My brother reconnected with a female friend from grade school about 9 months ago and they are going to get married in May 2018. She is a nice girl with a good heart. However, she is really excited about the Iraqi Dinar RV (re-evaluation) that is going to happen within the next 3-6 months (according to her).

She pretty much brain washed my brother into buying into this idea. My brother has a 4 year degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He is all about the high risk and high reward type of thing. He tried and failed a few MLM businesses over the last 5-10 years. She graduated high school. They are both 36.

However, this type of business scheme is a little bit of a stretch for my brother, but not entirely uncommon.

My brother bought me Iraqi Dinar for my birthday last June and for Christmas. He also bought it for my wife and 1 year old son. We have about 400,000 of Iraqi Dinar, which I think is about 325 US dollars. He is giving me a hard sell to buy some for myself or I could miss out on some big profits of 100 to 1, when it re-evaluates.

As for converting them to US dollars, ask your bank/credit union. There is usually one bank in the area that specializes in currency. In my area (Salt Lake City) it is Zion’s Bank. Call first.

Did anybody else click this thread thinking the Iraqi Dinar might be some kind of cool foreign kitchen gadget or something else to get excited about?

That not being the case, here's my thinking, for what it's worth (which should be very little, since, as admitted above, I have zero familiarity with the topic): If there's even a small chance of the "100 to 1" valuation, why not hold onto the stuff for now, just for fun?

As for your questions:

1) Good luck with that. Forbes is well-known and as far as I know has a good reputation; could you send him that article?

2) See (1) above.

3 & 4) No effing clue.

So when the Iraqis lop off a couple of zeroes off the currency, you'll basically be left with monopoly money.

The old banknotes obviously cease to be legal tender, with new ones issued in replacement.

People are still falling for Zimbabwe money scams. Looks like the scammers are expanding their repertoire...

At least he is giving to you, not (so far) trying to get you to buy his wares, as so often happens in MLMs. In my own mind, I will classify him as Kindhearted Bro until further notice.

Re your questions:
1. Of course you can tell him, but why rain on his parade? He is not going to learn from you, only from experience, if at all. He will, however, feel the love or disdain in your response. Tell him you admire his bold spirit, and ask him if he's going to take you to Acapulco or Dubai when his dinars revalue.

3. I was wondering that myself. I can only assume they sell above the exchange rate, or sell counterfeits, or sell the old notes that have been replaced by new ones when the Iraqi government lopped three zeroes off a few years ago (I read that Forbes article). Best guess: selling the valueless old notes at the price of the new notes. Great margins, plus they can appear to be giving zero markup.

4. Exchange it for Bitcoin! Bwahaha, my whole response was just to make this one brief joke.

Quiet times here, hope this offered a shred of amusement. In all seriousness, I once had a friend whose financial schemes ranged from wild failure to just being broke on a regular basis. The choice was to enjoy to his merry ways at the price of observing his failures, or block him off and wonder what was happening. I chose to enjoy his merry ways. Even more so, a relative is someone you don't want to block off unless staying connected is actively harmful. Good luck getting rid of the bills or coins. And having lost a relative or two in recent year, treasure your brother for who he is, even if it's not (fortunately!!) who you are. Cheers.

Explain that although you support him, you're a much more conservative investor and would prefer index funds instead... or traditional gifts such as clothes, gift cards, gadgets (even if you don't like them/need them it would still be preferable to his MLM stuff).

How does everyone NOT know this scam. This is older than the Nigerian prince scam. Go convert all that junk into real money. Tell your brother that's what you did and if he gives you any more, you'll do it again. Your brother should sell Amway. Way better chance of making money than with this scam.

I had some left over from Iraq deployments and eventually sold it all on Ebay.

Ask your brother this... how can he explain the 100 to 1 value increase? So you're saying an Iraqi could take his dinar and suddenly be 100x richer if he changes it to dollars (after the valuation)? We're about to be flooded with Iraqi millionaires then.

Secondly, if it was a real 'investment', then real rich folks would be buying every single dinar they could get their hands on.

If your brother is anything like mine, tell him this is the best idea he’s ever had and you wished you thought of it. Tell him you support him 100% and you’d invest everything you have except you can’t but that he should right away. Cause if your brother is anything like mine, he’ll do the opposite of whatever you tell him and reject all of your advice.

It's ironic that this is getting posted today. I was listening to NPR this morning and they had a segment on the Iraqi government's estimate on the cost to rebuild the destruction caused by ISIS. Unfortunately, no one is willing to help them finance the reconstruction effort and I imagine the Iraqi dinar will take a bigger hit when the government starts printing more money to rebuild.

Zimbabwe Dollars though...those have value. I keep a few of those notes around around my MegaCorp office just in case we have a bad quarter in terms of revenue. For some reason my bosses don't seem to derive much comfort from the fact that if we're behind I can give them 10 BILLION DOLLARS!!!1!

I bought some when I was deployed in 2004-2005. About $200 worth (250,000 dinar). Last time I checked it's gone up in value to about $210. I suppose that's better than if I had left it in a savings account but had it been in an index fund it would have doubled or tripled since then. I can't recall what the rate of return has been but it's something like 1-2% over 12-13 years.

It was neat to pull it out and show my kids as I had a mix of various bills. That's about it though. It's just a souvenir at this point. Maybe I should sell some of it to your brother?

Thank you for the help. I will continue to support my brother with his business adventures, but not contribute any of my own money.

I'm going to try to exchange it within the next 2-3 days. Not all currency exchange businesses will exchange the Dinar. I'm guessing there is a higher risk of counterfeit. Hopefully my Dinar is not counterfeit. I will find out soon.

I exchanged the Iraqi Dinar currency today for US dollars. An internet search today claims that $400,000 Iraqi Dinar is worth $337 US dollars. I went to the currency exchange in Denver at the Cherry Creek mall. They gave me $230 US dollars, minus a $5 fee for a total of $225. I have heard that a currency exchange will change 20%. However, this was a 33% fee.

Maybe the fee is higher because of a higher level chance of fraud? When I looked at their board of exchange rates it looks like they charged only 15% for more legitimate currencies.

They'll just be profiting on the currency spread. They might sell that 400,000 dinar to someone for $400 later on. The more common currencies that'll be easier for them to on-sell (and potentially less volatile) will probably have more competitive rates.

I've got some Sri Lankan rupees I've been meaning to sell from when I was there last year. They're valued at 120LKR to the Australian dollar at present (based on xe.com rates), but the currency conversion place will buy them at 140LKR to the AUD. I paid about 105-110 when I bought them

Wowza, the spread on Polish Zlote (PLN) is about .02-.03PLN per dollar, or about one cent.

RayRen: Good afternoon, TNT super-fantastic family! This is the delayed call for Monday, January 22, 2018, with yours truly RayRat98 here. Let’s get all caught up. We didn’t’ have a call on Friday, but did have some updates over the weekend. I don’t plan to be long before you all – not sure what Tony is planning.

The most exciting news over the weekend was banking people seeing the lower denoms at their facility, although they have yet to be released. Just that they are there, ready… Also, the US banks were on high alert regarding forthcoming activity. ON Friday, a member shared a live rate, although by the time I could send someone else to that branch, it was no longer available. We heard that the tier 1 banks were supposed to receive rates on Friday, so we really thought that those rates might be live.

We’re still waiting for some of that information to come in. We also had some reports that banks could see rates on the front (retail) screens as well as the back screens, although they were not live yet. That took us through the weekend. Tony: I want to take everyone through and give you a bigger picture.

I saw something on Twitter, someone asking how come the lower denominations are coming out again when they already came out earlier. Those lower denominations were actually printed in Texas and flown to New Jersey. Then some were shipped to Europe. So they came out then, and new ones have also come out. Rather than having long lines a the Iraqi banks, they want to use more electronic media – that means people are not being cheated, and the whole thing is more secure.

In December, they started paying their people on the cards. They have to get paid before we do. There are several things we have said over the years that other gurus say “that’s not true”, but our sources are located in other countries, in the government (here and in Iraq), in the banking system, etc. So we give you information others don’t see, and it can take a week for other gurus to catch up. We put out the $3.71, and everyone said that wasn’t happening, but then a week later, they started to see it coming up. Iraq pays in levels and industries, so we will see government people being paid one day, teachers on the next day, contractors on another.

Also, they pay out in zones or regions as well. Also, Kurdistan usually gets updated before Baghdad does; they are more modern, and they move a lot faster than Baghdad. They are still getting used to the banking system – not just the customers, but the bank employees and managers, and also the government. They are training people to use the cards and the ATMs. It took over a week for everyone to get paid. The rate changed on Sunday morning – we got the phone call at 3am.

One of the conditions for us to see this is for Iraq to pay all its people and all their bills paid. They got everyone paid at the higher rate on Saturday night at the rate of just of $4 – at $4.07 to be exact. So now Kurdistan and people in Iraq are both paid. We are now being told that this is a slow roll-out. We have a source who is among the first to see the new information and to be paid at the new rate. He said that there are only three people who know the exact moment this will happen, but there is a DATE and a TIME set for this month. It was supposed to happen in December, and the date was set for earlier in this month.

We needed to have the tax law on 2. January, and it got delayed because our government wanted the tax law to take effect in January so the effects would show up in February. This is a like a stimulus package. President Obama gave everyone a thousand dollars as a stimulus, but it didn’t really work. This time, everyone will get $100 per month that they can spend every month as a rolling stimulus.

