and T3-4A payouts THIS COMING WEEK or Trump and the military WILL NOT GET ACCESS TO FUNDS under the control of the top Chinese Elders for NESARA!!! POTUS has done everything by the book to make all legally unassailable so that post-RV Deep State operatives could not unravel ZIM redemptions for us, or for the Restored Republic, or for any other GCR/RV GESARA / NESARA protocol. 

Timelines were not off by far, only hours. They had a hold up Mon. 4 May at the World Court in the Hague making modifications to contracts and agreements to get this out this week and were signed and received this sameMon 4 May. Audits passed today Mon. 4 May about 1-2 pm EDT and release given by the Department of Defense to proceed at 4pm EDT. 

Timing of the 800#s release was fluid and subject to a release algorithm, developments like a World Court response, progress of regular audits and modification by the Elders and POTUS (DoD security, UST, State Dept and White House teams) changing the timing for safety and security reasons. 

All was proceeding toward T4a,b 800# notifications and shotgun start release via 800#s from any moment to over the next 72 hours (intentionally vague for security reasons). 

The Admiral would be releasing liquidity from tomorrow Tues. 5 May onward. The expectation was for full payouts in Honk Kong & other centers tomorrow afternoon/evening Tues. 5 May for the historic bonds, including Yellow Dragon Bonds, Chinese Railroad Super Petchili Bonds, Mexican Gold Bonds and high valued (exotic) Treasuries. 

The banks were finalizing getting enough staff in the Redemption Centers and overcoming some hiccups from exchange staff reticent to serve because of potential Covid-19 infection (due to irrational Scamdemic fear mongering, though had enough alternate staff in place in the coming hours to be ready to start any time this week. 

On Mon. 4 May MarkZ’s Hong Kong Contact reported that he was expecting bond payouts on Tues. evening 5 May (Tues. morning EDT). Unless significant problems arose the 800s# release for Tier 4b was expected to begin by Tues. 5 May. 

The Department of Defense through the US Treasury, told HSBC and Wells Fargo that Wells Fargo was to send out the 500,000+ 800# notification emails by Tues. 5 May – the timing dependent upon agencies cooperating and barring unseen obstacles. 

There would be around twelve days of Tier 4b redemption-exchanges for Contract Rates in appointments at special Exchange Center locations obtained by calling the 800s#. 

According to Fleming’s Military Intel Contact they had to get the shotgun start done, including the bulk of Tier 4b redemptions, by Fri. 15 May so that the IMF could start General Public exchanging foreign currencies at the new international rates at local banks around 1 June. 

Tier 4a,b would go approximately at the same time (within hours). 

Department of Defense security teams determined that Iran and Saudi Arabia should still be in the redemption-exchange offering (1st basket) because Deep State control has been weakened enough in those countries. 

Restored Republic: As of 1 May, 2020 the US returned to Constitutional Law.

According to Fleming’s Military Intel Contact, over the past two months thousands of Deep State operatives have been arrested globally behind the scenes. The last thing Department of Defense and the security teams wanted was to make public some of the names of former Obama administration arrestees prematurely for Intel providers to put out to hundreds of thousands of listeners/readers, and thereby cause a public unrest firestorm. The evidence would be released shortly by the Department of Defense Security Teams working with the Department of Justice. 

Sealed indictments were unsealed and executed in behind-the-scenes arrests for Comey on Sun 3 May, Strzok & Page on Mon. 4 May, Lynch, Yates, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe, Ohr, Rice, Baker and Ciaramella (the anonymous "whistleblower" against POTUS in Ukraine call). The Department of Defense Security Teams were determining which of these should be made public this week and when. As of Mon. 4 May Attorney General William Barr appeared to have enough evidence to bring traitor charges against leaders of the Obama Administration including Obama and Biden.

[size=18]F. Recent History of the GCR/RV Rollout:[/size]

The White Dragon and Chinese Elders would not tolerate any more delays. President Trump, the Alliance and their teams of about 40 (DoD, UST, WH, State Dept) were trying to expedite and speed up the release sequence tasks from the security, legal, administrative and political sides that would stop or delay the release timing. All were pressing for start by first half of next week so that contract dates did not have to be changed again. An attorney who works with the Admiral said: “The RV is done. The final release starts with Yellow Dragon Bond Notes, then Petchilli Bonds, then ZIM.” 

By Wed. 22 April Iraq, Zimbabwe, China and Vietnam were using their own asset/gold backed currencies and no longer accepting the fiat US dollar and using their own asset/gold backed currencies. 

On Thurs. 30 April Trump entered authorization codes for the RV/GCR release, which gave the Admiral a green light to process the new asset-backed US Note – now accepted for exchange internationally – and Paymasters became liquid. 

As of Fri. 1 May the new asset-backed digital dollar was on all trading platforms – that was highly important as all other countries would peg their RV rates to the USN rate. Intermediate accounts such as CMKX, Farm Claims, Native American settlements and sovereign accounts, were being paid out and Trump started formally reopening the country. The Department of Defense security teams confirmed that payouts began but there were some issues (among other things freezing and reversing Deep State currency holder funds transfers), but they said the problems were not major so all things should stay on schedule. 

Over the past week funds have been transferred by the Elders into the master accounts for disbursement. As of Fri. 1 May the financial, legal and political framework of the GCR/RV release had been established globally and the reset preparations were done. It would roll out slowly so that they could catch the bad guys. There would be a lot of disinformation to throw the bad guys off track. 

Over last weekend there were a series of audits and reviews moving forward. On Sat. at 12:30 pm 2 May security and other audits passed, allowing all to move forward. Historical Bonds were being paid out, creating liquidity for down line disbursement. 

Over last weekend they were trying to get all priority payments to intermediate accounts so by Mon. 4 May it could be firmly established when Tier 4b would start redemptions-exchanges and the shotgun start funds sequence initiated. 

Overnight Sun. night 3 May there was a RV rate lock-in. The current UST schedule called for 800# notification release as soon as the Intermediate Accounts priority payments were made.

By Sun. 26 April Trump’s podium no longer contained the Presidential Seal and he stood in front of seven US Flags with no gold trim on them – meaning the US Corporation was no longer in charge and we were back to functioning under the original Constitution. 

Those seven flags were believed to represent 7 trumpets, or the 7 broadcasts that would lay out information on the New Restored Republic. The first trumpet sounded with release of Wikileaks documents on the Internet. The second trumpet sounded with Trump’s announcement of the exoneration of General Flynn. Flynn had been falsely accused, tried and imprisoned by the Deep State it was believed, because he knew where all the bodies were buried. 

The Department of Defense security team had flagged over 1,000 Deep State Operatives currency and Zim holder accounts which were found to be money-laundering RV/GCR funds into Deep State front companies, or the personal accounts of Deep State bad actors like Soros, Pelosi, Obama, Holder, Dorsey (Twitter CEO), Zuckerberg (Facebook CEO), Bezos (Amazon CEO) or Brennan etc. 

The operatives were arrested, accounts frozen and fund transfers reversed. This past week behind the scenes, there were a series of high level arrests tied to both military courts and civilian Common Law courts. The Department of Defense security teams wanted to carefully choose which arrests would be made public this next week, but it would be on the level of Brennan, Comey, McCabe, Mueller, etc. The Department of Defense security teams, military and NSA Intel have been arresting over 12,000 of these types over the past couple of months, while over 184,000 federal indictments on global and political elites were being unsealed and served. 

On Thurs. 30 April President Trump signed an Executive order instigating Martial Law, and the next day on Fri. 1 May activated the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and the National Emergencies Act, and then left for Camp David. 

Globally GESARA was established and started legally & financially through debt forgiveness to African nations and other countries. GESARA / NESARA would be fully implemented over the next 3-6 months, through about Nov 2020.

H. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Please treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon RV liquidity and 800# release.

Anyone could exchange and redeem their own currencies and would have the same ability to obtain the higher Contract Rates as anyone else, as long as they did it at a licensed Exchange Center as per appointment through the 800#s. 

I am not aware of how someone outside the US could redeem Zim Bonds. That question should be asked to the person who set your appointment. 

An hour or so prior to 800# release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would send out over 508,000 emails to currency and Zim Bond holders worldwide, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem within your own country. Those emails would include links to a secured website. Clicking on that website with your computer or phone would automatically generate a code that identified your individual exchange/redemption as you set your appointment.

I. Currency and Zim Bond Redemption: This information applied to redeemers in the US. Different countries would have their own regulations and rules. Please treat as my opinion only: 

Fleming: They wanted currency holders, especially ZIM holders, to go in as quickly as possible to the first appointment that would last 20-25 minutes. 

