1. The Paris Agreement (that contains the GCR) has been implimented. The IMF made the announcement in Iraq over the weekend. Websites such as the UN are showing the GCR.

2. Large traunchs of monies have been transferred since a week ago last Mon Oct. 31 2016.

3. Paymasters out West have all been paid.

4. Everyone is waiting for the Tier 4 (Internet Group) to go.

5. Zim redeemers will be exchanged first.

6. On Sat. Nov. 5 2016 bonds were out. Last night the bonds went on sale and will conclude around midnight tonight.

7. After Iraq gets paid and the lower denominations are out, we get paid.

The Round 1 exchange will proceed, but if Hillary gets in Round 2 could be delayed by six months or a year.

As for the election, if the race is close, cabal hackers will be able to "flip" the result if it isn't what they want.  Dave predicts Hillary will win the election, but there is a blessing in disguise.  Hillary being in office will put a spotlight on her and her whole corrupt system that has the ability to expose it all.  Dave doesn't think Hillary will make it to the inauguration. 

Dr. Steve Pieczenik has been an inside man in Intelligence for 25 years.  He put out three short youtube videos and he was recently on Infowars with Alex Jones.  Dr. Pieczenik states there has been a coup going on inside the american intelligence community that are the white hats really wanting to end the corruption.  They have said the Clintons are corrupt as you can get.  They have been giving all this information to Wikileaks.  "This is so serious, we are in the middle of America's Second Revolution."  They have all the evidence needed to put Bill and Hillary into prison. 

They are going to do everything they can so that Hillary won't make it into office.  Impeachment or other charges will be brought against her.  Obama is aware of all that is going on and has been covering it up.

Guru BWM:   my biggest struggle with this has been the idea that this is all iraq now... it's not and the fate of the economical balance hangs in the future of this going on... so while it should/could have been resolved months ago understand that every country has pinned their hopes on this helping them IMO.  some may want to point to that date based on the G20 meetings and some other factors... there are several other issues that need to be resolved before then that should lead to us seeing it before then... The dealers are not in contact with any federal alerts or communications. The government agencies only track purchases of any currency in large quantities. I have the cell phone of two local dealers, and chatted with both of them an hour ago. Both have plenty of dinar and are never restricted to sell. The only time they are not able to sell if they are out of Dinar from their local wholesalers.

The next we will hear the government is blocking out all dinar sites. This was tried in march and was deemed a joke by all.

IMO … countries are interested in doing business with Iraq … and Iraq is paying them … maybe the IMF is paying them … the international world is doing business with Iraq … and they are paying for their goods.  WHOA!  Do you understand that?  Are you with me?  Are you listening?  IMO -- if that is true … if the international world is gaining confidence with Iraq and the new ministers working with Abadi.  Do you think the WTO and World Bank is watching?  Are they impressed?  Can they pay their own bills? Humm.
 
A week ago, Sunday at 3:03 am Iraqi time … there was the “start” of the operations of Mosul … but I would say it was also the start of international business because they were put on a WHITE LIST.
 
I believe that this TRANSITIONAL RATE that is being used … (not in front of our eyes, nor the CBI … because by law, they would have to tell you they are) … is being used … to bring in these goods.
 
Remember … within 10 business … (normally 30) … there would be some needed info passed to the IMF or in increase in the rate to qualify with what they are doing within their budget.
 
May I suggest … there may be a SWAP … not of currency … but of an EXCHANGE RATE … within the SwiftNet system.
 
IMO -- the SwiftNet is a using a derivative … (we think) … within the next 10 days … to do a CURRENCY SWAP with the rate of the IQD against … (possibly) a basket of currencies.

Please remember … the CBI … does NOT have to tell you anything.  They do NOT owe you an explanation whatsoever.  It should be so.
 
Delta sends his regards and love.  He sends his patience.  He studies the CBI website for us … reads every article … interrupts them.  He pays attention to the spreadsheet … shows key numbers … projected rates … but some fields are blank.  Projected rates show 14 to 15 cents … but the 2016 is blank.  Now, some are no longer variables … they are now derivatives.  So many things … and all before November.
 
We believe the Abadi and Saleh are sending confirmations/documentations to the IMF within the 10 days that we talked about --- which are coming to a close … all BEFORE November.  IMO --- all an indication of their financial reform.

IMO -- each member of the IMF needs verification … before any change in rate … to be completed before November.

IMO – that includes a rate change … that deals with contract goods.

The letter to the IMF lets each member within the IMF knows of the rate.  The IMF cannot finalize the agreement with Iraq until they see documentation.

I told you, I don’t think we’ll ever see 1 to 1.  They might surprise us all with the international rate when it does come out.  In the ‘70’s and ‘80’s, it used to be around $2.80.  When Saddam took over, it was over $3 … and the Gulf Currency is launching around $2.60 to $2.70 … which is a fair number to start at.

We believe that the IMF may meet on the 7th of November to see if Iraq completed all they needed to do … but IMO … meetings are ongoing now.   The CBI will not be involved in any of this because they can keep a secret.

Please understand derivatives I’m not going to be your math teacher.  IMO -- variables that are now derivatives.

Mosul is still with/without the liberation … but the IMF does not care about Mosul. 

The IMF is in business to make money with Iraq.  There is no profit at a program rate.
 
The IMF does not care about 2017. 

IMO – the MR consists of the RI … and that is for the IMF.

The international world which consists of the Economic Reforms … which is the RV --- (which is not a part of the IMF).

I believe that the RI is for the IMF which is part of the MR. 

The RV is for the international investors.

This will be the FINAL letter to the IMF within these 10 days. 

It will give the IMF a good idea of when Iraq will raise the value of their currency.

Give us Fallujah … and you have the ECONOMIC REFORMS.

Give us Mosul … and you have the MONETARY REFORMS.

IMO -- I believe that we are within 1 to 2 clicks outside of Mosul. 

Therefore, we are very close to the center. 

Right now it is the Kurds Army that surrounds Mosul … that is exactly the way it should be.

The most important thing about Mosul right now is … the “CENTER.”

The CENTER … if all of Iraq was like a bulls-eye … I believe that the center of Mosul is the bulls-eye itself.

The bulls-eye of Mosul … contains the MR and the ER.  (Monetary Reform and the Economic Reform).

Do you remember that the CBI website told ALL of the banks in Iraq to prepare themselves – to stop using the USD in the first part of next year (2017) … remember that?
 
The CBI doesn’t talk that often … but when they do … especially now … they are passing along some amazing information … IMO.

The Rasheed Bank stated last week that they are adopting a new system to transfer money inside and outside of Iraq. 

Well … a country that is slapped with charters that restricts them … does not have the privileged to send their worthless money into an international environment – that’s why they are in sanctions. 

Chapter VII … has been a slow evolution.

Now the Rasheed says they are going to adopt a new system. 

Do you know what that system is? 

It’s called the IBAN (IBN) International Banking Network … which are codes … that you can’t read … codes that are necessary for Iraq’s currency to go into the international theatre. 

These are codes/routing numbers … will be used by Iraqi banks … works hand in hand with the SwiftNet system. 

Do you think Iraq qualifies for something this? 

Well, behind closed doors … I guess they do.  

They haven’t done it yet, but they have been telling the citizens this in the news. 
   
The Transitional Rate is bringing in the number … the variables … the derivatives … of their budget … IMO.

Iraq asked for the budget, didn’t they?

Mosul is about 80-90% done.
 
There is NO STOPPING the Monetary Reform.  

The timing may frustrate you, but I think the timing is brilliant.

I believe that you know that the IMF is going to give them the 2nd loan … and IMO … there is something that is coming with it.   And all before November, huh?

I believe that the evidence of this documentation, along with the derivatives … along with the currency swap … along with the SDR … have all been delivered … and all on time.

IMO – they are doing everything on time.

IMO – the IMF has received the letters from Iraq, and now the IMF knows what Iraq is going to do with their Transitional Rate.  I believe we will need this final week to be introduced to Mosul. 

The CENTER of Mosul … to me … is like the bulls-eye target!

In effect … pushing the terrorists into the center.

The Citizens have been an amazing help … flags on homes … flyers … scared ISIS.

ISIS is killing their own commanders … and these “squeeze plays” were used on them in the center of Mosul. 

Yesterday the Iraq leaders didn’t even talk about Mosul … but today, they did. 

We believe that this “pattern” … which will back-up what I’m trying to tell you about the center of Mosul.

IMO … the CENTER of MOSUL is the MONETARY REFORM!

ALL OF THESE ARE FROM ARTICLES …

#1 – “Intense artillery bombardment on DAASH sites … near the CENTER of Mosul.”

#2 – “Within 1 week … troops captured 74 towns … restored to the CENTER of Mosul.”

#3 – “It’s time for the Iraqi Army to proceed with the 2nd phase … advance to the CENTER of the city.”

#4 – “Peshmerga fulfilled their duties … declared victory on the outskirts.”

#5 – “Abadi … only Iraqi Army will be allowed to step into the CENTRAL part of Mosul.”

#6 – “Counterterrorism entered the village … within 15km of the CENTER of Mosul.”

All of these articles from TODAY … is not a coincidence family.  It’s a pattern.

#7 – “Coinciding the victories of the CENTRAL area of Mosul.”  -- (this is the article that was running around the Internet).

#8 – “… Chairman announced an ENCIRCLEMENT of Mosul.”

#9 – “… advance to the city CENTER.”

#10 – “the intelligent grounds on the bridges and streets are saying the organization withdrew … approached the liberation of the CENTER of the city of Mosul.”

Who talks like this?  Your conference calls.

It’s important that we (USA) doesn’t go in there (Mosul).
 
The Peshmerga gets the credit.   (Arab victory)

With ISIS killing itself … this last week of October … is going to be very interesting.

IMO – planting the Iraqi flag in the CENTER of Mosul … would coincide with the monetary reform.

Meanwhile, parliament finance says they have read the budget.

Do they have to read it a 2nd and 3rd time?  See what happens next week.

Oil prices have paused temporarily in lieu of the budget.

Elder88 made a post #157 … he said “WOW!  I just wanted to relay it this way … this is what we have already been hearing from F26, but in less words.”

What is he talking about?  The article that came out … a lot of us were shocked … but the words were just what we wanted to hear.

May I suggest that we have been expecting this, haven’t we family?