What they are saying is that companies will spend more, have more staff, and all the rest. The point is that YOU will start spending YOUR RV money, and it’s going to be credited to this tax break. The more money we spend, the better the economy will look. The same thing happened during the Clinton administration when we saw the Kuwait RV. They won’t make an announcement, they will just give the credit to the tax plan.

That’s why we’re being delayed now, so that this could go at the end of this month. If they had allowed it earlier, they couldn’t associate it with the tax plan. The same thing is happening over there: slow rollout. When #1 told us the rate is $3.71, it took 9-10 days before that showed up on source #10’s card because he is just a regular citizen working in Baghdad. So his rate should change by the end of this week. They want to make sure it goes throughout the country, in stages, before they release it internationally. Christmas was a good day – rates were being shown on the first cards, and it was supposed to take two weeks for it to be complete.

Iraq was supposed to catch up on the 12th, with Forex going the following Monday. Iraq actually caught up on its bills last Saturday, so the last release should be ready to go now. It’s sitting t the Treasury, and over the weekend the banks told their people they are now on the highest of alerts, that the next call they get will send them to their station in exchange locations. We called banks in three different states to make sure everyone was seeing the same thing.

We are only getting this information from the exchange locations, and global traders are revving up as well. There are only nine days left in this month, and you should be set for life as long as you let your money make money. We should all be rich very, very soon.

Questions from the TNT forum

Q: Have you heard any news that the Dong may NOT increase in value at the same time as Dinar, but would go at some later date this year?

Tony: I know someone put that out, but I know it’s on the screen right now. The plan is for it to go at the same time. Anything else makes absolutely no sense. What is the sense of giving us thousands of dollars if the dong is not going to go until later this year? We’d all rush out with our dinar and zim funds, and buy lots of dong to become super-rich!

Q: Do you know if you max out on the Zim and have to take the balance of Zim over 500 million on the 25 year pay out. Is the interest you earn on the balance to be paid based on annual amount of balance not paid or will it be the 5% paid monthly like they previously mentioned??

Tony: IF they do the 500 million and the 25 year payout, they will not do the 80/20 payout. If you leave 25 million in the bank, you will be paid interest on those funds as well as getting the amount at the end of the 25 years.

Q: How will the higher prices be reflected in Iraq? Will people’s pay be cut because their money is now worth 1,000% more? Will the products and services sold in Iraq be for fewer Dinars?

A: They are not getting NEW money, they are changing the value of their money, so their wages and prices will go down in number, but up in value.

Q: We have heard along the way of different terms for rates: contract rate… market rate… international rate… sovereign rate… program rate… street rate… group rate. Can you tell us which ones are relevant at this time and if any of the terms are duplicates, i.e. does market rate and street rate mean the same thing??

A: The program rate is the rate that it is right now – 1189 or whatever it is today. The street rate is the rate in Iraq, depending on what side of the city you’re on; that’s why they are putting money on the cards. In the US, the street rate is what people walking off the street will get – that will also be the international or Forex rate. If you are in a group that has a contract with (say) China, that might be at a contract rate.

There are different rates at tiers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and those depend on who you know at what position. We are supposed to get that tier 4 rate, although there were (should be) some tier 3 rates available to us. You can always ask for that! You’re supposed to agree to leave your money in that bank for a longer time, and they are supposed to give you a higher rate, better interest and more perks – but you have to ask for all of those. Premium rates go to their higher-level customers, in the usual way. It depends on how much you have…

Q: Do you know the tax rate to be taken off the top at the time of exchange? If so, can you release it to us?

A: That would be the excise tax, and it doesn’t matter what the tax rate is, if it comes off before we see it. I hear it is 15%. On the last call, you spoke of a 25-year contract, with a five-year renewal that could only be cancelled by us. Was this related to bank bonds? If not, what is it in reference too??

A: The 25-year contract is for the Zim; everything else should be paid to you in cash. The five years is a separate deal – that’s about the community projects and bonds. You can renew that deal at the end of every five years, and only you can cancel it, not the bank.

Q: I believe we’ve heard that the currency will most likely revalue overnight when the banks are closed. When that happens, would we expect to know right away during the night that it had happened or would we not know until the banks open in the USA the next morning? Also, we would expect that to be during the night in the USA time zone not Iraq time, right?

Tony: I believe that is the best time for that to happen because of all the transactions happening during the day. They would have to shut all that down otherwise people could get caught in the middle of trades. So I have always been told to look for this after 4pm EST on Fridays, or between 1-3am. It just doesn’t make sense that they would shut down all those sites in the middle of the working day.

Q: Ray, do you have any information regarding the planned exchange protocols for Australia and / or New Zealand?

A: I don’t know. I love Australia, although I’ve never been there. I love the fact that Australia’s president came on their television and said that “this is Australia and we speak English.” That just makes sense to me. I love other countries, but struggle trying to their languages. If you know three languages, you are trilingual; if you speak two languages, you’re bilingual. What are you if you only speak one language? American.

919 caller: You mentioned something about Zim and a cap of 500 hundred million?

Tony: Yes, over 500 million, you will get a structured payout over a negotiable time.

Caller: And would the interest rate be negotiable as well?

Tony: I assume it’s ALL negotiable, with the amount of money I have.

Caller: Do we have current rates for the Zim and the dong? Tony: The last I heard, it was 47 cents for the dong, and 14.7 for the Zim. Those rates could very well be higher by the time you get there. That is the starting range. The Zim is supposed to go much higher over the next 18 months, but I know you’re not going to wait for that – who knows what might happen in Zimbabwe over that time.

To get $2 on the Zim rather than ten cents, you’ll have to have a contract with someone in Zimbabwe, and there are lots of rules about that. You will have to ask for that. I can try to get one of the committee members on a call to explain about that.

312 caller: [chitchat] I thought you said ‘the last release is at the Treasury’. What does that mea?

Tony: The banks and the managers have rates, the exchange centers are ready, and they are just waiting for the final authorization.

RR: We know of three locations that are seeing the rates on both the front and back screens. I don’t know why we are waiting, if this is about Iraq and the cards, or waiting for Congress to go back to work, or whatever… I only know that they are saying there is a date and time that have been selected. I just don’t know what it is.

951 caller: You’re saying that dinar will come out by the end of the month, but does that mean Forex as well?

Tony: That plan is for it to come out, to be on Forex, and for us to go to the bank all by the end of the month. It doesn’t make sense for us to exchange after it shows up on Forex. The plan has always for us to be at the bank starting from two hours after we get the notification. They were keeping people at the exchange centers until 1am! Now they are taking about shifts of 7am and 7pm just to do the exchanges.

Caller: Once that happens, will the dinar come out at the same time, or several days behind the dinar, or what?

Tony: My gut feeling is that they will all be released at the same time, because if there is a 2-3 day gap, I will be one of the first trillionaires in the country.

Caller: You’re saying 47 cents on the dong, but what’s your feeling on the actual rate?

Tony: Throughout the years, the highest I’ve heard is $1.05; however, for the last six months, the rate I’ve seen on the screens has been 47 cents.

636 caller: Is there any truth to the rumor that you’re buying the Raiders? Seriously, we go to the exchange centers; will we be able to open an account at the time of exchange?

Tony: I’m pretty sure you will. Wells is supposed to be the lead bank, they will exchange anyone for at least 30 days, and yes, I do think you will be able to open an account.

Caller: Another guru said that those who are not members of Forex will not be able to trade on Forex after this exchange.

Tony: I know that is not true – I know several people who trade there now.

Iowa caller: I’m getting low on funds so this is the best time for this to happen!

219 caller: Which do you think will have the highest return on investment?

Tony: We all started this with dinar, because it was the best thing to do. For $900 dollars, you can buy a million dinar. For the same $900 you can buy 18 million dong, so if we round off the rate, that would be $9 million. For the same $900, I can buy 60 x 100 trillion Zim, and that should yield $720 million. However, dinar is more sure than either dong or Zim, so from the perspective of peace of mind, dinar is the way to go. You can walk into any Bank of America and buy or sell all the dinar you want. That’s a pretty safe bet.

Caller: We went from five zeros on the Zim to six – any change of that being seven?

Tony: No. 205 caller: [chitchat] [incoherent question about Zim bonds vs. currency]

Tony: That is correct: bonds will be sent overseas for exchange and currency will be exchanged here in the US. I seriously doubt anyone on this call has any bonds.

503 caller: What’s your understanding about caps on contract rates?

Tony: The only thing I know right is 500 million dollars for the zim, and over that cap to be paid over 25 years. Years ago there was going to be a cap, but right now, today, the only cap I know about is for the Zim.

NZ caller: Do you see good possibility of that 47 cents being the lower limit for the dong, maybe going up as high as $2.20?

Tony: That started out as a tier 2 or tier 3 rate, for those people to get. I think it depends on how long you want to wait. I think it will come out at 47, and shoot up for a couple of weeks, then come down to where it settles. Those with Chinese contracts are seeing higher rates, but I don’t really know what that’s about. I know the banks want top ush everyone through as quickly as possible, but I’m inclined to wait a little bit.

Caller: It was $2.20 before the war; do you see it going back up there?

