So I have to ask a question; at any time in modern history has a foreign currency ever revalued to the level all of us are hoping and made people millionaires who only invested a few hundred or a few thousand dollars? Common sense tells that the Dinar which is worth a fraction of a USA penny can never RV at $1.00+. If that were to happen wouldn't every person in Iraq become instant millionaires? Doesn't make any sense and again, I would love to hear about something like this happening in the past.

What people fail to understand is that during Saddam Hussein's day, there were only a small fraction of Dinars in the world. Over the 14-15 years, trillions of Dinars have been printed. Each printing and distribution dilutes the value. This is why you can't go back to the old value of $3.25 or so. There's just far too much Dinar in the world. Sure, Kuwait's Dinar dropped to nothing during the short Kuwait war, at which time many millionaires were made when it RV'd. But the world was never flooded by trillions of Kuwait Dinar.
