The Kurds are happy with the results of the Article 140 debacle and are agreeing to cast their vote.

Now, let's bring on this budget and move on.....to the public release of the new rates! Yeah!!

The Euphrates -

A security source in Nineveh police announced on Sunday (February 18th) the evacuation of 40 displaced families to the camps of the Nooran axis (40 km east of Mosul) coming from the areas they had returned to in Ayman Mosul.

"The families returned to the camps and preferred to stay inside, after they found the lack of elements of life inside their areas, lack of water and electricity and the basic needs of the citizens, which were not provided by either the local or central governments to return the displaced to their homeland," said Capt. Adding that "dozens of dead bodies as well as civilians who were killed victims of liberation battles are still under the rubble and in houses."

The source points out that the lives of IDPs inside the Nuran camps are much more generous than those provided by the government within their areas in Ayman Mosul.

Boy, that looks like the 'fixins' for an RV if I ever saw one-{ Reclamation Vehicle} They ain't got a pot to piss in, or a window to throw it out of- I'm surprised the wheels on this poor kid's bike are still round-If they {Iraq} can't even clean this mess up, what makes anyone think they have money for anything else? You'd better look long and hard at this scenario-

Yep the country is decimated and broke. The best estimates are ten years just to clean up the unexploded munitions and IEDs so they can begin to rebuild safely. Let's do move on beyond your lies and hype.
