I read the notes from Frank's call last night and realized that there is an uncanny relationship between the USD/USN and the IQD/IQN

#1 Both countries are broke and the issues are over printing of currencies and in our case a currency aka fiat currency which has no value since there is no asset behind it.
Dont tell me we have gold since there has been no accounting since 1971 and what little is left will not support our paper that is out there.

#2 The new USN has been at the banks for almost a year and that movement has been confirmed several times. Now,Frank, announces a delivery of currency of low denoms to Iraq.

IMO  They already have the low denoms in circulation, although not successfully, why? because honestly, until you have true value to your own country currency that USD still looks good to them.

Iraq has been trying to get that accomplished but the VALUE HAS TO COME FIRST.

Back in the old USA we are no different with the OVER PRINTING of fiat currency, a philosophy that is about to change.

#3 ASSETS. Now and potential. Who has the gold? This has been the question of the year.
With the release of new found "Gold" and movement around the world; then add some debt forgiveness and a balance or alignment and return to a new gold standard, a worldly gold standard then, perhaps,the people of the world will have some hope for a brighter future.

Iraq's currency has the best chance of survival due to its potential asset base.

The USD definitely needs some help- enter the addition of gold and other assets like silver and gas and even some oil. Also coal, which China and Europe still use and a little known secret that diamonds are found in coal-a hydrocarbon which can be burnt very efficiently and mined safely.

Watch iron ore- gold is in the ore. Lets say there is a lot of potential in the USA.

#4 Laws and Security.I lumped these together since without laws you will never have a correct balance to in force and protect the people. Both countries definitely are definitely a parallel in this matter.

The difference is that Iraq needs to implement now and we, the.USA,need a major CORRECTION.

WE need to start at home by correcting our laws from top to bottom. Our borders need to be protected and defended but we should be the "home of the free and the brave". Iraq needs to implement it's National Guard law as we need to utilize ours more and more.

Our military once was a shining star , but IMO our problem is that it had been utilized as a constant threat, an entity looking for a war, a battle, a provoke or instigator of war aka a being in control.

It seems to me, there are those that follow the Elders, Dragons, Chinese – Landa Global (zap) – bonds and their redemptions….

Then those that are following global economics, implosion, crash, the changes internationally in banking, old system out while new system comes in….


We have the republic folks, believing in our constitution being restored to the way it should have remained before we were all duped…

And we have the Iraq newshounds, following each move made there, each step of each law, watching them follow a well laid out blueprint and many of these folks know more about THEIR government than they do their OWN!

Many of these groups claiming this all 'has nothing to do with the other!'

Unfortunately, it’s sad when each of these sects in dinarville speak so terribly of the others – and develop such venom towards anothers beliefs, one guru against another, and dinarians follow that lead.…. I say – BIG DEAL! Who cares..

 It’s not all that important what the rest of the gang thinks, or believes – they have waited just as long as the rest, sweated, hurt, and tried their best to hang in there based on what they believe.

All that's important is that YOU are comfortable with what YOU believe - that's all that matters at the end of the day, that we're ready.

Each one - of these sections of Dinarville – also seems to have a few leaders in their arena to choose from.. some which make a living at this, others that don’t.. again – who cares what they get.

Anyone noticed how extremely well respected and highly educated individuals believe directly opposite from the way you do?? doctors, lawyers, doctorate degrees in dinarville -

I think they can be found on each of these 'paths'....


I just find it extremely ironic – that each one of these different avenues seem to be reaching an end and in their final scene. Anyone else notice this?

The Republic folks are all giddy with excitement, the last leg, seeing what they have dreamed of finally coming to an end, etc….

The Bond Redemptions – are reported to be upon us for those that have lived the Chinese angle with every breath and dollar they have…

And Iraq is about to vote on their final laws, talking everyday about deleting zeros and international compliance of this, that, and more!

I think it’s mighty amazing tho – that all of these paths seem to be in the final scene, right now – and never has that been the case in the past that I know of.

I have always kept an open mind to all aspects of all Dinar sites. I have been able to extract and digest what I felt was as correct as possible.

Toss in my knowledge through educating myself and being of the age of living thru it and having parents and grandparents that lived it.

Dates and rates are not important now but I will say again,  It’s sooner rather than later.

I saw a post the other day by Bix Weir who basically is waiting for the banks to collapse.
Well,my response to that is it isn't going to happen . China has actually taken over ownership of the top 5 tier one banks so that won't happen as China doesn't want the public to be hurt in a "crash".

But I liked what Bix said that " it was time to let it rip". China seems to be looking for perfection. Well it will never happen.

Yet,China is becoming impatient and I hope that this is our week.

Security has been met. The re-education of Iraq will begin again and all economies will benefit.

The rates are there, Iraq is ready and the World is totally ready.

China met with Singapore this weekend with 2 powerhouses destined to set the Far East markets and trades on fire. Sounds like Kurdistan and Baghdad remaining partners but perhaps separate as regions.

I hope this makes sense cause I am tired of this like everybody else but I signed on till the end!

Beijing to partly finance $28b major nuclear power plant in Britain to supply electricity to 6 million homes
 
Beijing and London secured deals worth about 40 billion pounds ($62 billion) on Wednesday during President Xi Jinping's first state visit to the UK.
 
According to the British government, the cash generated by the new deals will help to create 3,900 jobs across the UK.

Harper is out. So they are no longer harping but the opposition is still playing the fiddle with deficit spending. I think it is way overdue for a new program altogether.
 
I am Canadian and most of my relatives live in Canada. Cousins on Victoria Island and in Edmonton and Toronto. Only my sister and I and her family live here in the states. I am single, divorced, no children. Free to make decisions. Get out of Dodji if necessary.
 
Canada is more brainwashed than the states in my opinion. But not by much. The Queen thing always got my folks doing the knee jerk salute. Hile Queenie...
 
Canada would have to change a whole lot before I would ever take up residence there.
 
This is just my opinion. But the necessary confederation of forces including the White Hats, Pentagon, Chinese Family, Military Industrial Complex, European Royals, Vatican, and P2 Lodge are a union of necessity of unlikely bedfellows in order to get the reset done.
 
But in the final analysis, does a leopard ever change his spots?? I think not. Given that the Chinese Royal Family have proven themselves not to be fools, once the reset is done and stabilized (just liking post WWII), different agendas will be at hand. Need I say more.
 
With the coming earth changes that will shake everything up and redraw the world map... who knows. But they must get the reset done publicly before then so that the asset backed finances are in place for the rebuilding process to begin.

SHE WAS CALLED INTO A MEETING YESTERDAY AND WAS EXPECTING TO HEAR FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY ABOUT THE CLOSING OF THE OFFICE IN THE STATE NEXT DOOR.

Yesterday, at the hospital we had a meeting about how the situation here and at the other Munich hospitals is unsustainable. Clinics cannot handle emergencies, so they are starting to send everything to the hospitals.
 
Many Muslims are refusing treatment by female staff and, we, women, are refusing to go among those animals, especially from Africa. Relations between the staff and migrants are going from bad to worse. Since last weekend, migrants going to the hospitals must be accompanied by police with K-9 units.
 
Many migrants have AIDS, syphilis, open TB and many exotic diseases that we, in Europe, do not know how to treat them. If they receive a prescription in the pharmacy, they learn they have to pay cash. This leads to unbelievable outbursts, especially when it is about drugs for the children.
 
They abandon the children with pharmacy staff with the words: “So, cure them here yourselves!” So the police are not just guarding the clinics and hospitals, but also large pharmacies.
 
Truly we said openly: Where are all those who had welcomed in front of TV cameras, with signs at train stations?! Yes, for now, the border has been closed, but a million of them are already here and we will definitely not be able to get rid of them.
 
Until now, the number of unemployed in Germany was 2.2 million. Now it will be at least 3.5 million. Most of these people are completely unemployable. A bare minimum of them have any education.
 
What is more, their women usually do not work at all. I estimate that one in ten is pregnant. Hundreds of thousands of them have brought along infants and little kids under six, many emaciated and neglected.
 
 If this continues and German re-opens its borders, I’m going home to the Czech Republic. Nobody can keep me here in this situation, not even double the salary than at home. I went to Germany, not to Africa or the Middle East.
 
Even the professor who heads our department told us how sad it makes him to see the cleaning woman, who for 800 Euros cleans every day for years, and then meets young men in the hallways who just wait with their hand outstretched, want everything for free, and when they don’t get it they throw a fit.
 