The Elders wanted currency and Zim holders to get the highest rates for doing humanitarian projects. Every currency holder would get an equal chance at the highest Contract Rates for their project presentations. It would be a level playing field. 

First Appointment: You would receive a debit/credit card with millions on it to draw on between the first and second appointments. Over the first ten days after your first appointment your assigned Wealth Manager would help you choose one of the six vetted US Treasury-sanctioned trust companies (Abbott Downing & equivalent trust companies). 

Second Appointment: The Wealth Manager and private banking team you choose would assist you going forward with your humanitarian and job creation project outlines. They would be happy to take your project presentation to the US Treasury to get the higher rates for your ZIM and/or the highest Contract Rates for your currencies. They would have six months (180 days) after redeeming / exchanging to seek the higher rates for your project outlines from the US Treasury. 

MarkZ: The redemption process would be done in two parts. The banks already had one part of your package. The second part would be delivered to you. You then go to the bank to finish your redemption process. I have spoken to bankers that claim they have physically seen the banking part of the packages. 

On your first appointment at a Redemption Center you would exchange currencies at Contract Rates and redeem Zim at the default rate. Those monies would be put in your account. If you wanted higher rates than offered on your currency and/or Zim, you could ask for such at your second appointment with your Wealth Manager and banking team. 

We have been told that the default ZIM rate of $11 million per 100 T Zim Note would be offered at that first appointment. 

President Trump has given US banks a list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects to invest in. Your Wealth Manager and banking team could explain the details at your second appointment. They would explain the international humanitarian projects you could invest in and you could present a Humanitarian Project. It was recommended that you go for those higher rates at your second appointment so you could help those in need. 

If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes, didn’t have a Humanitarian Project and wanted a higher than default rate, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would be happy to show you the list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects to invest in for higher-than-default rates on the ZIM. 

If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes and had a humanitarian project, and/or if you wanted to invest in the sanctioned international projects, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would help you obtain a higher Zim rate. 

Many ZIM holders had 10 or more 100T ZIM Notes, so the default rate would be considered adequate without being awarded higher Contract or Zim rates.

Well, well here we are done with September and it’s October already. So where is the RV? Guess many of you took that roll coaster ride of the constant RV hype all during the month of September. Oh – they said it will never get out of September without an RV. Didn’ these gurus also say this about May, then August too. They also bash me for justifying this might just go all the way until early January 2020. This is what happens when you base
You knowledge on bank stories and rumors.

Yes, the weeks and months are clicking away and these idiot gurus (namely TNT Tony and Bigcall Bruce) are still pushing their idiotic garbage intel. When will they learn they are being lied to and deceived by their so called “sources”, if they even have any.

Just remember the banks do not make the decision for anything. They simple want the new rate to show up on FOREX and when it does they can use it “legally” to exchange customers who to come in with their currency. So how does the rate get on FOREX?

When the IQD does come back on FOREX and the other global currency exchanges it is called a “reinstatement”. The rate given hopefully will reflect the true and accurate value of the dinar. Right now the rate is still being suppressed at the program rate. The program rate was supposed to be a temporary de-facto peg to the US dollar to help they through a time of high inflation and prevent hyper-inflation.

The CBI has told us there is a process to getting the dinar “reinstated” and in use as an international currency once again. It is not as simple as just pulling a trigger and wamoo, the new rate appears on FOREX.

I will not bore you today again by going over the entire process, since you can refer back to many of my recent newsletters.

In 2011 the process was described to the public of Iraq. I happened to want to read the news from Iraq and I think it’s very important. Unfortunately, many of these gurus think the news from Iraq is not important and want to dwell instead on their bank stories and rumors rather than what is going on in the CBI itself. At that time, they also told everyone the news articles were not important and so they dismissed these earlier very important articles and poo pooed them as nothing important to read. Can you imagine that? How dumb is that?

So now they are ignorant and they don’t understand the process. This is why their intel conference calls are totally useless. This is why there is all this confusion.

But you don’t have to be confused since I have written about the entire process to you many times.

OKTOBERFEST TIME IN MUNICH

This year we also decided to take our annual trip to Munich and visit the Oktoberfest. It seems strange not to have our two daughters with us. As many of you know our second daughter is now also in the university in USA. So, it is just Meine hubby and a few close friends who decided to join us this year. Its off to the train station tomorrow for a few days in Munich. We have found this is the best time to visit the annual fest since many of the craziest people are tired and gone at the end days. The bier halls and gartens are not as crowded. The fall weather is expected to be very nice in Germany.

SO, WHERE DO WE SIT RIGHT NOW WITH THE RV?

There is really not much new news to give again today. We are just waiting on the CBI to launch the smaller of the small category notes. Remember they already launched the 250, 500 and 1000 notes way back in 2003 and in 2011 they told us these notes will REMAIN in circulation as part of the smaller category notes. So this is why I keep using the term smaller of the small category notes. We are waiting for notes yet even of smaller denominations. Many of these gurus misinterpret any news of smaller categories thinking they are the ones we are watching for. But the 250, 500 and 1000 categories have been out since 2003 and so even though it is good that much more emphasis was put on these for petty cash after electronic banking was put in full force, they still need the other smaller of the small category notes to be launched.

Many of these gurus again want to tell you that the 250 dinar note will convert to 25 cent dinar piece and the 500 to 50 cent dinar piece and the 1000 to 1 dinar in the process of deleting the zeros. This is NOT going to be the case. I will say this again – this is NOT going to be the case. There are separate fils that will simple be issued to fill these gaps in currency. The 250, 500 and 1000 notes WILL REMAIN in circulation alongside the fils.

So, months ago the CBI issued a statement to the banks and we read it in the form of an article that told the banks criteria to which they would judge whether a note is substantially worn enough to hold and be replaced. Do you remember this article? I do. The banks have since collected these worn out notes and turned them into the CBI for replacements. But the CBI delayed in issuing to the banks the replacement notes. This created a shortage of currency in Iraq. Also remember the banks just don’t give money to the CBI and vice versa. So the banks have IOUs (or credits) with the CBI.

So what happened next?

Again, we read a news article about the CBI purchasing hundreds of new machines for the purpose of counting, validating and sorting currencies.

However, just recently we read another article that told us they could not use these machines to count the worn-out currency since they were too worn out and frail. The delay in issuing the new currency (CBI credits) was therefore caused by the delay in having to MANUALLY count the worn out currency.

Thus in this recent article the CBI said now they have completed the process of counting it and are now going to issue the new clean 250, 500 and 1000 replacement notes. This was the only purpose of the article. Nothing more.

So why did anyone have to exploit this simple article and lie about it?

In this recent article they said absolutely nothing about issuing the other smaller of the small category notes as the replacement for the 250, 500 and 1000 notes they owed the banks. For the life of me I don’t know how these gurus get off making these statements to you and lying to you. When the CBI talks I listen. I don’t make up stories to exploit the article.

It is as clear as day in the article and in the case with these two idiots TNT Tony and Big (stupid) call Bruce they simply lie to you when it fits their needs. How can you trust anything they say? This recent lie is a perfect example.

So here is the article about the CBI:

“In order to cover the market need of new banknotes for small cash denominations” 250, 500 and 1000, “it was decided to cancel (end) the shortage (credits) that may appear in bank deposits of small cash denominations for a limited period,” the bank said in a statement received by the Economy News. , Indicating that “it comes to achieve the desired goal of withdrawing the damaged cash currency in circulation.”

He added that “the counting and sorting of banknotes damaged for these categories require time and effort from the competent staff for the difficulty of counting in the counting machines.”

So, these gurus simply lied over this without any evidence of FACTS to back up their claims. I can assure everyone that the CBI HAS NOT yet issued any of the smaller of the smaller category notes. If they did, they would have to change the program rate and this would change the entire situation of the currency. The news would be all over the news media from Iraq, I can assure you of this.

Having said all that I have stated in the past that maybe in September the CBI might issue the new smaller categories if they were to follow the 2012 planned schedule. So it appears to us now they are not strictly following this plan. So what is their plan?

I am beginning to see that they are still moving towards an early Jan 2020 move since their accounting year begins on Jan 1st. We know they have told us through their past attempts to reinstate the dinar that this is the BEST and MOST CONVIENIENT time to do so.

Many gurus will still find a need to lie to you and try to convince you their accounting year begins on Oct 1st but I have showed you already many articles that prove them wrong. In these articles the finance committee and the CBI have clearly stated in reference to their new accounting fiscal year end date and it was Dec 31st repeatedly. This can not mean anything else other than their new fiscal year begin on or around Jan 1st. Get it. Why is this so hard to understand? I guess if you only have a 4th grade education like the jackass TNT Tony and Big Stupid Ass Bruce it is easy to understand how they keep making these mistakes.

So here is an example of the bullshit statements these gurus make to their listeners. This example comes from TNT and I quote from a Friday tweet:

“SOME 'OLD' BANK SOURCES REPORTED HAVING TO REPORT TO "EXCHANGE LOCATION CENTERS" THIS MORNING.......BEFORE OPENING HOURS!!! BEING TOLD......"AS SOON AS THE SCREENS REAPPEAR.....IT'S PARTY TIME!!!"

So this tweet shows you their ignorance of the process.

First, what happens at the banks and these damned exchange centers does not make any difference. How many times over the past decade have we heard about these damned centers. They are of no significance since they never pan out. Get it? Why even bother anymore with them? Really who the hells cares if personnel are reporting to them. Let them sit and wait for months for the rV for all that matters. They too are just as stupid for not following what the CBI is doing. I have got to tell you I have talked to representatives from the BOA, HSB, Wells Fargo, Citi banks and none of them have put together these so-called “exchange centers” nor do they even know what the hell I am talking about when I reference them. So, this is just like I told you it is all a lie and so is the 800#s. If you chose to believe all this crap this is your problem not mine.

Secondly, see how this guy Rayren, the author of the tweet, keeps pumping these tweets to keep his listeners on the edge. How many times must the screens go blank and then reappear before these idiots realize its just the system reinitializing the rates as they are recalculated on schedule. This usually happens at least now twice a week. How stupid can you be to think this is a sign of an immediate eminent RV. Really just how stupid can you be? Hye didn’t they tell us already every week the exact same thing. Boy or boy they really like to bang their heads against this wall….lol.lol..

13TH SESSION OF THE ERBIL INTERNATIONAL FAIR

The 13th session of the Erbil International Fair opened on Monday with the participation of 300 companies from 24 countries. "The 30th of September will witness the opening of the big exhibition which includes many fields such as agriculture, industry, construction and food," Mohammed told local Kurdish media. "It was decided that the exhibition will last for 14 days," he said, expecting to see a lot of interested visitors.

He pointed out that the countries of France, Canada, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, Iran, India, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, China, Poland, Sweden, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, America, Malaysia and the UAE, as well as Iraq and Kurdistan region will participate in this session of the Erbil International Fair.

The demands are:

1- Declaring a real war on corruption and opening all files of corruption with the help of international bodies specialized in corruption cases

2. Preventing the interference of political parties and blocs in government work, separating political entitlement from government positions and establishing the Federal Service Council.

3 - Formation of the Construction Council, which consists of specialists to be responsible for all projects and future plans of the country.

4. Really support the private sector, protect the domestic product to eliminate unemployment, move the local economy, maintain foreign currency within the country and open the door for real domestic and foreign investments.

5 - Cancellation of the currency auction and the adoption of free market policy.

6. To confine arms to the State in a genuine manner and to abolish all armed manifestations and the militarization of society.

7- Restructuring all government sectors, especially the service ones, to be real productive sectors.

8 - Restructuring and organization of the institution of education and fast and urgent in order to produce a successful educational sector according to international standards.

9. Amending the Electoral Law to be a fair law and preserving the rights of all.

10. Repeal and amend all laws and legislations that contravene the Constitution and immediately apply the disabled paragraphs of the Constitution and abolish all special privilege laws.

Give an opportunity not more than 15 days to start the implementation of the above or else the ceiling of our demands next time will be higher and bigger.

First of all everyone can read the transcript for themselves of what transpired between our president Trump and the president of Ukraine. So there is no argument what did transpire. All the FACTS are there. No lying or making false accusations. But the democrats seem to think otherwise.

Second, so Pelosi gets on a televised news media and announces that she approves of the beginning of an “Impeachment Inquiry”. This goes beyond normal protocol of Congressional procedures. As the speaker you must call to take a vote on the house floor to make such a call. So, this alone was improper and a knee jerk reaction to some whistleblower’s comments. What’s really going on here. I don’t care if you are a democrat or republican we all live in the same country and we all want justice. This has to strike everyone as very weird.

Third, after Pelosi makes her statement to begin this ‘informal inquiry” she then tells us she did not even read the transcript of the conversation. Really?

Forth, add all this up and what do you get? We are seeing some pressure form some higher power being exerted on Pelosi to push, push again for this impeachment. It does not matter if it is even legitimate or there is evidence. They whole heartedly know nothing will come of it. So why do it even?

Firth, this brings us our fifth issue. We know the deep state is trying desperately to control the presidential office, congress and senate, thus run this country from a body of non-elected officials and secret non-officials in the background. This recent incident just proved it. Why else in hell would Pelosi make sure a non-sensible reaction to this situation? Is she really that overtaken with some mental illness? I don’t believe she is that far gone yet after listening to her speak. Yes, she does have many issues and really has no business as speaker in her mental and physical state. But I don’t still feel this is why she did what she did. I do see it as extreme pressure from an outside entity influencing her. Someone had to really scare the pants off her to make her react so irrationally.

Six, so why then did Pelosi and the rest of the democrats conspire to do what they recently did in an attempt to discredit the president once again? Could it be that president Trump was in some very important meetings with other world leaders as a result of side meeting after these three days of United Nations meetings. What is Trump up to that is so bad and against their ideology that they are willing to stick their necks out with such nonsense to even risk their political careers over it? I will tell you.

Seven, this brings us to my final point. You see you must understand the
entire story to get the ending. So, here is the ending. What Trump is doing
is slowly and methodically dismantling this notorious UN Agenda 2021 and
2030 plan piece by piece. He is trying to let the key EU member nations,
that were at the UN last week (already talking about leaving the EU), that
the US stands behind national sovereignty and nationalism. That the US will
always be there to support and back up any nation that decides to pull out
of the EU. He has already expressed a willingness to work closely with the
UK on this matter. Trump sees the crocked politics of the UN and the
manipulation of the EU. This is mostly all hidden from the general
public and the UN has so slowly manipulated the population, that they can’t
see it. But you all should know better since I have been pounding it into your
thick sculls in my attempt to overcome this deep brainwashing of climate
change, UNESCO and Globalization practices. It is all a front and hoax. These are all platforms for the UN agenda on America and the rest of the world. Are we so deep into it we can no longer escape it? I truly believe that is someone like our president Trump had not stepped up we might as well kissed our country goodbye. I don’t want anyone to tell me this is NESARA or GESARA bullshit. What is happening is our president and his administration is working tirelessly, diligently and hard to save America. Nothing more.

I need everyone to take of your blinders off and look at the UN and what they are doing to the people of countries of the EU. The Germans under the Nazis during WW2 had just about conquered all of Europe and controlled almost the entire continent, except what nation? Yes, if was England. What countries came to the rescue of Europe in WW2? Yes, it was the United States, England (now part of UK) and the communists Russia. Russia only fought the Germans because they were just as evil and so it was two evil giants in the ring fighting it out to see who could be more evil. So, let us put Russia aside for now, although they were a faithful ally during WW2. There were no other countries remaining to fight the Germans. What if the UN plan for a centralized One World Government ever came to reality? Who would stand up to it and fight it when they really began to push they harsh agenda on the countries? They are already beginning this with these mass immigration quotas, lopsided trade deals, land confiscation, etc.. So this is not too far fetched, is it? We are already seeing the ruthlessness of these bastard UN leadership.

What I am telling you is that the UN through this EU project is taking over all of Europe just like the Nazis did in WW2. Yes, it has already been done more peacefully as they convinced and brainwashed the leaders of these 29 nations to just roll over and given up their countries without even firing a single bullet. Wow! These ex-Nazis (neo Nazis) in the UN are really smart. Get it?

This is really my point here. Now Europeans after decades of EU tyranny, control and power grabs for their nations and are waking up and realizing they have been duped. But what do they do? They are stuck in this EU. They know the EU will try to really put the screws to them if they try to leave. There is a way out legally in the EU charter but as we see with the UK it is a nightmare to execute your rights to get out. This is why Trump is working so hard to assure them the US is there to support any decision in this regard. This is what the democrats don’t want and so their puppet master behind the scenes (the UN and EU leadership) are going to try to stop Trump and discredit him any chance they get. So this was a great opportunity. Imagine you are a leader of one of these EU countries and you see this garbage on the TV? How would you perceive the president? You would have to think twice abut trusting him. So these UN people are very evil and they hid behind the EU and UN flags.

