BAGHDAD / NINA / House Speaker, Salim al-Jubouri said there are positive signs on the arrival of the state budget for 2015 to the House of Representatives before the end of the current legislative term of the Council.

He said in a press conference, held at the parliament building today that "it is possible the 2015 budget reaches to the House of Representatives soon and then the council would be obliged to continue its meetings in accordance with the Constitution and postpone the legislative recess, as it cannot disrupt the work of the Council if the budget arrives " ./ End

I seen one article that their speaker expects it Saturday but like how you always point out the word "soon" with any literature from Iraq is a very broad term lol 

The one article i posted gave a DAY of something for once lol rare find

Let hope while they are waiting for the 2015 they also vote in the much needed laws waiting to be enforced to move reform forward
