Is Iraq Fiscal Year really Oct 1

I'm looking around and I find that the Fiscal Year in Iraq is Jan 1, Can someone else find anywhere that shows Iraq's fiscal year is Oct 1?

I understood Oct 1 was the start of their 4th quarter.

I ask cause there's a few folks out there preaching about Oct 1st. Maybe there's a fiscal year for gov't vs banks or something?

You are correct. Every year I go thru this with Frank, Med and the other gurus and show them the same info and every year it starts again. Like groundhog day. LOL!

But some will tell you that there are two different budgets. That the GOI starts oct and the CBI starts jan, but as you can clearly see from your link, that the Country's budget starts Jan 1, which would be the GOI budget. No one would give a crap about the CBI budget since its basically just a business. But dont confuse some people with facts, they will get upset with you.

So according to what Shabibi told the people via television, translated from the Arabic by Delta, Iraq will RV their currency at the beginning of Iraq's fiscal year........which we now are assured is January 1st.

Is that correct?