TonY: I don’t see it going there tomorrow; maybe by the end of this process. You can monitor that on Forex. Only you can decide whether you want to exchange by the end of this month, or if you want to wait for it to go up. It’s your choice.

10 GCR Points To Remember

This post is a refresher of what to expect in the coming GCR. There is a lot upon us and sometimes it gets confusing.

GCR

#1) First Basket Currencies will All Revalue at the same time. When one revalues, they all revalue as well. There will be no opportunity to exchange one and then buy more of the other.

#2) All Denominations of the first Basket Currencies will be Honored. This means every size bill, will be exchangeable. This is especially important to know for the ZIM. Importantly, no zeros will be loped of any notes. They will be accepted at face value for exchange, at the rate you agree on.

#3) The Zim "Bearer Checks" will be honored and exchanged even though they have expired.

#4) If you have Zim, you will have a DIFFERENT exchange Procedure that includes exchanging at offsite locations, Including military bases, but not limited to them.

#5) Yes, the zim has a special phone number/ account relationship, but don’t worry, your money is actually in Trusts for added protection and "Trusts" have names and not numbers. The phone number you call to set the appointment, is part of your account info with the bank, but not directly associated with any particular money account. In short it identifies you, like your name identifies you to the bank when you call.

#6) You will not be allowed to bring any electronic items into the exchange such as phone, tablet, computers, calculators, etc. Therefore, have a sheet of paper (Master Sheet) that has all your important information written on it, such as Trust names, address, questions you want to ask, etc., for easy reference.

#7) Bring whatever ID you have, bills, passports, DL, ss card, Birth Certificate, photo IDs etc. Some people will have all the IDs they need, and others may not, but all will be helped anyway. Remember that this is a benevolent plan and they realize that some may not have the IDs they need. The bank will work with you on that.

#8) All countries will have exchanges and will have the "Privately Negotiated Rates" available as well, especially for humanitarian projects.

#9) Banks are NOW the safest place in the World to keep your money. Trust the banks, and trust the plan.

#10) HSBC is the main GCR Bank and will eventually have retail branches everywhere. Just because there is no branch near you now, doesn't mean you can't exchange with them and get an account with them. They will be represented at the Exchange centers, especially for the ZIM.

Bonus:

#11) You should call as soon as possible for your appointment, but once you call, you can set an appointment at a time that works for you. You might have a delay due to travel, work, medical, etc. Set the time to go IN for your appointment. I expect that there will be several days or more to call the first number.

#12) Historical Bonds can be redeemed. Tell the operator what you have (Not amount) when you call the first appointment contact number.

5/8/2012 - FIVE YEARS AGO In DINARLAND

Guru TerryK: GOT A CALL, ANOTHER SOURCE...SAID IT WILL BE GOING DOWN THIS WEEK...NO LATER.

HEARING THAT THERE IS NO NEGATIVE THINGS OUT THERE IN THE WORLD AT THIS TIME TO HURT OUR INVESTMENT...THINGS ARE STILL LOOKING GREAT.

Guru BGG:   there is a whole lot going on right now...there is a MASSIVE power struggle taking place and there will be lots of turmoil...this is good for us. As it was 3 months ago - we had little or no chance unless Maliki agreed to come to the table on his previous agreements. If he did (or implied he would) - that would be a much different story. As we see now - he had no intention. Dr Shabibi has clearly laid out the requirement of a "partnership" government (checks and balances) as a pre-cursor to any change in monetary value.

Things that will signal an RV...Maliki announcing the three remaining Ministers currently being run by "proxy" (as in him), the announcement of the NCSP policy board and some type of Executive order or decree honoring Article 140. A pardon for Al-Hashemi and a public apology to Deputy PM Al-Mutlag would go a long way as well. However, short of these things it is a very distinct reality the opposition will move towards a vote of "no confidence" against PM Al-Maliki. How quickly can this happen? At this point, probably very quick. There seems to be a general agreement in place to "appoint" Ibranim Al-Jaafari as an "interim" PM and head up a "care-taker" government until the next elections. The consensus looks good.  If they actually put him in - I predict he will act very quickly and things will move forward at a rapid pace.

For Maliki to survive politically he needs to announce those 3 Ministers as quick as he possibly can. He needs a decree that says they are implementing article 140...he could do all those things very quickly. The holiday is not an issue. They can call an emergency session and remove Maliki no problem.   I think Jaafari is the best pick for the interim PM. There was an important meeting today and Maliki was not invited. Allawi was asking the National Alliance to go ahead and pick their candidate.  I don't see this thing going too much farther. It could be over fairly quickly.

Guru SWFloridaGuy: The Erbil agreement isn't really fully constitutional...Iraqi politicians are going to try to find a solution during this parliamentary holiday that lasts up until June 14th. We all know that Maliki received a 9-point ultimatum letter from Barzani, Allawi, Nujayfi, Sadr and then sent it to Jaafari. The message it contains is very clear: Maliki has 15 days to adhere to the demands of its contents or he will be sacked...this ultimatum clearly states that unless there is complete adherence to these principles the Shia alliance move to withdraw the confidence of Maliki's government and form a new one. The only out Maliki appears to have would be to say, ok fine I will "adhere" but only to what is constitutional while still maintaining the position that parts of Erbil are not constitutional. In that case this could drag out a little further.

Maliki wants a new electoral commission and to get that he needs allies. Tariffs are set to go into effect in June and there is already talk that they may have to delay them until July. The noose around Maliki is tightening and if he wants to stay in power he needs to start compromising. He needs to come to some agreement on power sharing. Even though that may strengthen his opposition, it is what's required to stave off a no-confidence vote.

This is in Iraq's hands and is also a very critical time for us in this investment. The RV is not in the banks as some...have claimed for over a year now. Right now our focus should be on what direction Maliki decides to take this. He may decide to implement all terms of Erbil as he promised he would or he may stand behind former statements he's made questioning it's Constitutionality. If he does fight this than we are looking at a no confidence vote and a short delay. If not than we will finally see the power sharing agreement implemented, followed by a National Meeting which should free up Shabibi and the CBI to implement phase 2 of their currency reform project. Upon that time and in accordance with the IMF and World Bank's approval and instruction, they will send the adjusted rate to the BIS.  From there it will be released to all central banks around the world and will appear live simultaneously around the globe.

The only way for Iraq to re-enter the world stage again as an economic leader, not only regionally but globally, and accomplish all the goals they have as a nation is to move ahead with phase 2 of their currency reform project. The CBI is waiting on the previously mentioned issues to be resolved. When a resolution is reached, Shabibi will give the green light to complete the reforming of their currency, introduce the LD's, remove the zeros from the nominal value, raise the exhange rate and then....GAME OVER!!

Guru Poppy3:   We're gonna see this RV very soon now. I am absolutely convinced that some things like the HCL and tariffs laws being a prerequisti for the RV. The Erbil power sharing is important and something they definitely need. Shabibi also has said give me a complete GOI. They need the 3 ministers seated and up until now they have only been filled by interim positions. Shabibi want stability and a functioning government for the long term. The tariff law is still set for June 1st and they are having a meeting about it tomorrow morning. I don't see them postponing that. The WTO will not take Iraq until they have an RV. That was stated last December that when they RV'd their currency it will be internationally tradeable and at that point they will have full accession and no longer be guest members

I see this type of post from time to time and it is just the old Cabal Fear-Training kicking in. There is nothing to worry about, all is well. This is the post I noticed:

#1) Paul Ryan is the "Interim" President of the Republic, and has been for about 2 years or so. (More or less)

#2) Once the Republic is announced and NESARA is in effect, there will be REAL elections for all the top governmental offices that need to be replaced, which is all of them. We will either re-elect Ryan as president, or we will elect someone else instead. Your choice. However, I am sure he will win by a landslide, since by that time people will know the real truth and not the lie. As an interesting point of fact, NO CABAL are permitted to run for office. EVERY CANDIDATE MUST BE VETTED COMPLETELY BEFORE THEY ARE PERMITTED TO RUN FOR OFFICE. It is about time!

#3) All the Negative Ryan information you have was his cover story to get into the Cabal boys club in congress. It is all fake, but you can believe it if you want to, after all the Cabal did.

#4) The non-sense spouted by Kent Dunn is laughable. Sorry Kent, Paul Ryan is one of the most upstanding and loyal people we have in the Republic and we are damn lucky to have him. This stupid nonsense that he wants to kill off the population is ludicrous. You need to think before you say such things, or you end up making yourself look like a fool.

#5) We are no longer called "Citizens" as we were in the Cabal USA Inc., instead we are now considered "Residents" of the Republic.

#6) While I don’t have all the exact details of how this works, the Government structure is mostly local and much less at the higher Republic level. It is more of a grass roots, self governing type system. "Guiding Councils" will be the norm. We will learn more about that later.

#7) There were several "Republics" registered in France as corporations, that were created by the Cabal to confuse people. Although the notion that our Republic is the wrong one, has been passed around, the idea, that our Republic is one of those Cabal corporations is ridiculous. Do you REALLY think that Grandfather, the author of the plan, the one in charge of the money that will fund the World, who is 2.5 billion years old, and St. Germaine who was at the signing of the declaration of independence, would be fooled by a Fake republic, registered in France as a Corporation, is just crazy talk. Whoever tells you this either a Cabal plant, or has no clue what is really going on.

