Tues. 29 Sept. 1:22 pm EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1.Today Tues. 29 Sept. multiple independent sources were reporting that bankers, paymasters, attorneys and group leaders who have been in place for the past two weeks were still being told by the US Treasury to stay in position for the Shotgun Release because the start was very close.
2. All were still sitting on go, for this was the Calm Before the Shotgun Release Sequence Storm.
3. For reasons of security, he could not say more than to watch over the 72 hours we were now in (Tues.-Thurs. Sept. 29-Oct.1) and to stay ready.
4. Yesterday just before 1 pm PDT Mon. 28 Sept. RV liquidity was released and all was proceeding as planned.
5. Into the night on Mon. 28 Sept. there was a lot of release activity.
6. He could not say more, except advised us to watch and pray, as it was approaching.
