"If approved, the whole government is considered resigned and continues to conduct daily affairs for 30 days, during which the President of the Republic assigns another candidate in accordance with Article 76 of the Constitution," he said.

He explained that "there are types of resignations in the constitutions of the world did not stipulate the Iraqi constitution, including optional, which are without pressure or influence and compulsory comes as a result of demonstrations and popular pressure and in all cases .. Parliament has the right to dismiss the prime minister by a majority and the government is all resigned."