#8) The Republic owns and controls ALL the Military. The military is 100% cabal free, and, will be highly involved in protecting you before, during and after your exchange.

#9) The IRS and the Federal Reserve are already gone and complete control of our nation's money supply is now in the hands of the Republic Treasury where it should have been all along. The Cabal no longer have any control over our money supply or ANY money supply anywhere in the World. The Republic will be issuing new "Continental Currency" that will be Gold & asset backed. A little known, but interesting fact, all the different denominations are actually different sizes, such as length and width. All businesses will have to change out their cash register drawers and ATMs. But that has already been planned and will be ready when we get the new money.

#10) The Republic is a sovereign nation recognized by all 209 nations on the planet. It is a debt free and fully funded nation. While "Acting" President Trump signs documents on TV, the ONLY documents and presidential Orders that count and are in force, are the ones signed by President Paul Ryan of the Republic.

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is that you don’t have to accept or believe any of the information I have provided above. It will all become public when it is time for the big reveal. The only thing you need to believe and have faith in is the coming GCR. Your belief in that and the special exchange opportunities it offers do matter. In that regard, it is interesting to know this Republic information, but, more importantly for you right now, is to concentrate on your next BIG MOVE, your exchange. That time is near.

10 GCR Points To Remember

This post is a refresher of what to expect in the coming GCR. There is a lot upon us and sometimes it gets confusing.

GCR

#1) First Basket Currencies will All Revalue at the same time. When one revalues, they all revalue as well. There will be no opportunity to exchange one and then buy more of the other.

#2) All Denominations of the first Basket Currencies will be Honored. This means every size bill, will be exchangeable. This is especially important to know for the ZIM. Importantly, no zeros will be loped of any notes. They will be accepted at face value for exchange, at the rate you agree on.

#3) The Zim "Bearer Checks" will be honored and exchanged even though they have expired.

#4) If you have Zim, you will have a DIFFERENT exchange Procedure that includes exchanging at offsite locations, Including military bases, but not limited to them.

#5) Yes, the zim has a special phone number/ account relationship, but don’t worry, your money is actually in Trusts for added protection and "Trusts" have names and not numbers. The phone number you call to set the appointment, is part of your account info with the bank, but not directly associated with any particular money account. In short it identifies you, like your name identifies you to the bank when you call.

#6) You will not be allowed to bring any electronic items into the exchange such as phone, tablet, computers, calculators, etc. Therefore, have a sheet of paper (Master Sheet) that has all your important information written on it, such as Trust names, address, questions you want to ask, etc., for easy reference.

#7) Bring whatever ID you have, bills, passports, DL, ss card, Birth Certificate, photo IDs etc. Some people will have all the IDs they need, and others may not, but all will be helped anyway. Remember that this is a benevolent plan and they realize that some may not have the IDs they need. The bank will work with you on that.

#8) All countries will have exchanges and will have the "Privately Negotiated Rates" available as well, especially for humanitarian projects.

#9) Banks are NOW the safest place in the World to keep your money. Trust the banks, and trust the plan.

#10) HSBC is the main GCR Bank and will eventually have retail branches everywhere. Just because there is no branch near you now, doesn't mean you can't exchange with them and get an account with them. They will be represented at the Exchange centers, especially for the ZIM.

Bonus:

#11) You should call as soon as possible for your appointment, but once you call, you can set an appointment at a time that works for you. You might have a delay due to travel, work, medical, etc. Set the time to go IN for your appointment. I expect that there will be several days or more to call the first number.

#12) Historical Bonds can be redeemed. Tell the operator what you have (Not amount) when you call the first appointment contact number.

Update on Gary.....Gary is still in Hospital, having another test tomorrow He has been very uncomfortable with nausea, and symptoms of gastro problems, so they have now gotten a gastroenterologist on his case, hence he will be having a Upper GI tomorrow. He is pretty much miserable, has to lay on his left side to lessen symptoms and is just so tired. He is so appreciative to all of you for your prayers, concern. We hope we can pick him up tomorrow, Friday. Thanks.

10 Reasons The GCR Should Happen Today

From everything I have learned from the intel providers that I trust, we are IN THE WINDOW NOW. We have had a good "Report" from Yosef, From Bruce at the Big Call, From Zorra of Hollow Earth, and even have heard from Fisher of The Real Truth Call/Chatter. Those are all my favorite Intel Providers and they all concur that the time is now.

But Is It?

Who knows for sure? Frankly this is the "Disclaimer" for all those who live to criticize and blame. Yes, we can't be sure and for those who NEED Certainty, stop reading this post right now. For the rest who want to be inspired to believe our time is now, I will list a few things that have come to my mind on this wonderful Saturday, January the 14th of 2017.

#1) Saturday is the ONLY day of the week that is a weekend day for every country in the World. Importantly, that means that the markets are closed and the Banks are closed, though some are open, but not doing official transactions. When they change over the rates, they will want to do it when everything is shut down at the same time. By the way, even the Banks that open on Saturday will all be closed for sure in Hawaii, by 11pm EST tonight .

#2) Today is the PEEK of the current energy wave that is hitting the Earth at this time. It is supposed to be very strong today and helping to bring about even higher consciousness. Zorra recommends that you meditate today to raise your vibration and utilize these extra strong energy waves. Also recommended is to go out in nature. Of course for many that means "Go out in the snow."

#3) Interestingly, the SITREP that came out yesterday, (Yosef?) mentioned the new $100 Gold coin that was dated 2017. He suggested that it was created by the Republic and was evidence of the new Gold backed money. Frankly, that Gold coin is "Gold Backed" and issued in 2017, when only the Republic is in charge of our money supply. Hmmmm? I am inclined to agree that this is "Evidence" of gold backed money in coin form. With that subtle announcement, only we who are informed would be able to make the connection to the Restored Republic. Could that be the "Sneaky" announcement we have been waiting for?

Intel SITREP - Saturday - 00:00 EST - January 13, 2017

#4) In more "Far Out" type information, this is the time that all the planets are "Going direct" whatever that means. I guess they are all lined up and going the same direction? I am not sure but it sounds like something that the Elders would be interested in.

#5) I also have noticed that our "Exchange window" has decreased over the years down to 6 days to get us all through the process. With that said, starting today, we have 6 days until the presidential inauguration day on January 20th. Interesting....

#6) While this doesn't count for the rest of the World, we in the US have a 3 day weekend with Monday being Martin Luther King day. This may be important because, we have a complicated situation here in the US as we need to do this process as quickly and quietly as possible as not to wake up the sleeping public. The 3 day week end may be important for that reason.

#7) Several top intel providers have mentioned specifically that the SKRs would be made liquid by the end of the week. The end of the week is Saturday night. The week actually starts on Sunday as the first day, even though for us in the US, it is a religious day.

#8) We, the informed, know that the Republic will have to make an appearance VERY SOON, and most likely by or on the presidential inauguration day, January 20th, 2017. If we, the internet group, get processed by then, the Republic will have more funds and an "Army" of Humanitarian agents ready to get started helping the World. More importantly, we will have funds already in our hands and as Light Workers, can help calm down the masses with our financial help, and our knowledge of the plan and what is going on. Frankly, I don’t see the Republic being announced first, and then during that mass public confusion, we go exchange. Remember, we are part of the plan as Light Workers. We will be answering questions 24 hours a day, once the Republic is announced. It will be a bit crazy for most, but not us, who are highly informed. To recap: I think we will get our money first and be in place to help when the Republic is announced.

#9) Also we should consider that there are some very big "Events" coming in rapid succession. #a) The Gold Backed Monetary system gets quietly announced (GCR), #b) Instantly and simultaneously we will be exchanging at the offsite exchange locations. #c) NESARA gets announced and begins implementation, #d) The New Republic is announced and begins public Cabal disclosure, #e) Mass arrests and trials become very public, #f) Some time later, but not too much later, comes Disclosure of the Galactic presence and then the healing ships arrive.

What is the point of this list of "Events?" Simple, it all starts with us, and so the strong need to get this (Our Exchanges) started ASAP! All those other things happen AFTER we go exchange, which means we are going to be exchanging very soon!!!!

#10) Many of the intel providers have stated that this is our week and that it must start before the 15th. SKRs are supposed to be liquid before the 15th. Which brings up what is so important about the 15th? It is the day that the IMF discloses the new currency rates of the World, in case they have changed. So if this starts before the 15, then the new public rates can be listed on the IMF website on the 15th right on schedule!

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is that this is ALL SPECULATION because we have no proof and will not have proof until AFTER it has happened. In the case of the GCR, Proof kills, as we saw on 9/11. So all we can do is guess. However, that being said, the closer we get to go time, the easier it is to see that this is all true, and that we really are about to exchange.

For many very good reasons (not Proof), it looks like this is our day. This post is meant to offer encouragement and inspiration to those who are interested. To all the others who demand proof, you will still have to wait, just like the rest of us. Interestingly, when the proof comes, it will no longer be needed or wanted. Go figure!!!

