Chairman of the US House of Representatives Paul Ryan announced that lawmakers are considering to issue a formal authorization from Congress to fight against the terrorist organization Daash.

Ryan said at a tow that "the majority leader in the House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy and chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Ed Royce legally in the process of gathering ideas statement and held hearings with members on whether and how the issuance of authorization to use military force against Daash sessions."
