He Was Referring First, Of The Need In Having A Line Item In The Budget That Will Pay The Coupon On The GOI Bonds. Second He Was Stating The Need To Pass The Investment Banking Law. One Last Thing, It Is Also Needed For OMO. Because OMO [Open Market Operations] Is The Process Of Central Banks Sell Government Debt. As For The Week Ahead I Pray We Are All Surprised By What Is Happening.