The Brunei dollar has been in use since 1967 by the Nation of Burnei, as well as Singapore. The bill comes in denominations similar to that of the American dollar: B$1, B$5, B$10, B$50, and B$100. Although this currency is also spent in Singapore, it is predominantly used in the country of Brunei. Brunei is a sovereign state in Southeast Asia, and although it may be small, it has a fairly wealthy economy. This next currency is a little less obscure. One Australian dollar is worth .76 American dollar. Although the Australian dollar is obviously used primarily in Australia, it is also used in Nauru, Tuvalu, and Kiribati. (It is also used unofficial in Zimbabwe.) So, it may sort of be cheating to place the Latvian lats on this list. Why is that? Starting in 2013, Latvia has begun to phase the lats out in place of the euro. Today, it is technically not in use by any country. However, the lats still has value in both world and local exchange. Today, one lats is worth approximately 1.61 American dollars. Prior to being taken out of circulation, the lats came in banknote denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 latu. As far as currency goes, the lats was pretty young — the first lats were introduced into Latvia in 1922. Originally, they were implemented as a replacement of the Latvian rublis, which was the currency used by Latvia immediately after they had won their independence from Russia. Although the lats will be dead within a few years, it still holds a great deal of value.

(I don’t think the lats really counts, considering the fact that it isn’t actually used by any country anymore.) The rial is only used in the country of Oman. One rial is equivalent to around 2.60 American dollars today. Before the rial was implemented in Oman in 1970, the country had primarily used the Gulf rupee and the Indian rupee. There are things occurring behind the scenes with the Monetary Reform. There is movement of “stuff” that Iraqi citizens need … hammers, computer, rice & beans.

IMO … countries are interested in doing business with Iraq … and Iraq is paying them … maybe the IMF is paying them … the international world is doing business with Iraq … and they are paying for their goods. WHOA! Do you understand that? Are you with me? Are you listening? IMO -- if that is true … if the international world is gaining confidence with Iraq and the new ministers working with Abadi. Do you think the WTO and World Bank is watching? Are they impressed? Can they pay their own bills? Humm.

A week ago, Sunday at 3:03 am Iraqi time … there was the “start” of the operations of Mosul … but I would say it was also the start of international business because they were put on a WHITE LIST.

I believe that this TRANSITIONAL RATE that is being used … (not in front of our eyes, nor the CBI … because by law, they would have to tell you they are) … is being used … to bring in these goods.

Remember … within 10 business … (normally 30) … there would be some needed info passed to the IMF or in increase in the rate to qualify with what they are doing within their budget.

May I suggest … there may be a SWAP … not of currency … but of an EXCHANGE RATE … within the SwiftNet system.

IMO -- the SwiftNet is a using a derivative … (we think) … within the next 10 days … to do a CURRENCY SWAP with the rate of the IQD against … (possibly) a basket of currencies.

We (non-Iraqi citizens) will probably never see a 1 to 1 rate … because a Transitional Rate (TR) may take it well past it!!!

The CBI and our CC Notes … are finding commonality.

Please remember … the CBI … does NOT have to tell you anything. They do NOT owe you an explanation whatsoever. It should be so.

Delta sends his regards and love. He sends his patience. He studies the CBI website for us … reads every article … interrupts them. He pays attention to the spreadsheet … shows key numbers … projected rates … but some fields are blank. Projected rates show 14 to 15 cents … but the 2016 is blank. Now, some are no longer variables … they are now derivatives. So many things … and all before November.

We believe the Abadi and Saleh are sending confirmations/documentations to the IMF within the 10 days that we talked about --- which are coming to a close … all BEFORE November. IMO --- all an indication of their financial reform.

IMO -- each member of the IMF needs verification … before any change in rate … to be completed before November.

IMO – that includes a rate change … that deals with contract goods.

The letter to the IMF lets each member within the IMF knows of the rate. The IMF cannot finalize the agreement with Iraq until they see documentation.

I told you, I don’t think we’ll ever see 1 to 1. They might surprise us all with the international rate when it does come out. In the ‘70’s and ‘80’s, it used to be around $2.80. When Saddam took over, it was over $3 … and the Gulf Currency is launching around $2.60 to $2.70 … which is a fair number to start at.

We believe that the IMF may meet on the 7th of November to see if Iraq completed all they needed to do … but IMO … meetings are ongoing now. The CBI will not be involved in any of this because they can keep a secret.

Please understand derivatives I’m not going to be your math teacher. IMO -- variables that are now derivatives.

Mosul is still with/without the liberation … but the IMF does not care about Mosul.

The IMF is in business to make money with Iraq. There is no profit at a program rate.

The IMF does not care about 2017.

IMO – the MR consists of the RI … and that is for the IMF.

The international world which consists of the Economic Reforms … which is the RV --- (which is not a part of the IMF).

I believe that the RI is for the IMF which is part of the MR.

The RV is for the international investors.

This will be the FINAL letter to the IMF within these 10 days.

It will give the IMF a good idea of when Iraq will raise the value of their currency.

Give us Fallujah … and you have the ECONOMIC REFORMS.

Give us Mosul … and you have the MONETARY REFORMS.

IMO -- I believe that we are within 1 to 2 clicks outside of Mosul.

Therefore, we are very close to the center.

Right now it is the Kurds Army that surrounds Mosul … that is exactly the way it should be.

The most important thing about Mosul right now is … the “CENTER.”

The CENTER … if all of Iraq was like a bulls-eye … I believe that the center of Mosul is the bulls-eye itself.

The bulls-eye of Mosul … contains the MR and the ER. (Monetary Reform and the Economic Reform).

Do you remember that the CBI website told ALL of the banks in Iraq to prepare themselves – to stop using the USD in the first part of next year (2017) … remember that?

The CBI doesn’t talk that often … but when they do … especially now … they are passing along some amazing information … IMO.

The Rasheed Bank stated last week that they are adopting a new system to transfer money inside and outside of Iraq.

Well … a country that is slapped with charters that restricts them … does not have the privileged to send their worthless money into an international environment – that’s why they are in sanctions.

Chapter VII … has been a slow evolution.

Now the Rasheed says they are going to adopt a new system.

Do you know what that system is?

It’s called the IBAN (IBN) International Banking Network … which are codes … that you can’t read … codes that are necessary for Iraq’s currency to go into the international theatre.

These are codes/routing numbers … will be used by Iraqi banks … works hand in hand with the SwiftNet system.

Do you think Iraq qualifies for something this?

Well, behind closed doors … I guess they do.

They haven’t done it yet, but they have been telling the citizens this in the news.

The Transitional Rate is bringing in the number … the variables … the derivatives … of their budget … IMO.

Mosul is about 80-90% done.

There is NO STOPPING the Monetary Reform.

The timing may frustrate you, but I think the timing is brilliant.

Delta … I called him … told him about the article … and WS and I saw it late last night … but WS said “no.”

We had Delta investigate it … Delta found it in Arabic … and said it’s was a legit source. It was actually from a newspaper that a lot of journalists that live outside of Iraq send their articles too. They don’t really live inside of Iraq. They live in the US and throughout Europe. The site itself is legit according to Delta.

The article had been put together … kinda like Frankenstein (one piece at a time) … but it contains 2 separate things – that were not Frankenstein. If you go back to 2003, you will see some of the words that were used in articles – you know, like they were getting ready to raise the value of the IQD.

#1 – the articles is saying there is an independent source in the CBI that is telling them this. (info leaked). Can you keep a secret family? Sometimes it’s hard. Perhaps the CBI talked to this journalist . The article also talked about Chapter VII. We continued to study it. It basically what Dr. Shabibi said before he was kicked out by Maliki and Obama. Just because it has parts from 2003, does NOT make it any less viable.

The RECENT LIFTING? (That’s what the IMF wanted them to do with the auctions, etc.)

WS and I didn’t want to put this article out because it was being abused by other guru’s. We wanted to study it further … and it was treated well on our forum in thought/opinions.

All of my direct family lives there, and my very elderly (but fortunately, very well physically and mentally) mother may be a prime target for this scam, even if by otherwise well-meaning people who have been suckered themselves. I believe this is simply another Ponzi scheme, a pyramid, where (maybe, but not guarantees) a very few "may" see a little of their money returned in the beginning, but virtually all will be dealt a sleight of hand that may very well ruin many of them for the rest of their lives. This kind of fraud abounds everywhere, at all times and in many different disguises, but they're always the same. But what really gets me this time around is that (even if conducted by one of those well-intentioned suckers I mentioned above) is that it is involving people who are attending church and marketing this bogus BS to vulnerable people to people from THEIR VERY OWN CHURCH. I don't care if they are assuring people that their money is 100% refundable (which would be a surprise of the greatest magnitude even if THAT was true). I care about the fact that whether a scam artist is knowingly bilking the vulnerable or it's just a case of the person marketing the scam being one of those well-intentioned suckers who has himself or herself acting for the betterment of those who might just be as (I hate to say this) stupid as themself. Have any of you heard of this (it's apparently been around a long, long time), or otherwise been solicited to participate in this charade? I would like to know, and mainly want to alert ALL of you to the probability you're looking to get bilked. There is a lot of truth to that old adage "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". The scam however comes in when the investors are promised a sure fire large return within x amount of time, guaranteeing they will become over night millionaires! If at anytime someone tries to get you to invest without thoroughly explaining the risks, & only promising return, STAY AWAY FROM IT! In short is getting folks to invest in Iraqi Dinar illegal? NO! Is it being done in an ethical & legal manor? If done as u are describing NO! The advisors can look at what is going on and predict a possible date, but to make a promise of certainty, not possible. Especially with a country that is still in internal turmoil . I read the article you linked to. & it mentioned the investors relating the Iraqi dinar to Kuwaits dinar. The difference between the 2 was Kuwait was an invaded country that was more than willing to get back to peaceful times and rebuild its stability, so far Iragi shows no signs of even being willing to do so. This comparison is like milk & water. Milk has vitamins & calcium, water not so much. Ie if one is using this as a reason to believe in a substantial return, they may have to be prepared to wait a while.as with all investing patience is the key, you never sell of your shares while low you wait until they rebound! Common law of investing. Of course being wise enough to study your options and not jump at just anything is the main key. Never leap before looking you' ll end up regretting the out cone! bet my life Tucumcari, NM	#6 Jul 2, 2013 My edlery parents are saying they bet there life that they are going to be millionairs..two weeks ago..they dont have alot of money but are waiting on pins and needles to cash in on their dinars!!They invested two years ago and still believe in it..They are sitting by there computer daily to watch for when they need to go cash in...they have their clothes packed and in the car and stopped doing much at all because they are waiting..anyday to be Rich!Now if they arent being scammed they sure are investing alot of their precious last years of their life waiting on this..It makes me angry that people pray on the elderly like this..yes im sure currency trading is legit..but these gurus are making them promises that has litterly put there lives on hold..It is sad and I cant seem to change there mind no matter what I tell them or show them warnings about this SCAM!!

