What happened to Relix?

Did Relix ever Cash Out and get rich? I know some of you stayed in touch with him via PMs.  What happened?

I haven't heard from him since he left. Sorry, I have no news.

I was also wondering the same thing, said he was about to leave on the cash-in express.

I just read a page of his old posts.  His story is identical to that of someone that was posting on DV at the same time (but different name), and also disappeared at about the same time.  Either the same person, or hooked up with the same people (I would guess the latter).

Same talk about SKRs and then getting a loan using the dinar as collateral.

I would guess one of two things happened:

1.  It was a legitimate financial transaction, though a spectacularly bad idea.  Essentially using the dinar as collateral to get a loan of, say, 80% of their value and then taking that 80% and using it to buy more dinar, essentially doubling down on your dinar losses plus paying a load of fees in the process.

2. It wasn't a legitimate financial transaction, and someone absconded with his dinar after, at best, paying him 80% or less of their actual value or, at worst, the scammer took all the dinar and Relix ended up with a personal loan for their value which he'll have to pay back regardless of the fact that the dinar are long gone.

The fact that he was discussing prosperity packages and NDAs and "confirming" that "whales" have cashed in would lead me to believe that it's quite possible he was scammed.

NDAs are common amongst scam artists and fraudsters.  Makes the scammee think that they're getting a super secret special insider deal, plus gives the scammer more time to continue scamming plus time to disappear after things start to go south.

Thanks for your input FS4Enthusiast.  I hope things have turned out good for him though. Even though  None of that looks too promising.

Yep, but there was no telling him anything ... at that point he was pretty full of himself.   

Agreed, What he was saying to me seemed like the worse Idea ever... I tried to tell him that it seemed way to good to be true and I tried to get him to explain it more to me, but he would not and basically told me that i'll be crying when he is drinking drinks on a private beach by the end of 2013...

well i'm not crying...yet.
