Good Lord ... another wannabe guru ... they're like cockroaches! Where are my cockroach stomping boots?

I will mention one thing for clarity. He is correct that the US has the largest weighted vote in the IMF, considering our "assessment" that is, our contribution is larger than the next three nations combined, that's probably only fair ehh?