I really don’t need this! But I’m afraid that if I return, that at some point it will be the same in the Czech Republic. If the Germans, with their nature cannot handle this, there in Czechia it would be total chaos.
 
Nobody who has not come in contact with them has no idea what kind of animals they are, especially the ones from Africa, and how Muslims act superior to our staff, regarding their religious accommodation.
 
For now, the local hospital staff has not come down with the diseases they brought here, but, with so many hundreds of patients every day – this is just a question of time.
 
In a hospital near the Rhine, migrants attacked the staff with knives after they had handed over an 8-month-old on the brink of death, which they had dragged across half of Europe for three months.
 
The child died in two days, despite having received top care at one of the best pediatric clinics in Germany. The physician had to undergo surgery and two nurses are laid up in the ICU. Nobody has been punished.
 
The local press is forbidden to write about it, so we know about it through email. What would have happened to a German if he had stabbed a doctor and nurses with a knife?
 
 Or if he had flung his own syphilis-infected urine into a nurse’s face and so threatened her with infection? At a minimum he’d go straight to jail and later to court. With these people – so far, nothing has happened.
 
And so I ask, where are all those greeters and receivers from the train stations? Sitting pretty at home, enjoying their non-profits and looking forward to more trains and their next batch of cash from acting like greeters at the stations.
 
If it were up to me I would round up all these greeters and bring them here first to our hospital’s emergency ward, as attendants.
 
Then, into one building with the migrants so they can look after them there themselves, without armed police, without police dogs who today are in every hospital here in Bavaria, and without medical help.
 
Is this situation coming to England?
 
The boarders are not closed in Germany, the authorities just want to organize the migration of 1,000s of migrants coming every day. The Sunday 10 days back alone 17,000 to Bavaria, mostly young man.
 
In the neighbor city I work a whole area is used for a in between stop for the migrants ... I've read today that around the half of the people of Syria is on the flight. So when in 2013 there lived around 30 million people this means around 15 millions is on the way to Europe, the majority to Germany.
 
Now the winter comes, so the pressure increases to provide them all with shelter and food. For the authorities and helpers almost not to handle because of the increasing number of people coming.
 
Besides of this the whole social and cultural system here will collapse in the coming years I'm afraid.
 
The media here is totally controlled by the country because when you publish you need a license. I've also read that they will establish a law where they can put down every protest or critics or YT video regarding to this topic.

#12: June 17th, 2015 is quite the day with the next four stories all being reported at that time. #13: June 17, 2015: Russia and China announced that all natural gas and crude oil sales between the two countries will now be done in Chinese Yuan (formerly the U.S. Dollar) and will be convertible into Russian Rubles. The U.S. Dollar hegemony is waning.

#14: June 17, 2015: The State of Texas has signed a bill that calls for the repatriation of their gold from the Federal Government. When asked what would happen if the government tried to steal back the gold, State Representative Giovanni Capriglione said this: There is a motto in the office of almost every state legislator in Texas, and it’s a flag that we have [from the Texas Revolution], it’s below a cannon and what the motto says is, “Come and Take it.”

#15: June 17, 2015: Greece’s Hellenic Parliament’s Debt Truth Committee released a report stating that the debt Greece “owes” is illegal, illegitimate and odious, according to international law. Further, they stated the IMF and ECB (European Central Bank) having illegally and knowingly imposed these illegitimate debts upon Greece and other nations. A direct call out to the global banking cartel.

#16: June 18th, 2015: Baron David de Rothschild has been indicted by a French court over financial fraud. French police have been ordered by the court to track down Baron. The Rothschild family has long been viewed as the family sitting atop the global financial ponzi scheme. Lawyer Antonio Flores told reporters, “it’s a real breakthrough moment for everyone involved.”

#17: June 18, 2015: In a 2-1 ruling, the 2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals says Bush era officials can be held liable for detaining innocent people after the 9/11 attack. Will this lead to some major arrests?

#18: June 19, 2015: While European leaders try to save face on the debt crisis, Greek PM Alexis Tsipras was in Russia and gave a speech at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, stating that “the economic center of the planet has already shifted” and that new powers are playing an “important role on an economic and geopolitical level.” Now re-read story header number 8… BRICS, anyone? Oh, and Greece and Russia signed a €2 billion gas pipeline deal that day too, a strategic economic and geopolitical game-changer.

#19: July 5th, 2015: Greece votes “NO” to the creditors’ bailout offer. This is a massive stance for humanity that Greece just took against the banking elite. As of this writing, a “deal” has been reached but is expected to fall apart in the coming days. Kicking the can down the road does not solve the issue, but rather speeds up the revolution mindset of many frustrated Greek citizens. October is when many financial experts are saying that some fireworks are to be expected.

#20: July 7th, 2015: The BRICS Bank officially opens for business.

#21: July 8th, 2015: On this day, several strange events occurred. The NYSE was taken down for multiple hours, the Wall Street Journal was taken offline just after the stock exchange went down, United Airlines was forced to ground all of its flights nationwide due to computer “issues,” and 2,500 people losing power in Washington D.C. This whistle-blower journalist just wrote that his Pentagon sources said the Pentagon/BRICS Alliance took it down as a “dry run.”

#22: July 7th, 2015: Backing up one day we see that the hacking group Anonymous tweeted this on the evening prior to the stock exchange hack: Wonder if tomorrow is going to be bad for Wall Street… we can only hope. David Wilcock has previously written a detailed document stating that Anonymous is working with certain patriotic US Military forces to legally take down the banking elite. This aligns nicely with what the whistle-blower journalist, Benjamin Fulford, just wrote this week about the Pentagon and BRICS Alliance in the previous story.

#23: July 14th, 2015: Iran, China, Russia, France, Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. reach a historic deal on Iran’s nuclear program. Entire books could be written on the geopolitical, financial and technological implications of this move. There are also reports that the reality of this situation is that Iran has free energy technology and will be using this to help bring down the banking/political/oil industry elite. This would make sense as the strongest opponents to this deal have been Israel and its Prime Minister and several American politicians like the Bushes, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

#24: July 15th, 2015: Santa Cruz County votes to stop doing business with 5 major banks, including JP Morgan Chase, Barclays, Citigroup, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS. Watch this set off a chain reaction in those who will follow suit.

#25: August 11th, 2015: China (a very influential BRICS member) shocks the markets and the Wall Street banking cartel by devaluing the Yuan by 2%.

#26: August 12th, 2015: China throws a second punch and devalues the Yuan by another 1.6 %. Two explosions, which are being labeled as nuclear by some, went off in Tianjin, China just 1 day after the bold currency move. As of this writing, 4 explosions have taken place and are suspected as retaliation against the Chinese by the Wall Street banking cartel.

#27: August 13th, 2015: China devalues the Yuan for the 3rd consecutive day, down a total of 4.65%. As one financial expert wrote, this was “the haymaker.” In layman’s terms, China erased almost 5 years worth of “controlled appreciations” in 3 days. Thus, China (and the BRICS Alliance) just told Wall Street and Washington D.C./London, “we are in full control here and you will play ball by the rules.”

#28: August 14th, 2015: China once again shocked the world by announcing an updated total of the gold reserves, just 29 days after their last update. In the past, they have updated their reserve total only every 5 or 6 years. Clearly, a transition to the gold standard is at hand. This is the last thing the fiat-based U.S. Dollar and central banking cabal wants and can afford.

#29: August 24th, 2015: David Wilcock releases a new update stating that his inside sources are telling him the geopolitical situation playing out between the banking cabal and the BRICS alliance is reaching a crescendo.

#30: August 28th, 2015: North Korea and South Korea agree to hold peace talks as North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un said the agreement is a “landmark occasion” in the road to “reconciliation” and “trust.” Is the banking cabal’s influence over South Korea being dismantled? Its well known they have long controlled South Korea and have infiltrated their governance as a means to keep the two Koreas divided. Secondly, the more that unity and peace spreads, the quicker the cabal falls…and they know this.