Delta … I called him … told him about the article … and WS and I saw it late last night … but WS said “no.”

We had Delta investigate it … Delta found it in Arabic … and said it’s was a legit source.  It was actually from a newspaper that a lot of journalists that live outside of Iraq send their articles too.  They don’t really live inside of Iraq.  They live in the US and throughout Europe.  The site itself is legit according to Delta. 

The article had been put together … kinda like Frankenstein (one piece at a time) … but it contains 2 separate things – that were not Frankenstein.  If you go back to 2003, you will see some of the words that were used in articles – you know, like they were getting ready to raise the value of the IQD. 

#1 – the articles is saying there is an independent source in the CBI that is telling them this.  (info leaked).  Can you keep a secret family?  Sometimes it’s hard.  Perhaps the CBI talked to this journalist .  The article also talked about Chapter VII.  We continued to study it.  It basically what Dr. Shabibi said before he was kicked out by Maliki and Obama.  Just because it has parts from 2003, does NOT make it any less viable.

The RECENT LIFTING?  (That’s what the IMF wanted them to do with the auctions, etc.)

WS and I didn’t want to put this article out because it was being abused by other guru’s.  We wanted to study it further … and it was treated well on our forum in thought/opinions.

This article cannot be dismissed.

Caution upon caution … I pray that you are now satisfied with it.

We will probably not see any more information presented next week … only meetings to sign-off the monetary reform.

First it's March of 16, then June, then Sept then Oct 3 then the 10th and then maybe Dec 1 and now April of 17....

I have no problem when gurus come out with their predictions. We all listen and use our discernment to figure out what to believe.

My disappointment in Dr. Clarke stems from the fact that came out so definitive, so authoritative, like he had some kind of inside track to the plan and actually had knowledge of the inner workings of the decisions being made at the top.

Clearly I was one of the people who "fell" for this and I believed everything that he said.

I'm just so tired of all the BS and hype surrounding this. We have all had stress introduced into our lives because of no RV. Our credibility with loved ones is just one in a sting of casualties related to this investment.

I for one am going to take a break from the boards and check in once in a while to see what's up. I love all you people. The rooms and the conversations show how wonderful you all are. But I gotta focus my energies into something that will pay off for me and my family in the SHORT term.

Aclogan, I would suggest you don't purchase any more Dinar since it has been so overly produces. I would suggest you purchase Dong you will get a far better return on the Dong then the Dinar and the Dong is a recognized international currency already. If anything goes wrong with this RV you can still cash out your Dong and not take a loss on what you paid not so with the Dinar. You can also purchase Dong from your bank.

Why when a Guru is soooo certain of a date, that ultimately sails right on by without a blip suddenly sees the clarity the "real" date is 6 months away? Did you not know Mosul was a mess, HCL not passed, Iraq still corrupt or US elections take place this Nov. on Sept 30??

Dr.'s April prediction shows he really has no idea when this will happen. April or September have always been the fall-back months as those months are traditionally/ historically when IQD changes value.

If I proclaimed in 2013 we would be RV-less in late 2016 nobody would have believed it. If you think all the crap Iraq has to do will be done in 6 months just look at history. If HRC wins I don't think it will happen during her reign at all so everybody better get used to thinking 2021. Sounds crazy but a 2016 RV back in 2012 would have sounded equally crazy.

Dr. - just for "Entertainment" as you say - I and many others would like to know what made you so certain of your past dates.

This is hardly "Entertainment" for many who hung their hopes on your words for the last 10 months.

This is such a massive transition, which I think of more as a GFR versus a GCR - a Global Financial Restructuring - regarding the BRICS alliance, AIIB and China now within the IMF ranks, just to name a few.... Is the April date based on logic or was it a date which was discussed during the meetings? Do you personally feel that it will take this long or do you think they will come back with a different plan?
Do you feel that Vietnam will have a new rate earlier than April, and, if so, what is your best guess as to that date.

While I am usually a "proofer," your "opinions" line up almost identically with a friend of mine who has proven extremely wise in these matters. She told me that everything will "lock into place" around election time but things wouldn't be quite done until spring time due to volatility in the area and that the rates would not be the kind that makes *everyone* instant millionaires. While she didn't give me any proof either, she has never been wrong in these kinds of things in the 9-10 years I've known her.

While I normally would've passed your info by since it didn't have "proof" (just being honest), this made me take another look. Two of your posts on schedule updates have lined up with hers (which I heard before reading yours) and even the outside factors did. I am positive you are not her and that she does NOT read DU, so I feel there is something to this. So keep in touch with everyone. I'm truly curious if there is something to this alignment of ideas.

Amen, Amen, and Amen!!! This is the post I have been waiting to read to set my spirit free. There really should not be anymore debate period regarding where we stand in this venture, because we all have been blessed with sound reason, and this fantastic post should be as plain as can be. God I love this man and thank Dinar Recaps for allowing the truth to hit this site. Folks everyone take heed of all the good advice in this post, and do not count on this "speculation of re-valuation" to turn you into a millionare, but maybe it will be a nice return on investment. Get busy looking elsewhere for income, plain and simple!!!!!

You know, lost in the shuffle, speculation and hype is that some of us are very sick. There will be no other source of income, no other potential (apart from the miraculous intervention of God) for desperately needed medical care. In such instances, one does wind up inordinately searching for hope. Pathetic, huh?

I agree that very few will become millionaires with the dinar, but might make a nice profit. If you are looking for the dinar to solve your financial issues you may be disappointed. You need to diversify and quit reading the blogs everyday. Get out and enjoy life.

Ok Dr. Clarke, here are my questions (as D.R. didn't post my other one)
1. Can we go to Iraq and exchange? As there seems to already be an in country rate change.

2. Before, when they have pulled the wool over our eyes, then pulled out the rug, we had the twitter campaign, which was the only thing that seemed to work against them, now Obama has given away the internet to the UN, so will we be able to do the tweeting again? And did they make us think the rv was coming to smooth us over until after Oct. 1?

3. Are the corrupt politicians trying to get out of office before they let this go and they get found out?

Nearly every Intel provider has called it daily for years I don't think anyone has ever put you in the same boat. And if anyone Compares you to any other Intel provider than they're just an idiot.

Dear Dr. Clarke, to be honest I was not surprised with your blog post today. After taking the blame for people dying, buying currency they could not afford, and just about every other BLAME the Dr. method.

I will also just add that I have wondered WHY anyone would want to provide intel to the masses. Yes, there are far more wonderful people in the world than the negative nellies.

So, taking you for your word that you only meant to help, and provide information that you (they) may have as a whale (group), I would like to THANK YOU.

Second, I see that you have posted from today on for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

QUESTION: If you are posting for entertainment purposes only, are you saying that everything you say is rhetorical? Of no purpose?

Third, you stated that the Vietnamese Dong is READY.

QUESTION: If the Vietnamese Dong is ready, is it your understanding that the only thing that is holding it up is for it to go at or close to the same time as the Iraq Dinar?

Fourth, at appears that a lot of your focus is from the political (USA, Iran, Russia, etc.) standpoint.

QUESTION: Is it your opinion that the TRIGGER for the release of the Dinar and/or Dong is based on everyone and all countries being stable (i.e., the ones you listed and a few more).

QUESTION: If we are waiting for STABLE political position with the USA and some foreign nations, are you alluding in your April time frame that a NEW PRESIDENT for the USA is required of this?

Dr. Clarke, you state you and your friends are whales and there are some WHALES who are stating they are liquid, and have exchanged fully.

QUESTION: Recognizing that their are many players in this currency exchange (countries, foundations, governments, churches, not for profits, etc.), is it your opinion that their is a TIER system, and if so what is the TIER system for rollout that you have heard?

You explain the steps that many are looking for with Iraq (i.e., Mosul, HCL, budget, etc.) and in your timeframe you suggest that December 2016 should see resolution to all of these issues.

QUESTION: If Iraq has Mosul, budget is published, and HCL implemented in December do you see the potential for Iraq to also move into the ANYTIME and ANY MINUTE as of completion of those steps? Or, are you leaning more to the side of the political unrest to be stabilized and the New President of the USA to be seated in the White House before?

I know, a lot of questions and thoughts and ultimately I do thank you and send you my condolences on the treatment you received at the hands of many. If there is one thing each of us needs to remember, it is: WE are responsible for our own actions, and the BLAME game just never cuts it.

Dr. Clarke, I do not know you and you are reading a long winded post from a Canadian. I do however understand that you have been treated poorly by many.

I'm just listening and reading, waiting my time! I know this is soon to happen, at least I hope. My faith is not in the RV but in the Resurrection so it doesn't matter if this thing goes or not. Some people have already gone to rest, hopefully in the Lord. This is all that is important. If this RV happens in our lifetime then so be it. It may make life easy or not. It may become more complicated than any of us expected. So be careful what you wish for, it could come to past. Thanks Dr. Clark for you "logic" and input. I've been at this now for 11 years, so what will 6 months matter?

It is obvious that based on his speculation, he assumed on certain dates. Let's be grateful to his effort to give us updates even after some bad comments that was posted. Dear Dr. Clarke,

I REALLY hope you read my post. I have followed you since day one. I've read and re-read all of your posts and STILL regard you as the ONLY credible source of "information" regarding what seems to some a never ending saga. I want you to know that "I" get you - I "understand you" perfectly and probably more clearly than most.

I also want you to know that I read all 180 comments from your previous post. I also calculated positive vs. negative comments and the positive comments BY FAR exceed the negative. It's just a shame that SO many people can read but not understand or comprehend what hey read. I know as most others know that you never "promised" a September date. You simply said that there were 2 "probabilities", September and December. At the time you felt the September date was more "probable". You also clearly stated that it was contingent upon "other" factors.

Well obviously the "other factors" occurred and that's CERTAINLY not your fault. The bashing that occurred really was quite horrible and absolute evidence that some people just don't get it. It was TOTALLY uncalled for as well a comment by a certain guru/non guru/turned article reporter/constant basher/constant back patter - yeah YOU know who I'm talking about. Shame on you ! ! !

I also understand todays post clear as a bell. I say let the lemmings follow the "logical" path. I choose to follow and believe in your "illogical" approach and always will. I've been involved in this endeavor since 2008 and KNOW just how far "logic" gets you. There is NOTHING logical about this.

