Today is Monday December 7th   and yes we are now into early December already. It is Monday again and so we sit without any RV once again. With all the hype last week many thought we surely should have had the RV by now. Really? I have to tell you there was absolutely NOTHING last week that could make a point that the RV was immanent, NOTHING!. All of you reading my past news letters and this news letter today should know why I am saying this.

Sorry to disappoint everyone ! ….lol….lol…

Many events seem to converge on the month of December and so let’s pay close attention to what is happening this month. I believe this will be a very significant month.

I know I have not published a news letter in a week. I do not publish news letters just to hype you up. I get no “ego” kicks or thrills off my work. I make no payment of money off of anything concerning this dinar revaluation.

Composing these news letters is  time consuming and takes away from my family time. So I would not deliver them if there wasn’t something of value to bring you. I feel for all you fine folks being fooled and tricked by these charlatans of so called intel “gurus” and so I try to help you. 

I am not going to hype you up today with some nonsense rumors or info about the lower denoms being launched or the RV having already taken place since none of these events have occurred. 

So today I know my news letter is exceptionally long as I have to also clarify many misconceptions and lies about what is happening. Basically I have to clean up the damage brought on by these other people from last week’s misinformation.

Again I tell you to print it and sit back in your favorite chair. Pour a nice cup of your favorite hot beverage, relax and read. But do read it carefully,  since it is full of news you need to hear, if even hearing it for the second time.

I want to keep all of us focused on the truth always and nothing but the truth. I do not like rumors and I have no need to keep hyping people up for every weekend RV over this currency reform process. The reform process is actually a 2 year process and once stopped it is like stopping a train and so the start it again it takes effort and time. But the train is rolling once again and picking up momentum. It is almost at its destination (NO – the plane has not yet landed and no one is stuck in the cockpit…lol…lol….).

So let me clarify 4 points once again where many are still VERY confused and stuck on. This has happened because they do not take the time to research for themselves but would rather listen to these screw ball so called intel “gurus” who feed them this MISINFORMATION and NONESENSE.

1.    Lower denominations are being launched in regions in Kurdistan
2.    Clarify confusion and rumors  over the launching of the new 50,000 notes a couple weeks ago
3.    Clarification on - The CBI must find a way to increase the value of the dinar over the US dollar
4.    The new US Treasury Notes (TRNs) or movement of USA from a fiat currency to a gold backed currency

Rumor #1 - The Lower denominations are being launched in regions in Kurdistan

First let me say this is an absolute JOKE and no lower denominations have been distributed, just so I am very clear on this subject matter.

Many of these so called intel “gurus” have told you in the past the process of the RV intended by the CBI. So why don’t they now apply it to what is happening?   

They told you (and I told you) that in order launch the lower denominations they must need a significant increase in the value of the dinar first. These two events MUST coincide within hours or days of each other. They seem to know the process but now give you contradicting information. Why can’t them apply this nonsense intel they receive to what they already know?   

They can’t apply the currency reform process to the present situation.

Folks there is no mystery or conspiracy going on here. So why now are they telling you that Kurdistan  is launching the lower denominations?  Yet we don’t see any significant increase in the value of the dinar?

These same sources do not give us any sound FACTS to prove their statements. Thus a logical person would call them only RUMORS. Rumors have no FACTUAL basis. They can’t give you any FACTS because there are none to give. Funny too how last spring and also years ago they perpetrated these same RUMORS (I call them down right lies) on you. Does this strike you are weird? Do you remember? So just how many times can they launch these lower denoms….loo….lol…? Seems these intel rumors keep floating around and being recycled.

Seems even they can’t follow their own process and remember what they told you about the process in the past. That shows you how true they are to the process and how faithfully they bring you the truth. 

I know for a fact there are some jokers in Iraq that are misinforming us. I have told you this before and I hae told them. These conference call sponsors just pass it on to you as intel. They tell you to take the information and do what you want with it. Really? Then why do we need them? What good are they?

Like you, I have the knowledge to know better?  Aren’t THEY the so called intel “gurus”?  Aren’t THEY the ones claiming their intel is the most current? Aren’t THEY the ones that keep telling you their sources are so “high up”? 

So then why do THEY now tell you that their info should have no impact on you and that you should just ignore it if you don’t like it. No taking any responsibility for their own actions.

THERE ARE NO LOWER DENOMINATIONS BEING LAUNCHED IN IRAQ !

Remember that the CBI has been guiding us all along on the progress of the currency reform. Do you think for one second that they would not be telling the people what they are doing. So far they have guided them all along this currency reform journey. So why would the mysteriously now do something without even publishing it ? If it sound like nonsense it usually is.

Just as when they replaced the old Saddam Hussein notes, they will fully inform the citizens of Iraq when they launch these lower denominations. It will be all over the news.

There will be a strict timeline to turn in all remaining 3 zero notes and this too will be in the heart of the news. Has this been announced? NO-   and this recent nonsense of lower denoms be launched is all just nonsense and goes against the entire process of currency reform, a process that the CBI itself has told in the past us over and over will occur. So relax!

So let me bring to the news letter today once again an article that was published from Iraq about raising the value of the dinar and why this is very important to do and DO IT NOW.

Why would they publish such an article if they “secretly” already increased the dinar value and launched the lower denoms, but only in Kurdistan?

The next article I present below  is nothing more than more rhetoric about the recent launching of the new 50k notes. There is still much confusion in many about exactly what happened in this regard. So let me clarify it today.

Rumors #2: Clarify confusion  and rumors over the launching of the new 50,000 notes a couple weeks ago

Simply put last week the CBI halted the 50k notes since there was so much negativity about them. The people want to get rid of the 3 zero notes and do not want more of them. They want a real currency and are tired of having to carry handfuls of 25k notes to the marketplace just to purchase a small bag of groceries. The worst issue is they have been told over and over again the change is coming. So where is it? They are confused over the process the CBI is undertaking. But they do not know the entire process and so the CBI attempts to educate them as I am educating you.

The claim of hyper-inflation caused by the 50k -  Is it real?
It can be real (if it continues without an RV) and the people were told these newer notes were not meant for the general public yet they see them in the banks, in the markets and are allowed to buy them. So they ask what is going on? There is much confusion.

We know the real purposes of these newer notes as they told us these notes are dual purpose. The CBI itself told us this in many past articles. Remember? I am not making this stuff up. 

First Reason - to lessen the amount of 3 zero notes in circulation and to provide more security features on the currency (almost impossible to counterfeit). To draw in yet more of the 3 zero notes that are going away. The new 50k notes are NOT going away and will be remaining post RV.

Second Reason - and later, at post RV, to be used for “inter-banking purposes for very large purchases”.

So in regards to the second reason I have to ask this question - How can anyone make a large enough purchase to make it more convenient to even have to use these 50k notes (worth now only about $22.46 USD). Why would this require a special bank to bank transaction? Groceries for an average family in Iraq ranges around $100 USD.

I give the example of buying groceries because you wouldn’t need the new 50k notes if it was just for everyday spending. Instead they are meant for buying a new home or even  a car. But at the 1166-1180 rate it would still take a basket full  of currency to make the large purchases  without a sizable increase in the value of the currency. Get it?

Now if they did launch the lower denoms, without a substantial change in the value, it would take truck loads of currency to buy just a bag of groceries. Do you get my point?  So no change in value, no lower denominations !

So commons sense tells us these lower denoms and 50k notes are really meant for use only after a significant increase in the value of the dinar. So why then would they launch them so early? This brings us back to the FIRST reason. The CBI told us why they were launched them so early. It was the CBI not Mnt Goat telling you it was to collect more of the 3 zero notes (in particular the 10k and 25k notes) and get them out of circulation. The CBI not Mnt Goat and I presented you with articles in past news letters to prove my statements. NO Hype, NO Rumors, just the FACTS.

So what we are now hearing is the FIRST launching of the 50k notes were not widely accepted, which tells us the FIRST part of the process was unsuccessful and they told us this too when they “postponed” (or more like “halted”) the first launching.

So now why would they tell us over and over again in so many articles that they fully intend to continue distribution of them again in 2016. How can they do this? Don’t they know the FIRST launching was a flop? Oh – but wait a second ! Maybe they plan to first RV prior to re-launching the 50k notes in 2016? 

Don’t forget they also keep telling us they fully intend to launch the new 100k notes in 2016 too and also even a new 500 note. So what’ this all about? Surely they will not do this either without an RV.

Otherwise would this not add more insanity to an already sour spot with the citizens if they did not intend to first increase the dinar value significantly?  Just questions you have to keep asking yourself. THINK, THINK !  Just don’t sit back and listen to all this recent info being told you in these forums or intel conference calls.

So in conclusion where do you think we are in the stages of the project to “delete the zeros”?

Can you see the writing is on the wall since they fully intend to do something VERY SOON but they have not yet done it and there is no reason to get overly excited, not yet anyhow,  but our excitement time is coming SOON! .

