the gov leaders all signed the agreement for the imf to help them and now they do not like parts of it really after they agreed to it..

the imf is still waiting for several laws to be passed before getting the money to help Iraq.

to me it seems that the goi could not care lessabout meeting to pass these laws or it would have been done already

and btw they have not met since apr since the issue of voting on getting rid of jubouri whicn was staged by m who wants to return to power and this could be possible since abadi is a very weak leader that promises the world to the parties and has done squat.

imho Iraq has used the imf un and all the countries that are helping them but Iraq does not want to give an inch.

so as you read all the bs from your favorite guru about how close we are take it with a grain of salt because you will not be seeing this for a long time if ever. and the way things are going you might even see the imf tell Iraq shove it up you know where.