I will probably be bashed by certain people too but it's ok as I KNOW there are many MANY more who get it - who understand and who can actually comprehend what you have written. I also feel your apology was totally unnecessary and unfortunately opened the gates for all of the bashers out there.

Wake up people - Mr. Clarke IS the best source of information out there.

Dr Clarke, I am also one that is glad to see whenever you post. Many are quick to complain if they are not told what they would like to hear. Although it is disappointing to have gone past our day or week that just passed we must hang in there. Entertainment or otherwise please keep coming around.

One question that perplexes me is whether or not this is up to Iraq or some outside source. Also, if things were to speed up could it happen sooner than April?

As a young boy, my sister took my mother’s check book and bought me and my other brothers and sister candy from the corner store. My mother punished all of us and I still remember the punishment over 40 years later. Dr. Clark I don’t know you, but I enjoyed your Intel. It seems to me that you have allowed the people that really didn’t appreciate your sacrifice make it bad for the people that did. As a senior pastor, I answer my critics by helping the ones that need me the most. I can’t afford to punish the ones that need hope and my help. Dr. Clark, when you have people that are hanging on to your every word, sometimes things don’t turn out the way they should; but giving up on people that trust you is not the answer. I apologize for every person that caused you pain by their hurtful words. We need you and hope you can find it in your heart to do what’s right for the people that hoped in your every word.

We now seem to have 3 large players in this plethora of blogs:
1.Mt Goat - follow the articles but only the "reliable" ones!. Time line - now till early 2017. Concedes Iranian Rial will RV but not talking about Dong
2. Dr Clark - "the man" until recently. He laughed at "those" that said probably by April 2017 but has now joined them - ie all laws etc must be done. He does , however, feel, Dong will go this year ( as does Vietnam, if you care to recall what the Finance Minister said). he doesn't like Iran or their currency.
3. Frank26 & KTFA - poor guy gets basically no comments yet his posts are well constructed & he has real intel. He feels by end 2016 & gives good reasons why. He knows the Dong is "hot" but not when it will go.
The rest are really simply musing & could be removed from the sites as they contribute nothing. Sorry but these guys above are really neck & neck in the race to see who will be remembered for the 15 minutes after the currencies revalue. Wouldn't it be wonderful if these 3 could have a "presidential" debate on why they are right!

Great layout of the facts as they are known to date, Dr. Clarke.
The takeaway from this dinar debacle is that this is NOT an investment. Dinar is a pure speculation but with a limited downside.
Could you lose money on the dinar you've purchased? Sure, but it isn't likely you would lose very much. Unlike the worthless ZIM. The ZIM smelled like a con from day one and I've avoided buying any.

The second takeaway is that there are far more reliable ways to "earn" a fortune. And, buying dinar is not in the same category of earning money by dint of hard work and smart thinking.

Just for example, I've easily invested 10X the cash I spent on dinar inventing a device that produces crystalline healing water. Besides restoring health the hydrogenated water accelerates the growth of plants by three to five times.

So, the takeaway for me is to GET A LIFE AND DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE with your time and money.
For me, the satisfaction of inventing something that produces unlimited clean energy with life-changing health benefits far outweighs dabbling in dinar. Dillon

Would you please answer Beverly's questions? And, are you still of the opinion that we should view this investment's release & timing with an "illogical" perspective -- although perhaps now moved farther into the future? It wouldn't make sense to me that anyone would announce when any country's "revalue" is going to happen as doing so would cause major chaos in the currency markets. What's "logical" about that???

Stop whining and complaining. What did you expect Dr Clarke to say? First off, he had the guts to come out and say that he and his group were WRONG! Gut check #1.

That's not easy to do. Admit to the general public that you are wrong. Men of honor will always admit when they are wrong or made a mistake.

Buying foreign currency is a gamble...period! You all knew that from the start. If you believe that Iraq is in full control of their currency reevaluation; then you are clueless. Iraq and
Kuwait are completely different animals for different reasons in relation to their currency evaluations.

The Truth 1:

The Dinar Community always talks about the truth. The truth, just give us the truth. The truth is this:

Look at the history of Iraq. You all know the story. Now, Iraq is trying to pull themselves up by the bootstraps and get back into the international community with no restrictions. And, to date, they have done a pretty good job. Abadi has done a great job of moving them forward while Maliki took them backwards.

Bottom line...the IMF, UN along with other 3 letter communities will NOT allow Iraq back into the community until EVERYTHING is done! And you can bet you butt, that the committee responsible for overseeing this aspect will NOT give the final permission until everything is complete and the situation in the ME is right. You see, these folks are immune to the pressure of pushing that permission button. They don't care about you are me. They don't care about pressure from other governments. Their job is to ensure it's done right and that it will be a success and NOT a failure. Their is too much riding for a country (like Iraq) to fail. They won't let it happen. And they will wait as long as it takes for everything to be absolutely right.
That means that if April doesn't show many improvements, they will continue to extend the timeline. Gut check #2.

This is probably why Dr Clarke ended up being wrong on the September date. The committee simply reviewed everything and determined that Iraq is not ready yet and the political climate is not conducive for a reevaluation just yet. So, they changed the timeline and extended it.

The Truth 2:

The articles you read do NOT tell the complete story. And, they never will. Make no mistake about it. Countries DO NOT
advertise their monetary moves. Not Kuwait, Swiss, French or Japan. None of them. Neither will Vietnam; and they are international and can revalue anytime they want.

Articles are designed to give you some BASIC knowledge. While others are there to deceive you and throw you off track.

Why you ask? Again, countries do NOT advertise their monetary moves. Way, way too much money could be lost if a government let the community know in advance. It could and would cost a country billions and trillions of dollars as corporations, companies, citizens, foreign entities and investment houses were to hedge their "bets" on these currencies. When the Dinar reevaluates, it will be with no notice and the world will be expecting it. No one article will show you the way on this. It's going to be secret. It MUST be secret down to the point when the decision is made and it shows up on the currency screens. People who shove articles down your throat will get caught by surprise just as YOU will. Gut check #3.

The Dinar Community has taken on a life of it's own along with these groups. They want your money, your time, your "hits" on their sites. Make your own deal and figure it out. There is enough information out there. I will say right now that there are a few dinar gurus (FEW) that are out there to help. Figure it out who they are. It's not hard.

Alternate realities like NASARA and the Cabal are just a lot of BS. Ya all need to figure this out! If you are hanging on every article, every call and every blog chat, you will loose your sanity. Get a life! You deserve it. Gut check #4

Thanks for your writings. Honestly, I did not believe your September prediction. I just thought that Iraq was not ready and they still has more to get done before "they" would give them permission to pull the trigger.

Again, thanks so much for the time you (all) pour into giving a slew of strangers a treasure trove of much-desired insight (not to mention inspiration).

As I ponder it all I wonder thusly: If major problem(s) defeat the planned "window" each and every time the IQD value is to be substantially increased, how is it to be done? At what point, if any, will the desired outcome outweigh the difficulties/tragedies at hand? Putting natural disasters to the side, is it realistic to believe there will ever be a sufficiently untroubled time frame where there is a "plan?"

Perhaps this question is nonsensical, but in your opinion is it possible to make a virtually lightning-fast change that would preempt opposition? And if so, do you think it would ever be attempted?

RayRen:  Good afternoon, superfantastic TNT family!  Today is Friday, October 7, 2016, yours truly RayRen98 here.  This call should be even shorter than the last one!  There is no brand new intel to give you;  we are still on schedule so far as I know.  Everything should be done by Wednesday of next week, although we can see it any time up to that day.  Iraqi cards should be funded.

Banks thought they would see us yesterday;  some folks had appointments and attempted to exchange but it would not grow through. They are going back the first of the week.  Some with appointments today, but we haven’t heard from them yet.  Supposedly some private exchanges have taken place – haven’t confirmed those.  We should be realizing some of that activity based on where we are in the grand scheme of things.  I had expected to be hearing about private exchanges, so I’m not surprised to be hearing that.  I know the banks were expecting to see a LOT of us yesterday.  Some banks are bringing people in to talk, and suggesting they bring in their currency to exchange.

One or two of my sources have dried up, and I’m assuming that they have concluded their business and now have to keep quiet.  You can infer a lot from what a person doesn’t say.  If they say they will report back after their exchange, and they don’t report back, what with NDAs… that may be an indicator.  I’m okay with just knowing we are in the window still.

RayRen:  That didn’t happen, to the best of my knowledge… or at least not yet. They were not given any reasons, but that might not matter after today.

RayRen:  I said the same thing on Wednesday, that it will go any time from now until next Wednesday, according to the information I have.   It’s not an exact science.

Caller:  How are people exchanging without rates?

RayRen:  Banks have the rates on their screens, and some have accepted lower rates in order to have earlier exchanges… or that is what I believe.

601 caller:  I’ve been sending you emails for 3-4 weeks.  I bought currency without my spouse’s knowledge, and we are thinking of divorce.  I think you told one lady that you have information hat might help her with that situation. Can you give me the same?

RayRen:  I guess we can work that out.  I didn’t realize there were so many potential breakups – lots of people sending me emails.  I missed yours or didn’t have time to respond.  How about you call me when it’s convenient to you.  I’ll send you my number.

409 caller:   We are 85 miles east of Houston;  do you know of any exchange places betwwen Beaumont and Houston?

RayRen: Any bank that is exchanging foreign currency will (at the proper time) probably exchange your currency.  If/when we put out the 800 numbers, they will tell you where to go.  In any case, call the banks in your area to find out if they do foreign currency exchange, without mentioning dinar or dong. If they do, they’ll probably exchange you once this pops.  Also ask if they verify it on site.  The banks that say Yes will be the bans that you start with, even if you call the 800 number.  “You better shop around…” This is your financial future!

Caller:  [Appreciation]

RayRen:  As long as your mentality is ‘pay it forward’, that’s pay enough for me.  Provide the opportunity for others to learn what you have learned here.  I heard from a person the other day who went into the bank, and ‘based on what you guys have been teaching us, I felt 100% in control the whole hour and a half I was there.”  They didn’t get the exchange done, but made a further appointment. This story tells me that this person will be ready when RV time comes.  We are talking, sharing and teaching;  when it happens, we will have that information  but until then we work on getting the pertinent information so you can be prepared and be in control when it goes.

RayRen:  Yes, and they intend to keep their end of the bargain.  As long as we are still hearing about contract rates, we continue to play the game as designed.

BONDS...in my opinion, it does appear that the USA will not back up the BONDS that the GOI wants to sell. Remember, back in December, the IMF told the GOI that they were going to help them – if they raised the value of their currency.  Well, here we are...upon the prepuces of the monetary reform...and Abadi saying they have done everything...well...IF... you have done everything...they get LOANS don’t they?

 I have not seen the CBI website show me a new rate for the IQD.  They have not changed it officially.  DO THEY WANT THE LOANS...the 640 Million Dollar Loan.

 They will get that WHEN they raise the value of their currency...and if they don’t...they won’t get the BONDS.  This is not bad news.

The Big Fat Yuan

Most people in the USA and the world for that matter do not understand the world currency market, nor do they care. We move along with our life, bitch about the price of gas and the ever increasing price of goods and services due to inflation. Life is good and we dabble a little here and there in investments in the stock markets and occasionally glance at our 401k.



So why should I care about the foreign exchange market Forex?

The foreign exchange trading  is some 60 times larger than annual world trade. A lot of money is won or lost in the foreign exchange market!

OK, so why do I care again? It’s not like I’m going to trade currencies or get involved in that crazy Forex stuff.

We have all heard one time or another that the US dollar is the reserve currency.

What does that mean, RESERVE CURRENCY?

A reserve currency (or anchor currency) is a currency that is held in significant quantities by governments and institutions as part of their foreign exchange reserves. The reserve currency is commonly used in international transactions and often considered a hard currency or safe-haven currency. People who live in a country that issues a reserve currency can purchase imports and borrow across borders more cheaply than people in other nations because they don’t need to exchange their currency to do so.



So that is why we get stuff so cheap and control the world economy by profiting on the fact that other countries have to pay an exchange rate to convert their money into dollars to buy something.



US Dollar accounts for over 62% of the trade and the Euro about 22%.

This is why we can lean on other nations and prevent money laundering throughout the world.



Well, not so fast!

Somebody has been making a concerned effort to change the scope of reserve currencies.

Any guesses?

That’s right China.

China has been lobbying the IMF to become a reserve currency. The expected date is somewhere in October, 2015.

Yeah so what?



So consider steps already taken by China.

1. China has established Yuan Exchanges World Wide
   
   
2. Countries are bypassing the US Dollar by using these Yuan Exchanges like Russia. Even Canada is bypassing the US dollar which is why their currency is worth more than ours now.
   
   
3. China has a massive Gold reserve.
   
   
4. China’s Executive Order NCO1 – also known as the New Currency Order
   

OK, I get the first 2 on the list, China is bypassing the US dollar and we are losing billions a year in exchange rates, but what do I care about #3 (Gold) or #4 (NCO1)?

#3 – We all know that our currency (US Dollar) was once backed by gold and that Nixon took us off the Gold Standard. Most people don’t remember though that FDR (Franklin Roosevelt) also took us off the Gold Standard. Basically the gold reserve got so depleted, Nixon took us off the Gold Standard and the economy and everything else started to “go to hell in a hand basket“. Nixon had to freeze wages and prices to prevent an economic collapse. Hence the reason for Executive Order 11615.

Silver rose almost 700% in value during that period. If you don’t have some physical silver, the time is now to buy it while it’s still really cheap.

It is argued that we have little or no gold left. Ron Paul has questioned this issue and has repeatedly called for an audit of Fort Knox.

#4 – China’s Executive Order NCO1



China is already bypassing the US Dollar with the Yuan Exchanges. The extent of which threatens the US Dollar as the primary reserve currency. It is predicted that if the Yuan becomes the primary reserve currency (over 50%) and replaces the US Dollar, your savings, stocks and bonds will be dramatically devalued against the Yuan the new primary reserve currency because the US Dollar will no longer be needed for trade and the Petro Dollar which I have discussed before, will cease to exist.



Besides buying silver, gold and other commodities and precious metals, many individuals and banks have been buying what is called A-Shares and B-Shares.

So what are those?



A shares are shares of the Renminbi currency that are purchased and traded on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges. This is contrast to Renminbi B shares which are owned by foreigners who cannot purchase A-shares due to Chinese government restrictions.

But in the end, the Chinese control these markets, so do you really think they will play fair even if you hedge your bet with A/B Shares? The Chinese could literally wipe out foreign investments, taking your money and pocketing a lot of your cash.

I think Obama would have his excuse to declare martial law and take your guns suspending all elections and declaring himself King.

Response: The Chinese devaluation of the Yuan twice from 6.0 to 6.4 Yuan for each USD by 8/12/2015 has of course had investors, especially in the A/B shares shirking. Plus the Chinese have banned large share holders from selling their shares for 6 months. What do you think the Chinese have in store for everyone in the next six months from July 2015 to Christmas? I don’t think they will give everyone the present they expect. China just made a bunch of money at the large banks that invested their future in these shares. Who do you think the big banks are going to look too, to recover their loses? That’s right. YOU!



Banks include and are also own oil companies are taking a major hit. Chances are they also own your mortgage.

IMF just announced that the Yuan is now a recognized reserve currency as of 10-23-2016 and has over taken the Euro. Euro was 22%, USA dollar 62%. So now the Yuan is over 22%? Somebody is losing the currency market and you want to bet who it is? That’s right, the USA dollar.

Expect around Feb-April area to have your retirement accounts to shrink to 20-30% of what they are worth. You ready for that?

Even though we in Dinarland think we are helping the RV go, we are being Played by CABAL tricks to keep it from going. You are being used and you don’t even know it. Here is how they are “Playing You” to keep the RV from happening. There are two main groups that are being manipulated, the Un-Aware General Public, and the Aware Dinarland.

How Negative or Positive Vibration Influence Events

The whole point is that there has to be a high Vibration of Working Out, to support and Cause the High Vibration Working Out RV Event. Simply stated: High Working Out Vibrations Create Working Out Events. On the other hand, increased NOT Working Out Vibrations prevent good things from happening (Not Supported) and instead create/cause bad (not working out) things to happen.

How “They” Play The Un-Aware General Public

Of course, the General Public has no Idea about the RV/NESARA that will change their lives for the better. This is a GREAT (Working Out) event that is “Pending” in their future. When will it happen for them? Simple, when the vibration of working out is strong enough to tip the scales toward starting the (Working Out) RV/NESARA event.
So, what do the CABAL do to keep the General Public’s Vibrations low? They have shootings which scare people into worrying. They bring in immigrants to take their jobs so that the general public stress over that issue. They put lead in their water, pollute the environment, threaten Martial Law, offer unsuitable candidates for president. They do everything they can to scare people into worry and fear to keep the vibration low preventing “Good – Working Out” things from happening.
The Un-Aware General Public is being played just like a fiddle. Pluck this string and they are mad, pluck another string and they are afraid, and pluck another string and they worry that there will be war, or martial law or some other catastrophe.
However, there is a VERY HUGE benefit of all this manipulation of the General Public, for every pain, worry and sorrow, they wish for and hope for things to get better. This is creating a HUGE “Potential” working out vibration waiting to be activated. That is, when the RV/NESARA does happen, and they will realize that everything they ever hoped for is coming true, they will swing their vibrations to the working outside so fast and hard that everything good can start happening all at once. At that point, when you have the entire General Public move their vibration to the Working out, high vibration side, the CABAL are finished. there will be NO vibration support for their agenda.

How “They” Play Dinarland

It is easy to Play the General Public because they have no idea they are being played. They think that all these false flag events are real and everything on TV and in the news is real. But we in Dinarland know better. We know the game the CABAL plays with the sleeping Public, but, we are being played in a different way, and don’t even know it. Here is how.
Remember that the “Dividing Line” is between Working Out and NOT Working Out. They Play the sleeping public by using false flag events, for example, to get the General Public to believe things are not working out (Low Vibration). However, we think that we are smarter than that because we know that those events are staged and so we are not tricked or influenced to the Not Working Out Vibrations side.
Guess What? They know that play doesn’t work on you, so they use one that does. They infiltrate Dinarland with fake Dinarland members and they get you to think that things are not working out for you. They keep telling you that the RV/NESARA will not happen, or that it will be much later, or that the rates will be very low. That has kept you worried and stressed for a long time…. But times are changing.
While these “Plays” have been effective for a long time to keep Dinarland down in a not working out state of mind, their effectiveness is now dropping. We know the RV/NESARA is going to happen, and now we can tell that it will be happening very soon, and Dinarland knows to ask for the higher rates no matter what they have been told. This is causing the Working Out Vibration to rise up and get stronger and stronger. Frankly it is just about to go…. But, it hasn’t. Why not?

The “Plays” That No Longer Work In Dinarland

They lost the “It will never RV” play because everyone knows it will. They lost the “You have to be in a group” play because everyone knows that it not true, in fact you are probably better off exchanging individually. They lost the “no such thing as NESARA” play because clearly there is, and it is way bigger and way better than we ever knew. They lost the “ZIM won’t revalue or is worthless” play because as it turns out, it is the most valuable currency on the Planet. What does this mean? It means that you aren’t going to feel bad about the RV, NESARA, Exchanging Individually, or the Value on ZIM and the other currencies. In short you feel strongly that it is working out, and you should, which means you are bringing in RV/NESARA even Faster!!!!

The Newest “Play” Being Used Against Dinarland

They have a new way to make you mad, feel like things are not working out and to keep you upset generally. That play is the “Blame The GURUs” Play. This is a genius Play by the CABAL. The way it works is if they can get you to distrust and be upset with the very people who are bringing you the most information, they not only keep you upset, but they can also keep the truth from you.
Think about it for a minute. Who are the GURUs that are getting the most heat? That’s right, the ones who are bringing you the most behind the scenes info on the defeat of the CABAL. How they are being arrested, and all the other things that are being done to them and what they are losing etc. Don’t you know that is PSY-OPS 101? Infiltrate their group and get people in that group to distrust and hate the very people who are helping them. STOP IT WITH THIS GURU HATING ALREADY!!

We Are The Key That Unlocks The RV/NESARA Event

People who are “Un-Aware” have very little influence on the World. They just go with the flow no matter which way it is going. It is not to say that their vibration doesn’t count, because it does, but, they are not voting for themselves, but we are. Since we know and are Aware, we DECIDE our thoughts and that makes us thousands of times more powerful than those who do not. So, how do we get the General Public to change their mind about how bad the World is, and get them on our side of “Working out?”
VERY SIMPLY BY HOLDING OUR OWN VIBRATION ON WORKING OUT. How can we expect the public, who has nothing to believe in, to think that things are working out, when we, holding Millions, Billions and Trillions of dollars worth of currency in our hands, knowing we are about to be living the life of our dreams, can’t think that it is working out?
If this were a corporation, we would be the voting members and the general public votes would be decided for them by us. WE MUST VOTE WORKING OUT AT ALL TIMES BECAUSE OUR VOTES COUNT!!!!!
Re-Think Where You Are (Right Now)
I mean RIGHT NOW, throw everything out the window and reset your mind.
Ready?
#1) You are holding currencies that are worth at least Millions of Dollars, if not Billions and even Trillions. Think about that…
#2) You know that means that for the first time in your life you will really be able to do what you want to do and live your dream life. Think about that…
#3) You know that good times are coming which allows you to feel confident in the future which most of the world doesn’t get to feel. Think about that…
#4) You know that the Bad guys in the World are being eliminated and that this World will be at peace and you will be SAFE forever more. Think about that…
#5) You know that there will be a change in our government and governments around the World that will benefit mankind for once. Think about that…
#6) Speaking for the U.S., IRS and the Fed will be abolished forever and a much better and safer financial system will soon take its place. Think about that…
#7) You know that this is an unstoppable World event that is just about to happen. Think about that…
Now, take a moment and reflect on just how good things really are for you and for the World. Are you feeling just how good it is for you? Would you say that things are REALLY WORKING OUT FOR YOU? Good! Now stay there.
Does it really matter, in the big picture, if a GURU gets the date right or not? Will that stop you from getting everything that is coming to you or change all the good that is happening in the World? No! You know the answer is no. You cannot make a case for hating the very people who are trying their best to bring you all the info they can, at their own expense of time, and criticism they suffer.
How Pathetic of Us
How pathetic of us to be talked into hating our own? You know that other people are working and dying to bring this magnificent change to the World for our Benefit. Are we really going to let the infiltrators keep our hopes down and talk us into turning on our OWN INTEL PROVIDERS? That is a SICK CABAL PLAY.
I can easily imagine the CABAL Planning session, One evil doer says to the others:
“Those people in Dinarland are finding out to much about what is going on. Their Intel Providers are saying to much about us and the RV!!!! They are feeling great about the RV/NESARA no matter what we do!!!!”
Then they complain “What can we do about it?”
Then they hatch a their evil plan: “Let’s get them to turn against their own Intel providers, that way they will distrust everything they are bringing into Dinarland!!!”
Then they complain “How can we do that when everything they are saying is true?”
They figure out the way: “That is simple. Since most of what they are telling can’t be proved yet, we can say that it is all lies, and we can also say that they never get the dates right!!!! If we can get them to distrust their own Intel providers, they will fight among themselves and lower their own vibrations.”
Did this meeting actually happen? Maybe. We know that there are Trolls, moles, and nay-sayers in our midst. They all want to bring us down. Will they succeed? That is up to you.

Guru Adam Montana:   the Chapter 7 sanctions CAN be lifted independently, and they have been lifting them regularly for some time now. There are only a few left, and they are the big ones.  the final sanctions remaining prohibit Iraq from possessing any kind of WMD[weapons of mass destruction].  to allow the value of the Dinar to rise at this point in time, when Iraq basically has a hand tied behind it's back, would be foolish and irresponsible.  I believe there is a push to get Chapter 7 done ASAP. it's a steady progression and a calculated series of moves between Iraq and the world, in particular the IMF and the UN.  once the UN agrees to lift those chapter 7 sanctions, I don't see how the IMF can or would stop the rate from rising.

This is my opinion,  to sum it up: "If Iraq RVs too low, the big investors will come in strong and make all the profit." This is an understandable assumption, but it is WRONG.  yes, the big investors will come in and buy it up if they feel it is going to continue to rise and if the rate SHOULD be $1, but it comes out at .10  then of COURSE they will come in and buy it up!  but at that point, no more large denoms will be being printed.  the CBI has already accounted for the currency in circulation at that point.   follow closely here, I know many people want to hear it will RV to $3 or $4.   I think it will come out much lower, then climb up to that range because if they come out high, then they have an IMMEDIATE LIABILITY - a LOT of money owed to cash in the dinar currently in circulation but if they come out low, like at .10 - then they can grab up a bunch of the quick sellers, and resell at a higher rate,  remember, the CBI makes money on every transaction,  so the more times they can get people to buy and cash in, the more money they make. if they come out at .10, then raise to .15, then raise to .20. all the way to $3.00... they make MUCH more than if they do a straight RV to $3.   HOPEFULLY we will be able to hold our currency and...just wait until it hits $3 to sell.  if they place a limit on time to cash in the big notes, then we just take our profit and be happy.  I hope I'm wrong!

Thanksgiving is PLENTY of time to get this thing done. So the surrounding months are close too.   HCL was not passed today. The agreements are in place but it is not officially lifted...don't buy into the hype unless you see it on a legitimate news site.  if you are a dinar investor, you will hear a lot of crazy things from bank rumors to alien takeovers, all of them claiming the RV is done...if you hear it on the street or on another site... I'm sorry, but most of the time those turn out to be 100% false.

Last night one of his sources was 1,000% assured that last night was the night. Now they aren't quite 1,000% assured, but think the numbers will be here today or tomorrow.

He suggests reading the new SitRep that just came out at DinarChronicles. (it's also available at Dinar Daily) Yosef had talked about Abbott Downing and this is equally as good. Art says that's all we know and there really isn't any more intel. He says it's all done, it's ready and they are just taking care of some lose ends. He also think that the people have have been delaying this have been taken care of. Go read SitRep.

Gerry: Wingman is under the weather. Gary says there isn't a lot of intel out there, so what we really need to do is prepare ourselves.

Gerry's List:

First concern is the FinCin report. FinCin112. The box on line 31 or 32 that says “exchange”. You want to check that and get a copy of that.

Oh yeah. The first thing is that they want to speak with you and see what type of person you are. What are you going to do? Are you just going to take you money and run? Go be a playboy/girl/or something? If so, they are going to put you in that category.

Or are you going to be in Category #2? You want to fund some projects, but don't want to take part in the day to day operations. That's Great! That means that the rate you get is going to be higher than the people in Category #1. You'll be a partner with the bank and that is what they want because that is how they make money. You want to be a good steward, you want to grow it.

Category #3 is you want to do humanitarian projects and want to be involved. You will get an even better rate for that because now you are a “Really Preferred Customer”.

Next question. If I have to fund all of my projects out of my portion, I'd like a little more percentage. Let's see. Who did I get this from? Part 2 of the form, line 25e was what I was just told. Anyway. Oh look! It's my buddy from Austin. He's going help since Wingman is under the weather.

So when you ask them if you have to fund the projects out of your portion, if they say “yes” you need to ask them for a high percentage. If they say “no”, it's because the banker wants to see what you are doing and be involved in the process. It like a loan to build a house.

Be respectful and ask if this is the best you have to offer for what I'm bringing to the table. Cashier's Checks. Think about what you are going to be asking for. Write them down in advance. IKO: Ask for a Platinum Card and not a Black Card, so you don't advertise your wealth. If the bank gives you a card, have the limit set rather low, in case it's stolen. If you anticipate a big charge, call the bank and tell them raise the limit. I've done this.

Gerry: If you are going to have a relationship with your banker, get a banker you have access to 24/7 so we can communicate.

IKO: When I went in to Wells a few years ago, I had just closed down my business and didn't have a lot of money. But I got his cell # and we've had email exchanges at 11 pm at night. They're here to help us.

Gerry: I'm going to write this down. Ask them what kind of perks can you offer me?

IKO: If I need to fly to Dallas, they need to have their plane ready for me. I want to go to a SuperBowl, even though I don't follow football. I've been to the World Series. It was a trip and I don't even care about the game. Perks. Don't forget!

General things. We got some more info this week from a guy who went through the training at Wells Fargo for the exchange. Don't worry. I'm not going too far with this. One thing they are looking for, is that they want to feel comfortable with you. Especially if they are giving you something over the international rate.

You have the wherewithal to manage this kind of money. It's OK to be a beginner. You don't want to be something you're not. You want to demonstrate you can make decisions, listen, take in information. All those things. It took me years to learn all these things and how to negotiate. But I did learn.

Bankers want to know you can handle your wealth and that influences what they offer. From experience, don't try to be something you aren't. Be honest. Say you need to think about it. If you need a break – take one. You shouldn't have to worry about getting in there the first couple days. You might have to wait a week in a highly populated area. Don't panic. You're in the system when you make the call. They are there to help, etc., etc. Enough said for now. Sounds like you got all the basics.

Question #3. It's not all about Iraq. What are we waiting for?

Gerry: Rumbling that Iran will be floating their currency. That will poop in the punch bowl.

IKO: They won't do that. Iran won't go along. They depend on the region. Mainstay of the GCR is all the Arab states cooperating – not price fixing. So far there's been no evidence. There hasn't even been evidence that the US is holding it up. May just be paranoid thinking. It may just wind down. I heard a rumor this am they are waiting for January because they want the market to crash.

That doesn't make good sense. As soon as it doesn't happen when people says it should, we look for excuses. Maybe it's not quite ready. The thing is full of human mistakes, human error and you have 208 countries all trying to pull together on the biggest agreement in the history of the civilized world. That's probably what's happening. Not all the paranoid stuff.

IKO: Perfect example. We knew they were in trouble and any moment they would cry uncle, do back deals. None of that has worked. Now it's public. Slow, slow. Let's not panic Europe because they are having issues.

Gerry: Where are most of the derivatives housed at?

IKO: Yes, Deutsche bank. 160 Trillion that we know about. There are even more hidden. Did you hear anything about used car credit bubble?

IKO: They found another avenue. I just got a great deal on a 2 yr old car. I was talking to guy about credit ratings. If you can fog a mirror, you can get a car loan. Same thing with easy credit for housing, now there are so many cars, they are doing it for them. They form a cooperative and move the vehicles and we'll still make money on the repos. Dirty thing they're doing.