Remember the project to “delete the zeros” is only a small part of the overall currency reform process. We have seen many steps already. Years ago they told us that when they get closer to a significant change in value they first had to launch these newer denominations. We all assume they were only the lower denoms but what they really told us was they needed the 50,000, 100,000 and the 500 notes too. Now we have witnessed them launch already the 50k and we know the other two notes are coming in 2016. Are you excited? I am but not hyped up to tell you the RV is hear already. So let’s not stretch the truth and only talk about FACTS and what we know to be FACTUAL.

Rumor #3: The CBI must find a way to increase the value of the dinar over the US dollar

There are many rumors this had already been done. Really? Many people out there even are tracking a graph of the daily value of the dinar thinking it is already on some kind of a “float” and it is just going to “float” to the value we need (1:1). Really? They forget one thing though – its not yet international? The RV and only the final RV wll get it international. So how is it now going to “float” then? Who is telling you this nonsense? Do you know anything  about the currency reform process?

Okay so we know the dinar is not yet on a “float” and we are not waiting for the value to “float” its way to the 1:1 value we are now waiting for. If the CBI already fixed this problem then why so many articles about it not being done and the CBI trying then to find ways to do it (meaning get the dinar on par value with the US dollar)? It would have to be done already too if they were in fact launching the lower denominations but we know they haven’t and we know the dinar is still almost worthless to the US dollar.

So let me talk a little about the currency auctions and see if you can see the culprit(s) as to why the are having such a hard time making the dinar a 1:1 with the USD. Remember too I told you before that when they do achieve a 1:1 value this it will NOT BE THE RV. The full blown RV comes later to bring the true asset backed value to their currency but first they MUST be able to control it inflationary value at par to the US dollar (IMF mandate). The words of the IMF not Mnt Goat’s words. Take it and chew on it for awhile…lol…

Discontinuing the money auctions at the end of December

More FACTS - The CBI has told us in two articles already, one of which I presented to you in my past news letter, that they will scale down the money auctions to the point of discontinuing them at the end of this year (meaning the end of 2015). Do you really understand what the auctions do for Iraq?

The CBI sells dinar at these auctions for US dollars. This helps increase the CBI reserves. Countries do not keep their own currencies in their reserves. Instead they keep valuable, stable currencies of other countries. Thus Iraq wants to collect US dollars. Iraq also now wants to stabilize and diversify their reserves and will probably soon include some of the Chinese Yuan. Is this holding up the RV – you might ask?


Why would the CBI be waiting to diversify their portfolio of currency in their reserves first prior to an RV? Maybe I am missing something or maybe I am an idiot but I see no reason to wait since they are coming right out and telling us the reason. I am showing you proof by the article below. Again NO Hype, NO Rumors, just the FACTS.  They must control the value of the dinar to a 1:1 first prior to an RV. The funny thing is you probably won’t even ever have any opportunity to exchange at the 1:1 rate since it won’t be out long and will soon RV afterwards. I do not believe the rate will even go international until it does RV later so how can you even have any opportunity to exchange anyhow since the banks use the international currency exchange value listed in the exchanges. Get it? 

Let’s now look at a recent article I provided below. It is from a financial expert in Iraq.   

The most interesting part of the article below is when the financial expert says and I quote – “calling on the central bank to the need to implement the project to delete the three zeroes instead of resorting to the issuance of new editions (referring to the 50k, 100k and 500 notes) may affect the trade balance in the market”.




It’s all here in black and white. How can they possibly be already launching the lower denoms with a statement like this or be waiting on acquiring Chinese Yuan?  Folk – these rumors just don’t make any sense. Please ignore them. In fact you shouldn’t even be listening to anyone who has not shown you proof of what they tell you. Sorry these“secret” sources for intel are just no good.  Stop paying attention and force these so called intel “gurus” to bring you FACTS not rumors from some “secret” sources in Iraq or boots on the ground.

You deserve better intel! Challenge them on their calls see how they respond with the FACTS or just more info to cover up their rumors?  It’s up to you. You can end these intel calls by simply ignoring them and not calling in to the live call. It is that simple. Only then will their intel calls dry up as they blow away in the wind, as they deserve.

Update: Needed Laws[/b]

Just because I have not reported for a few days on the needed laws does not make then no longer important. So I am going to let you know how we stand on these today.

All the rest of these needed laws seem to be converging on mid to late December. Even the 2016 budget had some issues and so they told us by the end of December. (I would hope since 2016 is just around the corner…lol…). But leave it to Iraq to be always just on time or be late.

On Sunday the government announced the conditions in Basra providence were stable for the issuance of the Unified National Card about 150 per day. Remember these cards are muti-purpose. They are an ID card as well as to replace the SMART card now used for paying out benefits.

Iraq still plans on mid December for the Reconciliation Conference and the point of the conference is to have all these needed reforms completed. Why have knowledge the conference if not completed, as some intel “gurus” lead you to believe? Ask them to prove it to you then? This does not mean “agreed to” behind secret doors. They must pass these laws to prove good faith for this reconciliation healing process to work. No more talk.
What are they now telling us?

-National Guard law by end of December. (Amnesty will coincide) See below article.
-Judicial Reforms by end of December
-Council law (still no news but we know this is really the Federation Council).
-Parties Law becomes fully effective mid December
-Re-launching the Customs and Tariffs mid December (need value of currency or will fail again)

Parliament is on recess until the next session beginning Dec 8th. Could this all happen in one  ‘Basket” of laws?  Jabouri himself has told us this might happen?  Remember the article months ago? Seems it would almost have to happen now if they still plan on mid December for the conference. Maybe this will all be pushed out further?

We know it comes down to a last bunch of  laws and the are stalled due the Sheite influence, or we would have already seen them passed. No –they are NOT secretly hiding them from us. There is absolutely no conspiracy to hide them from us investors to fool us or trick us. We are insignificant to this process. In fact the articles are not even intended for us and are instead to inform the Iraq citizens. Remember these corrupt individuals in Iraq work best under chaos and confusion. They are now very desperate and they know their days are numbered. This is how they gain power and try to maintain it. Abadi has put together a strong “reformist coalition” and hopes this will overcome any opposition to the last of these critical reforms.

Meanwhile Maliki has announced his group of goons are putting together a new coalition also. They plan to run in the 2017 provincial elections and then in 2018 major elections. Oh – but wait one second !  How can they since the “Parties Law” which goes into effect mid December prohibits anyone who is associated or even aligned with any terrorist group or militia to run or hold a political office. Got ya covered Maliki ! So this new Maliki coalition will go nowhere. It’s just a bunch of desperate men trying to save their hides.

Rumor #4: The new US Treasury Notes (TRNs) or movement of USA from a fiat currency to a gold backed currency

I want to clarify this one more time for all out there. Do you even know what the intended purpose of the TRNs are? They are for international trade ONLY between nations. TRNs have been around for a very long time and nothing new. Yes- they have been issued in the past to coincide with the Federal Reserve notes. In fact all currency in the US must say “Federal Reserve” on the notes. This is the law.

I can hardly stand it and laugh and laugh at all the ignorance of some of these forums. Some are telling you the TRNs are launched in China? What does this mean? It does not even make any sense.
Do they even know the TRNs are US currency?

They associate this to the RV being immanent too. Again how stupid and ignorant! I swear some of these people saying this stuff and continuing these rumors should be locked up in insane asylums because that is just where they belong (if even they themselves truly believe what they are saying).

TRNs have already been launched now for years already. They are being used as balance of payments in the process of international trade for the USA and foreign countries. Due to the many increased volume from the US treasury in the printing of yet more US currency in quantitative easing (QE) process, many countries have worries that the US currency would crash due hyper inflation (due to too much in circulation). Simply put their worries led to a gold backed version of the Federal Reserve note for trading. These are not meant for the general public and are not going to be ever widely circulated. This has happened in the past and is an accepted practice only you are now following currencies, know about it and are being hyped up by some so called “guru” over it.

There is ABSOLUTELY no intent to back all of the US currency with gold nor could they if they wanted to.  NO- going back to the gold standard is not even a short term goal for the Federal Reserve nor have they been given instructions to do so.

The Feds are here to stay. Sorry conspiracy people!  I challenge anyone to give me proof to back up anything I have said so far in this news letter on this subject matter. I mean solid proof and FACTS, so don’t give me just more stupidity, rhetoric  and rumors or even conspiracy stuff you heard on some intel call, from some person.

Opps! Did I forget to mention that  they are cleaning house with ISIS and the Iranian militias are next but there is still much progress to be made. What I am hearing is the security is clean enough now in Iraq  to let the RV go, so for now this is NOT an issue and a holdup. 

Article below talks mainly about USA and how it is expected to send elite forces to Iraq to about 200 numbering to Iraq to carry out raids on the militant group, which seized large areas of Syria and Iraq.