Remember also Trump is slowly and methodically pulling out of the UN. Really? Oh – I have showed you such strong evidence of this. They UN leadership knows this is coming too during his second term in office. If the US pulls out so will the UK and then you can expect an avalanche of other countries to follow. Basically, this would dismantle the UN, finally this wicked organization can not implement their wicked plans for the planet.

But dismantling the UN does not end the corruption. There will have to be serious measures put in place to ensure such an organization does not brainwash and start all over again. The followers in our own government must also be taken out. This too will not be easy but can be done beginning in the 2020 election cycle.

Oh -there will be huge future propaganda campaign to bash Trump in his next term over this action. Trump will be ready with his evidence to show the leaders of the world just what their plans were. In fact, their resistance to Trump’s move will only expose yet more of their corruption and bring it all to the surface. Yes, God does work in strange ways, If they were really smart they would just lay down and die. But evil does not work that way so they will go down fighting to the last moment. Kind of like a drowning person going under grasping for the last breath.

So now you know the truth about this latest episode of Trump bashing, why they did it and why Pelosi reacting so irrationally. Of course this is all just my opinion but I am trained at this sort of analysis and so I am not too far from the TRUTH, if not spot on.

DISCUSS THE DRAFT BUDGET LAW 2020

BAGHDAD: A delegation from the Kurdistan Parliament, on Thursday, to the capital Baghdad, to discuss several issues, including the share of the region of the financial budget law for 2020.

The delegation held its first meeting with the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives and was attended by the head of the Kurdistan Regional Representation in Baghdad, to discuss the draft budget law 2020 and the share of the region after the controversy raised in this regard recently, amid intensified efforts to reach an agreement between Erbil and Baghdad.

The deputy speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament, Haimen Hawrami, said yesterday that he would head a parliamentary delegation to go to Baghdad on Thursday at the invitation of the Rafidain Center for Research.
He explained in a press conference that the delegation’s visit comes to participate in the seminars held by the Rafidain Forum, noting that he will provide clarifications on the situation of the region and the status of the Kurdistan region.

The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masroor Barzani, yesterday during a meeting with US Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for counterterrorism financing Marshall Billingsley that “our negotiations with Baghdad are moving at a good pace, and are on the right track,” stressing “to submit proposals to resolve outstanding differences based on the Constitution.”

(Mnt Goat – I thought this was important since if we are going to wait for the 2020 budget for money to re-mint the needed coins, they have to show us in the budget this money. Honestly, I don’t see why this would even hold up the issuing of the coins now since we know the CBI has more than sufficient coins on hand to fulfill their initial needs. But remember the CBI must act according to the new Financial Management law and so the finance committee now dictates the schedule in collaboration with the CBI. The CBI does not make these decisions that affect the budget alone. They will need the support of the GOI.)

FEDERAL BUDGET FOR 2020 TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ON OCTOBER 15 NEXT

The Parliamentary Finance Committee, Monday, September 30, 2019, the date of sending the executive government draft federal budget law for 2020 to the House of Representatives for the purpose of study and vote.

The ministry said in a statement received, Al-Ahd News, a copy, on Friday, that "Minister of Transport Abdullah Laibi, revealed today the arrival of one of the ships of the General Company for Maritime Transport (Al-Hadba) to the Canadian port of Vancouver in a period of time not witnessed by Iraqi vessels since 40 years. The ship will then head to Los Angeles in North America and this is a precedent of its kind in the company's history.

Iraqi Dinar Investment: Fact or Fiction?

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - Across the country and in the Tennessee Valley, people are buying Iraqi dinar.  They’ve been told it will one day rise sharply in value against the U.S. dollar, leading to a financial windfall for them.

Albertville resident Tim Jones is one of those who bought in, along with his pastor and several church members.

Years later, the payoff still hasn't come.  A WHNT News 19 investigation also uncovered warnings from state regulators, the Better Business Bureau and financial experts calling dinar investment a scam.

Despite the warnings, many people remain invested.  They continue to hold the physical currency - often purchased through private dealers at a markup - and point to specific claims as justification for buying in.

So are those claims, used to promote dinar as a good investment, fact or fiction?

WHNT News 19 took action to find out.  Here's what our investigation found:


[b]Claim #1: There will be a "revaluation" or "RV" of Iraqi dinar, raising its value against the U.S. dollar and leading to a payoff for the investor[/b]

Currency expert John Jagerson, of LearningMarkets.com, tells WHNT News 19 a "revaluation" of Iraqi dinar "could not happen" and "is not planned to happen."

Jagerson, who spent years researching the subject and authored an e-book called [i]The Iraqi Dinar Scam: Why Buying the Dinar is for Dummies[/i], adds that many of the "facts" dinar investors believe are actually false.

Jagerson thinks many dinar promoters are "perpetrating falsehoods" to increase the attractiveness of dinar; perhaps profiting off connections to dinar dealers, or exclusive website memberships and online advertising.  State regulators agree, warning dinar promoters will "misrepresent history" to try to prove profits are possible.

As Jagerson explains, it's not in Iraq's interest to allow the dinar's value to rise - even through a small appreciation - since it would make it harder for the country to pay off debts, more expensive for foreign companies to do business and limit Iraq's post-war growth.

"Why would Iraq want to do to their currency what no other country wants to do?" Jagerson emphasized.  "It would be like standing on your economic brakes with both feet.  No one does it because it makes no sense."

He points out that dinar speculators also often confuse the economic terms [i]revaluation[/i]and [i]redenomination.[/i]

In a redenomination, often done when inflation has reached untenable levels in a country, old bills of larger denominations are swapped for new bills of smaller denominations.  An old 25,000 dinar note could, for example, be exchanged for a new 25 dinar note.  Under this "dropping the zeros" scenario, the purchasing power (or value) of the new note is the same as the old note.  Nobody makes any money.

As Reuters reports, Iraq is on record as saying it eventually intends "to redenominate the Iraqi dinar to simplify financial transactions in an economy that is still heavily centralised."  WHNT News 19 could find no credible reports of a stated intent to "revalue."

The U.S. State Department was also quite clear on the possibility of a "revaluation" in Iraq when contacted for comment.  The State Department is sometimes blamed for holding up Iraq's "RV" along with various international bodies.  Spokesperson Noel Clay however, gave WHNT News 19 the following statement:

[i]"We are unaware of any plans by the Iraqi government to revalue the Iraqi Dinar.  Iraq is a sovereign nation and the U.S. government plays no role in determining Iraq's [/i][i]foreign exchange policies."[/i]
 

[b]Claim #2: There was a "revaluation" in Kuwait that shows something similar is possible in Iraq[/b]

Banking and financial experts confirm to WHNT News 19 that while market forces did cause Kuwait's currency to fluctuate in value during and after the 1990 Iraqi invasion, there was never a revaluation like many describe.

"Historically, a revaluation where your currency suddenly becomes worth many times what it used to be in the foreign exchange, that's never happened. Ever," Jagerson said firmly.

When Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990, the Iraqi dinar replaced the Kuwaiti dinar as currency.  Kuwaiti dinar was essentially relegated to black market status.  As explained on the Kuwaiti government's own website, banking stopped inside the country and invading Iraqis stole huge amounts of Kuwaiti dinar and riches.

After liberation, Kuwait's dinar was restored as that country's official currency and new banknotes were issued to keep all the stolen monies from being used.  During this issuing, the pre-invasion rate was simply reestablished.

Iraq's history and circumstances are also very different from Kuwait.

A top executive at one of the nation's largest banks spoke on background to WHNT News 19.  The executive explained that while it's possible some people may have profited from holding Kuwaiti dinar during a market-led appreciation post-liberation, expecting anything similar in Iraq is totally unrealistic.

A March 2014 Wells Fargo "International Strategy" memo explains further.  It describes, in detail, why both 1960s West Germany and Kuwait are "poor precedent for Iraq."  The memo also warns of elevated risks of illiquidity and fraud for dinar buyers.


[b]Claim #3: President George W. Bush's Executive Order 13303 gives Americans special legal rights to hold or invest in Iraqi dinar[/b]


As you can see here, 13303 specifically protects the Development Fund for Iraq, as well as Iraqi oil products and interests - including ownership by U.S. persons - from any legal attachments or liens.  It does [i]not[/i] mention dinar, or investment in dinar, at all.

In this 2012 federal indictment against "BH Group" for fraud in the marketing and selling of Iraqi dinars, a grand jury also charges: "Any assertion that Executive Order 13303 promotes, protects, or regulates the sale of or investment in, Iraqi dinar is false." See page 5, charge 14.


[b]Claim #4: The U.S. Treasury holds a large position in Iraqi dinars[/b]


The same federal indictment against "BH Group" states that, in fact, the "U.S. Department of the Treasury does not hold any Iraqi dinar for investment purposes and holds only a nominal amount for use."


