Here's my deal, I was in real trouble wiht my home, starting last November, when we all thought it was about to hit.

I tied to so a loan mod, the bank wouldn't even look at it, then they sent me to the distressed loan dept. no go there. in the mean time, I made what payment I could. Finally got forclosed on last april, held off by bankruptcy and lost he house anyway.

If the rates I see are real, when I pull the money out of the National bank - there will be a wealth manager with panic in his voice calling me.