But these raids are related to any terrorist or terrorist related groups. This article is surely written by Maliki and his goons since they are fearful of these troops and how it will impact their plans to bring Iraq down as a puppet state for Iran. Yes – this battle still continues between good and evil and will continue until Maliki and his goons are eliminated. 

So I believe this is Maliki’s  response to the recent judicial response to holding trial over Mosul infiltrations issue was to relate that he has many files on everyone involved in the government corruption and he was not alone. I believe these files still remain in the government office he still occupies. Would the judicial luv to have these files?

So let’s put two and two together. The USA elite forces coming into Iraq to conduct “unannounced” raiding missions on terrorists organizations or even suspected terrorists. Does this mean possibly former government officials now causing havoc in the country and proven ties to leading terrorist organizations?  Could they maybe one day conduct a raiding mission on the government building or even the home of Maliki or some of his goons?

RAF bombing raids against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) in Syria have dealt “a real blow” to the financing of the terror group, said Defence Secretary Michael Fallon, after MPs voted overwhelmingly for war on Wednesday night.

The raids, which took place early on Thursday morning, targeted oil fields in the north of the country. Analysis indicates “the strikes were successful,” the Ministry of Defence (MoD) claimed.

Fallon told the BBC he had approved the targets before the House of Commons vote on Wednesday evening, and gave permission for the raids to go ahead once MPs had rubberstamped extending airstrikes against ISIS form Iraq into Syria.

He added that airstrikes against extremists are likely to continue for years.
“This is not going to be quick,” he said.

“I can confirm that four British Tornados were in action after the vote last night attacking oil fields in eastern Syria – the Omar oil fields – from which the Daesh [IS] terrorists receive a huge part of their revenue.”
“This strikes a very real blow at the oil and the revenue on which the Daesh terrorists depend.”
The Tornado jets are based at Britain’s Akrotiri base in Cyprus, from which they flew to Syria to conduct the raids shortly after the result of the vote was known.

Some 397 MPs voted in favor of airstrikes, while 223 voted against, giving them a majority of 174. A total of 67 Labour MPs rebelled against party boss Jeremy Corbyn to back the Conservative government’s motion.
Prime Minister David Cameron said it was “the right decision to keep the UK safe.”
Fallon said the decision had allowed RAF bombers to target the extremist group on both sides of the Iraqi/Syrian border.

“They have been able to attack these terrorists on one side of the border. Now they are free to be able to attack some of their key targets on the other side of the border as well – a border that Daesh/ISIL have never respected themselves.”

He explained the planes had attacked oil fields in the north of the country.
“I approved yesterday a series of targets in the Omar oil field – wellheads from which the oil production is derived which helps to finance Daesh.

“All four Tornados have now successfully returned and we will be assessing later this morning the actual damage done. They were using Paveway munitions in an area of oilfields where there was simply oil infrastructure in eastern Syria, a long way from Raqqa itself, down near Iraq.
“It’s a very good illustration of a target that is literally one side of the border and couldn’t previously be attacked.”

However, a report for Al Arabiya published in October suggests the routes to these oilfields were already destroyed in airstrikes earlier in the year, suggesting the oilfields may not actually have been in use.
The parliamentary debate to extend airstrikes was met with protests organized by the Stop the War Coalition, a group previously chaired by Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

It called the decision to bomb Syria “profoundly mistaken and dangerous.”
“A new war will not increase the prospects of peace in Syria, nor will the British people be safer from terrorism. And the record of two years’ bombing of IS in Iraq shows that it will not be dislodged by a great-power air war.”

Twilight News / says the National Alliance and the Shiite faction influential in Iraq, said the prime minister Haider al-Abadi will dig its own grave political and undermines the fight against al Daash if he allowed the publication of a new US special force operations in the country.

Washington said on Tuesday it would send troops is expected to be about 200 numbering to Iraq to carry out raids on the militant group, which seized large areas of Syria and Iraq.

Hours later, al-Abadi said that the publication of any such force would require consultation with his government statements which appear to be made for domestic consumption at home.

He said US Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday that the Iraqi government has been kept informed of plans and that the two governments will hold close consultations on practical details.

However, Abadi partners politicians said they would never accept an expanded role for American forces and insisted that the prime minister would dare to act on its own after the withdrawal of parliamentary support for his program of internal reform last month because of concern that have not been extensive consultations enough before making important decisions.

Said Mohammed Naji MP from the Badr Organization and one of the local leaders to PDF crowd, which includes Shiites and other anti fighters to Daash "If the Abadi take a single decision approving the deployment of US special forces will Nstjoppe in Parliament. He knows very well that the interrogation could lead to a vote of no confidence" , he was quoted as saying by Reuters.

Abadi had faced a major challenge in November from within the National Alliance when it was approved unanimously by the House of Representatives to prevent his government from the adoption of important reforms without the consent of Parliament.

And seen the move as an attempt to curb Abadi amid discontent from his leadership style and the slow pace of reforms demanded by the protesters. The move sparked speculation about an attempt to overthrow him but those fears have receded in recent times.

The governor Zamili -oho prominent politician from Sadr's movement, a movement founded by a man of the anti-American cleric Muqtada al-Sadr "is not permissible for the government to give a mandate for the deployment of ground forces in Iraq even if the exploratory forces or intelligence gathering."

Supported Ammar Tohme Virtue Party leader in the Shiite alliance that position, saying that the parliament alone is not Abadi has to approve the presence of foreign troops fighting power.

And rejection of any expansion of the US role in the country, no matter how limited or gradually stems in part to the absolute lack of confidence on the part of the Iraqis and their leaders in Washington's intentions.

Naji said the fear is that as soon as the US Special Forces are deployed has turned its attention to the eventual prosecution of the leaders of the popular crowd, and senior Shiite politicians, some of whom are listed on the US terrorism list.

He said another deputy of the National Alliance "for Ebadi to give the green light for the deployment of US troops in Iraq may not be just a salvo wounds in the foot.'ll Be shooting in the head."

Mission Impossible


Opposition has been forced by armed Shiite factions -alta seen as a bulwark in the face of the organization Daash which is the greatest security threat to Iraq since the fall of Saddam Hussein in 2003, Abadi also to block Washington's plans.

The prime minister is under growing US pressure to rein in armed factions which angers factions that enjoy a lot of support among Shiites, who make up the majority in Iraq.

The parliamentarians said that al-Abadi would not risk to go to a clash with the armed factions but it would be difficult for him to resist pressure from Washington to give US troops a broader combat role. The United States and a major donor of aid to the Iraqi army.

Said political analyst Ahmed Younis al-Baghdadi, "It may be an impossible task for Ebadi to find a compromise .. he has to careful not to provoke the wrath of his coalition and aggregates strong popular crowd at the same time responding to the Americans.

"If al-Abadi agreed to the deployment of US special forces so it offers on a plate the opportunity to opponents to remove him."

Leaders of armed factions has already rejected any deployment of US troops and said they would not hesitate to turn their attention from fighting Daash to fight the Americans.

The armed Shiite factions have shown fierce resistance to the US occupation that followed the overthrow of Saddam Hussein.

Jaafar al-Husseini, spokesman for Hezbollah Brigades that send US troops will only aggravate the security crisis in Iraq.

He said "any party, including Prime Minister al-Abadi allow the existence of US forces in Iraq must take responsibility for spark all-out civil war."

Such warnings are premature and may be increased but direct military activities of the United States, albeit on a small scale may lead to instability and undermine the chances of containing the sectarian conflict.

The last US troops withdrew from Iraq in 2011, but some advisers returned in 2014 after the organization view the progress of Daash Baghdad at risk and now numbering about 3,500.

And it raised the growing military role for Russia in Syria and their participation in security coordination cell in Baghdad also includes Iran and Syria fears in Washington that it is losing ground in favor of her former opponent in the Cold War in the Middle East.

Naji said the MP from the Badr Organization that the deployment of US troops in Iraq if there will be a "pull factor" for more interference by foreign powers.

He added, "We will be yard and other powers to liquidate own accounts."

Frank26: Family the last time I was with you I made a mistake.  When you stop and think about the plethora, the waterfall of stuff we give to you every time we get together, it is always thought after thought, one more thing, one more thing. 

The avalanche of stuff, the waterfall of information, but when I make a mistake like I did last night, I come to you and tell you of them so you can correct those mistakes and amend your notes.
 
What are those mistakes, well to tell you the truth I think we will mention them as we go along.

One that I will tell you now, when we talked of math last night, when I said if you had an Iraqi dinar in your right hand what would you have in your left hand, 9/10’s of one cent.  But if you had and IQD worth 10 cents what would you have in your left, I said $10,000, but that was a mistake you would have $100,000 and if you had an IQD worth 20 cents in your right hand, you would have $200,000 in your left hand.  I forgot to add an extra zero.  My apologies.  Let’s make sure we get that correct.  That is number one.

