The damage is too great. Furthermore, foreign investment won't occur unless the dinar is internationally accepted. Therefore it appears clear to me that they are preparing to open the dinar to the world

Enorrste loves the words "therefore" and "logically" because they give him the appearance of competence. In fact, he is clueless. Foreign investment inside Iraq isn't dependent on the dinar "going international". They use the US dollar there. Foreign investment will come when things stabilize and there's more security in the country. Foreign investment was growing in Iraq before ISIS came in back in 2014, and then it dropped off. When I first bought dinar there were tons of articles about construction companies and oil surveyors in Iraq bringing them into the 21st century, and the dinar was worth more then that it is now.