#31: August 31st, 2015: In an article that I highly recommend, the author perfectly describes what China, Russia and the BRICS alliance are doing to the U.S. Dollar and thus to the banking cabal by China dumping billions of Dollars worth of U.S. Treasuries. I’ll leave you with this quote from the article: “China, Russia and much of the international community is signaling that they’re prepared and strapped in… they’re in the cockpit, and have punched their ‘hyper-drive.’ De-dollarization will quicken to warp speed. Eurasia is ready for this rocket ride to begin… and to benefit, on their balance sheets, from the gold (and silver) revaluations shortly to take place.”

#32: September 1st, 2015: Vladamir Putin drafts a bill aimed at eliminating, yes eliminating, the U.S. Dollar and Euro from trade between CIS countries, which includes Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and other countries of the former Soviet Union.

#33: September 3rd, 2015: Guatemala erupts in protests calling for the resignation of their President. He does resign and is jailed in connection to a corruption scandal.

#34: September 3rd, 2015: 34 Senators have committed to support the Iran nuclear deal, which again, is a huge blow to the cabal’s plans. In addition, Saudi Arabia’s King Salman visited Washington over the weekend and has given support to the deal as well. Saudi Arabia, who was once a strong ally to the Bush/Clinton/Israeli syndicate, has essentially turned its back on them.

#35: September 3rd, 2015: The Japan Bank for International Cooperation announced that it is in the process of turning to currency swaps in rubles (and NOT U.S. Dollars) with several large Russian banks. Remember that Japan was of the two (the U.S. was the other) notable nations that did not join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in late June. It seems as though major regime changes are taking place behind closed doors in Japan. Stay tuned.

#36: September 5th, 2015: The BRICS $100 billion monetary fund is now operational.

#37: September 6th, 2015: Over 105,000 people, including union leaders and Labour Members of Parliament, have signed the petition to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for war crimes. Since the petition has reached over 100,000 signatures, the British Parliament must officially consider a debate on the situation.

#38: September 6th, 2015: Neil Keenan released a new update regarding the global collateral accounts and the stage of the game he and his team are at in legally bringing down multiple very large banks and bankers. For those that don’t know, the global collateral accounts are the single largest financial cover-up in the world to date and have been illegally used and abused by many different banking institutions, governments and corporations. These accounts have strong ties to the assassination of JFK and to 9/11. I cannot over-emphasize the importance of learning about the global collateral accounts and passing that information on to others. Neil has said that it is expected to be around and possibly before January 2016 that very large fireworks (a positive for humanity) take place involving, all the big banks and several governments and corporations. The wait is coming to an end.

Since this light at the end of the tunnel is the end of the corruption, the end of Maliki and the Iranian influence in Iraq. It is the end of many of the leaches, who were bent of bringing the country of Iraq down while they filled their pockets with loot, causing death and despair to countless of civilian citizens in the process. Yes – we can now see an end to these days and a new light for the people of Iraq.

No – I am not going to give you a quick date and a rate since you caneasily get this from these other so called intel “gurus” you trust and admire so much.. So go to them and ask for their date and rate and “exchange procedures”. Go to their Q & A and ask them about Vegas. This news is not for you since we seek truth here and real intel.   

However for today I tried to slice out the important parts of this article and I hope you can now understand more clearly just what is going on in Iraq. This is my purpose. As you will see it has been a power struggle and now has many faces. It started just prior the 2014 elections but it has been stirring for the last 4 years of the Maliki administration. One side is political, another face is economic and yet another is security. 

There are the good Sheites (Abadi patriots) and the other side is the Maliki Sheites (Iranian backed). Yes –Maliki still holds much power and this is why he is still around. There are also the Kurds and the Sunnis who seem to be joining Abadi by the thousands more and more each and every day as these reforms take shape. Everything is changing and the speed is now on warp drive.

 Al-Abadi was almost certainly Al-Maliki’s choice it the 2014 elections. Both belong to the pro-Iran Al-Dawa party, which is headed by Al-Maliki. The latter had hoped to continue to run things after he was appointed vice president. Even after his ouster he still controls 93 seats in the parliament.

But Al-Abadi soon realized that Iraq was on the brink of collapse as a result of sectarian divisions, rampant corruption, failing public services, poor relations between Irbil and Baghdad, ill-trained army and the looming threat by Daesh. For him to rally the Iraqi people behind him he had to demolish Al-Maliki’s legacy of corruption and sectarianism. The public protests provided him with an opportunity.

But Al-Abadi must brace himself for a backlash, especially from influential behind-the-scene players. The question is can he carry out his reforms agenda to the end? The fact that religious Shiite parties are divided may help him in the short run. He has the backing of Al Sistani and the charismatic cleric, Muqtada Al Sadr, among others. But the biggest challenge will be to restructure the judiciary if his pledge to hunt down and prosecute corrupt officials is to be taken seriously.

Al-Maliki is already fighting back. He has important influence over the Shiite militias, the Popular Mobilization, who are supporting the army’s campaign to liberate Al-Ramadi and Fallujah in Al-Anbar province from Daesh militants. The militias have been accused of committing atrocities against the Sunnis and are being led by Iranian advisers.

For Al-Abadi to succeed he must first win the confrontation between pro-Iran factions, under Al-Maliki, and the nationalist flank that is supported by the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council and the Sadri movement and backed by Shiite clerical authorities in Najaf. The outcome of this showdown could determine the future and integrity of Iraq.

Today’s News

Today is Friday August 28th and still we have no news of an RV, nor will there be a window for one at least until mid September when they hold the PTB hold the next review of Dr Abadi’s progress, as was planned for in the last Paris Conference in June. I am not saying an RV in mid September so please do not put words in my mouth.   

But I will say there is just so much progress being made in Iraq I hardly know where to start telling you about it today. This is very apparent by all the news articles I bring to you today. Don’t want to read the articles? Then how will you know what is truly going on in Iraq. Oh- you have a secret government contact. Really? He is bringing you all the news you need and its going to RV this weekend. Really? So tell the news then and why you feel it going to RV this weekend.

Many of you might think some of this news is gloomy but then again is the glass half full or half empty?

I tend to look at it this way – We had to bear the Maliki gloom and doom, the stalling and procrastination over the last eight years of the Maliki administration. There were days when only a third of the members of parliament showed up for a session. Now at least someone (the new prime minister Abadi ) is shaking things up and the status quo has definitely been changed. The pendulum is swinging in the other direction now and Iraq now has much more momentum in the right direction.

How long will it take to get to the end of these reforms? At least long enough for them to complete the currency reforms we are waiting for. Who knows for sure but we do know this week they have told us they would like to put the dinar on a currency float and at least are considering it seriously with all the pros and cons of the subject matter. WOW !

They are also telling us that money laundering and corruption in regards to the currency float is the major obstacle. WOW !

They have passed the Parties Law this week (amazing! ) and they are  pushing aggressively towards the Judicial Reforms next week, the National Guard Law (maybe tomorrow). We know by passing the Parties law anyone alleged of criminal activity (or under investigation) can no longer hold office or receive immunity. This is HUGE for insuring the downturn of Maliki.

I personally feel once we get these other laws passed we will see the Federation Council announced and the official announcement of Dr Allawi as the president of it. You see there will then be 4 presidents residing in Iraq. We are seeing right before our eyes this new government take shape.

We heard about this money laundering years ago too and so on the surface this is nothing new to us. Supposedly Dr Shabibi maintained a steady dinar value and found ways to stabilize the currency, fighting the laundering was part of the process. But it was always an ongoing battle. When he sucked in the 3 zero notes he seemed to be able to control it but this problem  keeps resurfacing. Why?

But this time it is different. A new spin is being taken to the anti-corruption process of money laundering. There is now support from the government (GOI) this time. How is this any different from the past? 

Well in the past the CBI could not get any support from the Maliki administration to combat money laundering.Why? BECAUSE IT WAS HIS PEOPLE DOING THE MONEY LAUNDERING! He stood to make billions.

This week the CBI is also telling us there is plans for a near future bond drive, that will be issued to raise capital for the economic crisis and try to balance the budget. Iraq needs funds in local currency and not in hard currency, so the central bank is preparing to launch bonds in local currency for sale in order to strengthen the local currency.

These are NOT international bonds but are to be sold within country only meaning “nationally” sold bonds. So don’t get carried away and put on your RV glasses as of yet.

How will the Iraq citizens pay for these bonds? They will pay for them using the large 3 zero notes, thus the CBI will suck in yet more of the provisional currency. The CBI told us they have a surplus of foreign currency (US dollars) so they will pay out the premiums on the bonds in US dollars. What other foreign currency does the CBI have in surplus? What other foreign currency do they dare introduce to the Iraqi citizens? 

