BAGHDAD (Reuters) -
Iraq received 29 billion and a half billion of the countries participating in the Iraq reconstruction conference held in Kuwait, more than half of which came as sovereign loans, while total non-sovereign credit was about $ 12 billion, while grants to Iraq were about $ 2 billion .
The total amount received by Iraq 29.60 billion dollars, which was pledged by countries and institutions and international organizations at the Kuwait Conference to support reconstruction and investment in Iraq and the
summary of grants and investments and loans announced at the Kuwait Conference are as follows:
I. Sovereign sovereign loans:
Total sovereign loans amounted to $ 15.5 billion,
Kuwait's $ 1 billion,
Turkey $ 5 billion,
Saudi
Arabia 1 billion, Qatar $ 1 billion,
UAE 250 million
, Arab Social Fund, 1.5 billion
Islamic Development Bank, 500 million
Italy, 260 million,
World Bank, 6 billion,
second, non-sovereign credit, 11.61 billion, namely:
Kuwait 1 billion
Saudi Arabia 500 billion Exports for reconstruction
UAE 5,200 billion
Britain 210 million
United States of America 3.5 billion
Japan 1.2 billion
Third - Other grants: 1.8
Kuwait 100 million
EU 493 million
UAE 50 million
Turkey 50 million
Australia 18 million
Norway 54 million
United Kingdom 9.5 million
Japan 100 million
Korea 10 million
Italy 11.5 million
Canada 12 million
Germany 390 million
Finland 12 million
