He told me the Dinar has RV as of today July 18, 2011... The reason he knows this today, This morning he went to the bank buy escort in Bagdad...He said at the front entrance of the bank they had a sign up that read" NEW IRAQI DINAR RATE" As of July 18th, 2011. Rate was $ 4.40.

Guru Gankans: June 24, 2011 BAGHDAD — A senior Iraqi Central Bank adviser says the government has adopted a two-pronged plan to restructure the national currency in order to facilitate large transactions and make government accounts more efficient, RFE/RL’s Radio Free Iraq reports. Two pronged-plan is the key word. Mudhhir Muhammad Salih, a member of the bank’s advisory panel, told RFE/RL on June 23 that in the short term, larger banknote

denominations of the dinar would be issued to simplify major transactions.

It goes on to say….He said that because so many Iraqis still dealt mainly in cash, it was cumbersome to carry bags full of to pay for expensive items like cars. The inconvenience leads people making such purchases — as well as many entrepreneurs — to use dollars for those kinds oftransactions instead of dinars, something the government wants to end.

Some misinterpreted that this meant a LOP Right? Or some were just confused. The last dominoes are about to fall.

The simple answer was that they are just transitioning from large denominations to smaller ones. Keep following me. In the longer term, Saleh said a redenomination was needed wherein three zeros will be dropped so that the 25,000-dinar banknote — currently the largest denomination — becomes a 25-dinar note. He said the change was inevitable,considering the economy is expecting high growth in the coming years with a planned increase in oil production to finance reconstruction projects.

The IMF and UN also made the same statements that the country was making great strides. This is also what the economist are saying needs to happen before an RV can take place. Iraq is doing all the right things and have done all the right moves to get the DFI released, chpt. 7 released, and complete control of their country and their finances.

The Iraqis are headed in the right direction. The IMF has to approve and present a rate. If you understand the rules, then you understand when the currency will and can revalue. The game is played by rules, not made up ones by me, or any guru. I don’t care what the intel says.

there is no way shabs put the lower denoms in the banks and sits for weeks, or months. to much as risk. see, if the rv was weeks or months away, he could keep the secure in the CBI vaults. no need to put at banks. the plan now provided shabs with two rates…1. rate for not a complete GOI and 2. a second higher rate for a complete GOI. I dont know if that plan is still the plan or not, but it seems likely without a complete GOI, and rising inflation, that he needs to get this done and soon. Therefore, a lower rate seems probable

Serg-they are seeing the actual investment live account. This is not a demo this is exactly how your account is trading. The only difference that they will see is that as money comes in it will change the amount invested.

Tony-so based on last months trading basis I would be getting an 11% return on a 10K dollar investment?

Serg- Realistically 3-5% return. I am very conservative. If you go to account history you can see this month’s trades. The green are ups and the Reds are losses.

Tony-3 % is more than any bank in the US is going to give you.

Serg-See Tony, you understand this market. You never know how the market is going to go. It can be an 11% month that is attainable, but you can also have a sideways market.

I would rather quote 3-5% and do 11% than quote 11% and then only do 3%.

This is really very persistent since this is a mathematical equation.

Dan-Post RV we will be having some fun with this. Just looking at the possibility of some more aggressive trading platforms. But again what tony said, you are not going to get this type of return from a bank CD.
As we get into that place of a post RV perspective we want everyone to see what type of return they could get back and you could actually estimate you monthly expenses based on these figures.

Serg-A lot of people do not know how to trade the market. Leverage can be your best friend if you know how to utilize it. It can be your worst enemy if not.

Dinar Recaps (emailed to them, of course): As of last Friday, the New Iraqi Dinar exchange rate has been bouncing (pinging or syncing) from the closing of 1177 to 1032. The market is now open for the week. But the abnormality continues as the rate and frequency seems to have picked up. What this means, is not known? But this has not happened before and certainly, because of the timing, seems to be of significance. Here is a current photo of this activity.
