Randy Koonce posted (yesterday) that tomorrow (meaning today) should be a big day, announcing GOI and Erbil.

He hopes nothing gets in the way.

I didn't see anything in there about Erbil or GOI but you know how difficult these articles are to translate. And this article was posted I believe on Tuesday which if it was important somebody surely would have noticed it on Wed. At this point I think we're pretty much looking at Tues. thru Thurs. of next week for any changes, hopefully something significant before the 1st.