[b]Claim #5: I bought my dinar at a bank and it's a real currency, so it's clearly not a scam[/b]

Different U.S. banks appear to have purchased and sold dinar at various times in recent years.  At time of broadcast, WHNT News 19 could find no banks currently exchanging the currency, although they may exist.

Those with knowledge of the banking industry tell WHNT News 19 banks are under no "official" restriction when it comes to buying or selling Iraqi dinar and that some may have stopped due to concerns over dinar speculation.

Jay Lawrence, Southeast Communications Manager for Wells Fargo, provided the following statement to WHNT News 19, explaining why the bank does not deal in dinar:

[i]"Wells Fargo does not offer any consumer exchange for Iraqi dinar.  Wells Fargo provides a wide range of foreign currency banknote services, generally for travel-related purposes to meet the needs of our customers traveling abroad.  [/i][i]We do not, however, expect a high number of customers traveling to Iraq for business or leisure purposes in the near future.[/i]
[i]As a result, we do not trade Iraqi dinar and we have no plans to change this policy in the future.  [/i][i]We are aware that some websites or blogs promote the purchase of Iraqi dinar as an investment strategy.  We disagree with the view that holding Iraqi dinar banknotes is a sound investment strategy."[/i]

The statement directly contradicts claims from dinar promoters that "1-800" numbers are, or will be set up at Wells Fargo, to exchange dinar for customers.

Jagerson, along with state regulators, emphasize that it's not Iraqi dinar itself that's the problem.

 "It's the investment in the currency as a way to make profits that’s the scam," Jagerson said.


[b]Claim #6: There's a "Global Currency Reset" that banks, governments and global players like the World Bank or IMF are secretly coordinating and/or holding up[/b]

"That's probably one of the biggest fantasies in the scam - that there is some kind of government conspiracy behind it," Jagerson said.

A high-level executive at one of the nation's largest banks also laughed off the idea of a currency reset.  The executive told WHNT News 19 private banks do not play a role in sovereign countries' exchange rate management.

The creation of any new global economic framework would also almost certainly have coverage in the respected financial media.

The International Monetary Fund's mission chief for Iraq, Carlo Sdralevich, was even more blunt, sending WHNT News 19 the following statement:

[i]"No such a thing as a 'Global Currency Reset' exists. [/i][i]The IMF has no role in managing the Iraqi dinar or Iraq's exchange rate system.[/i]
 
[i]We work with the Iraqi government and central bank to provide policy advice and technical assistance as part of our ongoing dialogue with them. Decisions on the exchange rate are taken by the country authorities in full independence and sovereignty.[/i]
 
[i]There is no external constraint imposed preventing the Iraqi dinar's revaluation or devaluation. The stability of the dinar is the result of Iraq's own monetary and exchange rate policies."[/i]
 

Representatives from both the World Bank and U.S. State Department said the same, when asked by WHNT News 19 to clarify what operational powers they have in Iraq.

The State Department [url=http://www2.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB198/FOI Economy and Infrastructure.pdf]also addressed this document[/url] specifically, which some dinar supporters argue shows an official goal of a 1:1 exchange ratio of Iraqi dinar to U.S. dollars.

State Department spokesperson Noel Clay said of the document, "I am not familiar with it and cannot vouch for its validity.  Regardless, it is from June 2005 and Iraq has undergone significant change since then.  I would suggest that the document would hold little relevance to Iraq today."


[b]Claim #7: Iraqi dinar is still a good buy, even without a "revaluation"[/b]

Even without an "RV" or "Global Currency Reset," some investors believe Iraq's oil reserves and development potential make dinar a good purchase.  Some investors argue the market could drive a strong appreciation in the future.

In 2009, CNBC financial host Jim Cramer appeared to give dinar investment a green light, commenting on the nation's potential for growth post-war, especially with regard to oil companies.  "I'm always in favor of owning the currency as a play," Cramer said.  Click here to watch the clip.
Currencies don't behave like stocks though and as Jagerson points out, a rising GDP doesn't guarantee gains.  In fact, history shows that for countries like Iraq, "Having a growing economy and growing oil exports does not equal a growing currency.  Generally, it's exactly the opposite," Jagerson explained.

Jagerson started researching Iraqi dinar after a close friend invested, then turned to him for expert insight.  Jagerson said he spotted the red flags immediately and wants to use his currency acumen to keep others from falling victim.  He's produced several online videos to explain, in simple terms, why the arguments in favor of dinar investment don't add up. Click here to watch them.

After reading the findings above, some dinar investors may be feeling misled.  Concerned individuals can contact the Alabama Securities Commission, which recently issued a statewide "Investor Alert" addressing dinar.

Hi Everyone,

I bring you little news today.

The news about our investment is very short today. Not much really happening. I will conclude this week with a short summary.

I want to wish everyone a very happy and Holy Easter this weekend. Like Christmas, we also need to remember what Easter is all about. It is not just about eating Cadbury chocolate Easter bunnies or peepsters.

Short Summary of the Week:

We know that corruption is a major factor in attracting investors thus holding back the Iraq 5 year investment plan. This plans was supposed to engage investors from 2018-2022. Now they already moved the plan to 2019-2023. Go figure what is next.

We read some good articles as to why the resistance of investors to come into Iraq. The government does not want to hang out their dirty laundery for all to see but we have seen it better than most. We know since we are watching them very closely. I even criticize the new media in the west for the news mistakes they make. I know better and I can tell they are not as engaged as us investors.

But this news is not new to us. We know that the CBI needs to attract investors by putting their foot down and think about Iraq first and not Iran. Just like president Trump has said many times that he is going to “Make America Great Again” but this means making America his first priority. Iraq needs to take this same mindset to move ahead. It is time for them to shine but I keep waiting for the rain to end.

So here is where they sit today:

-We keep hearing stories of cleaning up the corruption but little to nothing ever happens to fix it;

-We keep hearing about how Iraq is “open for business” and how they want to “go international”, but nothing ever happens;

-We keep hearing about how the CBi wants to progress with the project to delete the zeros, but nothing ever happens. The project just gets delayed over and over again;

-We keep hearing how Iraq wants to complete its government and seat the remaining four ministers. Next month will be year already since the election cycle, but nothing ever happens;

-We keep hearing about the billions of $$$$ being stolen out of the CBI reserves through these currency auctions and how this discourages investors, but nothing ever happens to fix it;

-We keep hearing how they want to prosecute Nori al-Maliki and his goons for the crimes against Iraq, but nothing ever happens;

-We keep hearing about how the Iranians are screwing over Iraq and how dangerous these Iranian militia are to any real growth in Iraq, but nothing ever happens.

As an investor many of you are getting fed up with this investment. I hear about many who want to sell their dinar and let go. Many have already done this. This is your choice. Maybe we should all go to the bank and sell out dinars and they can ship them back to the CBI in a very big box with a nasty note stating “Good Luck with your stupid country- You idiots”. Is this what it will take to wake them up? But of course I am kidding.

Vote on the draft law of financial administration. (Finance Committee).

This is NOT so huge news. Why?

“Because of this from March 20th “the Committee is keen to enact the law of financial administration as it gives a complete road map of the financial policy in the country in terms of management of money and cash in the state,” pointing out that “the change will raise the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar against foreign currencies while maintaining the stability of inflation In the country”.

We have heard this kind of rhetoric soooooooooo many times already and yet we sit and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait!

Why do you get so excited? They talk big about financial reform but we are learning this is all it is - just talk!

Unless we see real progress to rid Iraq of the Iranian influence and kick those militia out, we will not be seeing any reinstatement. Get it through your head. This Iranian corruption must end. They are stalling everything good for Iraq. They do not want Iraq to take the lead in any way in the middle east. Iraq is not poised to do so but can't. In January the CBI wanted to reinstate but couldn’t due to the corruption. They are getting political pushback on ending the currency auctions, as they call Iran their friend. Iranians are deceiving little bastards. They are cunning and only think about what is good for Iran. Iraq is being lulled into their plan for Iraq and not Iraq’s plan for Iraq.

Our hope now is that the US and our Saudi friends are working together with Sadr to clean up this Iranian mess. It could take some time.

So here is yet another one of my readers that comes on to my Facebook site and wants me spoon feed them. I don’t mind answering questions when you make the effort to first look around my site, watch the videos, read the notes and newsletters. Then, maybe I will answer a question, if I have not already covered it.

Here is the question and I quote:

“Can I ask you a question ... I know the Zim is a joke and will never happen and your main focus has always been the Iraqi Dinar.... could if it were to revalue could the dong happen without the dinar? Just a question..... thank you and so grateful and thankful for all that you do.”

