The Ministry of Planning discusses problems and obstacles to job performance in state institutions

Noting the efforts made by the Ministry in its vision for human development by launching the national document on population policies, and integrating the population dimension into short and medium development plans, pointing out that long-term population policies depended on human resource development priorities to improve the level of performance in state institutions, stressing that one of the pillars Development is achieved through the establishment of good governance, transparency and the application of laws in a manner that guarantees the rights of all.
This economic expert, Dr. Kamal Al-Basri, during the symposium gave an important presentation during which he dealt with the political and developmental reality in Iraq and mechanisms to improve the level of performance in state institutions.
