A RESPECTED MEMBER OF WSOMN BELIEVES THAT IF IT DOES NOT TAKE PLACE BEFORE THEN THE PROCESS MAY MOVE INTO EARLY SPRING 2017. Not bad grammar. The "some" is referring back to "information" in the previous sentence. Thus the quote is:
