I'm going to post what my opinion was on the 300 plus LBS, 10 reps, and 3 sets Frank had pumped out today at the gym...

300 plus meaning 3 plus rate... Frank said he was benching 320... 10 reps, drop the 0, and we have the 1.. Which could indicate January... Which of course is the 1st month of the year... 3 sets or the 3rd day of the month... Which could mean 1/3, or January 3rd.. Which is tomorrow... All in my opinion, and we shall see what transpires hey gang...

3 foreign ministers and an important head of state are visiting Iraq this month

The Foreign Ministry revealed that three foreign ministers and head of state "important" will visit Iraq in January.

Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali al-Hakim said in a press statement that "this month will see the visit of foreign ministers of Iran, America, France and the head of state important,"without revealing the identity of this president.

Iraq is awaiting the visit of French President Emmanuel Makron without setting a date. "Preventing Iraqis with visas from Iran or Syria in their passports from entering the Gulf countries, Jordan and some European countries," the minister said in a press statement.

He added that "these countries were asked to cancel the decision, but it refused to protest against its security." Al-Hakim revealed "Iraq's progress in the mechanism and idea of reform of the Arab League as well as applying for admission to the United Nations Human Rights Commission." LINK