US Dollars of course is the only logical choice since they country is all but re-dollarized once again anyhow.

This is good since then eventually, when the lower denominations come out, they can exchange the US dollars (now almost 80-90% of Iraq currency) for the lower denominations, thus flooding Iraq with hard Iraqi lowe denom dinars with higher revalued currency (when the timing is ready).

Since money laundering is ramped for the old 3 zero note dinars, the CBI is telling us this will get yet even more of these large 3 zero notes off the streets, out of corrupt hands and back to the CBI. A win win for the country of Iraq in the process of currency reform. Thus will also help eliminate or lessen the money laundering of the dinar. They have done this tactic in the past too and it always seems to work.

But they also need now to clean up the cause of the corruption or it will only begin again once the new lower denoms are out on the streets and is traded INTERNATIONALLY. This would be a HUGE problem. So do you see how this combating money laundering is yet another one of Abadi’s reforms but not just a tactic for the CBI but also now a GOI reform since this time they want to clean up also the ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. No temporary fixes. 

This time they also expect the CBI’s plan to clean up the money laundering it to work but there is a difference spin in it. The difference now comes since they know the ROOT CAUSE, the  three ring leaders (referred to as the “three whales” or “kings of the market”) of the money laundering. Oh no! They are actually political figures? Does this surprise you?

Abadi is going after these three political figures on money laundering charges. Will Iran like this? Will this also shake up Iran? Maybe this will lessen the continuance of these corrupt practices when they are prosecuted and used as an example. This money laundering HAS TO STOP.  Iranian influence HAS TO STOP.

So why is money laundering so important all of a sudden?
Do they want billions of dinar going into the wrong hands when the value increases?  Is the RV then dependent on this part of currency reform?  Do you get my point?

Are the reforms then important? Are you kidding me? YES, YES and YES again…..I rest my case….

So can we all now agree to stop this frugal argument between intel providers in our community once and for all and at least come to mutual agreement on this subject matter?

The Central Bank of Iraq announced earlier, to take the necessary measures to support liquidity in the banking system, and decided to facilitate the procedures for the sale of foreign currency "to sustain the exchange rate."

Update: Ongoing Reform Laws

Many have said that I am exaggerating the need for completion of the reforms in Iraq. Really?

Some intel “gurus” are filling your heads with the notion that all the reforms are now done. Really?

Oh - What planet do they come from? Do you know anything about what is happening in Iraq or are they still just being subservient to those telling them what to  pump to you?  You know who I mean.

Well below are two articles for your reading pleasure just in case any of you doubted or still doubt mnt goat’s sanity on this subject matter. Please see them below.

When I tell you about these reforms I am also following a plan given to me that Iraq is using to rebuilt Iraq from the disasterous days of the Maliki administration. I am slowly rolling out this plan to you as we see it unfold.

Yes- it is a mess and the new prime Minister Abadi is working desperately to maintain solvency and avoid a huge economic blowout that could lead to major political instability. He is doing this through the recently seen corruption reforms and the ongoing planned reforms (reform laws) he has coming out in subsequent weeks ahead.

At this point we can expect to see much more shaking up and exposure of the political leaders in this area of concern namely those involved in money laundering and corruption. Stay tuned this is going and its going to get very rough before it gets any better. I am told they hope to achieve much and at the end, (hopefully by mid September timeframe), they will begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel for coming out of this crisis.

Maliki Update

Many have emailed me about the article below and asked me if Maliki will get immunity back and prevent his prosecution (since they are about to hold his trial).

First let me say Maliki knows if he stands trial he will be convicted and his sentence will be death by hanging.
He will suffer the same fate as Saddam. So his intentions now are to delay the inevitable in the hope of gaining time to figure a way out of this mess he has gotten himself into.

All I can say is that this (article below)  is a strategic political move by Maliki and will backfire on him. I can already see the next move by Abadi but I will not spoil the ending or the fun for you.

I do not know how Abadi or Jubouri will work it out but I do know if they will able to formally charge Maliki for his crimes in time since he can not sit as a parliament members due to this nature of his criminal status, if he is formally charged.

So will they rush his case to the courts and get the formal indictment on time as needed? Is there some other trick in the game of chess that Abadi will play out? Remember there is also the international INTERPOL right on his heals who would luv to get him too. So who will get him first?

Ft MP for the coalition of state law Hassan Sinead, his resignation from the membership of the House of Representatives.

According to a parliamentary source said, "Sinead submitted his resignation to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to display for a vote."

It is said that Sinead, who has not won in the last parliamentary elections in 2014 has served as a substitute for the parliamentary seat of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, who was named as Vice President of the Republic in the current government.

It is likely that the resignation of Sinead be a prelude to re-seat parliament to al-Maliki after limbering included government office in addition to the pursuit of obtaining the legal immunity as deputy charged after him in the fall of the city of Mosul, according to the report of the special parliamentary committee to investigate the events and transmit the report to the judiciary.

Today is Wednesday August 19th and still we have no news of an RV.     

So the news of this week is the coming of the second set of reforms as Abadi promised. So what are these recent reforms?

We are beginning to see these new reforms (phase II) take shape. Be patient I believe the redenomination meaning the deletion of the zeroes is in this second set of reforms.   Today out popped some more good news in this direction. It is all fantastic news. I am jumping up and down too.

I also want to remind everyone that I told you the cuts in salaries had nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the RV and everything to do with just saving money and trying to balance the budget. These cuts were also to standardize government employee salaries to a fair pay scale ridding Iraq of favoritism and unnecessary perks from 8 horrid years of the Maliki administrations. 

A few days ago we heard announcements that parliament’s salaries were in fact being paid out and NOT CUT and so all you guru’s were wrong once again…....too bad ! Again all the hype for nothing. Are you tired of this BS. Time to find some better intel soures…..lol…

So again later this in this week we also heard that some salaries are in fact being cut but still no RV. So you tell me if this was dependent on an RV and so who was right in this matter! Who was right once again?

PARLIAMENT: THE DISTRIBUTION OF SALARIES OF DEPUTIES FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST WILL BE A REDUCTION OF 45% IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFORMS

[Maliki Update –very important]

I have been telling everyone now for  years that Maliki and his goons must be dealt with or no RV. I still stick to this conviction whole heartedly. No mistake here.

So here is what we know about Maliki. He did go to IRAN but was accompanied by other Iraqi officials. He decided to delay his return to Iraq and not travel back with them. Why? At about the same timeframe news from Iraq is telling us he has been named as a responsible party for the Mosul and Ramdi infiltrations of ISIS.

This issue is now in a legal text and has been officially edited for these crimes. This is no longer is just an investigation stage. The initial reviews and inquiries are over. Maliki and his goons will be forwarded to a military tribunal and the judicial council for hearings. The news also told us this week that, if sentence warrants, those convicted could withstand direct execution.

I believe they will have this hearing and if Maliki finds asylum in Iran he will only be extradited back to Iraq anyhow to stand trial. France. Lebanon and Turkey already rejected his request for asylum. Syria would be a mistake since he would be targeted there too. There is no escape Maliki !

His son also has already been granted asylum in Finland (for now)  but still may be extradited back to Iraq if he also is found to be involved in any of this corruption (and he is). We all know he is. This is far from over. 

This will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I believe the are going to move very aggressively on these trials meaning it will not be dragged out. Why?

The CBI has told us many times they need a sense of security in Iraq to complete many of these economic reforms (including currency reform). So the news of these trials and sparked many articles telling us they intent to move forward very soon with the deletion of the zeros from the currency. Can you connect these 2 events?

Can you see now how  important it was to get rid of Maliki? Can you see how Maliki has been the commander and chief of more than the Iraqi army but also of the Sheite Iranian militia terrorists? 

The rioters remember  are still calling for Maliki and his goons to stand trial for their crimes against Iraq. Justice must be accomplished to set the example for any future would-be-dictators. We read this already in articles and I presented them to you.

Funny how some intel “gurus” have told you Maliki would fade into the sunset now that he had lost the 2014 elections and he was not an issue for the RV. Really? Sorry guys….mnt goat was right again….

Could it be that the PTB are now seeing what they need to see the level of security from Iraq? These reforms too are part of the decision to decide also to let the RV finally go?

