 ...three week ago I told you...the best time to start reeducating the citizens...about the deletion of the zeros and the coins would be approximately 30 days out before the rate change. And notice how they started doing that around Monday of last week and they're still doing it


...they can't do that too far out because the citizens are gonna forget that information...the best time to do it would be roughly 30 days out before changing the rate that way it stay fresh in their minds...