Gerry: Derivatives are housed in one bank. In my opinion. Tied to the top 4 banks. WF has gotten rid of most of theirs. When China goes asset backed on October 1st, with the stroke of a pen, life is good again. The pen is mightier than the sword. It's not about Iraq. We're in the closing act. Waiting for them to raise or drop the curtain.

Question #4: How are you going to diversify your money post RV? You've said using more than one bank and you've mentioned getting it offshore. (let's remember the disclaimer! LOL)

Gerry: When I said that.... That's legally offshore, otherwise you'll incur the wrath

IKO: You're doing that to protect you money, not to avoid taxes. Put some of your money into other foreign currencies that appear to have a lot of growth potential, but make sure they're safe. Seek professional advice.

Surround yourself with good info and apply the filter we've been learning about for the past few years.

There are people out there, but they're not cheap.

IKO: We'll RV before 4th qtr. We've been coached, Gary & I, we want to focus on parking our money and not making it work for us. See what develops. I'm not going to be doing any kind of investments.

Safe, vanilla – savings, CD's, fixed interest rates. I'm not doing anything in the market for at least a year. I want the economy to give a solid indication of where it's going before I do any trading, purchase foreign bonds, etc. Want to see what the GCR gives.

Gerry: No, a State Bank. The one I'm looking at gave up their Federal charter and went back to a state bank charter. I feel they are in a little bit better shape. All banks are tied into the federal government – they have government regulation. You can also put your money in a credit union, but I've heard the limits are $10,000,000.

Caller: I struggle with the conversation about moving my money off shore legally. Won't WF be extremely unhappy when you move you money offshore? Obviously you don't tell them before the fact. When the money is in your account, you quietly move it off shore.

Gerry: I believe that we've heard rumors that the Chinese own a great portion of WF like HSBC and it's still going to be within their banking system. It's just going to be offshore. It's a legal way to protect it in these economic times that might take a downturn here. How's that for a politician's statement? WF is tied in w/foreign banks and they'll be happy w/that.

Caller: So you can freely talk to them about that?

Gerry: I believe so.

LV Caller: Wants to buy a house, but doesn't have money to get a trust now. Pay cash and then move it into trust?

Gerry: Move it into trust after RV and let the trust pay it off.

IKO: Interest rates on a mortgage are 3% right now. If you can make 9-10%, you don't want to spend that capital. Let your money work for you and make mortgage payments instead. You don't have to be a multi-millionaire to have a trust. You just have to hire the expertise to manage it for you.

Caller MN: Go into all cash for end of world scenario after RV per other gurus. Get other currencies or go offshore to hedge against all this?

IKO: I would say, not quite in that fashion. But you do want to protect against some hyper-inflation and it looks like more than a couple months. Be careful of what you hear in a chat room.

I want the economy to give a solid indication of where it's going before I do any trading, purchase foreign bonds, etc. Want to see what the GCR gives. Don't know what the rules to the game are. Don't worry about the 4^th qtr. Let you money sit in the trust, NIB account. Watch & learn.

I'm not going to set myself up for a fall, so I'm going to focus on the 4^th qtr. Market crisis will trigger GCR. Hopes Deutsche bank creates a ripple effect that forces their backs up against a wall. We can wait, but the world can't. I think Europe is completely in chaos now. Italian banks two weeks ago. I think that's going to cave in before we got what we got.

Gary: That was a great politician's answer.

IKO: Seems they really have done a good job setting this up. It is my understanding that Wells has set up an entirely separate corporation to do the exchange. Not a division, an entirely separate corporation.

Gary: So what's on their call is absolutely right. Wells Fargo will never ever have anything to do with the Dinar and that is totally correct. It's a separate division/corporation. We just didn't think outside the box.. (how much beer did it take to come up with that? LOL)

IKO: They are telling the truth, but they're not telling the truth.

Caller WA: I've been reviewing my notes and you said to put my money in a State Bank or a Republic bank.

Gary: No, a State Bank. The one I'm looking at gave up their Federal charter and went back to a state bank charter. I feel they are in a little bit better shape. All banks are tied into the federal government – they have government regulation. You can also put your money in a credit union, but I've heard the limits are $10,000,000.

Caller: I struggle with the conversation about moving my money off shore legally. Won't WF be extremely unhappy when you move you money offshore? Obviously you don't tell them before the fact. When the money is in your account, you quietly move it off shore.

Gary: I believe that we've heard rumors that the Chinese own a great portion of WF like HSBC and it's still going to be within their banking system. It's just going to be offshore. It's a legal way to protect it in these economic times that might take a downturn here. How's that for a politician's statement? WF is tied in w/foreign banks and they'll be happy w/that.

Caller: So you can freely talk to them about that?

Gary: I believe so.

LV Caller: Wants to buy a house, but doesn't have money to get a trust now. Pay cash and then move it into trust?

Gary: Move it into trust after RV and let the trust pay it off.

IKO: Interest rates on a mortgage are 3% right now. If you can make 9-10%, you don't want to spend that capital. Let your money work for you and make mortgage payments instead. You don't have to be a multi-millionaire to have a trust. You just have to hire the expertise to manage it for you.

Caller MN: Go into all cash for end of world scenario after RV per other gurus. Get other currencies or go offshore to hedge against all this?

IKO: I would say, not quite in that fashion. But you do want to protect against some hyper-inflation and it looks like more than a couple months. Be careful of what you hear in a chat room.

I have a question : There has been MANY first hand accounts from US serviceman stationed in IRAQ … they have CLEARLY stated that there is no RV outside the GREEN jone … the rates are just as low as they were a week ago. In fact, I can get my hands on as many DINARS as I wish for $100 per 100,000 dinars (up here in Canada) .. the dinars are easy to get and they are still very cheap … this tells me that there is no RV in near sight … at least not in the near future … so I would like to get a REAL answer to why “the intel” has made us to believe that the RV has occurred outside the greenzone and if there was a RV in sight (soon), why is it so easy for Canadians to get dinars so cheap up here?

Thanks guys. It was fun but it's time to focus on other things. My book is a work in progress and it should be a good read (at least to all those who have followed this investment). The book is a mix of history and personal stories that are funny, shocking, unbelievable, and enlightening. It will focus on the characters who have made this investment fun and those who have made it a living hell (to be blunt:).  The hard part about putting this book together is that there are so many different subjects to touch upon.

Bank Story:  a friend of mine called me yesterday about a gm we both know at a certain bank and he told us about a memo he received concerning the iqd revaluing and they had received a software upgrade and had to be completed in all us banks before august 1st any takes on this




I do he is the one I got invested in the iqd and ask us to not give our name of him or bank would cost him his job. well that's all he to me and my friend and made a point to call us said we should be ready




this person is very professional and not a churchie person if you know what i mean and he said he wanted to give us a heads up because some people were wanting to cash in because they felt they had bought into a scam and he is not allowed to tell them any different but he considered us to be his friends and was grateful we told him about it.  he called us to tell us not to bail out basically

All of my direct family lives there, and my very elderly (but fortunately, very well physically and mentally) mother may be a prime target for this scam, even if by otherwise well-meaning people who have been suckered themselves. I believe this is simply another Ponzi scheme, a pyramid, where (maybe, but not guarantees) a very few "may" see a little of their money returned in the beginning, but virtually all will be dealt a sleight of hand that may very well ruin many of them for the rest of their lives. This kind of fraud abounds everywhere, at all times and in many different disguises, but they're always the same. But what really gets me this time around is that (even if conducted by one of those well-intentioned suckers I mentioned above) is that it is involving people who are attending church and marketing this bogus BS to vulnerable people to people from THEIR VERY OWN CHURCH. I don't care if they are assuring people that their money is 100% refundable (which would be a surprise of the greatest magnitude even if THAT was true). I care about the fact that whether a scam artist is knowingly bilking the vulnerable or it's just a case of the person marketing the scam being one of those well-intentioned suckers who has himself or herself acting for the betterment of those who might just be as (I hate to say this) stupid as themself. Have any of you heard of this (it's apparently been around a long, long time), or otherwise been solicited to participate in this charade? I would like to know, and mainly want to alert ALL of you to the probability you're looking to get bilked. There is a lot of truth to that old adage "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". The advisors can look at what is going on and predict a possible date, but to make a promise of certainty, not possible. Especially with a country that is still in internal turmoil . I read the article you linked to. & it mentioned the investors relating the Iraqi dinar to Kuwaits dinar. The difference between the 2 was Kuwait was an invaded country that was more than willing to get back to peaceful times and rebuild its stability, so far Iragi shows no signs of even being willing to do so. This comparison is like milk & water. Milk has vitamins & calcium, water not so much. Ie if one is using this as a reason to believe in a substantial return, they may have to be prepared to wait a while.as with all investing patience is the key, you never sell of your shares while low you wait until they rebound! Common law of investing. Of course being wise enough to study your options and not jump at just anything is the main key. Never leap before looking you' ll end up regretting the out cone! bet my life Tucumcari, NM	#6 Jul 2, 2013 My edlery parents are saying they bet there life that they are going to be millionairs..two weeks ago..they dont have alot of money but are waiting on pins and needles to cash in on their dinars!!They invested two years ago and still believe in it..They are sitting by there computer daily to watch for when they need to go cash in...they have their clothes packed and in the car and stopped doing much at all because they are waiting..anyday to be Rich!Now if they arent being scammed they sure are investing alot of their precious last years of their life waiting on this..It makes me angry that people pray on the elderly like this..yes im sure currency trading is legit..but these gurus are making them promises that has litterly put there lives on hold..It is sad and I cant seem to change there mind no matter what I tell them or show them warnings about this SCAM!!

