Nujaifi: Launching funds of the budget without parliament's approval is embezzlement

BAGHDAD / NINA / Parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nujaifi said, in a news conference today, that any amount of money of the budget paid by the government before approved is embezzlement of public money.
Nujaifi added that Maliki's accusations to the Council come to cover up the failure of his government.
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said in his weekly yesterday that he will launch budget funds , regardless Parliament approval, which he described it illegal. / End
