Announced Qi card/Mastercard for Iraqi's can be now be aquired Jordan and Lebabon (at one location each country)...Iraqi's must have a passport and Civil Service Staus papers...People ask the location of ports (banks to get cash off the card)...They are just issuing right now, the people don't undertstand yet that these cards will work in all ATM's...etc...once the acrd is activated internationally.

Yea, yea, yea, they've been issuing these cards with activation ASN for at least three years.
