Economy News - Baghdad:

Rafidain Bank specified the types of loans and advances granted to employees and citizens .
The bank's media office said in a statement received by the economy news that the services provided by the bank to citizens and employees included loans housing investment units amounting to 100 million dinars for employees and 50 million dinars to citizens to ensure guarantor guarantor is dispensed to the sponsor employees who reside their salaries exclusively with the bank. .

The bank confirmed that the construction loans for citizens amounting to 50 million dinars after the submission of a property deed for residential land provided that the area is 200 meters or be approved building permit in the name of the applicant exclusively for a period of ten years .

He continued , " predecessor government departments Almutnh staff salaries to the bank exclusively alone top 25 million dinars and submit them electronically from the branches of the bank" .

The bank noted that there are loans for the purpose of repairing and rehabilitating residential houses or adding a building amounting to 30 million dinars for citizens and 50 million dinars for employees in return for mortgaging the property to be rehabilitated in addition to  loans to protect the residential and without a guarantor .
