Dr. Clark a.k.a. The Riddler from my Batman days as always we appreciate your return to Gotham City. I recently had an opportunity to purchase an ultra powerful Clarkonion Decoder Ring at a discounted price and it gave me tremendous insight into your most recent post. I am willing to share with this community what my ring translated. #1. The good old doctor decided this time around to ask a series of questions(seemingly rhetorical, but not so) followed by the answers beneath the questions. First question: why did Kuwait revalue their currency in 1991, answer: because of Iraq. Second question: will this RV take place End of a month...NO, End of a quarter...NO, End of a year...NO. You get the picture. But notice the specific DAYS that were left out of the "NO" formula...MONDAY, TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. Which would leave me to believe that those 3 days are in play. The next series of questions are an indication of what TIME OF DAY, meaning daytime or night-time. His answer is daytime. Is Sunday in the middle-east like Monday in the U.S.? ANSWER: yes. The time frame of exchange will likely mimic the 1991 Kuwait 6 week period. He closes out by saying ignore info coming in from ALL intel providers which paradoxically would include the good 'ol doctor himself/herself. Unfortunately the batteries in my decoder ring ran out before it could decipher what was implied by "SEE" the Micro. RIDDLE ME THIS man/woman in green.

We hope and pray that the UST will buy our Dinar through the banks as we have no viable option to exchange it directly for the new IQD be it digital or paper as you correctly point out. The UST borrows from the FED so the money (digits) the UST pays the banks for the IQD is borrowed from us the US tax payers. LOL. "SHOW ME THE MONEY " the so called new asset (gold)
backed USD/UTN......
The fiat banking system is not going away any time soon so if and when we do have opportunity to convert our Dinar to US fiat dollars ,I for one will diversify by buying hard assets, multiple currency accounts etc.

Ok, if you read the words, it says this could happen, like Kuwait, on a Sunday.
A Sunday, in the US and Iraq, they are 8 hours ahead of the East Coast, so it would probably be early am for us which would equate to their late morning. And they had 6 weeds to exchange. (yes, I saw that typo, but it was too funny, so I left it in there) ok 6 weeks to exchange. So all this jambalaya about budgets, hcls, etc. don't listen to that stuff. It could happen from starting today, but he just said Sunday, sooo starting this Sunday...
Then he said dilly, dilly, lol, which to me is like saying hear, hear when someone makes a toast. So he is toasting us, which, of course is celebratory.
So, be on the lookout, and know that when this happens, you're on your own, and you will have to pray for discernment and intuition because Dr. Clarke will be on some beach, somewhere...
In my illogical, opinion of course.

So Dr Clarke gave questionable examples of why Kuwait revalued their Kuwait dinar in ‘91.... was it because of this... or that... etc etc. he said No, it was not because of the examples he proposed.
Read a little further and we see ‘was it Sunday US and Sunday in Middle East both?’ ie at the same time? He said Yes.
‘Kuwait allotted 6 weeks to exchange their old Dinars.’ So, the old Kuwait Dinar was being phased out and people had 6 weeks in which to exchange the old for the new Kuwait currency.
Dr Clarke asks... could February (this month) produce the same dynamics? ie could Iraq rv their Iraqi Dinar in a similar way to how Kuwait did in ‘91?
Starting today.
Dr Clarke said the rv of the Iraqi Dinar is not happening in an obvious way, ie. as the Intel being shared around the internet is telling us it is.
So I conclude, it is unfolding in an unobvious way, so not to get hung up on the details that are coming from ‘sources’.
I hope this helps.
