3-24-2014 Intel Guru Jester THE US CONTROLS THE REINS OF THE IMF BECAUSE THEY HAVE 17% OF THE SDR'S AND IT TAKES 85% MAJORITY OF THE SDR'S HELD BY EACH OF THE COUNTRIES HOLDING THEM...TO GET CERTAIN THINGS DONE...EVEN IF THE WHOLE WORLD WOULD LIKE TO DO SOMETHING IN THE IMF...THE US COULD KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING.

Well, well, well, what do you know. Jester finally said something that was more or less truthful and accurate. We do hold 17% of the votes, not the SDRs, but the votes. Votes are weighted according to your contributions to the IMF budget, and we contribute about 17%, A little more, if I remember right. So he actually got it almost right.
As I have been saying Russia and the rest of the BRICS can whine and bleat all they want, but they can not do a thing unless the US agrees. That includes BTW the infamous "Reforms of 2010."