Iraq also revived a long-delayed plan to redenominate the Iraqi dinar by knocking three zeroes off the nominal value of its banknotes, said Ihsan Shamran al-Yassiri, the head of Iraq Central Bank Issuing and Vaults Department. The plan is set to be implemented by 2017 after restructuring dinar by issuing two large banknotes — a 50,000 dinar note before the end of this year and 100,000 banknote next year — and canceling small ones.

This month, bond rating agency Fitch gave Iraq its first rating, calling it "B-" with a stable outlook. The rating agency forecast a double-digit fiscal deficit for 2015 due to lower oil prices, higher military spending and war costs.

So last week I referenced a window for a possible RV opportunity was here and everything looked fantastic.

In fact the situation was almost predictable as to Iraq’s next steps. How can you help but see it if you have been following this saga all along.

We are now seeing coming to the surface openly all the issues they have been working on over the last year and why the RV has been held up. We are seeing statuses on them too, like a giant summary as if an end date is near and they are racing to the finish line.

They are down to the end of their timeframe to complete these reconciliation reforms I have referenced so many times already. This effort could not go on forever and this end had to come someday.

The WTO wants them as members and they are slotted to ascend to full member pending currency reform and tariff implantation. Remember it is always all about the $$$$. Having tariffs means a % goes to the WTO automatically through the software payment system. This could mean billions annually for the WTO. Having an  international currency means ease of trade and payments, but it also mean having the rate set in the exchanges where they need to reference it for conversion in the software system (referred to above). It is all interconnected.

So above I talked about two major elements. Let me give you what I believe it happening now and their next steps.

It is a long read today. Sorry I can not refresh you memory in all the details from the past to back up today’s news since this news letter today would be a book.

Today’s News

Today is Monday August 3rd and still we have no news of any RV.

If you have been following my news letters you know that I mentioned that at each month end, the government of Abadi is reviewed for progress on these RECONCILIATION REFORMS. We now know that there are 30 reforms and about 20 of them are done. The others are needed and we now truly know that currency reform is one of the needed reforms. We see the pressure building in all aspects of the economy. politics and security as to why it would be beneficial to complete the currency reform now. 

So later on during Sunday out pops yet more news of the importance of the needed laws to support this reconciliation effort. These are just not nice to have laws but are laws to back up, support and assist in the implementation of these reforms. So don’t let anyone of these so called “gurus” tell you otherwise.  These reforms are part of the agreement to allow Abadi to form the government a year ago. The government works for the people in a democracy and these reforms are what the people want. The government agreed to accomplishing them in order to take power. Since Maliki and any of his affliliates could not do the job over these last 8 years they decided to give someone else the power.

So as this article shows us - Why would Jubouri now be reaching out to the international community for assistance in how to enact or implement these needed reform laws?  Why now all of a sudden?  Why so much pressure?

He is being very specific naming three laws, these are three laws also included in the group of six laws I presented to you in my news letter yesterday. Do you remember that article?

So in two articles in back to back news media they are telling us something. People when we see this kind of media it is VERY IMPORTANT !  Wake up and pay attention!

These three laws (Amnesty Law, the National Guard & the Federal Court law) are very important and essential for Iraq to move forward. They are the key laws and if you been watching and reading you should know they are also the most controversial. Even Jubouri is coming right out in public and telling us this in today’s article so if you don’t believe me listen to him. It can’t be any more blatant than this folks.

I welcome all aspects of the news and I am very open minded. It is all important and it is all pieces to the puzzle. However I find it very hard to believe that many have discounted the passing of the needed laws (thus to fully support the reconciliation effort). But when you ask them then - If not the laws holding it back then what is the hold up?

Their response is always like a deer looking in the headlights at night. There is no answer. There can be no answer since they completely miss the boat. This piece to this saga is staring them right in the face, yet stubbornness or something else (?) compels them to ignore this reconciliation effort. Even when they do give you an answer listen to their tone of voice on these calls. Listen to the BS and the hesitation while they have to think and conjure up something to tell you.

So what is this element that prevents them from telling you the truth?
It is the misinformation being given to them to deliberately sidetrack them (and you) so that we (investors, mafia or other entities) can not watch the progress of these laws. Instead by not knowing that this is the key there continues to be a blank and a continuation of asking the same question over and over again. They are dumbfounding you each Monday morning as to where is the RV.

Now to put gasoline on the fire, these same sources are also telling them repeatedly this RV is going to happen any day and any minute. Do you now see why you are disappointed over and over again. This RV was never supposed to happen, Iraq is not yet ready.

So I am telling you this not to bash anyone in particular because this has been the dilemma in the intel all along in this dinar speculator/investment community. Very rarely does anyone want to give it straight and use their common sense and override the BS they are getting from their “secret” sources. This of course is exactly why these 3 letter agencies continue pumping this misinformation. They are masters at propaganda. This is their job. 

I am telling you the answer over and over again to this question of – What is stalling this RV?

I know the plan as it was detailed to me many months ago. Are you listening? Is anyone listening? All these aspects are interrelated and interconnected such as the needed reconciliation (or Erbil), security, banking and relations with neighboring countries. But our attention now should be on Abadi and the Reconciliation effort and its completion since we see these other areas there are no issues and are under control.

Shafaq News / The Speaker of the Parliament, Saleem al-Jubouri confirmed on Sunday on the need to take advantage of the experiences of a group of international partners in the legislation of the controversial laws among the political blocs, including a general amnesty and the National Guard and the Federal Court Act.

Jubouri said in a statement during a meeting with the President of the international partners group , Archie Kirkwood and his accompanying delegation, today, that "the Parliament need the expertise of international partners group in compromises among the political parties especially with regard to the legislation of important laws such as the General Amnesty , National Guard and the Federal Court, pointing the need to invest some efficient administrative capabilities as well as finding sections that helps the parliament in the process of enacting laws.
He said that the government institutions, including the Parliament in dire need to improve its efficiency so as to ensure upgrading performance, calling at the same time to the exchange of experiences between the two parties because of its positive effect for employees, whether at the functional level or Specialist level.

For his part, the partners delegation confirmed interest in providing consulting with regard to ensuring the perfect version for legislation important laws, and expand the horizons of cooperation in the training of cadres in the parliament and other state institutions.

I literally received hundreds of questions on this topic and so I will address it now.

Did the Customs and Tariff law get enacted?

YES, YES YES- Did I say YES? It positively did get enacted and is now in full force. Here are three articles telling us this is the case and the status. But it is not that simple. Let me explain.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF CUSTOMS PROCEED WITH THE APPLICATION OF TARIFF

With regard to the imposition of taxes on airline tickets and cars between member parliamentary Finance Committee that deal with this topic it is up to the Ministry of Finance and the central government on the part of determining the amount of tax borne by the citizen and the portion borne by the biggest companies.

Now that you know more about the tariffs than most let review what impact this may have on the RV.

First let me say now that you know (it has been confirmed) that the government did in fact impose these new custom and tariffs on August 1st as they announced they would. 

Secondly let me say they must be enacted and implemented by each individual providence. Remember it is now a decentralized government down to the provincial level much like the USA and statehood.

The providences already stated (weeks ago) they will need additional funding in order to do so. Most have not yet received this funding so how will they abide by the new law?

Thirdly, the other issue is also the citizens themselves. Heavy crowds gathered in protest of these new taxes when implemented. This I am hearing is minimal impact since they already have the RV rate in payments on their cards for July and will get the same for August soon. So anyone telling you this is causing extreme pressure to RV is totally incorrect. Remember you can never please everyone and so there will always be a group of citizens apposing any new taxes, even if beneficial for Iraqi’s economy.

So I am hearing the rollout of these new taxes is slow and so far the impact is MINIMAL thus the pressure to RV is minimal impact also, but only for now.

So having read them now ask yourself this question- Why no RV as of yet? We know they need it for the implementation of the tariffs.

IT IS BECAUSE THE TARIFFS ARE IMPLEMENTED TOO EARLY!
They implemented the tariffs based on a plan to complete other needed events on a timeline but this did not happen. Oh but what are these needed events?

THEY ARE THE NEEDED LAWS TO ENACT TO COMPLETE THE RECONCILIATION EFFORT !
They need to complete this so they could RV their currency prior to the tariff implementation. This obviously did not happen. Since they pulled the plug on the tariffs now twice already they were not going to do it again. Can they delay the RV much longer due to the tariffs? Will the WTO now put pressure on the USA to compromise somewhat and let the RV go?

