Dave is putting a twist on the currency exchange - even if there is no RV or GCR, his friendly Asian Dragon friends want to spread money around the world by exchanging your currency privately, with most of it going to humanitarian projects. 

Dave has his new website up and ready, http://thesedonaconnectionfoundation.com/

He says the currencies are just a vehicle so it can be done in a legal manner.

This sounds more likely than an RV, but do these Dragon folks exist, do they have money, and why use the currencies as a vehicle?  Dave certainly thinks this is the way forward, but he was wrong about the Red Dragon Ambassador, how likely is it that this time will be any different?
