...before seeing a RV...There are no international banks that are going to loan Iraq money with the current security situation and the US Treasury (ESF) is not going to put the basket of eggs on the line without boots on the ground to ensure a protection of it's vested interest. Also take notice of the date the 14th, it is appearing frequently as the start of several events, BIG events!
