Truth on HCL etc

Truthfully as there is plenty of misinfo on HCL,Chptr 7 Erbil being done. Have they all been settled
or is Iraq still under their protective umbrella waiting for more countries to forgive their debt
before they RV?

Also why are all the Guru's stating we have sources high up,,this is it,best window, as we read that
last month and the month before. I don't need to be swamped with who or what or how high up,
just the truth of what they have heard and expect. We all know intel is only rumor as for many months the same
info has been expressed only to be told "we don't know what happened,it is Iraq".

If the info came from high up would you not expect that the issues were put to rest and it was to
happen? Only my opinion

Don't know about Chapter 7, lots of info out there. But HCL and Erbil, are either not complete or implimented as of this morning. Go to Currency Newhound and read the news coming out of Iraq, but keep in mind that the news is good as the sources and they do have agenda's of their own.
