The Dawa Party bloc "internal organization", Saturday, the inability to complete the second reading of the law of the general budget for 2018 scheduled on Sunday in the event of withdrawal of the Kurdistan Alliance, while confirmed the existence of a tendency to pass the law by majority .

The head of the bloc MP Ali al-Badiri said in a press statement that "the completion of the second reading of the law of the general budget for 2018 is dependent on the completion of the quorum for the meeting tomorrow," noting that "the withdrawal of the Kurdistan Alliance will disrupt the quorum ."

He added that "agreements with the majority of the political blocs and oil-producing provinces are not settled so far," stressing that "there is a tendency to pass the budget by majority ."


The bloc of a coalition of state law, the parliamentary confirmed on Thursday, that the law of the general budget for 2018 will be submitted to the vote after the completion of reviews on them, while ruled out the success of the Kurds efforts to "internationalize" the case .
