Mr. Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi, First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, renewed his claim to the ministries, especially the “Ministry of Foreign Affairs” and the governmental and independent institutions and bodies thereof, to develop an urgent plan to define the necessary needs for job grades for graduates of political science graduates, and expedite the issuance of orders to appoint them.
This came during his reception today, Wednesday, July 15, 2020, a number of political science graduates and sit-ins for more than 35 days in front of the Foreign Ministry building, in the presence of Messrs. Amjad Al-Aqabi and Sabah Taloubi.
His Excellency stressed the need for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to assume its responsibility in listening to the legitimate demands of the alumni brothers and to express its earnest endeavor in coordination with the relevant authorities to allocate part of the existing job grades to them, especially that their specialization is the closest to the diplomatic work and allow them to benefit from their experiences gained by studying this Specialization, noting that he is close to meeting with a number of officials in the ministry and a number of other bodies to discuss the issue of accommodating graduates within state institutions.
