Wkat's up with ScottiG??

Grabbed this off of Dinar Guru. Has ScottiG changed his tone or what? I guess it has come down to guessing.

10-14-2011 Guru ScottiG I believe we are within a 7 to 22 day window. I will state that at the very outside it could go 52 days. I have said for several months that China is a player in this investment and they are relevant to the final release. there are two possible scenarios...Scenario A would have a low release rate of the IQD and VND and scenario B has a higher rate IQD and VND as well as a major player adjusting their currency as well! Scenario B is the one most likely to satisfy everyone globally but much rests on the rate the CBI releases.

Just wanted to suggest a very far fetched idea to the forum. When I
think of the Iraqi Parliament leaving and not working it pushes my sense
of this investment and where we are with regard to the RV into the
toilet, but then I wonder...... if this is the moment most likely to
present good timing relative to the fact that nobody would be expecting
this thing to blow. Very much like the intentional misdirection that
was used in the media when the Kuwait Dinar revalue. I've seen many
posts about the bank screens suggesting the IQD was pinging at the banks
and the rate was rising and locking into it's final resting value.
Matched with the fact that the boards seem to have slowed down in the
last 72 hours, everyone is ready and awaiting this thing and it seems
inevitable. Iraq releases some news that the Parliament is going on
vacation and the IQD community is crushed emotionally. Then Bing, Bang
Boom!!! We wake up in the morning and the value has changed. Oh well
just a thought. GO RV.

P.S. I canceled my PTR
membership today. I couldn't handle Dan any longer, besides all their
stuff is available on these free forums why would anyone pay for intel
they can get for free?

So, Oct. 9 + 7 = Oct. 16 and/or Oct. 9 + 22 = Oct. 31 ( October 16th to October 31st)
OR,
if not, then possibly up to November 30th ( that's the Oct. 9th + 52 days)
In any event, this is how I understand this.