Buying the currency of a foreign country isn't a scam, but paying 20-50% plus premiums for it because someone (either a well meaning ignoramous, or an unscrupulous con man) told you a bunch of nonsense about it increasing in value by tens of thousands of percent most definitely IS a scam. There's absolutely zero legitimate reasons the Iraqi currency would undergo a large increase in value. It's incredibly unlikely it'll even go up 50% over the next decade, let alone the 100,000% in the next week that most of these fools believe. Iraq's currency is worth right about what it should be. There are two VERY simple ways to prove this: 1. Divide their foreign reserves (80 billion USD in value at most) by their money supply (M2, around 75 trillion dinar) and you get about 0.001. Right around what their currency is worth. That isn't a coincidence. 2. Take the TOTAL value of Iraqs currency (their 75 trillion M2 multiplied by the value of each dinar, 0.0086) and you come up with about 65 billion dollars. Now look at their GDP. It's around 120 billion dollars. That's about a .5 ratio of M2 to GDP. Now look at that same ratio for neighboring countries. They'll all be about the same, somewhere between .4 and .7 or so. Iraqs country is worth right about what it should be. Sure, it could go up 10 or 15 or 20%. That will leave most people, that paid spreads of 20 or 30 or 50%+, high and dry. The chance of the dinar increasing in real value by even 100% in the short term is zero.

After reading your post to Yosef today (Link Below), I felt compelled to speak for the rest of us in Dinar-Land who love, enjoy, and look forward to the SITREPs that are posted.

I feel your frustration and anxiety as you wait for the 800#s to be released. It is clear that is your main focus and "Complaint" that the timing offered didn't happen. Welcome to the Real World where things don’t always happen as they are planned.

Like you, I wish it would just happen just as predicted, but the last time that strategy was tried, we got 9-11. Did you know that this was originally planned to go on September 12, 2001 and everyone knew it, including the bad guys? I understand the true death count for that event was closer to 30,000 people and 15 years of Hell ever since. 

As a result of that painful lesson in being fully transparent about the plan, there is a new and much more careful strategy in play. By the way, this event is not about you cashing in and getting rich, it is about fixing a World that has gone rouge, where 90% of the World's population has been marked for death by the elite. So you are going to have to get over the idea that the rate and date is all that important. What is Important is that we all get through this alive and end up with a Beautiful Loving World to live in. 

However, since you most likely have currency, you have simply gotten a ticket to cash in on the greatest event this World has ever seen. BUT, You have to choose your "Participation Level" in this event wisely, based on your tolerance level.

Level #1)
No Currency,
No Interest,
No Participation
& No Reward

This is the Level that most of the World is at. They don't have any currency due to ignorance or decision not to participate. This is the easiest level of all because they don't know what is going on and don't care. Not once have they stayed up late, or woke up early looking for and expecting to see 800#s. This group gets plenty of sleep and goes about their day oblivious to the REAL events happening behind the scenes in our World. However, as great as this may seem, they won’t become Millionaires overnight either. They will be dependent on the generosity of others like us who are participating in changing our World at a higher, more active level. While it may seem at first that this is a very relaxed place to be, it is not. They may not have anxiety about when the RV will happen, but, they most likely do have anxiety about the stock market, and turmoil in the World. They don’t have the safety of knowing that they will be wealthy one day and that the Good Guys will soon be running the World.

Level #2)
Have Currency,
Some Interest,
No Participation
& Small Reward

At this level, a person may have a few Dinar notes and maybe even a few of the others as well, but they are safely tucked away in the Proverbial sock drawer for someday when it revalues. One day, they will find out that it has revalued and they will mosey on down to their local bank and exchange it for the international rate, which of course is the low rate/reward. They believe they will have some big money one day, but aren't in desperate need for it now, or else they would be haunting the Internet like we are. While they may know there will be a revaluation one day, they most likely have no idea about the changes in the Governments and the World.

High Interest,
Low Participation
& High Reward

At this level, a person probably has quite a bit of Currency and/or Interest in the GCR. However, they typically are not in great need of money and as a result, only pay slight attention to what is going on. They may check the rates on Forex, or some other website, or get word from others who are paying more attention to the event. They are not in desperate need for the money or else they would be haunting the net for Intel, and on every Intel call. I know a lot of people in this category. They are my friends and I send them updates on the latest Intel as I come across it. They don’t live or die on the dates posted in the Intel. They just casually follow the state of affairs of Dinar-Land. These people will get the High Reward, because when the 800s do come out, I will be informing them, and they will get the high rates that are available in the first 6 days.

Yo-Man, this is where you should be. Just find someone who will tell you when the 800s come out and sit back and relax. But, I detect a Desperation, or great need for the funds? Have you ever heard the saying that "A Watched Pot never boils?" Needing the Pot to boil (800s to come out) makes it seem like there are 50 hours in a day. It seems like it is forever already, and still it has not "Happened!!!" Stop watching the pot already. Let it happen when it happens. Now let's look at the "Top" level, where I live!

This is the EXTREME level of Dinar-Land. I am on every Intel call. I have stayed up all night waiting for 800s and gotten up every day expecting them to be in my inbox. But no, it hasn't happened yet. But that is the Game, like it or not. If you have paid any attention to this at all, you know that this is an Epic Battle between Good and Evil. The Good Guys have to get this HUGE 209 Country Event across the goal line without the Bad Guys killing everyone, and stopping it. This is the biggest game of strategy you have ever seen and probably ever will. We have the "Galatics" on our team and the Bad Guys have the "Reptilians" on their team.

This Level 4 is where the action is. Everyday there is new Intel, often fleeting at best, but still it is the REAL-TIME status of the event. I understand it is not for everyone. It takes a certain kind of person to get on this roller coaster ride, of international intrigue, spies, deception, Real Intel, False Intel, and in many cases life and death as well. This is the Leading edge of the biggest Battle Earth has ever seen, and one that will go down in history for the next 10,000 years, and you are upset because the "Go Time" didn't pan out?

Clearly, Level 4 is too intense for you and that is O.K. I suggest that you find someone that is in the "Trenches" at Level 4, like me, and ask them to email or call you when the 800s come out. Easy-Peasy, Problem solved.

Dinar-Land is Like a Smorgasbord (Just As It Should Be)

In Dinar-Land, there is something for everyone. Constant up-dates about Iraq which personally, could put me to sleep. There is all the Fear-Porn saying we are going to be rounded up and put in camps. Please.. If you have been paying any attention at all, the Good Guys are winning and here is a Spoiler Alert, it all works out in the end. Then there is the NESARA people and the rates and dates people which frankly is my cup of tea. I love being up to date on what the latest "PROJECTIONS" are. Here is another Spoiler Alert, it doesn't always happen. Get over it already.

The point is, like anything and everything else in life, take & follow what you like and leave the rest alone. I don’t write posts saying "Enough About Iraq Already!" That is not my place or my right. Instead, when I am on my Daily Hunt (Haunt) of internet posts and data, I just pass by what I am not interested in and only read what I am interested in. What a concept! You just skip what you don’t like or want to read. But please, with all due respect, don’t presume that you are in a position to decide what posts are or are not appropriate in Dinar-Land. None of are in that position or should we be. It's called Freedom of Speech and Expression.

Frankly, in my case, finding a new SITREP is like scoring a touchdown. I can't wait to read it and find out what is really going on. But, that's my opinion and I am as much entitled to my Opinion as you are to yours. But, please don’t decide for me, and others, what should be posted and what should not.

In short, if Level 4 is too stressful for you, just move back to the Level 3 (Ride), where you still get the Big rewards, but don’t experience the ups and downs of the Extreme Level 4 Roller coaster.

Understanding Your New Power Position In The Up-Coming Exchange[/b]

Back in the day (Cabal System), the Banker sat in the "Power" Chair, as he had the Power to say yes or no to your loan request. The Banker had the four Aces of Power and you were often holding nothing, and forced to fold. However, in the New System, you hold all Four Aces of Power. You are the one in the coveted "Power Chair" with all the advantages on your side.

Ace #1) The System

Before: The Banker had all the power of the System because it was rigged against you and in favor of the Bankers. The system was wrought with Fraud and misconduct, with the loser being you the customer. The SWIFT money wiring system would be delayed for days if not weeks so that the bad guys could make money on your money as you were forced to wait till they were ready to give it back to you.

Now: That System Ace has been handed to you the customer/client. The System is rigged in your favor now with full bank accountability and corruption free transparency. Every move they make is watched like a hawk by the new software which can track transactions 40 moves back. The new wiring system sends your money to its destination in seconds. No more delay, no more fraud, no more hassle.

Ace #2) The Money

Before: The Banker had the money that you needed. This gave him the Second Ace of Power because he had what you needed and as a result he controlled the transaction to his favor and his conditions.

Now: That Money Ace has now been handed to you giving you all the power. You have the Money that the Banker needs to meet his Basel III requirements and stave off Bank collapse. You are the one in a position of deciding the conditions and rates that you want and he is desperate to meet your conditions.

Ace #3) The Knowledge

Before: The Banker had the Ace of knowledge and resources to control the transaction. He knew all the rules and took advantage of your ignorance of banking protocols.

Now: That Knowledge Ace has now been handed to you giving you all the power. In many cases you actually know more than the Bankers you will face in this transaction. You have been given inside information and valuable knowledge of the rates available. You know that the ZIM is a bond, and I dare say that the Exchangers probably don't. That knowledge of what to expect and what you can get in the form of rates, perks, interest, and services makes you very powerful in the negotiation and is a decided advantage to you.

Ace #4) Walk Away Power

Before: The Banker had the Ace of Walk-Away Power. The power to say yes or no and that is the Ace of Spades, the Trump card which is the final word. No matter your case, or your need, he had the power, in the end, to just say no.

Now: That Walk-Away Ace Trump Card has now been handed to you giving you all the power to say yes, or say no and walk away. That is a formidable power now that the Banks desperately need your Gold Backed Funds to meet their new stringent Basal III requirements. They can no longer fix their books and get away with things. They need you to say yes and agree to let them exchange your Currency and leave it with them as well. I understand that your Exchange is so important to them that they have been told "Don't Let anyone leave the building with currency in their pocket." Of course they can't technically physically stop you from leaving, however, they are authorized to make you an offer that is so good it will stop you in your tracks and bring you back to the negotiating table. That is your trump card the Ace of Spades to say no thank you and leave.

You Hold All The "Aces Of Power" Now

With these four Aces Of Power, you now control the Exchange Negotiation. Know your power, and take charge. This is not meant in an antagonistic way, but just know you have the power and don’t have to agree to anything you don't like or want. If you want more clarity and a more detailed explanation, ask for it. Notice that they are very attentive to your wants and needs now. You sit in the seat of power and hold all the cards. Ask for what you want and expect to get it, or a good reason why not.