Number two, the other mistake I made or said to you was that Iraq has reinstated its currency that they have RI’ed, no in my deepest apologies, no they have not reinstated or RI’ed. 

Now on that same subject I wish to extend further apologies and this is the third one.  We’ve been together for 8 years, and in those 8 years it was just last year that we started to talk about an RI. 

We’ve been studying and the RI I told you is a reinstatement, and that is true by the way, it is called a reinstatement.  But the problem with an RI is that we said in our studies together they are going to reinstate the value. 

What was it before, ok we said it was $3.22.  So Family we are looking for them to reinstate/RI their currency to $3.22, but no, in fact not that, and this may blow you out of the water.  An RI has nothing to do with the exchange rate of a country’s currency. 

Please accept my apologies that for almost a year I’ve been telling you they are going to reinstate the value….the old value…..it has nothing to do with the value or the exchange rate.  It has nothing to do with the rate, we will talk more on this tonight.

Ok, now I think I have said what I wanted to say, so let’s move on.

So is it an RD, is it a redenominate, this is so tricky that I could slip on ice and crack my head on this.  Would it upset you Family if I said they are doing through an RD and yet they are not going through an RD at this time. 

Understand we are not economic majors here, we are not summa cum laude of economics, we are learning together.  When a country redenominates its currency they are preparing the currency to be introduced differently. 

But what happens when you get to a corner, you can turn left or the right.  So we have finally gotten to the redenomination of the Iraqi currency, but do you know you can redenominate to the right, or to the left? 

What is Frank talking about?  If you want to take the redenomination of a country’s currency down the toilet, that is called a LOP.  We talked about that last night and on Monday night in depth.
 
I wish I could just see what you guys are saying and we could learn together with me answering your questions.

Look, what I’m trying to tell you they are going through a monetary reform.  The redenomination of their currency, either decreasing or increasing the value…the decrease would be a LOP….but none of the evidence is saying that, nothing for years has told us they are going in this direction…it proves they are increasing things the other direction to lift the value of their currency.  Why? 

It mainly proves that when the lower denoms were printed back in 2003 when Delarue was commissioned, they were commissioned by the IMF to print the currency that I told you IMO has landed in Iraq and just joined the 50’s and 100’s in Iraq.

So did we get that straight, are we ok with that, do you understand the redenomination?  This is a redenomination to raise the value of the currency.

So what is the next step?  The reinstatement of the currency.  Ok Frank you said you are sorry, but if you are going to reinstate the currency what does that mean?  You need to understand to reinstate the currency you must first establish in your head it has nothing to do with the exchange rate. 

When they RI they can RI at 1166…that’s a fact…..they can RI their currency….not the value of the currency….they are going to reinstate their currency. 

 We’ve been studying this wrong as have many gurus.  So how do you reinstate a currency?  There are a lot of ways to reinstate a currency.  You see, to RI a currency is to simply put the currency in a position to put the currency in an international status usage, even at 1166. 

They tried this, remember the bonds, they have tried to in other ways too, but everything has failed.  The only thing they have that will succeed is to take it past the RI, to revalue/RV the currency. 

We talked about all this on Monday, all the options, 10 cents, 20 cents, 1 to 1, controlled floating, remember picnic baskets Booboo.  They are in the process of reinstatement of their currency because they have the laws, security, banks, technology, everything….they have all the stuff they need to walk into the…..drum roll…..the IMF Article 8….what is the Article 8…..an increase in the value of their currency and poised for international use….the electronics, security, the banks. 

Monetary reform, we are in the reinstatement of the currency….and….you said you made a mistake that it is not done….but really it is almost done isn’t it.  Yes that is true.
 
Remember when I told you the borders were opened….remember when I told you they are pricing their goods…those two actions alone IMO qualify them for an RI….so what I said yesterday wasn’t all that wrong was it.

The RI is a lot of things to be qualified for Article 8.  Dr. Shabibi you are back….Dr. Shabibi what process will you utilize to revalue your currency.

The last time we were together, the last thing I said to you, before Aloha…..dessert on top of dessert, just after the prayer….I got quiet and said…..Family you won’t see anything until Maliki goes to the gallows….but Frank you said we need these laws implemented…..but we will not see this until Maliki goes to the gallows.

What we have though is not for you.  If you look back last year of September of last year, even back into the first quarter of last year we talked about the Lone Ranger and his silver bullets.  If you are new you won’t understand, but you will catch up.  The old timers understand. 

 The US cannot go in there and remove Maliki just like we couldn’t remove Saddam….we are infidels to these people….they are hypocritical to us, they try to make us think they need us….but….go and ask Germany, Vietnam, Korea….once we have been in, we don’t leave.  Maliki has been doing some bad things since Obama took our troops were ready.
 
 See back in 2012 when he took us out, he didn’t do enough to keep our troops there protected, he didn’t “attack” the SOFA agreement effectively to get us in there, he’s took weak to have done that.

I’m going to start tonight with reiterating that we won’t see anything until Maliki goes to the gallows…..and his little buddy, the guy that lacks a lot of brains….Allak….we won’t see the laws, the LD’s and more…..until they are taken care of.

The Warka Bank was invited to participate in the CBI currency auctions….this is big because the Warka Bank was established by so many men and women from international countries…..they continue to get banks set up.  I still don’t think we will see things until Maliki and Allak are taken care of…..to see Warka in this process this is wonderful thought…..light bulbs should be flashing on….wonderful.

They continue to do many things….love they don’t use anything but their own currency now…..the CBI….has this stated…..you should see the mountains of things in front of me……the CBI says today…you banks…..four banks…really all banks…..in Arabic….you banks…..licensed banks…..don’t be using the USD….STOP….we’ve told you a month ago….STOP.

Maliki’s arrest warrant was put out over a month ago, but no one has done it…..too many are afraid for themselves and their families.

The USD is not being used in Iraq…only been 3 or 4 months that it has not been used….it is HUGE….it had been their weapon…..so what do they use now….their own….they are going through an RI…..pricing goods….using their own currency to march into Article 8….so they can march into an RV.

This feels like standing on the edge of a cliff with my arms out, my head down, on my tiptoes….if I breath I will fall.

The IQD is not pegged to the USD….pegged to the SDR basket….remember that picnic basket Booboo….yes Yogi…..the USD is in that basket….so if they peg to the basket aren’t they really pegging back to the USD…..yes sir…..they use no other currency in the basket….over and over again they have used the pacifier dollar.  Those of us in the same basket….I wonder when the Internet is going to see that.

This is my opinion….when we see #4, Dr. Shabibi telling you the monetary process he will use, I really be the logical thing is to come out low….why come out high, where is your margin of error, where is your growth factor….why come out and put all your money on one roll of the dice….in my strongest opinion…..Dr. Shabibi will come out at a low rate. 

I’ve told you Family to think about it to exchange your currency….don’t run to the banks….please give it time…maybe even a few weeks….even 8 years ago….logic says you will start out at the first steps and watch it go upward.

IMO….I will wait 7-10 days….you will miss me when I’m gone.  But you need me now and I’m trying to tell you….don’t rush to exchange….and again, we are in the process of the RI of the monetary reform of the IQD…..the redenomination is old news…..we know which direction we going with this currency…..the RI only deals with getting yourself in position to sprint off the blocks….to sprint into a revalue…..Article 8 qualified…..the RI is to reestablish the IQD at an international level and international usage.

IMO….a few days ago Dr. Shabibi reviewed the corrupt files before sending them to the GOI and they all came to the same consensus…..silver bullets.

My concern right now is that you understand the steps we are in with the monetary reform….we are past the redenomination of it….we walk into the reinstatement of it….to a value of what….maybe 10 cents, 20 cents…that is what I call a low value….any other way would not be prudent…..it would not be a normal call for action….but we have way too much evidence that there is…..I want to tell you something else…..that I take the blame for….because my brother Delta….because I approved this….therefore it is my fault.

There is so much to tell you….back in 2012…..it was March…..Dr. Shabibi was inches away from lifting the value of the currency….it was at that time that Maliki started to accuse him….then around September that Dr. Shabibi had to run from the CBI….but back at the beginning of that year…Maliki started to steal so much…wait til you see what Maliki was capable of doing to another group of people….

in March of 2012…..Dr. Shabibi….says….according to our research we will issue a new bank note valued at 50,000 dinars….equal to $43 USD…but it will be marked as a 50 IQD…..remember this.

It says there will be a 50,000 IQD note….yet it also says it will be marked as a 50 IQD note….what they are saying is they will take a 50,000 IQD note worth $43 USD…that is not even 1166….see Dr. Shabibi’s thinking back then……says…the CBI will issue a new bank note 50,000 IQD…worth $43 dollars…..1 to 1 ratio….but you will mark it as a 50 IQD…..it is our opinion  that these are 2 completely different topics mixed together to confuse. 

