Al Handal Group and Assyria Bank International support women's empowerment in Salah al-Din

The Ajyal Team for Community Initiatives and the Women's Empowerment Department in Salah al-Din Governorate concluded a course to develop the leadership and management capacities of the governorate's women.

The course, which lasted for 3 days, with 9 training hours, was held with direct support from the Al Handal Group and Ashur Bank International.

The participation of 20 women from Salah al-Din Governorate, who eventually received certificates of participation, was distributed by the President of the Iraqi Private Banks Association, Wadih Al-Handal, and the Regional Director of Al-Handal International Group, Muhammad Munther Al-Handal.

The closing ceremony was attended by the former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank, Faleh Daoud, and a group of economists and banks.

Participants in the course will receive small, interest-free loans to contribute to the establishment and success of their projects.

The participants expressed their profound thanks and gratitude to the supporting bodies for the information and advice they received that would benefit them in their launch into the future.
