The general manager of the State Company for grain processing Hussein Sami in a statement received by the "economic news" a copy of it, that "most of the mills operating in all provinces began to receive the first advance of grain mixes within the allocation of the production of the tenth meal of flour," pointing to "the task of inspection committees The quality of the tests and follow-up of the quality of mixtures processed from siloat grain trading company to operating mills. "
"The ministry rejects grains that do not conform to the approved specifications and issue quality certificates for good grains and conformity," Sami said.
He pointed out that "the control teams continue in their inspection rounds on mills and flour agents to follow up and check the quality of flour produced and distributed within the ration card items and supervise the examination of the baker and indicate deviations and irregularities and refer them to the competent committees and departments to apply the penal conditions against violators."