This was a strategic decision from Abadi from pressure from the WTO and in return he is putting more pressure on parliament. This very evident from these recent articles. Parliament needs  to get their butts moving  to enact these needed laws to conclude this reconciliation process to satisfaction, as agreed to a year ago. Did I mention the Maliki element and influence from the Dowa party. So you also have this negative element blocking progress where they can.

People I am telling you Abadi is a brilliant politician. He is playing a game of chess and trying to move the pieces around the board. As outsiders this can be confusing to follow and just when you think you know it all they change the game. So when they do this JUST STICK TO THE FACTS – go back to what you already know as proven facts and go from there. I have done this over and over again. I almost can now predict their next move on the chess board. We can now see the reaction to the Tariffs. Four articles on Tariffs in the last couple days?  Come on people wake up THIS IS IMPORTANT ! Something important is going on. 

Update on Iraqi Decentralization of Powers

Okay now that we covered the tariffs let me review what is happening in the decentralization efforts. Is this important for an RV.  YES, YES – did I say YES?

It is part of the reconciliation effort. They can not conclude this effort without meeting the standards of decentralization as outlined in their constitution. The USA and UN have said over and over again that they must FULLY IMPLEMENT THEIR CONSTITUTION prior to getting back full international status of their currency. So here is an update on their plan in these two articles that follow.

Are we close to completion. HELL YES ! The deadline is August 6th. Will they meet this deadline or will they extend it out?

So the first article is telling us that they are having a BIG meeting in the council of ministers chambers and what they are talking about. They are going to decide if they will give the decentralization effort another 3 months to complete. It was written while the meeting was being held. Are you reading this any differently? I could be wrong. Some say they already gave them a 3 month extension.

The second article is telling us they did in fact give a 3 month extension.

What impact does this have on our RV?
It is hard to tell since we do not know the extent of what is left to do. They decide they can clean up the rest of the transfer as long as the rest of the needed laws are enacted. I will be keeping on top if this.

But my guess is we may (I said may) be waiting yet at least another 3 months ( mid November) for any chance of an RV (based purely on this effort). Remember also every month they give a report card progress report to parliament on the reconciliation effort.  But like I said above - What about the pressure from the tariffs? What will this pressure bring us? Lots going on here.

New 50k bank Notes

How can they implement these without the completion of the project to delete the zeros?

We have heard from Iraqi economic experts themselves in many articles telling us they will FACE MASSIVE INFLATION if they issue these notes. Remember these notes are not for the general public and we are told they will remain as legal tender even after the project to delete the zeros is completed. They are to be used mostly in commercial transactions of purchased with very large price tags.

The article below is an old article and the “early next month” mentioned is early August, this month and we are now inside this window. So we can see the plan. But remember just because it’s a plan does not mean they will follow through completely with it. Remember the article talks mainly about PRINTING and not so much about distribution and use of the notes. This I suspect will come out later this month when they plan to distribute and use them.

How much did they give them. I think it was around 700 Billion. In the time that Iraq sneezes … it will go thru that much money. It sounds like a lot … but Iraq needs about 70 TRILLION a month just to run their country.

That’s insane … because they didn’t print that much. They are using new numbers. Why did the IMF give them that money? It’s only to help them finish the month of April. Let’s see what they do in May. CITI is the bridge to the banks in Iraq

These four major banks have and will play a role in the monetary reform process.

He says … in the New Mexico area … he is helping me to find out which banks are playing “Wack-A-Mole”… and many of these WF banks still have their heads below ground … but every once in a while … one of them will poke up its head. LOL.

A New Mexico WF told someone on Eagle1’s team today that the WF Wealth Managers told their customer that he now has the authority to begin early exchange for premier clients.

Obviously nobody wants to exchange the IQD or Dong right now at their current rates … but the fact that they are now communicating … “advertising” … hey … “we exchange foreign currency” … and someday they’d love to make an appointment with you.

So I asked Eagle1 if he listened to our cc last night … and he said “no” …

Eagle1 said there is a rate … and it’s been showing for weeks … on the administrative screens … all over the country of Wells Fargo banks.

And I said … “well … yeah … you know … that can never be proven … and that’s not important … but why don’t you tell me that rate.”

And so he gave me an area code of 3 numbers … and I said … “well, I’ll be darned.”

I’m not going to argue with that.

Remember … no liquidity is killing the GOI … but also killing ISIS … on purpose. Kinda brutal … isn’t it?

Good clarity. Note – no confusion about this article. Abolish the 3 zero’s! No games being played here. They are going to raise the value of their currency. The evidence is pouring in daily. The GOI and CBI are doing this together.

We told you … the budget is not yet for your eyes … we told you … give it at least 2 weeks … because a lot of little things are still being done.

The reinstatement of the value of the dinar will be done “electronically” – and so will be the budget.

They are buying time before they show you the budget.

Investors around the world are eager to see this done as well too … and they are doing it!

Will it take another 2 weeks? What is the rate … date? (I don’t know).

The MR requires the removal of certain currencies.

CBI announced a few days ago … they going to remove the 50 IQD Note.

If they are going to remove it … why?

Articles say it’s due to “counterfeiting and smuggling.” [LOL -- Really?]

IMO -- this same tactic is being done with the budget right now.

Why isn’t the budget open right now? (It’s none of our business right now).

The CBI stopped the auctions. GOI started selling bonds. Do you understand what that means? It’s a new mechanism that the CBI is going to use with their currency. So they start with their 50 IQD note. Excuse me Mr. Finance Minister … that is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life.

What is the value of a 50 IQD Note? (about 3 or 4 cents USD)

What is the logic of removing such a note that is basically worthless?

Be careful where you get your information from. Don’t react so violently to the information you read on the internet.

Do you remember back when the USA … (around 1930 … after our depression) … they came out with these zeros … we had the $1, $5, $10 and $20 … and they came out with a $100, $1,000, $5,000 and $10,000 dollar bills. What happened to those notes?
The USA then went thru a economic revolution that exploded tremendously … and caused the larger zero notes to not really be used. Same thing will happen with the IQD.

The cost of dinars has gone up in the last month. It’s becoming harder for the dealers to get IQD. CBI has no liquidity. No broker gets their dinars from the CBI. Brokers of the IQD get them from currency hubs in the middle-east. The hubs are running out. My broker get them out of Jordan. So what happens when the CBI stops the auctions … and country’s like Jordan can’t get them as easily anymore? [Scarcity and demand – price goes up].

It’s fascinating what the CBI is doing! All the pieces are falling into position.

You don’t see the excitement right in front of your eyes?!!!

Iraq is trying desperately to go International!

Iraqi Stock Exchange just tested and passed SUCCESSFULLY the ISX60 and the ISX37 – which are instruments that measure the index of trading with the ISX. Just tested a few days ago to allow the extreme of the ISX to function internationally.

That is HUGE! … and you worry about the 50 IQD note when it’s only worth a few cents (USD)???

If you’re worried … call [an affiliated] CBI bank in the USA.

If you have 50 IQD notes … you could deposit them into their bank. (Only worth about 2-4 cents per 50 IQD note right now). Everyone in line behind you at that bank will be mad because what kind of change will you get back?

Citizens of Iraq are watching TV in Iraq … they see what’s going on. They are happy about the 50 IQD news.

The CBI/GOI is working together so well … Iraqi Citizens are encouraged to “deposit” those 50 IQD notes that are being retired into an “electronic” account. [Iraqi’s who traditionally don’t trust banks are opening account in Iraq to get rid of any 50 notes they have]. It’s working! The citizens are doing it!

Who has a WARKA account? If you have one … dump your 50’s in there. You don’t have to go to IRAQ to deposit them? No.

The security is being built tremendously – to go international to go with their currency and economy.

Pushing and shoving EVIDENCE of going international. Set up of treasury bonds – to reassure foreign oil companies. (12 Billion worth to reassure oil companies). Proclaimed by the Oil Minister of Iraq.

Why would you tell the citizens that you have a bunch of jobs available for them … unless the salaries are right behind them?

A bank is opening up in Iraq that is pushing/shoving for the removal of the 3 zeros.

Why would international banks come into Iraq unless the currency was going to be worth something? Why would they spend billions to come into Iraq … to only operate with a “program rate???” They know they are going to change the rate. (Example of international banks: Banks from Turkey and Britain). Just happens to be the same banks that have the contract rights to drill for oil in Iraq.

