I wonder if these folks have grasped the concept yet that if Iraq were to have a higher dollar rate of exchange, they would get less for the reconstruction?
But of course, Dinar Investors don't care about the reconstruction and only want their money, without realizing the "RV" they are really looking for has already happened.
