Two problems exist in Iraq pertaining to counterfeiting..1. Iran. It is common knowledge they are the ones pumping this into Iraq. 2. The dinar currently in circulation is the ones being counterfeited. The longer this goes on, the more of this gets into Iraq and screws with monetary policy. A goal I am sure of Iran and Maliki. If they could find a way to raise the value, introduce the new lower notes, it would put an end to this nonsense for a period of time.