So should I not get angry as such a question, even a little bit angry? I say this because I do not change my answer. It is the same today and will remain the same tomorrow. This person wants me to say what they want to hear and will keep asking around until someone tells then what they want to hear. They go from guru to guru. What do they want to hear in response to their question? They want someone to confirm the Dong is going to RV soon and the new rate will be high. Again just searching for a date and a rate and not wanting to learn about the investment they have made.

There are many currencies that revalue and devalue every day. That is why the currency exchange marketplace it there such as FOREX. Get it. There is NO such thing as a GCR (global currency reset). I know these gurus want o put the Vietnam Dong in some imaginary basket of currencies to RV.

This is all FAKE news and being said by these idiot so-called intel gurus to get you excited and to pump these other currencies. The ZIM is also a perfect example. For years I have been telling everyone and showing 100% proof and evidence of what I said that these 2008-2009 hyper-inflated ZWD notes were no longer legal tender and expired notes. The sites to which you buy them even stipulate that they are “only for collectors”. The rate at the banks is for the 2016 and greater notes. Why would anyone in their right mind think this rate is for these defunct other notes? Because the bank says they are going to take them? Yeh- right. I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale too….lol..lol..lol…. Nothing but lies….

So now we play games with the Dong. The Vietnamese Dong is a highly speculative currency.

So all we can go by is what we know for FACTS about the Dong situation:

FACT #1: The new rates are also on the bank screens. But how can Vietnam revalue these huge inflated note values without also issuing some kind of lower denominations too, just like Iraq has planned? We do not see any indication of smaller category notes coming out anytime soon. If this was the case the news media would pick up on it and we would know about it. They are not doing anything is secrecy. Get it?

FACT#2: We know the IMF is working closely with these undeveloped countries and want to make them more “sustainable” for the future. They will have to raise the value of the Dong eventually to do it. Vietnam economy is on the rise and progressing nicely according to the IMF statistics. I have friends who recently even went on vacation to Vietnam. They came back and told me half the hotels and restaurants are closed but the ones that are open and nice, clean and modern. The food was very good and the prices very reasonable. They also saw lots of warehouses in the main cities and lots of trucks transporting. They did not see lots of factories producing.

FACT#3: We know that the US and China are about to make a huge trade deal. Vietnam is a main labor force for China and is in their backdoor. China wants to keep the labor rates cheap and so there is no incentive for China to promote to raise the value of the Dong. This would put China out of business in Vietnam. Get it?

But the good news is if China also raises the value of the Yuan along with the value of the Dong this could work and the Dong could rise significantly in value overnight. So it is a touch and go situation. This is why it is highly speculative.

FACT#4: We also know that China was money laundering US dollars thru Vietnam thru 2010 -2011 and so Vietnam was asked to stop it and did not. The IMF held back a prior planned revaluation earlier and put a hold on it. But we are already past this moratorium period and so now what? We sit and wait and wait and wait and wait….

FACT #5: We know that the war in Vietnam is over for decades now and so why is it taking so long to finally recover their currency? The value prior to the war was much higher. The country is much better off than before the 60’s and 70’s war. We are seeing the same thing now in Iraq too since sanctions are “fully” lifted for them too since December of 2016. So why has Iraq not already been reinstated by now. What are they waiting for?

So, to RV Vietnam must somehow recall these large notes we hold. There are only two ways to do this. 1)an official recall and exchange for lower category notes after an RV, 2)indirectly as Iraq did using electronic banking to such them back the Central Bank. We have not heard of any future policy to do either of these.

Remember Iraq has been sucking in these large 3 zero notes “unofficially” when they went to electronic payment system. By means of not redistributing these 3 zero notes over and over again during payrolls, they essentially were able to collect nearly 2/3 of them and get them out of circulation. The remaining 1/3 the CBI says will remain in circulation and “coincide” with the newer smaller category notes. So far they are using three denominations of the lower categories 250, 500 and 1,000.

We wait for the CBI to make the next move and launch the other needed smaller categories. This is when we go to the bank. They will have to raise the RATE (of exchange). Note I did not say VALUE since we all should know the value is already in the Iraqi dinar. What we want is a reinstatement to the global currency exchanges and with this a justified new rate to coincide and to reflect with its current VALUE.

So if you waiting for any more news on the Iraqi dinar or the Vietnam Dong there is none.

Here is the latest rumors that are clearly just recycled over and over again when the gurus have nothing else of anything to say. I quote from the rumor control network of TNT –

TNT Rumor: “We received information that the contractors were paid and it was under the new rates”.

Mnt Goat: Where is the solid proof? Just all rumors. Folks, we have heard this now for years and years each time it is time to pay the contractors. Where does someone get this garbage into from anyhow? When will they stop recycling these same old nonsense rumors.

TNT Rumor: “More lower denoms are trickling out on the street and that the new rates are set. Time Will Tell”

Mnt Goat: Really? Yes, time will tell. Some day the RV will happen….lol..lol..lol.. But not on your clock Mr. Guru!

Funny how this was first said more than a month ago and they are still trickling out..lol..lol..lol… How stupid to even say this! Remember once you spread these rumors, and then nothing happens, its hard to take them back. So, what do the gurus then do? They just keep it going over and over again since they are ashamed to admit they are idiots and lied. This is exactly the case with these two rumors. Of course we all know who is spreading this stuff too. It’s the King of rumors, king of bullshit TNT Tony and his merry little brainless gang of idiots.

I have recently published yet another one of my video sets. This time exposing the real Maxine Waters.

There are way too many of these representatives that get lazy and cocky. They feel they are entitled to get re-elected over and over again. Then the power goes to their heads. These are the ones to get rid of. I assure you that you will be much better off. After all what the hell are, they doing for you anyhow. Why not give someone a chance to prove themselves.

How do these idiots ever get elected anyhow? No wonder why our government is so dysfunctional. We need to use our power of the vote better and get educated on these people before we vote.

Sure maybe we might listen to their rhetoric and vote them in once. But why keep putting the same useless person in the same position over and over again when they do nothing for you. Why not give someone else a chance to prove they are worthy of your vote? But then when you do vote them in it is your responsibility to keep tabs on them and demand progress. They congressional representatives WORK FOR YOU! Get it? Not the other way around.

So the 2020 elections are coming up soon and we all need to step back and ask ourselves just what has our representatives at all levels congressional and senatorial have done for our districts and states. Are they in need of replacement?

One reminder - don’t vote just by party. Vote for what the person can clearly accomplish. Also be careful of all the “pies in the sky” promises. Be practical and use your judgement. If you are hearing too much of these FAKE promises, too much bashing of other candidates, this should be a red flag to you to stay away from this person.

Next if you feel some candidate is really good then tell others about them. Invite them to come and listen along with you to them speak. Try to ask them questions when they speak about issues effecting you and your community.

The Central Bank of Iraq (CBE) launched a branch of the Basra branch on Thursday to develop a window from the issue division to provide small groups of 250, 500 and 1,000 dinars. The director of the Central Bank of Iraq Branch of Basra, in a press statement briefed by the "Covenant News" , said that in view of the small groups of Iraqi currency traded in the markets, the Iraqi Central Bank branch in Basra sought to provide these quantities for the purpose of facilitating the deal between a single trader And the citizen. He stressed that the provision of cash from all groups will facilitate the sale and purchase between citizens and owners of shops.

Al-Fahd added that the distribution of small categories through bank withdrawals, which are delivered to citizens through personal accounts and salaries will revive the local market and will be in the interest of the national economy and turnover of the wheel of monetary movement.

It is noteworthy that small groups have been implemented from the market significantly recently, and this gesture re-ease of dealing between citizens

My brother reconnected with a female friend from grade school about 9 months ago and they are going to get married in May 2018. She is a nice girl with a good heart. However, she is really excited about the Iraqi Dinar RV (re-evaluation) that is going to happen within the next 3-6 months (according to her). 

She pretty much brain washed my brother into buying into this idea. My brother has a 4 year degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He is all about the high risk and high reward type of thing. He tried and failed a few MLM businesses over the last 5-10 years. She graduated high school. They are both 36. 

However, this type of business scheme is a little bit of a stretch for my brother, but not entirely uncommon. 

My brother bought me Iraqi Dinar for my birthday last June and for Christmas. He also bought it for my wife and 1 year old son. We have about 400,000 of Iraqi Dinar, which I think is about 325 US dollars. He is giving me a hard sell to buy some for myself or I could miss out on some big profits of 100 to 1, when it re-evaluates.