Tomorrow (Thursday) we have a CC and then on Friday Team chat…..here is what I have to say….we believe there is a 50,000 IQD note coming out…..do you know why…..so the citizens can turn in their 000’s…we believe the 50,000 is real and worth a 1 to 1 ratio….becuase they are releasing a 50 and 100 IQD note….our broker has not seen these new notes. 

We believe these 50,000 notes are like a sponge, absorbing the rest of the 000’s that are in the streets….rather brilliant….but it will only have a value of a 50 IQD note….because when it is finished…..then the 50 and 100 IQD notes will be brought out.  I study the monetary reform…we share with you…..when I make a mistake I apologize that my math is wrong that my definition of an RI was wrong but I think we are straight and we can move on.

They are redenominating…but they aren’t…..they are increasing not LOPPING anything….oh boy…..the monetary reform is moving and flowing….did you see the rate of the IQD today….on XE or forex….is should be 1166…..on Monday we told you we saw from 1166 to 1120….today we see it now as 1086….they are about ready to get this to 1000….no wonder Frank is saying it will come out…..the 50k may come out…working as a sponge to bring in the 000’s…..so the 50’s and 100’s….the LD’s can come forward….at a new rate so they don’t use them as a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of fraction.

Meanwhile the governor of the CBI says they will try again to sell both….the international and domestic bonds….maybe it will work this time because of timing…..7 trillion bonds…..5 trillion domestic and 2 trillion international….the CBI expects to reach their foreign currency reserves of 60 billion dollars…..and we said as a team….what….that is it?  Your foreign reserves are only 60 billion…..what did you do reduce the salaries….bravo….using your currency only….less any other foreign currency.
 
Meanwhile the CBI says to all licensed banks….STOP using USD…and exchange companies….STOP processing the USD….stop it…..in reality it was a second warning to all banks….if they don’t do this they will not be a part of the new currency….their share…..Dr. Shabibi’s footprint if all over this….there is more to this….in their documentation they go into why they are not using the USD….blaming Maliki and his regime.

Meanwhile Hollywood releases the James Bond movie as the CBI brags about releasing bonds….why do this a second time…..there won’t be a need for a third time….we’ve told you we control the monetary reform….they simply control the date of the reform.

I read the notes from Frank's call last night and realized that there is an uncanny relationship between the USD/USN and the IQD/IQN

#1 Both countries are broke and the issues are over printing of currencies and in our case a currency aka fiat currency which has no value since there is no asset behind it.
Dont tell me we have gold since there has been no accounting since 1971 and what little is left will not support our paper that is out there.

#2 The new USN has been at the banks for almost a year and that movement has been confirmed several times. Now,Frank, announces a delivery of currency of low denoms to Iraq.

IMO  They already have the low denoms in circulation, although not successfully, why? because honestly, until you have true value to your own country currency that USD still looks good to them.

Iraq has been trying to get that accomplished but the VALUE HAS TO COME FIRST.

Back in the old USA we are no different with the OVER PRINTING of fiat currency, a philosophy that is about to change.

#3 ASSETS. Now and potential. Who has the gold? This has been the question of the year.
With the release of new found "Gold" and movement around the world; then add some debt forgiveness and a balance or alignment and return to a new gold standard, a worldly gold standard then, perhaps,the people of the world will have some hope for a brighter future.

Iraq's currency has the best chance of survival due to its potential asset base.

The USD definitely needs some help- enter the addition of gold and other assets like silver and gas and even some oil. Also coal, which China and Europe still use and a little known secret that diamonds are found in coal-a hydrocarbon which can be burnt very efficiently and mined safely.

Watch iron ore- gold is in the ore. Lets say there is a lot of potential in the USA.

#4 Laws and Security.I lumped these together since without laws you will never have a correct balance to in force and protect the people. Both countries definitely are definitely a parallel in this matter.

The difference is that Iraq needs to implement now and we, the.USA,need a major CORRECTION.

WE need to start at home by correcting our laws from top to bottom. Our borders need to be protected and defended but we should be the "home of the free and the brave". Iraq needs to implement it's National Guard law as we need to utilize ours more and more.

Our military once was a shining star , but IMO our problem is that it had been utilized as a constant threat, an entity looking for a war, a battle, a provoke or instigator of war aka a being in control.

Many of these groups claiming this all 'has nothing to do with the other!'

Unfortunately, it’s sad when each of these sects in dinarville speak so terribly of the others – and develop such venom towards anothers beliefs, one guru against another, and dinarians follow that lead.…. I say – BIG DEAL! Who cares..

 It’s not all that important what the rest of the gang thinks, or believes – they have waited just as long as the rest, sweated, hurt, and tried their best to hang in there based on what they believe.

All that's important is that YOU are comfortable with what YOU believe - that's all that matters at the end of the day, that we're ready.

Each one - of these sections of Dinarville – also seems to have a few leaders in their arena to choose from.. some which make a living at this, others that don’t.. again – who cares what they get.

Anyone noticed how extremely well respected and highly educated individuals believe directly opposite from the way you do?? doctors, lawyers, doctorate degrees in dinarville -

I think they can be found on each of these 'paths'....


I just find it extremely ironic – that each one of these different avenues seem to be reaching an end and in their final scene. Anyone else notice this?

The Republic folks are all giddy with excitement, the last leg, seeing what they have dreamed of finally coming to an end, etc….

The Bond Redemptions – are reported to be upon us for those that have lived the Chinese angle with every breath and dollar they have…

And Iraq is about to vote on their final laws, talking everyday about deleting zeros and international compliance of this, that, and more!

I have always kept an open mind to all aspects of all Dinar sites. I have been able to extract and digest what I felt was as correct as possible.

Toss in my knowledge through educating myself and being of the age of living thru it and having parents and grandparents that lived it.

Dates and rates are not important now but I will say again,  It’s sooner rather than later.

I saw a post the other day by Bix Weir who basically is waiting for the banks to collapse.
Well,my response to that is it isn't going to happen . China has actually taken over ownership of the top 5 tier one banks so that won't happen as China doesn't want the public to be hurt in a "crash".

But I liked what Bix said that " it was time to let it rip". China seems to be looking for perfection. Well it will never happen.

Yet,China is becoming impatient and I hope that this is our week.

Security has been met. The re-education of Iraq will begin again and all economies will benefit.

The rates are there, Iraq is ready and the World is totally ready.

China met with Singapore this weekend with 2 powerhouses destined to set the Far East markets and trades on fire. Sounds like Kurdistan and Baghdad remaining partners but perhaps separate as regions.

I hope this makes sense cause I am tired of this like everybody else but I signed on till the end!

Canada is more brainwashed than the states in my opinion. But not by much. The Queen thing always got my folks doing the knee jerk salute. Hile Queenie...
 
Canada would have to change a whole lot before I would ever take up residence there.
 
This is just my opinion. But the necessary confederation of forces including the White Hats, Pentagon, Chinese Family, Military Industrial Complex, European Royals, Vatican, and P2 Lodge are a union of necessity of unlikely bedfellows in order to get the reset done.
 
But in the final analysis, does a leopard ever change his spots?? I think not. Given that the Chinese Royal Family have proven themselves not to be fools, once the reset is done and stabilized (just liking post WWII), different agendas will be at hand. Need I say more.

MY WIFE WORKS FOR A NOT-FOR-PROFIT HEALTH CARE PLAN COMPANY WHICH OFFERS PLANS TO RESIDENTS OF TWO STATES,

ONE OF MANY OF THESE KINDS OF COMMUNITY/SECONDARY/ALTERNATIVE PLAN PROVIDERS THAT CAME INTO BEING UNDER THE AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE ACT - OBAMACARE - AND I BELIEVE THAT THESE EXIST IN AT LEAST 9 STATES OF THE U.S.A.
 
SHE WAS CALLED INTO A MEETING YESTERDAY AND WAS EXPECTING TO HEAR FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY ABOUT THE CLOSING OF THE OFFICE IN THE STATE NEXT DOOR.
 
INSTEAD, THE PRESIDENT SAID THAT THE ENTIRE COMPANY WOULD SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY AFTER JANUARY 1ST AND WOULD ONLY SERVICE THE FEW ACCOUNTS NEEDING TO PAY MEDICAL PROCEDURES/MEDICATIONS FOR 2015 AS THEY CLOSED THE BOOKS - WITH A SKELETON STAFF.

WITH COOL AND WISE THINKING, BOTH SITUATIONS SHOULD BE RESOLVED ADEQUATELY.
 
WE WILL BE HELPING AS MUCH AS WE CAN TO PROVIDE WATER, FOOD AND ESSENTIALS OF LIFE TO THE REFUGEES, COUPLED WITH AN INITIATIVE TO HELP THE COUNTRIES SPONSORING HELP ALSO GET A BIT OF RELIEF. IT IS NOT AN EASY COST TO BEAR FOR THE COUNTRY THAT HELPS OUT.