Buying the currency of a foreign country isn't a scam, but paying 20-50% plus premiums for it because someone (either a well meaning ignoramous, or an unscrupulous con man) told you a bunch of nonsense about it increasing in value by tens of thousands of percent most definitely IS a scam. There's absolutely zero legitimate reasons the Iraqi currency would undergo a large increase in value. It's incredibly unlikely it'll even go up 50% over the next decade, let alone the 100,000% in the next week that most of these fools believe. Iraq's currency is worth right about what it should be. There are two VERY simple ways to prove this: 1. Divide their foreign reserves (80 billion USD in value at most) by their money supply (M2, around 75 trillion dinar) and you get about 0.001. Right around what their currency is worth. That isn't a coincidence. 2. Take the TOTAL value of Iraqs currency (their 75 trillion M2 multiplied by the value of each dinar, 0.0086) and you come up with about 65 billion dollars. Now look at their GDP. It's around 120 billion dollars. That's about a .5 ratio of M2 to GDP. Now look at that same ratio for neighboring countries. They'll all be about the same, somewhere between .4 and .7 or so. Iraqs country is worth right about what it should be. Sure, it could go up 10 or 15 or 20%. That will leave most people, that paid spreads of 20 or 30 or 50%+, high and dry. The chance of the dinar increasing in real value by even 100% in the short term is zero.

Hello Everyone,

There was a ton of news after I published Friday’s news letter. WOW! It came at us like a running bull once the protestors took to the streets again and crossed over into the green zone. This scared many of these politicians and so finally we began to see some real action towards movement of the Abadi reforms for his cabinet reshuffle. I explain all this today to you.

So what should be taken from today’s news?

Well we should realize what is now holding up the RV.

We should see that the political process in Iraq is very slow.

We should understand who the culprits are in slowing down the process.

But remember that by getting more technocratic” ministers this is only the beginning. The only hope is that they too can perform and can get the job done without the level of corruption we have seen by their predecessors.

If I could predict the future, this is how I see it playing out (not necessarily in this exact order):

The needed new ministers get ratified in parliament this week or next.
Amnesty and Judicial Reforms get passed very soon afterwards
Abadi does not leave the Dowa party, for if he does he must first resign his position as prime minister and they hold reelections. This they do not want to do. So we can see the necessity for him to leave the Dowa party but you also see the ramifications of doing so. So he will not leave, but instead change the party (and even call it something else altogether) and find a way to get rid of the dead weight bringing down the political process and needed overall changes that they party now does not embrace.
Abadi and Sadr then crank up the case and pressure to a new level to clean out the rubbish of the Iranian politicians (Maliki and his goons) and bring them all to justice through the judicial system. Again they will use the pressure and power from the average citizen to drive it
The Federation Council is announced as a forth body of government
The office of the president gets back 1 deputy as VP. I will leave it to you who to guess who gets this position. I’ll give you a hint – his last name begins with a “H” .
The Parties law is passed and enacted
Many of the corrupt politicians simply escape from arrest warrants and leave Iraq. There passports evoked and extradition is requested.
Meantime Mosul is cleansed of ISIS and reconstruction begins while all this is going on.
Price of oil begins to rise due to production limits agreed to by OPEC and GCC members.
The new Conscription law breaks up any Iranian militias and outlaws the private para-military groups, since these very same members must now serve in the Iraq military.
The National ID cards take hold and everyone in Iraq now has an ID card. They must be able to prove citizenship. This eliminates any Iranians since, if they are detained and can not prove they are Iraqi, they will be exported.
Dr Shabibi is announced as reinstated as head of the CBI once again (he was always officially and is always still heading up the CBI but political scandal forced his out of the seat and placed an illegal proxy governor)
Iraq launched the lower denominations to fight inflation due to rising oil prices
Iraq moves to Article 8 as a UN member nation, RV is done 4-7 days later.

Am I wishing for the stars?
Do you see what came last in my list of trends. If you had noticed I did my similar predictions over a year ago. So what happened according to my predictions from then? Just about everything I talked about did happen.

Iraq got the majority of the much needed laws (at this point in time of what is needed), we now have a heightened awareness of the crimes committed by Maliki and his goons, the citizens and religious leaders are now driving the pressure for reforms, talk now is that Iranian influence must end, ISIS is almost under control (their last stronghold is Mosul), IMF is now working closely with the CBI to align the banking systems and financial systems, the financial and political paths have not yet converged, no RV has taken place.

YES – I still give my prediction and windows of the greatest opportunity for an RV. Right now I still hold the conviction of mid March to mid April for an RV. I have told you why and showed you the evidence. I can only relate the news given to the possibility of the RV according to what they tell us. Will it happen?

Events change and the process can speed up or slow down. We wait and see. If not then I move on to the next possible foreseeable future window as the news rolls in and we can paint another picture of the future.

As I said many times the RV is a by-product of the process, the end result and not the main driving force. It will simply happen when the conditions are right. Want to know when the RV will happen? Then study the conditions in Iraq that will make it happen. It is that simple. Like in the Starkist Tuna commercials- Sorry Charlie… no RV this week !

Update: Iraqi Economy

It was reported last week that, since the start of the new year, Iraq's have collected $350 million in customs and tariff fees after new methods and mechanisms of their own including those related to the application of the new customs and tariffs.

As I have said the customs and tariff fees alone could rival the oil revenues once fully implemented. WOW! But this collection now is without being tied to the electronic system. I have talked to you many times already about this system and how it uses the global currency exchanges to determine the rates of exchange to convert the fees to a payable amounts quickly and efficiently. Just recently again they told us they really need to tie into this system since the long lines and traffic at the boarders needs to be eliminated and is causing havoc. How can they link into the system without a global currency rate for the dinar ? We know the IMF requires consistent rates for the dinar to 2% margins or less. Leaving the manual method of exchange only breeds the possibility of yet more corruption, as you will soon see if they do not switch over to the electronic system soon. This could mean the loss of yet billions more.

Next we see Iraq finally beginning the extraction and capping of natural gas from their refineries, as they said was an objective many years ago in the news to us. Under the new sustainability environmental UN mandates meeting these new environmental laws and is also beneficial financially to Iraq as this gas could bring in billions of revenue.

So what is this capping process?
Instead of being burned off (the flames you see in pictures on the oil rigs) and wasted, the gas can be captured and stored in the process of extraction of the oil. It can now be sold as natural gas. This process has been done in the west for many years already.

But how do you do this safely and efficiently?
This is a new science and they now have a method to do it. It is being applied now too to the Iraq oil rigs.

There is also the pollution abatement aspects to the environment in the process. It is a win-win situation for everyone. Remember the UN sustainability goals for the middle east? This is all yet more of the big picture for the future of this region. It is all good! See article below.

IRAQ STARTS EXPORTING THE FIRST SHIPMENT OF LIQUID GAS

Iraq begins Sunday export the first shipment of liquefied gas through the southern ports, according to the announcement "Radio Sawa" a spokesman for Iraqi ports Directorate Tigers net.

Safi said that the Directorate will hold a celebration of export shipment of liquid gas to be transported on board a Panamanian tanker, without specifying its destination.

He added that this move reflects the evolution of the capabilities of the Iraqi ports in the export of oil derivatives:

Next I am bringing you the update on the forming of the technocratic government. First we must understand what is going on here to fully get the crust of these articles I present to you today. You do want to understand don’t you? Or do you just want a date and a rate? NO Hype, NO Rumors, JUST the FACTS..

We all know why Abadi is doing this reform effort and this is not a surprise to the other Iraqi politicians since he said when he first established his cabinet in 2014 that he would evaluate his cabinet’s performance after a year of service and then clean house if they did not do their jobs.

So this part of the entire reform process did not just come out of the woodwork, but instead was a well planned event. The problem is in the implementation, since in doing so, the plan calls for converting to hiring experienced people to do the job versus just filling the quotas for these positions.

