[b][b]12-13-2013 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 HAD A LONG TALK WITH V N SOURCE...HE SAY YES THE PEOPLE OF V N ARE EXPECTING A RE-VALUE ADJUSTMENT TO THEIR CURRENCY BUT SAID HE HAS NOT HEARD ANY TIME SCHEDULE FOR IT TO HAPPEN. HE STILL SAYS THAT THE LAST OFFICIAL WORD HE RECEIVED ABOUT THEM DOING A RV WAS DIRECT FROM THEIR MINISTER OF FINANCE WHEN HE ANNOUNCED THEY WOULD MAKE A MINOR ADJUSTMENT WHEN THE DINAR RV'S, THEN IN 14 TO 18 MONTHS AFTER WOULD DO A FULL RV. [/b][/b]
RECONSIDERED THAT STATEMENT AND CHANGED HIS MIND. HE STATED THEIR ECONOMY IS BEING PUSHED BY CHINA AND THAT CHINA HAS AND IS MAKING HUGE INVESTMENTS INTO V N AND THAT THEIR ECONOMY IS GROWING MUCH FASTER THAN WAS EXPECTED... GUYS ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN AT ANYTIME. I HAVE BEEN CONSIDERING FROM ALL THE THINGS HAPPENING POLITICALLY THAT THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE FOR A [DINAR] RV JUST BEFORE THE JAN 1 DATE.

China's been exploiting and trying to control VN. They especially want VN's (unproven) oil fields. I three quarters expect that if necessary, China will take them by force.

Vietnam is a mini -China, highly dependent on exports, will also manipulate it's currency to low levels also.

12-13-2013 Intel Guru Poppy3WHEN IT RV'S IT WILL BE WORLD WIDE WITHIN SECONDS AROUND THE GLOBE. IS IT GOING TO HAPPEN? ABSOLUTELY. WHEN IS IT GOING TO HAPPEN? WHEN WILL BE THE BEST TIMING TO HELP MALIKI'S TO POSITION HIMSELF PERSONALLY AND POLITICALLY. HOWEVER, HE IS RUNNING OUT OF WIGGLE ROOM TO EVEN BENEFIT FROM THE RV. HE IS ON A VERY SHORT LEASH.

I agree that when this happens it will be world wide in seconds. None of the whale/high roller BS, no tiers, no in country RV, all that stuff is guru spew. The CBI is in control of this not Maliki, & is an independent agency, so I do not believe he will have a lot of say in this. However Turki is a Maliki appointee, so there may be some influence there. Time will tell.