Yesterday, at the hospital we had a meeting about how the situation here and at the other Munich hospitals is unsustainable. Clinics cannot handle emergencies, so they are starting to send everything to the hospitals.
 
Many Muslims are refusing treatment by female staff and, we, women, are refusing to go among those animals, especially from Africa. Relations between the staff and migrants are going from bad to worse. Since last weekend, migrants going to the hospitals must be accompanied by police with K-9 units.
 
Many migrants have AIDS, syphilis, open TB and many exotic diseases that we, in Europe, do not know how to treat them. If they receive a prescription in the pharmacy, they learn they have to pay cash. This leads to unbelievable outbursts, especially when it is about drugs for the children.
 
They abandon the children with pharmacy staff with the words: “So, cure them here yourselves!” So the police are not just guarding the clinics and hospitals, but also large pharmacies.
 
Truly we said openly: Where are all those who had welcomed in front of TV cameras, with signs at train stations?! Yes, for now, the border has been closed, but a million of them are already here and we will definitely not be able to get rid of them.
 
Until now, the number of unemployed in Germany was 2.2 million. Now it will be at least 3.5 million. Most of these people are completely unemployable. A bare minimum of them have any education.
 
What is more, their women usually do not work at all. I estimate that one in ten is pregnant. Hundreds of thousands of them have brought along infants and little kids under six, many emaciated and neglected.
 
 If this continues and German re-opens its borders, I’m going home to the Czech Republic. Nobody can keep me here in this situation, not even double the salary than at home. I went to Germany, not to Africa or the Middle East.
 
Even the professor who heads our department told us how sad it makes him to see the cleaning woman, who for 800 Euros cleans every day for years, and then meets young men in the hallways who just wait with their hand outstretched, want everything for free, and when they don’t get it they throw a fit.
 
I really don’t need this! But I’m afraid that if I return, that at some point it will be the same in the Czech Republic. If the Germans, with their nature cannot handle this, there in Czechia it would be total chaos.
 
Nobody who has not come in contact with them has no idea what kind of animals they are, especially the ones from Africa, and how Muslims act superior to our staff, regarding their religious accommodation.
 
For now, the local hospital staff has not come down with the diseases they brought here, but, with so many hundreds of patients every day – this is just a question of time.
 
In a hospital near the Rhine, migrants attacked the staff with knives after they had handed over an 8-month-old on the brink of death, which they had dragged across half of Europe for three months.
 
The child died in two days, despite having received top care at one of the best pediatric clinics in Germany. The physician had to undergo surgery and two nurses are laid up in the ICU. Nobody has been punished.
 
The local press is forbidden to write about it, so we know about it through email. What would have happened to a German if he had stabbed a doctor and nurses with a knife?
 
 Or if he had flung his own syphilis-infected urine into a nurse’s face and so threatened her with infection? At a minimum he’d go straight to jail and later to court. With these people – so far, nothing has happened.
 
And so I ask, where are all those greeters and receivers from the train stations? Sitting pretty at home, enjoying their non-profits and looking forward to more trains and their next batch of cash from acting like greeters at the stations.
 
If it were up to me I would round up all these greeters and bring them here first to our hospital’s emergency ward, as attendants.
 
Then, into one building with the migrants so they can look after them there themselves, without armed police, without police dogs who today are in every hospital here in Bavaria, and without medical help.
 
Is this situation coming to England?
 
The boarders are not closed in Germany, the authorities just want to organize the migration of 1,000s of migrants coming every day. The Sunday 10 days back alone 17,000 to Bavaria, mostly young man.
 
In the neighbor city I work a whole area is used for a in between stop for the migrants ... I've read today that around the half of the people of Syria is on the flight. So when in 2013 there lived around 30 million people this means around 15 millions is on the way to Europe, the majority to Germany.
 
Now the winter comes, so the pressure increases to provide them all with shelter and food. For the authorities and helpers almost not to handle because of the increasing number of people coming.
 
Besides of this the whole social and cultural system here will collapse in the coming years I'm afraid.
 
The media here is totally controlled by the country because when you publish you need a license. I've also read that they will establish a law where they can put down every protest or critics or YT video regarding to this topic.
 
THIS IS QUITE A CLEAR PICTURE OF A SITUATION THAT HAS BOTH GOOD AND BAD COMING OUT IN ALL ITS SHADES. VERY SAD, AND THERE HAS TO BE FOUND A MECHANISM TO ADDRESS ALL THIS STUFF. THOUGHTS ANYONE?

#8: June 4th, 2015: Whistle-blower Edward Snowden says a “profound difference” had occurred since releasing the NSA documents and that the balance of power has shifted in our world. Is he referring to the BRICS Alliance?

#9: June 5th, 2015: “There Will Be A Reset of The Financial Industry.” The International Monetary Fund says the Chinese Yuan is no longer undervalued. This sets the stage for the Yuan to be recognized as a global reserve currency, something the U.S. Dollar (which is backed by war and oil) does not like.

#10: June 7, 2015: Deutsche Bank, one of the world’s largest banks, Co-CEO’s Jain and Fitschen resign. Two days later, German prosecutors raided the Bank’s headquarters in a criminal tax-fraud probe.

#11: June 15, 2015: China says the G-7 Summit in Germany was a “gathering of debtors.” They mean this literally as the Bretton Woods western financial system is based on debt. And in fact, the entire western financial system has been running illegally and is technically bankrupt. #12: June 17th, 2015 is quite the day with the next four stories all being reported at that time. Clearly, something is happening.

#13: June 17, 2015: Russia and China announced that all natural gas and crude oil sales between the two countries will now be done in Chinese Yuan (formerly the U.S. Dollar) and will be convertible into Russian Rubles. The U.S. Dollar hegemony is waning.

#14: June 17, 2015: The State of Texas has signed a bill that calls for the repatriation of their gold from the Federal Government. When asked what would happen if the government tried to steal back the gold, State Representative Giovanni Capriglione said this: There is a motto in the office of almost every state legislator in Texas, and it’s a flag that we have [from the Texas Revolution], it’s below a cannon and what the motto says is, “Come and Take it.”

#15: June 17, 2015: Greece’s Hellenic Parliament’s Debt Truth Committee released a report stating that the debt Greece “owes” is illegal, illegitimate and odious, according to international law. Further, they stated the IMF and ECB (European Central Bank) having illegally and knowingly imposed these illegitimate debts upon Greece and other nations. A direct call out to the global banking cartel.

#16: June 18th, 2015: Baron David de Rothschild has been indicted by a French court over financial fraud. French police have been ordered by the court to track down Baron. The Rothschild family has long been viewed as the family sitting atop the global financial ponzi scheme. Lawyer Antonio Flores told reporters, “it’s a real breakthrough moment for everyone involved.”

#17: June 18, 2015: In a 2-1 ruling, the 2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals says Bush era officials can be held liable for detaining innocent people after the 9/11 attack. Will this lead to some major arrests?

#18: June 19, 2015: While European leaders try to save face on the debt crisis, Greek PM Alexis Tsipras was in Russia and gave a speech at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum, stating that “the economic center of the planet has already shifted” and that new powers are playing an “important role on an economic and geopolitical level.” Now re-read story header number 8… BRICS, anyone? Oh, and Greece and Russia signed a €2 billion gas pipeline deal that day too, a strategic economic and geopolitical game-changer.

#19: July 5th, 2015: Greece votes “NO” to the creditors’ bailout offer. This is a massive stance for humanity that Greece just took against the banking elite. As of this writing, a “deal” has been reached but is expected to fall apart in the coming days. Kicking the can down the road does not solve the issue, but rather speeds up the revolution mindset of many frustrated Greek citizens. October is when many financial experts are saying that some fireworks are to be expected.

#20: July 7th, 2015: The BRICS Bank officially opens for business.

#21: July 8th, 2015: On this day, several strange events occurred. The NYSE was taken down for multiple hours, the Wall Street Journal was taken offline just after the stock exchange went down, United Airlines was forced to ground all of its flights nationwide due to computer “issues,” and 2,500 people losing power in Washington D.C. This whistle-blower journalist just wrote that his Pentagon sources said the Pentagon/BRICS Alliance took it down as a “dry run.”

#22: July 7th, 2015: Backing up one day we see that the hacking group Anonymous tweeted this on the evening prior to the stock exchange hack: Wonder if tomorrow is going to be bad for Wall Street… we can only hope. David Wilcock has previously written a detailed document stating that Anonymous is working with certain patriotic US Military forces to legally take down the banking elite. This aligns nicely with what the whistle-blower journalist, Benjamin Fulford, just wrote this week about the Pentagon and BRICS Alliance in the previous story.