These banks (which are international) … are coming to support the confidence of the IQD and the international “credit rating” system.

Exciting times and you need to be motivated about!

CBI announcement about the 50 IQD note … surprised everyone. No one expected that. It’s not a bad thing.

The dinar used to be over $3.

The Iraqi coins and the 50 dinar note has never been popular in Iraq. (Equivalent of 4 cents USD - at the 1166 rate)

Reason they want to get rid of it … delete 3 zeros. They [CBI] doesn’t want it to interfere with the 500 Dinar note that they have. A lot of people got confused about that.

Are they going to lop? Of course not!

In Delta’s opinion … the rate is going to come up around 10 cents. So many indications showing that.

The reason … if you do it at 10 cents … the 500 dinars would be equivalent to around 50 dollars.

What will they do with the 50 IQD notes?

To a lot of Iraqi’s … they recognize the US currency better than their own. Because Iraqi’s use a lot of US currency … there is going to be a lot of confusion in the marketplace with this 50 and the 500.

Basically if you went to the market … even though the 50 dinar would be about $5 … they don’t want that to get confused with 500 and the 50.

When they [CBI] is talking about fraud … they are not talking about fraud with the 50 IQD … [it’s not worth anything].
They don’t want old people to be taken advantage of.

You hardly see 50 dinar notes in Iraq. Most people who hold 50 IQD notes are investors outside of Iraq.

I do believe that Shabbi said awhile ago that the 25,000 note … accounts for about 30% of the paper money in the market in Iraq.

The 50 IQD … they have about 9 billion.

About 90% of those 50 notes are outside of Iraq.

They are not going to delete the 3 zeros right away.

Based on Abadi’s statement … the rate could come out around 10 cents and free float over the next 3 or 4 months. Not sure.

People have 2 months to redeem 50 dinar notes.

For those of you who are panicking … you have a couple of options … you could send them to Iraq to someone you know … or you could exchange it at a center in Canada and Detroit, MI. They will buy them from you. (Most people don’t have a lot of the 50 notes). Don’t panic. You have about 2 months to take it to them. Some brokers will buy them, but they probably only will do it if you have a lot of them.

The CBI is trying to reduce the money supply a little more even though they can support the rate.

The CBI knows exactly what they have outside of Iraq.

Most people won’t bother to cash-in the 50 dinar notes because they are only worth about 4 cents.

80% of Iraqi’s use US dollars. 10% use Dinars. The other 10% have no money at all. No liquidity in Iraq and we all know that.

In regards to the payment that the GOI made to Kurdistan … the money [finally] arrived in the central bank in Kurdistan by private jet … but funds are not distributed yet (as of this moment).

Here’s the catch of the day/year that didn’t make any sense at all … but gives an indication that the rate will be around 10 cents.

We all know that the Iraq budget is 105 Billion Dollars … which at 1166 is about 119 Trillion Dinars (we all know they don’t have that kind of liquidity outside).

Kurds share of the budget is 17%. 17% of 105 Billion is roughly about 17 to 18 billion dollars. So if you did the math at 1166 … the Kurdistan part should be about close to 19 to 20 Trillion Dinars.

When Zarbani met with Abadi … Abadi said he was going to send the Kurds a payment. They sent 250 Billion Dinars.
Kurds part should be about 17 to 18 billion dollars.
#1 -- They never said anything about another payment.
#2 -- The Kurds didn’t seem upset about it – even though the payment seemed lower than expected.

When the CBI reprinted the 25,000 notes [months ago] … not sure if they let the cat out of the bag … said they only printed 5 trillion dinars. (Hence no liquidity).

That means they don’t have the 119 trillion dinars to give out.

#3 -- If the rate was about to come out at 1 to 1 … do you think the GOI/CBI would send the Kurds 250 billion dinars? If the rate was 1 to 1 … the Kurds would have 250 Billion Dollars. That’s not the deal.

If you take 250 Billion Dinars that the Kurds got … and calculate at a 10 cent rate … that’s equivalent to $25 Billion Dollars. That 250 Billion would be the whole share for Kurdistan for the whole year (at 10 cents).

We all know that the GOI has a deficit due to low oil prices.

If the CBI increases the value to 10 cents … they can bridge the gap in the budget with the revaluation.

The meeting that took place about 24 hours ago between the acting financial committee and the acting governor of the CBI … talked about the deletion of the zeros. They talked about a lot things … and we don’t have a lot of details … but it appears that the CBI is about to pull the trigger. They don’t know exactly when but the financial committee knows that when they are ready … in the next 24-48 hours the ministries will start the distribution of the money. Very powerful confirmation. They might drop the 2 zeros and come up with about 10 cents. IMO -- It will start from there.

ISX – finished testing the system … waiting to go … waiting on the rate … waiting for the feed to go Int’l.

Qi Card – they said by the middle of March of this month … they will start distributing the money. They have a global contract with MasterCard. You cannot do business with MasterCard unless your currency is international (Article 8 compliance).

They said by the end of this month – the market economy will “kick-out”.

We are expecting something big to happen!

FRANK: You say that this process with the 50 notes will prevent innocent Iraqi’s from being cheated. Can you explain more?

DELTA - A lot of old people in Iraq that haven’t kept up with the news. Some vendors may try to take advantage of them. They may get confused with changing relation between the 50 and 500.

No counterfeiter will bother trying to reproduce the 50 dinar note. No point in spending 5 cents to print a 50 dinar note when it’s only worth 4 cents.

FRANK – will this process (with the 50 dinar note) … will that cause less confusion for the Iraqi people because they won’t be dealing with pennies/fractions?

DELTA – no doubt. The CBI doesn’t want their own citizens to have problems.

FRANK – The Kurds did not complain when they only got 1 payment. [Why?]

DELTA – it’s all about the money. It [money] used to be with Maliki. But now they [Kurds] are not complaining.

FRANK -- What happened in Diablo and Germany (with Abadi) … perfect examples of what could happen with the rate … as the GOI started to talk. Now the CBI can’t wait to talk – (as they meet with Parliament tomorrow).

DELTA: Everything is lined up very nicely. We don’t care about the rate because it can come out at 10 cents and free-float from there.

We know they don’t have 119 trillion.

Will they drag this out another month? I really doubt it. How can they? How are they going to send another 250 billion to the Kurds in another month? They meet every month. That’s about 1.8 to 2 trillion a month. That’s impossible. There is no way it can work that way.

Think about this … they cannot implement taxes without a better rate … which were supposed to go on the 1st. They can’t do that without the rate showing first.

Last week we talked about the fact that the budget is now printed … and you should see it Sunday, the 15th – we were wrong – it was Monday instead. We missed it by a week.

The budget is full of stars. It glistens like the Milky Way!

Most [all of you -- mostly] are looking for the date … “when will we see the new rate?” No one knows the date or the rate. When will we see the new rate? I don’t know, and you don’t know. You need to let go of that.

Most alphabet agencies are still in Iraq. The World Bank did a lot of work last week. The BIS did a lot of work this week. The CIA was in Iraq (as reported in the press) and other related agencies that protect and help out.

Frank showed newspaper cartoon … characters holding a book titled … “Boots on the Ground for Dummies” … Turkey, Jordan, Iran, Egypt, Iraq officials looking at the book with the caption reading … “This is hard. I miss when the USA would just do everything.”
Due to the actions of ISIS … a massive assault occurred (still going on) in Iraq. Coalition force (Middle East forces) working together for the first time.

SA is doing some amazing things with oil. Don’t you agree?

Iran is running to the peace-table. They want to be a part of things. So does Egypt … and France.

France is helping … (with our warships) coming at the very last minute with their war-birds working with ours … and the Kurds. Those in the military can appreciate what I’m talking about.

Everyone knows what is about to happen with Iraq.

There is a UNITY in the middle east … working together. Amazing.

THREE FACTORS will affect our investment.
#1 – The American Dollar going up in value
#2 – The American Economy going up
#3 – Oil prices will go down

All 3 occurred and helped to accomplish the mission … didn’t they?

Why did we share with you that oil would go down … then back up?

Because laws in the budget (over a thousand of them) needed to be in place to ACTIVATE the budget. The HCL is my favorite.

The budget approved, passed, signed … and in the hands of the Gazette.