As for converting them to US dollars, ask your bank/credit union. There is usually one bank in the area that specializes in currency. In my area (Salt Lake City) it is Zion’s Bank. Call first.

That not being the case, here's my thinking, for what it's worth (which should be very little, since, as admitted above, I have zero familiarity with the topic): If there's even a small chance of the "100 to 1" valuation, why not hold onto the stuff for now, just for fun? 

As for your questions:

1) Good luck with that. Forbes is well-known and as far as I know has a good reputation; could you send him that article?

2) See (1) above.

So when the Iraqis lop off a couple of zeroes off the currency, you'll basically be left with monopoly money.

The old banknotes obviously cease to be legal tender, with new ones issued in replacement.

People are still falling for Zimbabwe money scams. Looks like the scammers are expanding their repertoire...

Oh, the glorious Christmas gift of ENTERTAINMENT!   ClarkFan1979, so sorry you had to be the conduit for this pile of chuckles.  At least he is giving to you, not (so far) trying to get you to buy his wares, as so often happens in MLMs.  In my own mind, I will classify him as Kindhearted Bro until further notice.

Re your questions:
1. Of course you can tell him, but why rain on his parade?  He is not going to learn from you, only from experience, if at all.  He will, however, feel the love or disdain in your response.  Tell him you admire his bold spirit, and ask him if he's going to take you to Acapulco or Dubai when his dinars revalue.

2. See 1.  

3. I was wondering that myself.  I can only assume they sell above the exchange rate, or sell counterfeits, or sell the old notes that have been replaced by new ones when the Iraqi government lopped three zeroes off a few years ago (I read that Forbes article).  Best guess: selling the valueless old notes at the price of the new notes.  Great margins, plus they can appear to be giving zero markup.

4. Exchange it for Bitcoin!  Bwahaha, my whole response was just to make this one brief joke.  

Quiet times here, hope this offered a shred of amusement.  In all seriousness, I once had a friend whose financial schemes ranged from wild failure to just being broke on a regular basis.  The choice was to enjoy to his merry ways at the price of observing his failures, or block him off and wonder what was happening.  I chose to enjoy his merry ways.  Even more so, a relative is someone you don't want to block off unless staying connected is actively harmful.  Good luck getting rid of the bills or coins.  And having lost a relative or two in recent year, treasure your brother for who he is, even if it's not (fortunately!!) who you are.   Cheers.

How does everyone NOT know this scam.  This is older than the Nigerian prince scam.  Go convert all that junk into real money.  Tell your brother that's what you did and if he gives you any more, you'll do it again.  Your brother should sell Amway.  Way better chance of making money than with this scam.

I had some left over from Iraq deployments and eventually sold it all on Ebay. 

Ask your brother this... how can he explain the 100 to 1 value increase?  So you're saying an Iraqi could take his dinar and suddenly be 100x richer if he changes it to dollars (after the valuation)?  We're about to be flooded with Iraqi millionaires then. 

Secondly, if it was a real 'investment', then real rich folks would be buying every single dinar they could get their hands on.

If your brother is anything like mine, tell him this is the best idea he’s ever had and you wished you thought of it. Tell him you support him 100% and you’d invest everything you have except you can’t but that he should right away. It's ironic that this is getting posted today. I was listening to NPR this morning and they had a segment on the Iraqi government's estimate on the cost to rebuild the destruction caused by ISIS. Unfortunately, no one is willing to help them finance the reconstruction effort and I imagine the Iraqi dinar will take a bigger hit when the government starts printing more money to rebuild. 

Zimbabwe Dollars though...those have value. I keep a few of those notes around around my MegaCorp office just in case we have a bad quarter in terms of revenue. For some reason my bosses don't seem to derive much comfort from the fact that if we're behind I can give them 10 BILLION DOLLARS!!!1!

I bought some when I was deployed in 2004-2005. About $200 worth (250,000 dinar). Last time I checked it's gone up in value to about $210. I suppose that's better than if I had left it in a savings account but had it been in an index fund it would have doubled or tripled since then. I can't recall what the rate of return has been but it's something like 1-2% over 12-13 years.

It was neat to pull it out and show my kids as I had a mix of various bills. That's about it though. It's just a souvenir at this point. Maybe I should sell some of it to your brother?

Thank you for the help. I will continue to support my brother with his business adventures, but not contribute any of my own money. 
 
I'm going to try to exchange it within the next 2-3 days. Not all currency exchange businesses will exchange the Dinar. I'm guessing there is a higher risk of counterfeit. Hopefully my Dinar is not counterfeit.  I will find out soon.

I went to the currency exchange in Denver at the Cherry Creek mall. They gave me $230 US dollars, minus a $5 fee for a total of $225. I have heard that a currency exchange will change 20%. However, this was a 33% fee. 

Maybe the fee is higher because of a higher level chance of fraud? When I looked at their board of exchange rates it looks like they charged only 15% for more legitimate currencies.

They'll just be profiting on the currency spread. They might sell that 400,000 dinar to someone for $400 later on. The more common currencies that'll be easier for them to on-sell (and potentially less volatile) will probably have more competitive rates.

I've got some Sri Lankan rupees I've been meaning to sell from when I was there last year. They're valued at 120LKR to the Australian dollar at present (based on xe.com rates), but the currency conversion place will buy them at 140LKR to the AUD. I paid about 105-110 when I bought them

Wowza, the spread on Polish Zlote (PLN) is about .02-.03PLN per dollar, or about one cent. 

33% sounds insane, so does 15%.

I tried to investigate more, I found many sites that sell the dinar and actually the price varies. Some other sites warn about old and new currency or fake dinars. They compare the situation to Kuwait although very different. I think 1 dinar = 1 USD is impossible!!! 
That is fishy.

This thread made me do some wiki research.

Iraq of the 70's and early 80's is quite a different place than today. In the early 90's the value was much lower, like 4000 dinar to 1 USD.

But hey, its your money.

You should also consider the Zimbabwean Dollar. If you buy it and it recovers you'll make even more money. Don't forget they already did a 10,000,000,000:1 reverse split so when you compare it to the historic exchange rate, you need to multiply your predicted gains by 10,000,000,000. That means if the currencey returns back to where it was, you will make $10 billion by buying just $1 worth of Zimbabwean Dollars. Heck, even if it only went to 1/1000th of it's original value, you'd still have made a million dollars from your $1 investment.

It seems a couple of site leaders want to take the podium and elevate themselves, preaching to the masses of mushroom sheeples. Neither Tank nor Fireswan offers anything truly useful or sustaining to the group, since the best of us are already highly functioning in a spiritual sense. #1). I originally thought Manna was just one of several humanitarian funds. But according to your Tanks June reply, that is not true. According to Tank, the other collateral accounts are all included in Manna, even the St. Germaine. True or false?

#2). I've sat back and watched the fight between blueray, Kim and Fireswan over AI artificial intelligence levels, and who may be human and who may be AI run. It seems to me that blueray is authentic, flaws and all, whereas authenticity issues lie with the other two.

3). If the "QFS" that Fireswan is working on is legitimate and real, and if Kim's QFS is the only real human DNA connected one, where does that leave us with regard to the exchange process, or GESARA? Two different systems, two different truths?

...one has to wonder: To openly accuse another of being CIA and/or AI and/or not "human", one has to oneself have a lot of background in dealing with either/or or both. It would suggest that one was not a mere 'employee' of an employer such as Oracle, but something more "expanded". Something doesn't fit about Fireswan, although the sales pitch resonates with some. Why such an attack on blueray over a humorous post, when nothing up until that to attack him. Then, suddenly she wants to take out blueray in an aggressive manner. Why wait until then? Blueray has been negative for sometime. So what if his post was computer generated. It was funny. I am as good as anyone here, and I found it satirically funny in a loving way, embracing our idiosyncrasies. Humor heals. We can't heal the ills of the world if we can't find humor in adversity.

I do like how the negativity cleared off the website for a few days after Fireswan's rant attack on blueray, but these nagging radar questions persist in my intuition.

We should all be wondering who the real AIs versus humans are by now.

A fundamental success factor of any sports franchise is the four-syllable fun word dubbed "togatherness​".

The word conveys several messages in it various definitions, all of which speak to building overall team spirit.

"Togatherness" is an adverb indicating that people are physically gathering with common purpose​.

Other meanings include being and interacting with one another, by joint effort, becoming in contact, integrated coherent structure.

Simply put, "togetherness" means setting and unifying a mission to gather or attract people for a movement.

Think about it, a sports team may have any number of persons associated in their work or activity, but a successful and efficient team always demands that everyone be in harmony with the larger agenda of winning a championship.

