Iraq's main resources are Oil and Natural Gas. They also have significant proven deposits Sulfur, Phosphates, Gypsum, Iron, Salt and of course Silica in marketable quantities. There are some deposits of Uranium, but as far as I know not proven and not expected to be extensive. Other that that, the resources are as far as I have been able to determine, rather limited. Some small deposits of Copper, possibly mixed in with Silver and some other metals, and possibly some Aluminum as mentioned, though I have not run across that in my studies.