As you know quotas are by tribe (Sunni, Shi’ite or Kurd). Of course the parties involved are resisting and this is causing delays since they do not want to give up their quotas of people (experienced and capable of doing the job or not). So Abadi has told them either give me more experienced nominees to fill the quotas or I will fill them with experienced personnel regardless of quota and so I may put a Sunni in a Shi’ite slot or a Shi’ite in a Sunni slot. (Kurdistan in the meantime has submitted their candidates and as we heard demanded they retain their quota and will cooperate fully to do so). We read articles about the Kurdistan meetings with Abadi on this subject in the recent weeks.

So let the fighting begin! Like everything else they do politically, there must first be first a long a fight and this causes long delays in implementation. But finally we will see a more technocratic government and Abadi will get his needed reforms. Only we don’t care to see these fights and delays and we want the RV now! But we will not get the RV until this is all resolved. Don’t worry too much however since ISIS must also be cleared from Mosul too and this even seems to be progressing along the same timelines as the needed Abadi reforms. I call this multi-tasking in a grand scale….lol…lol..

We must also see a drastic reduction in Iranian militias and Iranian political influence on a whole (whatever this means must be done) prior to any RV. I have told everyone this many times.

This is not Mnt Goat’s opinion, guessing or conjecture but FACTUAL mandates from the UN, USA and GB. So believe what you want from these other so called intel “gurus” about their every day/any day RV info and hype but this will not make the RV happen any faster. So if you really want the truth then open you minds, eyes and see the truth, since it is all there in black and white for you to read in the articles. Just the articles may be days or even sometimes weeks late but this does not make them any less factual. Even because there are sometimes a few propaganda articles, misinterpreted too by the translator engines used, does not discredit all the good and honest news brought forward out of Iraq either. Besides you should by now be able to see these bad articles and just ignore them. Can you? If you can’t by now do this then you are not really concerned about finding the truth and only want to find yet more excuses to discredit the truth and get you your everyday bandwagon again for hype.

I am trying to make it easier for everyone to see and understand by publishing my news letters sometimes 3 times a week. You can chose to bash me if you want but this does not and will not change the news or bring the RV on YOUR schedule. Sorry charlie!

Back to today’s news.

So by the many articles below I tried to sequence them in some order that makes sense so you can readily see the progression of this political nonsense that is going on in resisting Abadi’s much needed reforms. Seems they “must go through it to get to it”….lol…lol…but we all know the final outcome already.

The first article #1 is telling us that Sadre gave Abadi until Friday to finish the cabinet reshuffle or he would send 100,000 protestors into the streets again, like he did last week. This time they would move yet closer to the green zone. We even witnessed on the news that they did in fact cross over the bridge and into the green zone this time (a warning of things to come from Sadre. The protestors so far have been peaceful and have not used violence. See article #1.

So what came out of Friday’s protests.
We see the protestors are staying and sleeping out in tents this time as a show that they are not going away – a sign that they are NOT going away and will remain a threat until the demands are completed. This creates enormous pressure on the government.

Then we witnessed reports from the airport that over 220 politicians and families fled the green zone over the weekend in fear that the protests could go violent and also they would come as a lynching mob for them next. See article #6 and #7. Many who fled are corrupt and should flee too since they are on the list of those for citizen arrests if the judicial does nothing to punish these corrupt officials. We know of the top three on their list too since they told us last week and I presented this article to you then.

Then we see an announcement that Abadi will go forward and submit to parliament the names of candidates that were submitted to him already. See article #2 and #3 below. They told us the cabinet reshuffle will be partial and the committee of experts in need of some more time. This action was due to the pressure. Remember it is parliament that must pick and ratify the new candidate for the cabinet positions.

Okay in the midst of all this confusion then out steps president Masum to help out in the situation.

I quote from Article #4 below - “An emergency meeting of the three presidencies with the leaders of the   blocs and political parties at the invitation of President Fuad Masum, Saturday afternoon, in the Peace Palace in Baghdad”. So we see that Sadr gave Abadi a 10 day extension, meaning 10 days from last Sunday 3/20 to 3/30 (or end of March). Will they then go after the corrupt officials in the green zone holding back progress? Or will Abadi complete the reshuffle with the help and support from all the parties?

So then out pops Mulla with statements to explain the situation yet even more to the people. Remember these articles are not for us in the western world but for the average Iraqi citizen to keep them informed.

See article #5 below. He is telling us primarily that the only way to expose the corrupt is for Abadi to leave the Dawa party since he has too many close ties to the party to force the action needed for these reform changes. We all know very well want Mulla is talking about don’t we? It is these three main political figures the protestors demand justice for mostly.

I quote from the article – “Mulla said L / balance News / "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi it not possible to reveal the corrupt in the case was able to leave first the Dawa party and the time for government action."

So what resulted from this emergency meeting that was held?

I quote from Article #8 below – “ MP for the Liberal block on Hoalah, Sunday, that the ministers of the bloc told the Prime Minister Haider al -Abadi they will put their resignations at the disposal of the cleric Moqtada al - Sadr political body for the Liberal bloc, stressing the insistence of the mass on its position on the goal of forming a technocratic government composed of ministers " are not subject to the parties .

I quote from article #9 below – “It revealed a member of a coalition of state law that fall under the National Alliance Ibtisam al-Hilali, Sunday, to provide the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi reforms ministerial end of this week.”

So we finally see the stubborn coalition of state law (Maliki’s party) agreeing to submitting their candidates this week.

Then we see article #10 telling us that on this Thursday 3/24 they plan to vote on the ministerial changes in parliament (ratify the new members). Will it happen or will they postpone the vote, as they usually do? This may occur since the names of the candidates where not yet presented and ONLY agreed to present them in time for Thursday’s session. Since we know they never do anything on time what can we expect then on Thursday? Let’s see how it all plays out.

WOW! It seems like a lot to get to the final outcome didn’t it? However I wanted to show you in articles and absolute proof (FACTS) of how they work in Iraq and why it is taking so long to do anything. This is the main reason why it is March of 2016 already yet the government still is not fully formed as needed to meet mandates by the UN and USA for a “full” and “functional” government.

The mandate is this - no “full” and “functional” government then no article 8 since they will not turn over all this money to a radical terrorists government. Note - they almost did it in 2012 but Maliki stopped it to spite Dr Shabibi but in the long run we see he actually cut his nose off to spite his face and helped the IMF and the USA to see that there was still much political progress to be made before unleashing article 8. So lesson learned and they will not go down this same road again. Do you get why it is taking so long now? I keep trying to help everyone understand.

NO – the UN and the USA will not be fooled again by proxy ministers and a government susceptible to corruption and Iranian influence. It must be clean this time even if it takes years or more to do it!

Case #1 – USA vs Sterling Currency Group, Ty Rhame, James Shaw, Carole Laurette Shaw, Frank Bell. The complaint, concerning Money Laundering, also mentions Sterling Funder (owned by Sterling’s attorney David Lilenfeld with Tyson Rhame and James Shaw), GID Partners, Isolveit.Com (registered to Sterling Funder’s VP of Product Management), and many more. This lawsuit was filed after Husam Tayeh brought up Money Laundering in their amended complaint against Sterling Currency Group.

Case #2 – USA vs Dinar Corp Inc, Husam Tayeh and MyMonex – This complaint was filed after Sterling discussed registration in their response to Husam’s lawsuit.

Case #3: Dinar Corp Inc Lawsuit Complaint Review – Husam Tayeh is a Dinar Dealer who owns Dinar Corp, Inc. (DCI) and filed a lawsuit against Sterling Currency Group.

Case #4: Sterling Currency Group Lawsuit Complaint Review – Sterling sued me for $5 million and I counter-sued them for $20 million. 39 Signs the Global Elite’s Ship is Sinking

#1: 57 Nations approved as founding members of the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Notable countries who signed on June 29th, 2015 include Russia, India, Iran, Switzerland, Germany, France, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Indonesia, the UK, Italy and Austria. Notables who did not join are the U.S. and Japan.

#2: May 12th, 2015: Russia asks Greece to join the BRICS Alliance. Notice the BRICS trend in the stories to follow.

#3: May 24th, 2015: The Pentagon released documents to Judicial Watch, a government watchdog law firm, proving that the US Government played a central role in creating ISIS. Interestingly, the mainstream media failed to cover this story. A few weeks later, ex US Intelligence officials confirm the report.

#4: May 31st, 2015: Greece’s Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras writes an open letter, warns European leaders they are “making a grave mistake,” and suggests they re-read Hemingways’ “For Whom The Bell Tolls”.

#5: June 2nd, 2015: The U.S. Federal Government was hacked as the personal data of 4 million current, former and prospective employees believed to have been breached. 3 weeks later FBI Director James Comey told US Senators the actual number could be 18 million. Some believe the hack was coordinated to gather further evidence of crimes by certain government officials. More on that further down.

#6: June 2nd, 2015: Kentucky Senator Rand Paul calls for the U.S. Government to declassify 28 pages in the 9/11 attack report that the Bush Administration blacked out.

#7: June 3rd, 2015: Famous musician Akon announces his Solar Academy will bring solar power to over 600 million people in Africa. A major victory for clean energy and humanity.

#8: June 4th, 2015: Whistle-blower Edward Snowden says a “profound difference” had occurred since releasing the NSA documents and that the balance of power has shifted in our world. Is he referring to the BRICS Alliance?

#9: June 5th, 2015: “There Will Be A Reset of The Financial Industry.” The International Monetary Fund says the Chinese Yuan is no longer undervalued. This sets the stage for the Yuan to be recognized as a global reserve currency, something the U.S. Dollar (which is backed by war and oil) does not like.

#10: June 7, 2015: Deutsche Bank, one of the world’s largest banks, Co-CEO’s Jain and Fitschen resign. Two days later, German prosecutors raided the Bank’s headquarters in a criminal tax-fraud probe.

#11: June 15, 2015: China says the G-7 Summit in Germany was a “gathering of debtors.” They mean this literally as the Bretton Woods western financial system is based on debt. And in fact, the entire western financial system has been running illegally and is technically bankrupt. #12: June 17th, 2015 is quite the day with the next four stories all being reported at that time. First, JP Morgan’s number 2, the Vice Chairman Jimmy Lee, suddenly and unexpectedly passes over. Since late 2013, the list of high-level banking officials to have passed over has grown to 70. Clearly, something is happening.

#13: June 17, 2015: Russia and China announced that all natural gas and crude oil sales between the two countries will now be done in Chinese Yuan (formerly the U.S. Dollar) and will be convertible into Russian Rubles. The U.S. Dollar hegemony is waning.

#14: June 17, 2015: The State of Texas has signed a bill that calls for the repatriation of their gold from the Federal Government. When asked what would happen if the government tried to steal back the gold, State Representative Giovanni Capriglione said this: There is a motto in the office of almost every state legislator in Texas, and it’s a flag that we have [from the Texas Revolution], it’s below a cannon and what the motto says is, “Come and Take it.”

#15: June 17, 2015: Greece’s Hellenic Parliament’s Debt Truth Committee released a report stating that the debt Greece “owes” is illegal, illegitimate and odious, according to international law. Further, they stated the IMF and ECB (European Central Bank) having illegally and knowingly imposed these illegitimate debts upon Greece and other nations. A direct call out to the global banking cartel.

#16: June 18th, 2015: Baron David de Rothschild has been indicted by a French court over financial fraud. French police have been ordered by the court to track down Baron. The Rothschild family has long been viewed as the family sitting atop the global financial ponzi scheme. Lawyer Antonio Flores told reporters, “it’s a real breakthrough moment for everyone involved.”

#17: June 18, 2015: In a 2-1 ruling, the 2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals says Bush era officials can be held liable for detaining innocent people after the 9/11 attack. Will this lead to some major arrests?

#18: June 19, 2015: While European leaders try to save face on the debt crisis, Greek PM Alexis Tsipras was in Russia and gave a speech at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, stating that “the economic center of the planet has already shifted” and that new powers are playing an “important role on an economic and geopolitical level.” Now re-read story header number 8… BRICS, anyone? Oh, and Greece and Russia signed a €2 billion gas pipeline deal that day too, a strategic economic and geopolitical game-changer.

#19: July 5th, 2015: Greece votes “NO” to the creditors’ bailout offer. This is a massive stance for humanity that Greece just took against the banking elite. As of this writing, a “deal” has been reached but is expected to fall apart in the coming days. Kicking the can down the road does not solve the issue, but rather speeds up the revolution mindset of many frustrated Greek citizens. October is when many financial experts are saying that some fireworks are to be expected.

#20: July 7th, 2015: The BRICS Bank officially opens for business.

#21: July 8th, 2015: On this day, several strange events occurred. The NYSE was taken down for multiple hours, the Wall Street Journal was taken offline just after the stock exchange went down, United Airlines was forced to ground all of its flights nationwide due to computer “issues,” and 2,500 people losing power in Washington D.C. This whistle-blower journalist just wrote that his Pentagon sources said the Pentagon/BRICS Alliance took it down as a “dry run.”

#22: July 7th, 2015: Backing up one day we see that the hacking group Anonymous tweeted this on the evening prior to the stock exchange hack: Wonder if tomorrow is going to be bad for Wall Street… we can only hope. David Wilcock has previously written a detailed document stating that Anonymous is working with certain patriotic US Military forces to legally take down the banking elite. This aligns nicely with what the whistle-blower journalist, Benjamin Fulford, just wrote this week about the Pentagon and BRICS Alliance in the previous story.

#23: July 14th, 2015: Iran, China, Russia, France, Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. reach a historic deal on Iran’s nuclear program. Entire books could be written on the geopolitical, financial and technological implications of this move. There are also reports that the reality of this situation is that Iran has free energy technology and will be using this to help bring down the banking/political/oil industry elite. This would make sense as the strongest opponents to this deal have been Israel and its Prime Minister and several American politicians like the Bushes, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

#24: July 15th, 2015: Santa Cruz County votes to stop doing business with 5 major banks, including JP Morgan Chase, Barclays, Citigroup, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS. Watch this set off a chain reaction in those who will follow suit.

#25: August 11th, 2015: China (a very influential BRICS member) shocks the markets and the Wall Street banking cartel by devaluing the Yuan by 2%.

#26: August 12th, 2015: China throws a second punch and devalues the Yuan by another 1.6 %. Two explosions, which are being labeled as nuclear by some, went off in Tianjin, China just 1 day after the bold currency move. As of this writing, 4 explosions have taken place and are suspected as retaliation against the Chinese by the Wall Street banking cartel.

#27: August 13th, 2015: China devalues the Yuan for the 3rd consecutive day, down a total of 4.65%. As one financial expert wrote, this was “the haymaker.” In layman’s terms, China erased almost 5 years worth of “controlled appreciations” in 3 days. Thus, China (and the BRICS Alliance) just told Wall Street and Washington D.C./London, “we are in full control here and you will play ball by the rules.”

#28: August 14th, 2015: China once again shocked the world by announcing an updated total of the gold reserves, just 29 days after their last update. In the past, they have updated their reserve total only every 5 or 6 years. Clearly, a transition to the gold standard is at hand. This is the last thing the fiat-based U.S. Dollar and central banking cabal wants and can afford.

#29: August 24th, 2015: David Wilcock releases a new update stating that his inside sources are telling him the geopolitical situation playing out between the banking cabal and the BRICS alliance is reaching a crescendo.

#30: August 28th, 2015: North Korea and South Korea agree to hold peace talks as North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un said the agreement is a “landmark occasion” in the road to “reconciliation” and “trust.” Is the banking cabal’s influence over South Korea being dismantled? Its well known they have long controlled South Korea and have infiltrated their governance as a means to keep the two Koreas divided. Secondly, the more that unity and peace spreads, the quicker the cabal falls…and they know this.

#31: August 31st, 2015: In an article that I highly recommend, the author perfectly describes what China, Russia and the BRICS alliance are doing to the U.S. Dollar and thus to the banking cabal by China dumping billions of Dollars worth of U.S. Treasuries. I’ll leave you with this quote from the article: “China, Russia and much of the international community is signaling that they’re prepared and strapped in… they’re in the cockpit, and have punched their ‘hyper-drive.’ De-dollarization will quicken to warp speed. Eurasia is ready for this rocket ride to begin… and to benefit, on their balance sheets, from the gold (and silver) revaluations shortly to take place.”

#32: September 1st, 2015: Vladamir Putin drafts a bill aimed at eliminating, yes eliminating, the U.S. Dollar and Euro from trade between CIS countries, which includes Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and other countries of the former Soviet Union.

#33: September 3rd, 2015: Guatemala erupts in protests calling for the resignation of their President. He does resign and is jailed in connection to a corruption scandal.

#34: September 3rd, 2015: 34 Senators have committed to support the Iran nuclear deal, which again, is a huge blow to the cabal’s plans. In addition, Saudi Arabia’s King Salman visited Washington over the weekend and has given support to the deal as well. Saudi Arabia, who was once a strong ally to the Bush/Clinton/Israeli syndicate, has essentially turned its back on them.

#35: September 3rd, 2015: The Japan Bank for International Cooperation announced that it is in the process of turning to currency swaps in rubles (and NOT U.S. Dollars) with several large Russian banks. Remember that Japan was of the two (the U.S. was the other) notable nations that did not join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in late June. It seems as though major regime changes are taking place behind closed doors in Japan. Stay tuned.

#36: September 5th, 2015: The BRICS $100 billion monetary fund is now operational.

#37: September 6th, 2015: Over 105,000 people, including union leaders and Labour Members of Parliament, have signed the petition to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for war crimes. Since the petition has reached over 100,000 signatures, the British Parliament must officially consider a debate on the situation.

#38: September 6th, 2015: Neil Keenan released a new update regarding the global collateral accounts and the stage of the game he and his team are at in legally bringing down multiple very large banks and bankers. For those that don’t know, the global collateral accounts are the single largest financial cover-up in the world to date and have been illegally used and abused by many different banking institutions, governments and corporations. These accounts have strong ties to the assassination of JFK and to 9/11. I cannot over-emphasize the importance of learning about the global collateral accounts and passing that information on to others. Neil has said that it is expected to be around and possibly before January 2016 that very large fireworks (a positive for humanity) take place involving, all the big banks and several governments and corporations. The wait is coming to an end.

Two people I strongly suggest the reader looking into are Benjamin Fulford, the whistleblower who was the Asia Pacific Bureau Chief for Forbes Magazine and is listed in stories number 21 and 22, and Neil Keenan, who is working with many well-connected sources to open up the global collateral accounts. These accounts are what President Kennedy was reportedly assassinated over and are what the banking elite does not want the public to know exists.
