Parliamentary finance for the "news" budget deficit 2020 exceeds 40 trillion dinars

Baghdad
A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee Ahmed Hama Rashid, on Monday, a large deficit in the budget of 2020, while stressing that the deficit will exceed 40 trillion dinars.
Rashid told Al-Akhbaria that the House of Representatives has not yet received the 2020 budget so far, noting that the budget has a large deficit exceeding 40 trillion dinars because the estimated revenues do not fully cover expenditures.
He pointed out that "there is a preliminary agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the delivery of the Kurdistan region 250 thousand barrels of oil to the company SOMO," stressing that "the budget next year does not contain any financial allocations for new functional degrees and the announced by the House of Representatives degrees of deletion and development."
He pointed out that "the estimated revenues will be 84 trillion dinars," adding that "This shows that 20 trillion dinars will be divided as follows 13 million for licensing rounds and 7 trillion of which remain for debt and interest."
It is noteworthy that the budget of 2020 was supposed to reach the House of Representatives in mid-October.