A Humors View of an Exchange Conversation/Negotiation

(For Entertainment Purposes Only)

In this example of an Exchange, think of the Bank as the Buyer of very valuable Baseball Trading Cards (Your ZIM). Think of your ZIM as the Most Valuable Cards (Bonds) Ever Printed and the Banker would like to have them in his collection/vault.

You: "Mr. Banker, I am interested in Exchanging these Items (Zim Notes) for cash, and would like to hear your best offer."

Banker: "May I see those Zim Notes and Authenticate them?"

After you hand them over to the Banker, he continues...

Banker: "Oh my! These are very nice and of exceptional value. I see that they are of a 2008 Vintage which is a very good year for these notes. They have the coveted three rocks on the back and have a very large face value as well. According to my authentication books, these have all the right safety features and are in fact authentic. As you know, these were considered low grade collector's Items, for many years, but in recent years, they have experienced a tremendous surge in value and are coveted by knowledgeable enthusiast Worldwide. I am prepared to offer you this rate (Millions, Billions, Trillions) for each one you have."

You: "Thank you Mr. Banker for that offer. If I were the ordinary Joe on the street, I would take that initial offer in a heartbeat and consider myself lucky for it. However, I have studied these Currencies and have become quite well informed over the years as to their true value. There are several factors that cause this particular Currency to be more valuable than any of the others. Consider that:

A) These Zimbabwe Notes are not just ordinary currency notes but are in fact Bonds levied against the Government of Zimbabwe, it's in ground assets, and all the natural resources at its disposal. However, for now, how do I know that rate is the Best rate available for my Currency? While I will honor any Non Disclosure Agreement I sign with you, I am going to find out what others got for their Currency one way or another, and I would not like to discover that I could have gotten more than what you have offered me. What assurance can you give me that I am getting the VERY Best Rate possible for this currency and why should I exchange with you and your bank over the others?"

Note: At this point don’t be a pain. Get all the information you need to be comfortable with the rates, and the Bank, or else walk. You are not required to Exchange your currency if you don’t want to. Do not move ahead with the transaction if you don’t feel good about it. What do you need to feel good? More information? A second opinion? Do what you've got to do, get what you have to get. Etc. Above all, have fun and be happy as the ball is in your court now and you are holding all the Aces of Power.

#1 China and BRICS are not that powerful. absent china they account for about 5% of the world domestic product. Combined, they account for less than the US or EU. China was teaching no one a lesson last year. Their economy was in a death spiral and they were desperately trying to pull out, which fortunately they did. The reality is they need the US a whole lot more than the US needs them.

#2 Wells Fargo does not have a currency division, although they do do currency exchange as a part of it's banking services. Nor does WF have any corporate offices in Reno. A few branch offices, but no corporate offices, none, nada, zilch.

#3, there is no GCR, return to gold standards, or dragon family. The booklet is a complete fabrication.

#4 Assuming you had such a windfall, only an idiot would use non-interest bearing accounts. There is no advantage to doing so, and you would lose what interest you would have gained. Further, you would no sweep a non-interest bearing account, since there are no gains to sweep.

#5 There are no asset backed currencies. Nor are there new Federal Reserve Notes.

#6 CEDARS actually make some sense if you have multi millions in cash in a bank, but why? No even halfway savvy investor would do that. Nor, again assuming you even have enough money for that to be a concern, should you. Find a good Financial Advisor, one you "click" with and listen to his advice. Not some know nothing fool who has by her own admission lost a bundle in what must have been a sketchy investment scheme from the start.

[OKIE OIL MAN] We can tell you with great confidence that great progress has been made this last week by the entities that are heading up the Iraqi Dinar and VN Dong RVs. They are very carefully controlling and limiting the amount of information released so that they can get their job done.

[OKIE OIL MAN] Point #2: Check it out first: if there is a bank-issued exchange code and instructions, the individuals who have it can go to the bank offering it to check it out and compare it to other currency exchange entities. They are encouraged to shop around. If the individuals don’t want to use it or think it is bad deal then that is their choice. They don’t have to use it. Have you ever checked out a grocery coupon and compared prices?

[OKIE OIL MAN] Point #3: No fees or commissions: NO money or fees should ever be collected from a third party. The bank-issued exchange code will be FREE, once the bank issues it. No one has or is being asked to pay a third party for the exchange code that the bank issues to facilitate an easier exchange process, and to secure a rate that the bank wants to give a group. Have you ever received free grocery coupons that have been given to a club, church, or website mailing list?

[OKIE OIL MAN] Point #4: No third parties: the exchange process is, and will always be between a licensed entity, such as a bank, and the currency owner. Never use a third party or give your currency to a third party for exchange. Have you ever had to sign a contract to use a grocery coupon?

[OKIE OIL MAN] Point #6: No bank-issued exchange code yet: the bank has not yet issued any exchange code or instructions to make the exchange easier, which at that time, will be more beneficial to the currency holder and bank. Once there is a real bank-issued exchange code and instructions, then check it out for yourself and decide if you want to use it. (Point #2). Talk directly to the bank and ask them all the question you desire. Have you ever tried to use a grocery coupon before it has been issued or before the start date of the coupon?

There was a ton of news after I published Friday’s news letter. WOW! It came at us like a running bull once the protestors took to the streets again and crossed over into the green zone. This scared many of these politicians and so finally we began to see some real action towards movement of the Abadi reforms for his cabinet reshuffle. I explain all this today to you.
 
So what should be taken from today’s news?
 
Well we should realize what is now holding up the RV.
 
We should see that the political process in Iraq is very slow.
 
We should understand who the culprits are in slowing down the process.

In today’s letter I have brought you some amazing news and articles to back it all up. We are heading in a very good direction as Iraq is about to get out of this period of stalling they have been in now for months. Remember I said these periods of stalling are usually followed with a period of progress and moving forward. This seems to be the way they operate as they must first plan, then build support for the plan and act upon the plan. This is how a true technocrat democracy works and Abadi’s efforts sure fits this definition.  
 
This news letter today is very long and some sarcastically accuse me of writing a book each time. Well I guess that maybe this is what we all need to understand truly what is going on in Iraq. If you want to formulate a reasonable date as to when this RV will or can take place then you have to get in the minds of the leaders and see what and why they are doing what they are doing. It is that simple. 

Again I will say this news letter is not a date and a rate blurb or tweet. Instead it is us trying to understand and appreciate what Iraq is doing through to get us investors our return on our investment (the RV). Do you really want to know or do you want to get hyped up with a false date and rates once again?  No Hype, No Rumors, just the FACTS.
 
Besides cleaning up the corruption and getting the needed new laws, we also see another path of financial planning taking place in the background and this too is ongoing and needed.

Update: Fate of Maliki
 
Hold your horses cowboy! Let’s now go off half cocked on reading this next article!
 
So many factors are finally coming crushing down on Maliki and his goons. We all know it was just a matter of time to take him down and we have been witnessing this planned, slow, methodical process taking place since 2014 when the USA denounced they would no longer support for him and his goons.
 
Since this time we know for a fact that the ICC (international criminal court) has issued a warrant for Maliki’s arrest a couple months ago for crimes against humanity and terrorism. The only thing holding back the acting upon this warrant is the last bit of political power that Maliki holds as leader of the Dowa party and the amnesty he and his goons have been instrumental in stalling for so long in parliament. We also know that the VP position he once held was also his protection and so his reluctance to admit it was now the position dissolved. 
 
But now all this is changing and we see even the very last threads of Maliki and his goons soon fading. We witnessed these last recent bombings as farewell gifts from his goons. As usual when the @hit is about to hit the fan they instigate some dastardly dead in reprisal.
 
Many of you may have heard of a retirement announcement by Maliki. I would not be so fooled by this announcement, at least not yet. He normally does something like this and later changes his mind again . Then we see another surge of violence or some political maneuvering again as we are fooled into a lull. So let us not celebrate as of yet and wait and see how this plays out in the next couple weeks first.
 
I see this article as an announcement that Maliki is giving up the leadership of the party position. He was already banded from any future GOI position. Remember I told you Abadi was splitting the National alliance and taking nearly 75% of the members and forming a new “Unification Alliance” which is a reconciliation party for a new, non sectarian Iraq.

SMELTING SPEAKS: MALIKI DECIDED TO RETIRE FROM PUBLIC OFFICE ONCE AND FOR ALL

BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - March 7 2016  .  

New World newspaper quoted sources described Palmqrbh of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki earlier that he decided to "retire" from official positions once and for all.

The sources added that "al-Maliki told the Iraqi politicians, and non-Iraqi retiring positions decision", without disclosing the occasion of adoption of this resolution, or the reasons that prompted Maliki to him. "

And circulated among the press a letter attributed to the melting-Maliki, "Yasser al-Maliki" the means of social communication "Watts August" in which he stressed that "Nuri al-Maliki decided to retire from the official political life once and for all, and he had told Iraqi officials and non-Iraqis do." 

The National Alliance, which held the leaders meeting Sunday in Karbala, has seen the participation of the leaders of the first line (Haider al-Abadi, Ammar al-Hakim and Muqtada al-Sadr and Ibrahim al-Jaafari), while absent from the meeting, head of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, raising questions observers. 

It is said that al-Maliki, the Iraqi government terrace for two elections for the years (2006 - 2010) and (2010 to 2014).  


Update: Monetary Reform
 
Next let’s talk monetary reform…our favorite subject….lol…lol…
 
Remember once again the MOU (memo of understanding) between Iraq and the IMF. It was agreed to in October 2015 and published to the public viewing on 12th January 2016. I talked about this MOU in my recent news letters. I even gave you a link to the UN site so you could read it for yourselves.
 
There were many obligations agree to in this MOU and the three most critical items where due to be completed by the end of February. It is now early March. The IMF said it would review the progress again at this time. One of the items was to remove all barriers and obstacles to increasing the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar. So now we see the IMF, the World Bank and Iraq meeting once again as the deadline has passed (see article below). ​

Incidentally I do believe Iraq was not successful in taking the currency out of the MCP (multiple currency practices), in other words keep the dinar rate at plus or minus 2% throughout all of Iraq. So what will happen next?
 
What will the IMF and the World Bank decide to do next? Will they simply give them more time to complete or realize the current CBI leadership does not have the expertise to accomplish these mandates?
