RV/INTELLIGENCE ALERT - August 18, 2018

Radio silence continues among sources with connections to the RV.
The QFS is set and ready for implementation.
The start of the RV will signify the beginning of humanity's transition to GESARA law.
All Tier 3 groups have been instructed to "wait until called" to exchange/redeem.
All exchanges/redemptions will be processed through the QFS and not through the Cabal's failing debt slavery financial system.
Your exchanged/redeemed funds will be deposited into your account on the QFS.
You will be given instructions on how to access your account on the QFS.
Tiers 1-3 are waiting on Tier 4.
The Authors of the Plan are awaiting the "Go" signal from the top to begin the RV.
