They will be one to one in country when they reinstate their currency.
They are about to take the first step in the RI. IOO...the CBI, the banks are on the cusp to do it NOW!

All these years Frank was pushing the RI theory, that Iraq would reinstate to the old Saddam rate of $3+. Now he says they will reinstate to $1. He can't even agree with himself.

Just ask the scumbag what it means...he'll accuse you of being negative or not studying, or some such b.s. Same doche bag who said it was about to happen six months ago when Abadi made his big speech. An egotistical first class jerk who, as one noted here, can't even agree with himself.

Frank has BIG issues with reality- He cuddles up to his favorite 'pink pickle' every night, because his Vlasic Kosher dills won't have anything to do with him- They are colder than his ex girlfriend, and she's so cold, his furnace kicks on when she comes to his house.....
