   I’m not hearing of any holdup. I still expect it this week, and failing that, next week.

   I think the release of the RV will happen before then.

Iraqis were told that an announcement will be made during the summit, but I don’t think it will be an RV announcement.

Yes all of these scumbag scammers should be offed and I very surprised that some of them haven't for scamming many. Hopefully sooner than later one of the many sheep will seek revenge.