Forget about the dates things should appear in the Gazette.

There was a huge sand-storm in Iraq last night. Huge storm. It delayed some military actions. Made it very difficult to communicate with teams.

iTeam was called away from SA. Quickly. Quickly. Headed back to Baghdad. Guarding Shabbi.

Shabbi’s team won’t talk to anyone.

M trying to cause trouble by invoking his [limited] powers.

Abadi had a private meeting with Maliki.
Abadi told M to shut-the-front-door! The VP position … kiss it goodbye. Enough! We’re moving forward!
M says … “ok … sorry.”
The judiciary part of the Iraqi government is working on laws to basically punish M.

Many things overlap in Iraq. Despite what you see/hear … we [USA] are in control, but the environment in the middle-east is different. It’s like an island … hot, smells like oil and is miserable. In this desert environment, there isn’t a whole lot to do. The pace in the middle-east is different … slow … laid-back … [frustrating].

When the world powers say … “get it done” … they are … but at their [slower] pace. It’s like a waltz. They take their time. These hot environments are different than what you are used too. Imagine 24/7 without air-conditioning. That is Iraq. The pace is slower … it’s been that way for thousands of years.

O wanted to go over to Iraq to see Abadi. He was told no.
Instead, Abadi will come to Washington … and see O.

iTeam is back in Baghdad to guard Shabbi. Shabbi doesn’t want to talk … but Abadi does … and he has!

I said when the budget opened … it would show 1166.

The budget is published … and will be shown to the world at their [Iraq’s] pace.

It needs 119 Trillion Dinar worth of funding. But Iraq has a deficit and can’t reach 119. On top of that … the CBI stopped the auctions. How are they going to get things to work? The auctions were the only logical solution to make things work – but will now stop.

The budget is set at $60 a barrel.

Iraq cares about Brent Crude … which closed at $58.90.

Oil will continue to go back up. It will not stay at $60.

In Franks opinion … a surplus will wipe-out the deficit in the budget very quickly. It is very important to pay attention to the price of oil.

The laws are in the budget … but the budget is NOT activated. Published but not ACTIVATED.

It is approved … but not ACTIVATED.

They are working on the math right now … and they don’t want you to see anything right now.

Anything past $60 a barrel … is going to be fantastic! (Teams were studying the price of oil).

Iraqi TV is screaming with news of what they are doing. The CBI has a shortage of foreign currency!

A new “mechanism” will replace the auctions! (wink, wink) --- (the process of deleting the 3 zeros). The citizens know this.

No auction Sunday … no auction today! If we don’t see an auction Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday … that’s “goodier!” – (that’s my word). Friday is a holy-day. Iraq has never had a week like that! The CBI is no longer buying USD … because they are about to implement the “mechanism!”

When iTeam was called back from SA … for a specific role … to protect Shabbi … (in doing so you protect the budget) … mathematics orchestrated by Shabbi.

We talked to iTeam … they don’t take any nonsense. They shoot first, ask questions second. We asked them … “Do you think the RI is in motion?” … (because they are hiding the budget). Usually they don’t say … but this time they said … “yeah … maybe.” Please pray for them and their safety.

The budget is at 1166 … and that’s ok … because that is the only way they could open the budget … they have to activate the laws.

What laws are we looking for? iTeam has told us that we have a “back-wall.” You know what that means. That back-wall is a week from today.

They opened the budget … for their eyes only … to satisfy those who needed to see it. This is the starting point. But, you are about to see it.

When will they open the budget for you to see? I don’t know.

We are looking for a law … the one on March 1st … tariff and tax laws … perhaps a rider to be “activated” on March 1st

iTeam says … Shabbi will not talk … he is there to complete the budget. Just watch! (wink, wink) … but it’s all contingent on the taxes and tariff laws coming out … [approximately] … 1st of March.

Shabbi will have the budget retro back to January 1st once ACTIVATED.

It’s obvious what the CBI is doing right now.

For the last 10 years they were selling USD … and used to get 2 pennies per USD that they sold … selling 200 to 300 Million a day! It produced a lot of income for the CBI.

Why cut the auction off?

You wouldn’t cut them off … unless you had something else to take its’ place!

From 22nd of February (last Sunday) … the CBI said they will stop auctions. They did it, and haven’t had an auction since.

REPEAT: Confirmed. 100% … NO MORE CURRENCY AUCTION BY THE Central Bank of Iraq!

The CBI is the only source authorized source to buy/sell USD in Iraq.

News articles contradict themselves about the actions of the CBI.
Miss-translation of the articles …be careful of Google translators … not always accurate.

The country of Iraq has obligations to conduct business.

The CBI must have money to conduct business.

How will they meet their obligations without doing auctions?

No liquidity.

How will they fund activities?

In the last 24 hours an article came out … all top figures in the GOI had an emergency meeting regarding the budget.

How will the CBI make money?

The CBI will have to introduce the lower denoms … with a new exchange rate.

Basically reverse the system. The USD’s will go back to the CBI … the CBI will make a killing on the spread … selling the LD’s to the citizens.

IMO – all indications say we will have to see a rate by the 1st of March. Iraq doesn’t have 119 trillion dinars.

They cannot implement the taxes/tariffs without being international – (which goes into effect March 1st).

WTI … cannot implement tariffs without proper coding … international status.

300% taxes expected on the citizens of Iraq from imports.

The citizens must have purchasing power or you’ll have big problems with inflation.

Next week is going to be the week to watch.

The rate is going to have to change in order to fund the budget.

Everyone is watching the CBI.

FRANK: What about the codes? Will they be out by March the 1st?

DELTA: I believe so. There is no agency for the tariff law. Cannot implement tariff & taxes without purchasing power. Article 8 compliance. You need to have a payment system (linked internationally with coding) to work.

CBI was making 5 to 6 million a day from the auctions. Why stop unless you were going to do something to take it’s place?

DELTA: Yes. Couple of weeks ago … private jets flying from Baghdad to providences … delivered currency … we believe the lower denoms. Each bank must have LIQUIDITY … and they did not send the 3 zero notes because you have to remember with 32 to 33 million people living in Iraq … it would be impossible to send 5 or 6 trillion dinars. We believe that many of those banks have the lower denoms and are being guarded until they are ready to be released.

FRANK: You know, the caravan that we tracked back in 2007 … from trucks and Humvee’s … filled with lower denoms … and we felt they had be delivered … were taking up a lot of room in the banks vaults -- [and so removed and shipped somewhere else for safekeeping].

Someone outside of Iraq was probably protecting/holding them for the right timing … outside of Baghdad so that they wouldn’t be stolen. This is the last piece. These coins and lower denoms are key.

Abadi telling us twice (basically) what they are doing. (“New mechanism … replace old mechanism.”) They almost need a 3.5 to 4.0 increase. It’s amazing! Stopping the auctions.

The CBI holding no auctions is the equivalent of trying to live … and not breathe for a week. The CBI is about ready to take a deep breath soon!

iTeam reported today … “the budget is opened … but not opened to our eyes … they cannot ACTIVATE the budget unless it is opened … and the same thing with the laws. The laws cannot be activated until the budget is opened. The math must work first!

FRANK: Yes … that is an Article 8 compliance issue.

DELTA: Requirement of the IMF … must be within 2% … but Iraq is under a program rate. Even if there was a gap of 12 to 14%, the IMF will still do it because these conditions don’t apply to Iraq. The IMF can grant exceptions for Iraq to move forward.

Area Code 248 – “Speaking of the tariffs … revenue side of the budget … we hope for March 1st … but because this is Iraq … what will be the consequence for Iraq if they are not ready? Will this go on longer?

FRANK: They are ready. They have removed M … put in Abadi. We (American’s) are impatient. The middle-east runs at a different pace. IMO – they are moving forward. The consequences if they don’t move forward … IMO … 3/14/15 is extremely important to our teams. We must be realistic. Could it go into April, May? I don’t think so. I see a great thirst for money. The liquidity. Read WalkingStick’s post. They are implementing the “solution” – I believe they are going to raise the value of their currency. In black-and-white (news article) they (Iraq) is telling you what they are doing.

DELTA: The article is HUGE. Tells you exactly what they are going to do. The World Bank is going to help them out. They will continue to move forward because they have Abadi. He has continued to surprise everybody. They must fund the budget! It costs 8 Billion Dinars just to cover the salaries.