#23: July 14th, 2015: Iran, China, Russia, France, Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. reach a historic deal on Iran’s nuclear program. Entire books could be written on the geopolitical, financial and technological implications of this move. There are also reports that the reality of this situation is that Iran has free energy technology and will be using this to help bring down the banking/political/oil industry elite. This would make sense as the strongest opponents to this deal have been Israel and its Prime Minister and several American politicians like the Bushes, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

#24: July 15th, 2015: Santa Cruz County votes to stop doing business with 5 major banks, including JP Morgan Chase, Barclays, Citigroup, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS. Watch this set off a chain reaction in those who will follow suit.

#25: August 11th, 2015: China (a very influential BRICS member) shocks the markets and the Wall Street banking cartel by devaluing the Yuan by 2%.

#26: August 12th, 2015: China throws a second punch and devalues the Yuan by another 1.6 %. Two explosions, which are being labeled as nuclear by some, went off in Tianjin, China just 1 day after the bold currency move. As of this writing, 4 explosions have taken place and are suspected as retaliation against the Chinese by the Wall Street banking cartel.

#27: August 13th, 2015: China devalues the Yuan for the 3rd consecutive day, down a total of 4.65%. As one financial expert wrote, this was “the haymaker.” In layman’s terms, China erased almost 5 years worth of “controlled appreciations” in 3 days. Thus, China (and the BRICS Alliance) just told Wall Street and Washington D.C./London, “we are in full control here and you will play ball by the rules.”

#28: August 14th, 2015: China once again shocked the world by announcing an updated total of the gold reserves, just 29 days after their last update. In the past, they have updated their reserve total only every 5 or 6 years. Clearly, a transition to the gold standard is at hand. This is the last thing the fiat-based U.S. Dollar and central banking cabal wants and can afford.

#29: August 24th, 2015: David Wilcock releases a new update stating that his inside sources are telling him the geopolitical situation playing out between the banking cabal and the BRICS alliance is reaching a crescendo.

#30: August 28th, 2015: North Korea and South Korea agree to hold peace talks as North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un said the agreement is a “landmark occasion” in the road to “reconciliation” and “trust.” Is the banking cabal’s influence over South Korea being dismantled? Its well known they have long controlled South Korea and have infiltrated their governance as a means to keep the two Koreas divided. Secondly, the more that unity and peace spreads, the quicker the cabal falls…and they know this.

#31: August 31st, 2015: In an article that I highly recommend, the author perfectly describes what China, Russia and the BRICS alliance are doing to the U.S. Dollar and thus to the banking cabal by China dumping billions of Dollars worth of U.S. Treasuries. #32: September 1st, 2015: Vladamir Putin drafts a bill aimed at eliminating, yes eliminating, the U.S. Dollar and Euro from trade between CIS countries, which includes Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and other countries of the former Soviet Union.

#33: September 3rd, 2015: Guatemala erupts in protests calling for the resignation of their President. He does resign and is jailed in connection to a corruption scandal.

#34: September 3rd, 2015: 34 Senators have committed to support the Iran nuclear deal, which again, is a huge blow to the cabal’s plans. In addition, Saudi Arabia’s King Salman visited Washington over the weekend and has given support to the deal as well. Saudi Arabia, who was once a strong ally to the Bush/Clinton/Israeli syndicate, has essentially turned its back on them.

#35: September 3rd, 2015: The Japan Bank for International Cooperation announced that it is in the process of turning to currency swaps in rubles (and NOT U.S. Dollars) with several large Russian banks. Remember that Japan was of the two (the U.S. was the other) notable nations that did not join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in late June. It seems as though major regime changes are taking place behind closed doors in Japan. Stay tuned.

#37: September 6th, 2015: Over 105,000 people, including union leaders and Labour Members of Parliament, have signed the petition to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for war crimes. Since the petition has reached over 100,000 signatures, the British Parliament must officially consider a debate on the situation.

#38: September 6th, 2015: Neil Keenan released a new update regarding the global collateral accounts and the stage of the game he and his team are at in legally bringing down multiple very large banks and bankers. For those that don’t know, the global collateral accounts are the single largest financial cover-up in the world to date and have been illegally used and abused by many different banking institutions, governments and corporations. These accounts have strong ties to the assassination of JFK and to 9/11. I cannot over-emphasize the importance of learning about the global collateral accounts and passing that information on to others. Neil has said that it is expected to be around and possibly before January 2016 that very large fireworks (a positive for humanity) take place involving, all the big banks and several governments and corporations. So last week I referenced a window for a possible RV opportunity was here and everything looked fantastic.

In fact the situation was almost predictable as to Iraq’s next steps. How can you help but see it if you have been following this saga all along.

We are now seeing coming to the surface openly all the issues they have been working on over the last year and why the RV has been held up. We are seeing statuses on them too, like a giant summary as if an end date is near and they are racing to the finish line.

They are down to the end of their timeframe to complete these reconciliation reforms I have referenced so many times already. This effort could not go on forever and this end had to come someday.

The WTO wants them as members and they are slotted to ascend to full member pending currency reform and tariff implantation. Remember it is always all about the $$$$. Having tariffs means a % goes to the WTO automatically through the software payment system. This could mean billions annually for the WTO. Having an  international currency means ease of trade and payments, but it also mean having the rate set in the exchanges where they need to reference it for conversion in the software system (referred to above). It is all interconnected.

So above I talked about two major elements. Let me give you what I believe it happening now and their next steps.

It is a long read today. Sorry I can not refresh you memory in all the details from the past to back up today’s news since this news letter today would be a book.

Today’s News

Today is Monday August 3rd and still we have no news of any RV.

If you have been following my news letters you know that I mentioned that at each month end, the government of Abadi is reviewed for progress on these RECONCILIATION REFORMS. We now know that there are 30 reforms and about 20 of them are done. The others are needed and we now truly know that currency reform is one of the needed reforms. We see the pressure building in all aspects of the economy. politics and security as to why it would be beneficial to complete the currency reform now. 

So later on during Sunday out pops yet more news of the importance of the needed laws to support this reconciliation effort. These are just not nice to have laws but are laws to back up, support and assist in the implementation of these reforms. So don’t let anyone of these so called “gurus” tell you otherwise.  These reforms are part of the agreement to allow Abadi to form the government a year ago. The government works for the people in a democracy and these reforms are what the people want. The government agreed to accomplishing them in order to take power. Since Maliki and any of his affliliates could not do the job over these last 8 years they decided to give someone else the power.

So as this article shows us - Why would Jubouri now be reaching out to the international community for assistance in how to enact or implement these needed reform laws?  Why now all of a sudden?  Why so much pressure?

He is being very specific naming three laws, these are three laws also included in the group of six laws I presented to you in my news letter yesterday. Do you remember that article?

So in two articles in back to back news media they are telling us something. People when we see this kind of media it is VERY IMPORTANT !  Wake up and pay attention!

These three laws (Amnesty Law, the National Guard & the Federal Court law) are very important and essential for Iraq to move forward. They are the key laws and if you been watching and reading you should know they are also the most controversial. Even Jubouri is coming right out in public and telling us this in today’s article so if you don’t believe me listen to him. It can’t be any more blatant than this folks.

I welcome all aspects of the news and I am very open minded. It is all important and it is all pieces to the puzzle. However I find it very hard to believe that many have discounted the passing of the needed laws (thus to fully support the reconciliation effort). But when you ask them then - If not the laws holding it back then what is the hold up?

Their response is always like a deer looking in the headlights at night. There is no answer. There can be no answer since they completely miss the boat. This piece to this saga is staring them right in the face, yet stubbornness or something else (?) compels them to ignore this reconciliation effort. Even when they do give you an answer listen to their tone of voice on these calls. Listen to the BS and the hesitation while they have to think and conjure up something to tell you.

So what is this element that prevents them from telling you the truth?
It is the misinformation being given to them to deliberately sidetrack them (and you) so that we (investors, mafia or other entities) can not watch the progress of these laws. Instead by not knowing that this is the key there continues to be a blank and a continuation of asking the same question over and over again. They are dumbfounding you each Monday morning as to where is the RV.

Now to put gasoline on the fire, these same sources are also telling them repeatedly this RV is going to happen any day and any minute. Do you now see why you are disappointed over and over again. This RV was never supposed to happen, Iraq is not yet ready.

So I am telling you this not to bash anyone in particular because this has been the dilemma in the intel all along in this dinar speculator/investment community. Very rarely does anyone want to give it straight and use their common sense and override the BS they are getting from their “secret” sources. This of course is exactly why these 3 letter agencies continue pumping this misinformation. They are masters at propaganda. This is their job. 

I am telling you the answer over and over again to this question of – What is stalling this RV?

I know the plan as it was detailed to me many months ago. Are you listening? Is anyone listening? All these aspects are interrelated and interconnected such as the needed reconciliation (or Erbil), security, banking and relations with neighboring countries. But our attention now should be on Abadi and the Reconciliation effort and its completion since we see these other areas there are no issues and are under control.