Whereas the prime requirement of a productive philanthropic team is fostering a sense of family to gather enough service motivated Human Angels to accomplish a common purpose or mission for a specific humanitarian agenda.

By gathering in small groups or larger​ teams, we strengthen our individual and collective desire to safely co-exist in numbers as well as elevate our collaborative skills which will ultimately solve the most difficult problems facing humanity.

In nature, for instance, such collaboration is not always obvious (e.g., how the eagles need mountains to plant their nests and bees need the nectar of plants to make honey)... but in the something like the sporting or a philanthropic community, all team members function in a unique yet collaborative ecosystem.

One cannot exist therefore without another, and that shared truth is what protects and strengthens the tribe over generations.

When professional athletes gather to accomplish a common mission (win a championship), they do so with the expectation of payment… hence a bottom up approach.

However, when a group of philanthropists gather, each is compelled ​as a volunteer​ of their skills due to the greater good cause in service of a common objective.

That's a top down way of thinking.

Ex-athletes will tell you they cannot simulate this team "togatherness" in regular life, the corporate world or even in bottom up volunteer communities because money is always the key motivator--not the pure service of others.

But there are no ex-philantropists… once you join this team, you never go back to anything else because you understand lives are at stake.

And because we are an infinitely affluent top down philanthropic community, money is of no concern… only mission.

So how must we as new global top down philanthropists adapt just as professional athletes must adjust as the rules and conditions of the game change overnight?

As a philanthropic leader, you must constantly​ be ​s​eeking innovative ways to share your mission, build confidence, train ​a mercy ​staff, plan celebrations and apply new delivery techniques.

Committing to developing your own team's sense of "togetherness" is critical to building a successful philanthropy, just as it would be a successful sports team.

Thus, to use proven methods of how and why successful sports teams and franchises build for success year after year is worth your time.

Below are 7 activities which help said sports teams and franchises foster such "togatherness." It's wise we learn from ​sport's successes and failures, and apply all meaningful lessons to ​your own philanthropic team, mission or in some cases ministry.

#1 - Traveling Togather

Sports teams are required to travel to away venues to compete. In such times, the teams go togather in a coach or an airplane.

They meet at a single location and travel togather. It doesn’t matter if you’re a big star or a small star.

Everybody gets on the same bus!

This removes emotional fences that usual separate teams, as only a united philanthropic team can earn consistent victories in their respective causes.

Philanthropies need to travel frequently together on an equal emotional, physical and mental journey.

#2 - Rooming Togather

Team spirit is strengthened as individuals become personally and physically exposed to each other when traveling and sharing the same space.

Their vulnerabilities and physiques are known to each other which translate to covering for one another in the field of play especially if some are playing with injuries.

Although some philanthropies attempt to simulate rooming togather with open offices, it still does not have the same intimacy as sports players sharing hotel rooms.

#3 - Sharing Victory Togather

A point earned, a touchdown, a home run, a goal scored, a ball placed in the basketball net are all points of victory which members of the team share.

Which player earns the point matters less to the team members because victory and its benefits are shared experiences.

This might explain the joint celebration with a team mate who does the final act.

Philanthropies should learn how to share and reward victory across the board, more frequently and innovatively.

This will help eliminate the "ME" mentality and drive home the principal that "WE" rise and fall togather as a team.

#4 - Training Togather

No matter how good a player is, he or she cannot be isolated from the rest of the team while training.

Some players might need extra exercises to focus on particular objectives, but these will mostly be done in the presence of other players.

Philanthropic teams may not have the advantage of training togather, but they can engineer activities which give the semblance of training in a group be it web seminars, video conferring or group telephone/internet calls like this one.

Training courses, retreats, away-days, productive meetings and similar assemblies can be valuable tools for philanthropies that desire to replicate the closeness of successful sports teams.

#5 - Dressing Togather

Wearing uniforms is a non-negotiable part of being in sports teams. Even top players are never so good that they will be excluded from wearing team jerseys.

Jerseys are always the same colour for each person even though numbers and names may provide identification.

Dressing in similar fashions creates a sense of sameness which tears off many layers of human ego and infirm erodes bogus emotional barriers that keep man from helping man.

In the curate world they call this "swag," but in top down philanthropic world wearing similar shirts, hats, buttons or even using a common writing instrument reinforces to all that we're all on the same mission to serve.

#6 - Celebrating Togather

All sports teams celebrate togather.

They never exclude any member of the team from celebrations, even those that are not directly involved in games are invited to participate.

Celebrations reinforce performance as well as desired behaviour. Lack of celebration delivers the impression that all events are of equal significance.

Celebration doesn’t have to be ‘big bang," in fact most sports teams understand that celebration is not only about absolute victories but incremental progress or many small victories accumulated.

#7 - Losing Togather

Even the best sports teams lose games they are expected to win.

Sports people realise that although losing is painful, it does not bring an end to the team. Instead, it serves as a learning tool.

While emotions may run high and tears may drop from sporting eyes, the back pats and embraces convey messages of hope for future victories.

As in sports, philanthropic reality is that winning is not an everyday affair.

There will be down times, heartbreaking defeats, but they should be shared similarly to the victories.

Summary

These lessons from sports teams are more than just a list for top down philanthropers--they are historical facts of what motivates human beings to unite successfully for the achievement of a common cause.

They are actionable ideas which all greater good philanthropies can adapt to their internal operating mechanisms and culture.

The closer philanthropies mirror the traits of successful sports franchises, the more collaborative and productive their own Human Angels will become... and more importantly... the greater number of people in dire need that will be mercifully served.

Origins:   One of the ways paperhangers were supposedly able to pass bad checks easily once upon a time was by manipulating the American Bankers Association (ABA) numbers encoded on nearly all checks with magnetic ink. Although the American banking system relies heavily upon this information for the automated sorting and routing of checks, many bank personnel are unfamiliar with or pay little attention to these numbers.

The system has changed a little bit over the years, but nowadays checks typically bear a nine-digit ABA routing number printed in the bottom left-hand corner (indicated as #5 in the above diagram). In general, the first four digits are a Federal Reserve routing symbol,

identifying which of the twelve Federal Reserve districts the check was printed in (and a city within that district). The next four digits are an ABA institution identifier which designates the bank on which the check is drawn, and the last number is a check digit.

Check forgers manipulated the banking system by altering the ABA routing numbers on the bad checks they passed so that the numbers identified different banks than the ones whose information was printed on the face of those checks. For example, a forger attempting to pass a bad check in Boston might present a check whose printed information indicated it was drawn on a Philadelphia bank, but whose

routing number had been altered to indicate that it came from a bank in the 12th Federal Reserve district (which encompasses the western United States). The Boston bank would expect a check drawn on a Philadelphia bank to clear within two or three days and assume that if it hadn’t been kicked back to them by the end of the third day, it was good. However, the altered routing number would cause the automated sorting machinery to send the check on to a San Francisco clearing house for processing. Once the check arrived in San Francisco, a computer there would kick it out because the routing number didn’t match the other information encoded on the check, and the check would be mailed back to the Philadelphia bank for processing. This whole process could take several days, but because the Boston bank assumed the check was good after the third day, the forger could withdraw his funds and leave town long before they discovered his check was phony.

Con man Frank Abagnale (of Catch Me If You Can fame) claims in his memoirs that he “was the first check swindler to use the routing numbers racket” in the late 1960s. One of Thomas Whiteside’s 1977 New Yorker articles included an example of what supposedly happened when a forger altered checks drawn on the Chemical Bank in New York so that their routing numbers identified them as coming from a Los Angeles bank:




Although the check bore the name and address of the Chemical Bank in New York, the Federal Reserve data-processing system scanned only the magnetic-ink code on it, identified it as a Bank of America check, and routed it to Los Angeles. The check remained in transit for perhaps two days. At the end of that time, it was run through the computer mechanism at the Bank of America. The computer, instantly searching its memory for a Bank of America account number matching that of the magnetic-ink strip on the check, rejected the check, which then went into a clerical pool for manual handling. Since the printed logotype on the check clearly identified it as a check that belonged in the Chemical Bank in New York, the clerk handling the machine-rejected check sent it back to the Chemical Bank by mail, assuming that a simple routing error had been made. The check was then in transit for another two days. Back at the Chemical Bank, the check was put into the computerized sorting system for final clearance. But instead of that, it went into motion again: the Chemical Bank computing system passed it on to the Federal Reserve System, which routed it out to the Los Angeles bank again, which routinely sent it back to New York, and so on.

The fraud was uncovered only when checks issued by the depositor became so frayed from mechanical handling in the computer system that they could no longer be read automatically … y that time, according to an auditor who told me of the affair, the depositor had disappeared with more than $1 million in cash.
