 2-26-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday Article quote: "Director of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry Hashim Mohammed Hatem, said the ministry is working in collaboration with the U.S. mission to hold a workshop mid-March next team training Iraqi negotiator regarding accession to the World Trade Organization..." i take it as it is a meeting with the US and Iraq with the WTO...this in mid march is the accession workshop -- i am excited about it due to the fact that they have met multiple times and have done huge training as well -- it gives us a timeline.

[so what is the timeline other than a WTO workshop in march?] they are required to have the international rates set and also the currency has to be internationally recognized -- this requires the actual rate of their currency set to all foreign currencies...also we have seen cbi stating from their own words -- they have met with the bankers and they are raising the value and setting the rates -- they have announced that the are activating laws and regulations and that we are watching steps that include the workshop about the economic reform that has already occurred that lead to international banking.

Well dollarday once again you are wrong. They could just as easily ascend to full member ship with the dinar at the value it is at now, or they could just do a LOP. They already have an actual rate though, 1166/USD is an actual rate. Maybe they will increase it as you say, I hope so, but your reasoning is once again faulty. But then again if it was solid, it would not be super duper fantasmagoric, incredibly good news whoo hooo ... would it?
