After the decline of the election results and the defeat suffered by the list in the Iraqi parliamentary elections, the head of a coalition of state "law" Nuri al-Maliki, backed by Iran, put "sticks in the wheels" in front of the formation of the new Iraqi government, based on reports of violations in the electoral process.
The preliminary results of the semi-final Iraqi elections, showed that Maliki's list of only 25 seats, after his share in the outgoing council 90.
The list, which mainly includes supporters of cleric Moqtada al-Sadr, the Communist Party and other civil parties, was first in the list with 54 seats in the parliament out of 329. The list of Fatah, led by Hadi al-Amiri, Associated with Tehran, in second place with 47 seats and the list of Prime Minister Haider Abadi in third place with 43 seats.
Maliki's coalition said in a statement that it is not right to form a new government according to parliamentary elections, "in which dozens of problems and violations and supplications and doubts."
"We reject the formation of any new government on predicates," Abbas al-Moussawi, a spokesman for the coalition, told Agence France-Presse.
In order to "correct the situation in Iraq," before the final election results are announced, UNHCR must urgently take one of the following options: either random recount of 5 percent, complete or complete recount of all ballot boxes, And to hold new elections.
Moussaoui called on the Commission to conduct a thorough audit of the votes of voters abroad, with the arrival of many complaints about the violations that took place there, calling at the same time members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives to assume their responsibilities to hold an emergency session as soon as possible to follow up and address matters that may be unable to deal with.
Earlier, the speaker of the Iraqi parliament, Salim al-Jubouri to convene an emergency meeting, next Saturday, attended by the Electoral Commission, in response to a request by more than 80 deputies, to discuss complaints of "violations" in the elections.
The United Nations called on the Independent High Electoral Commission to investigate immediately and thoroughly all complaints concerning the electoral process.
