 ...they turned around yesterday and told you that starting in February they're gonna put these financial steps and measures in place that helps reduce the funding and financing for terrorism and money laundering.  


They're doing it in February...that tells me they're setting the stage most likely for March because they're putting these types of steps and measures in place in February.  


So what I'm suggesting to you is forget about January and February for the rate change.  Move your eyes after February..