Shafaq News / The Speaker of the Parliament, Saleem al-Jubouri confirmed on Sunday on the need to take advantage of the experiences of a group of international partners in the legislation of the controversial laws among the political blocs, including a general amnesty and the National Guard and the Federal Court Act.

Jubouri said in a statement during a meeting with the President of the international partners group , Archie Kirkwood and his accompanying delegation, today, that "the Parliament need the expertise of international partners group in compromises among the political parties especially with regard to the legislation of important laws such as the General Amnesty , National Guard and the Federal Court, pointing the need to invest some efficient administrative capabilities as well as finding sections that helps the parliament in the process of enacting laws.
He said that the government institutions, including the Parliament in dire need to improve its efficiency so as to ensure upgrading performance, calling at the same time to the exchange of experiences between the two parties because of its positive effect for employees, whether at the functional level or Specialist level.

For his part, the partners delegation confirmed interest in providing consulting with regard to ensuring the perfect version for legislation important laws, and expand the horizons of cooperation in the training of cadres in the parliament and other state institutions.

[Customs and Tariffs]
I literally received hundreds of questions on this topic and so I will address it now.

Did the Customs and Tariff law get enacted?

YES, YES YES- Did I say YES? It positively did get enacted and is now in full force. Here are three articles telling us this is the case and the status. But it is not that simple. Let me explain.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF CUSTOMS PROCEED WITH THE APPLICATION OF TARIFF

A member of the parliamentary finance committee Masood Haider that the application of the customs tariff system for food and goods will be in the light of the budget law for 2015 will also be the imposition of taxes on airline tickets, cars and mobile phone companies to increase fiscal revenue of the country.

Haider that also noted the application of customs and tax system will cover all border crossings in the country, without exception, pointing to resolve the differences that existed between the central government and the Kurdistan region on this subject and to reach an agreement between the parties requires the application of the tariff system in all ports and confirmation of the provincial government on commitment so.

With regard to the imposition of taxes on airline tickets and cars between member parliamentary Finance Committee that deal with this topic it is up to the Ministry of Finance and the central government on the part of determining the amount of tax borne by the citizen and the portion borne by the biggest companies.

THE IMPACT OF APPLYING THE NEW TARIFF LAW-STANDSTILL FOR THE MOVEMENT OF GOODS IN THE PORT OF SHALAMJAH EAST OF BASRA

NEW TAXES ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND CIGARETTES AND PARLIAMENTARY FINANCIAL STRESSES: GOVERNMENT IS OBLIGED TO IMPLEMENT      

BAGHDAD / ... the parliamentary finance committee confirmed Sunday that the central government is committed to the application of financial taxes to be imposed on goods and alcoholic drinks and cigarettes in the country.

Said committee member Mohamed Abdel Kader's "Eye Iraq News", that "after the House of Representatives approve the adoption of the general budget of the country was one of the clauses impose financial taxes on goods and alcoholic beverages and cigarettes as he emphasized that the central government will stick to the application of those financial taxes."

"The reason for the delay in the implementation of central government taxes alcohol and cigarettes is a variation on the mechanism of the implementation of those taxes."

He said Abdul Qader "alcoholic beverages and cigarettes taxes have been agreed upon by the parliamentary finance committee and then later raised to the central government to implement such taxes."

Now that you know more about the tariffs than most let review what impact this may have on the RV.

First let me say now that you know (it has been confirmed) that the government did in fact impose these new custom and tariffs on August 1st as they announced they would. 

Secondly let me say they must be enacted and implemented by each individual providence. Remember it is now a decentralized government down to the provincial level much like the USA and statehood.

The providences already stated (weeks ago) they will need additional funding in order to do so. Most have not yet received this funding so how will they abide by the new law?

Thirdly, the other issue is also the citizens themselves. Heavy crowds gathered in protest of these new taxes when implemented. This I am hearing is minimal impact since they already have the RV rate in payments on their cards for July and will get the same for August soon. So anyone telling you this is causing extreme pressure to RV is totally incorrect. Remember you can never please everyone and so there will always be a group of citizens apposing any new taxes, even if beneficial for Iraqi’s economy.

So I am hearing the rollout of these new taxes is slow and so far the impact is MINIMAL thus the pressure to RV is minimal impact also, but only for now.

So did you read these 4 articles?

So having read them now ask yourself this question- Why no RV as of yet? We know they need it for the implementation of the tariffs.

IT IS BECAUSE THE TARIFFS ARE IMPLEMENTED TOO EARLY!
They implemented the tariffs based on a plan to complete other needed events on a timeline but this did not happen. Oh but what are these needed events?

THEY ARE THE NEEDED LAWS TO ENACT TO COMPLETE THE RECONCILIATION EFFORT !
They need to complete this so they could RV their currency prior to the tariff implementation. This obviously did not happen. Since they pulled the plug on the tariffs now twice already they were not going to do it again. Can they delay the RV much longer due to the tariffs? Will the WTO now put pressure on the USA to compromise somewhat and let the RV go?

This was a strategic decision from Abadi from pressure from the WTO and in return he is putting more pressure on parliament. This very evident from these recent articles. Parliament needs  to get their butts moving  to enact these needed laws to conclude this reconciliation process to satisfaction, as agreed to a year ago. Did I mention the Maliki element and influence from the Dowa party. So you also have this negative element blocking progress where they can.

People I am telling you Abadi is a brilliant politician. He is playing a game of chess and trying to move the pieces around the board. As outsiders this can be confusing to follow and just when you think you know it all they change the game. So when they do this JUST STICK TO THE FACTS – go back to what you already know as proven facts and go from there. I have done this over and over again. I almost can now predict their next move on the chess board. We can now see the reaction to the Tariffs. Four articles on Tariffs in the last couple days?  Come on people wake up THIS IS IMPORTANT ! Something important is going on. 

Update on Iraqi Decentralization of Powers

Okay now that we covered the tariffs let me review what is happening in the decentralization efforts. Is this important for an RV.  YES, YES – did I say YES?

It is part of the reconciliation effort. They can not conclude this effort without meeting the standards of decentralization as outlined in their constitution. The USA and UN have said over and over again that they must FULLY IMPLEMENT THEIR CONSTITUTION prior to getting back full international status of their currency. So here is an update on their plan in these two articles that follow.

Are we close to completion. HELL YES ! The deadline is August 6th. Will they meet this deadline or will they extend it out?

So the first article is telling us that they are having a BIG meeting in the council of ministers chambers and what they are talking about. They are going to decide if they will give the decentralization effort another 3 months to complete. It was written while the meeting was being held. Are you reading this any differently? I could be wrong. Some say they already gave them a 3 month extension.

The second article is telling us they did in fact give a 3 month extension.

What impact does this have on our RV?
It is hard to tell since we do not know the extent of what is left to do. They decide they can clean up the rest of the transfer as long as the rest of the needed laws are enacted. I will be keeping on top if this.

But my guess is we may (I said may) be waiting yet at least another 3 months ( mid November) for any chance of an RV (based purely on this effort). Remember also every month they give a report card progress report to parliament on the reconciliation effort.  But like I said above - What about the pressure from the tariffs? What will this pressure bring us? Lots going on here.

New 50k bank Notes

How can they implement these without the completion of the project to delete the zeros?

We have heard from Iraqi economic experts themselves in many articles telling us they will FACE MASSIVE INFLATION if they issue these notes. Remember these notes are not for the general public and we are told they will remain as legal tender even after the project to delete the zeros is completed. They are to be used mostly in commercial transactions of purchased with very large price tags.

The article below is an old article and the “early next month” mentioned is early August, this month and we are now inside this window. So we can see the plan. But remember just because it’s a plan does not mean they will follow through completely with it. Remember the article talks mainly about PRINTING and not so much about distribution and use of the notes. This I suspect will come out later this month when they plan to distribute and use them.

to you) with oil, futures, bonds, etc. … because the Iraq banks cannot move money to USA banks right now until they are Article 8 compliant." Said: "How was the 30% of The Budget used at an unknown rate to us to accomplish that much and locked up the other 70% in a cave........ Do the same with the 70% NOW !!!"
They are … there is no confusion … they just don’t tell you everything all at once.

FRANKS RESPONSE: SAID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMF loans are like the USA BUDGET ......... [You] ONLY [see the US budget from month to month] … enough for one month at a time. Because there is an ....... EXPECTATION of not needing many more [money] of them to get by before the RI/RV. Confusion is a state of mind that did not study with us as You took notes.

How much did they give them. I think it was around 700 Billion. In the time that Iraq sneezes … it will go thru that much money. It sounds like a lot … but Iraq needs about 70 TRILLION a month just to run their country.

That’s insane … because they didn’t print that much. They are using new numbers. Why did the IMF give them that money? It’s only to help them finish the month of April. Let’s see what they do in May.
